Abstract

The United States’s economy crisis because of housing subprime mortgage cause decrease of economy world 2008 that still continues until 2009. For the developed countries and emerging markets, this situation can damage economy fundamnetal and trigger economy crisis. the rubber cause becomes research object, first rubber becomes one of export commodity that gives chance to Indonesian for expanding the market. Second, rubber is the biggest donation from agriculture sector. Third, rubber is one of important farm commodity, both as income source, job chance and devisa, economy development for new centrals in surrounding and evironment and natural resources and as country with the biggest area and the second production in the world.The research methode that is used by the writer is the analyze descriptive methode. It is research methode that is used to describe sistematicaly a moment or problem that become study topic sistematicaly and rely on analyze against the events from consequence perspective and data arrangement. In the implemention, this methode limits not only in collecting and data arrangement, but analyze and interpretation against those datas.The United State’s economy crisis causes Indonesian’s rubber export. The rubber export value influences decrease in 2009, the rubber price in domestic and international also influences decrease. Not only price and value of rubber export but also rubber production of Indonesia. Abstract

Harmonious families are families who always understand each other's flaws and also respect each other's personalities. Not having offspring in marriage is a difficult thing. Because the child is the hope of the child's family has meaning and function for the family. This study aims to see how married couples keep harmony in their family. To realize a harmonious family there are several ways, namely: the existence of mutual understanding, accept each other reality, foster love, implement the principle of mutual consultation, forgive each other and participate in common progress. The purpose of this study is to see what the dynamics of life they pass through this couple and how to solve family problems without any children make the family always harmonious. The method used is qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of this study can be concluded that the absence of children in married couples is not a factor for the family is not harmonious in marriage. The situation was seen in married couples who still survive and harmonious household with a relatively long marriage age. This research uses the theory of funsional and family theory which in it there is a family function in an effort to maintain the harmonization of married couples who have no offspring in the village of Bangun Jaya Kecamatan Tambusai Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.Keywords: harmonious family, family without children, family dynamics, family functions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service, store image, and the atmosphere of the store to consumer buying interest in the company SB Houseware Bukittinggi branch. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used Sampling probability. the data in this study using survey methods through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed to then tested by statistics memlalui SPSS program. The results of analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (t test), and simultaneous significant test (Test F) so that it can be seen that service quality variables influence consumer buying interest variable, store image have an effect on consumer buying interest variable, shop atmosphere variable have an effect on consumer buying interest variable, and service quality variable, store image, store atmosphere influence simultaneously to consumer buying interest variable. The calculation results are known R Square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Square value of 0.541. That is, the quality of service, store image, and the atmosphere of the store affects consumer buying interest by 54.1%.Keywords: Service Quality, Store Image, Store Atmosphere, and Buying Interest Konsumen

Abstract

This research was carried out on the society of sungaisorik village, kuantanhilirsebrangSub-district which especially on the society regulator of the village. The purpose of this research was to find out the social capital and the meaning of the symbols which was used in the pacujalur Tradition by Sungai Sorik villagers. The theory used is the social capital theory proposed by Fukuyama which consists of Trust, social networks, values and norms. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were 7 people, which 3 people in charge of the pacujalur, 2 shamans and 2 athletes of pathways. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique, where sampling was taken by selecting objects (informants) based on specific criteria set by the researcher. Data sources used are data sources in the form of observation (observation) and interviews (Interview). Analysis of the data used in this study with data collection techniques from various sources by including the theory used in accordance to the social phenomenas. The results of this researchwere that social capital is very important in managing pacujalur in Sungai Sorik Village, Kuantan Hilir Sub-district, across Kuantan Singingi Regency. A believe is an important element in the society organization with their respective positions in the management of pacujalur to progress the this event in Sungai Sorik Village. The social network that was formed cannot be separated from the collaboration so as to form a network, such as between fellow shamans, the administrators, athletes, sponsors and village communities. Values and norms served as guidelines for all parties, including the administrators, shamans,athletes and regulator communities, the values and norms that apply are traditions that have existed since a long time ago and must be maintained without losing them from the pacujalur tradition. The meaning of the symbols used in pacujalur tradition is still used till today because that was a uniqueness of that event.Keywords: Social Capital, Pacu jalur Tradition, Meanings of Symbols

Abstract

Funerals are usually a last tribute to the deceased. Everyone has a different belief and confidence, as ethnic Chinese who believe death by being cremated and buried. Cremation rituals of ethnic Chinese is very different from other ethnic death ritual cremation ritual itself is done varies according to religion and belief. The cremation ritual is not only done by the Buddhist religion alone but also the Confucian religion, Catholic, Christian also perform cremation in accordance with the request of the deceased and they are ethnic Chinese. not just ritual cremation are used in traditional Chinese funerals, but the ethnic Chinese also used the burial rituals as other religious death rituals. Of the above phenomena penlis interested examines interesting facts about the act of selecting the death ritual and the influence of socio-economic factors that lie behind them, lau researchers will study the rituals of death cremation and burial, the informant who studied amounted to 4 people, a population that is 2 of informants whose family members use death ritual cremation and 2 informant whose family members put on the death ritual burial. Abstract

Globalization makes another point of national interest’s of a state. In this era, diplomacy is one of the other choices that often be used, called Soft Power Diplomacy. Indonesia chose to use cultural diplomacy as their way to gain the national interest. In fact, Indonesia is a country that has a culture as their powerful point. This research aim to explain about Indonesian cultural diplomacy’s strategy in TTI’s concepts as the framework in 2016.This research used qualitative research methods with descriptive explanation start from Indonesia-Russia’s relation in some sectors, TTI’s concepts as Indonesia-Russia’s prospect in case of coorperation , and cultural diplomacy’s strategic to Russia through Festival Indonesia in 2016. By means of implement diplomacy public’s theory, it can elaborate how Indonesia’s strategy to carry their interest in Russia with Indonesian Festival straight to TTI’s concepts.By seeing Russia as Indonesia’s strategic partner, the correct stimulus to their partnership for both countries are culture. In implementation, Indonesia and Russia through this Festival organizing cultural exhibition to represent their close emotional relation to each other as a country that has been built for a long time ago. Abstract

This research was carried out in Sebong Pereh Village, Teluk Sebong District, Riau Islands Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Lagoi Tourism on the economy of the community in Sebong Pereh Village, Teluk Sebong District, Riau Islands Province. The topic of this research focus is what are the factors of employment opportunities and opportunities that are open to the community in Sebong Pereh Village, Teluk Sebong District, Riau Islands Province. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The minimum sample in this study was 98 respondents. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods and data instruments are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research conducted, the authors found that the influence of Lagoi Tourism on the economy of the community has three factors influence on society, namely, Labor Effect where Lagoi Tourism presence provides new jobs for people who do not have jobs as many as 91.8% of respondents, Influence of Job Fields where the existence of Lagoi Tourism creates jobs in the manufacture of regional food that is felt as much as 74.5% of respondents, the Effect of Revenue where Lagoi Tourism has an impact on the perceived level of community income as much as 91.8% of respondents. As well as the Influence of Lagoi Social Tourism on the community has four factors of influence, namely the Influence of Social Interaction in which the existence of Lagoi Tourism is friendly to tourists who visit the Lagoi Tourism object which is felt as much as 74.5% of respondents, the Influence of Social Relations where Lagoi Tourism often gives assistance for the development of perceived village facilities and infrastructure as much as 62.2% of respondents, Lifestyle Influence in which the presence of Lagoi Tourism changed the people's lifestyles as much as 18.4% of respondents, consumption pattern influences where since the establishment of Lagoi Tourism the consumption pattern of the people was influenced by trends brought by visitors of Lagoi Tourism. Abstract

Motorcycle community is a social group that occurs in modern societies. In this case the role of social groups should have the capital to maintain and develop the social group, where the role of such capital must be owned by every member of the social group, in this case it is a social group motorcycle community. Motorcycle community in this case is a social phenomenon to exist in modern society. This study analyzes the activities / events and the role of capital in the motorcycle community Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) in Siak. Where the role will be discussed by the economic capital, social capital, symbolic capital, and cultural capital, will then discuss how the strategy to develop the motorcycle community and discuss public perceptions surrounding the motorcycle community, especially motorcycle community Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak. The theory used in this study is of capital (Economic, Social, and Cultural Symbolic) habitus and Arena. The data analysis was done in answer to the problem is to use qualitative research with descriptive analysis in order to deepen a social phenomenon and then draw conclusions. This research is presented in narrative form qualitatively. Sources of data obtained through the study of literature, books, magazines, newspapers, as well as the articles. Data collection techniques used in this research is the direct observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Where the amount informants about 10 people were divided into two parts so that five informants came from motorcycle community members Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak, then 5 from the surrounding community. From these results motorcycle communitySupermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak activities that are positive for them and also the surrounding community. Then motorcycle communitySupermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak have also shown the role of capitals, where the economic capital, social, symbolic and cultural which has been owned by each member or the community itself. Then the motorcycle community presence Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak it also presents the pro and contra in the eyes of the surrounding community. Abstract

Indonesian is fifth tea exportir country in the world from volume side after Srilanka, Kenya, Tiongkok and India. Compared than kind of other teas, the black tea is the most produced tea namely about 78%, followed green tea 20% and the rest is oolong tea and white tea namely 2 %. The problem that is faced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII is many competitors in exporting black tea, both homeland and foreign. In this research the writer uses Independence Liberalism Perspective, it means the interdependence between people and government is influenced by what happens everywhere, by the actor’s action of other countries.Keywords: PT. Abstract

 The communication was stated to be effective if the stimulus delivered by the communicator can be developed and understood well by the receiver. According to Cutlip, etc. (2011), to see the effectiveness of communication in public relations programs, it needs the main principles. These are credibility, context, content, clarity, continuity and consistency, channel, and capability of the audience. One of the institution that implements public relations program, like campaigning issue to the public, is Department of Environment and Sanitation of Pekanbaru City. In order to help Department of Environment and Sanitation of Pekanbaru City to campaign their program to society, especially youth, they held Environmental Ambassador election. One of the campaign that was initiated by Pekanbaru’s Environmental Ambassador is #GenZHeTikYuk! (Generasi Z, Hemat Plastik Yuk!-Generation Z, Lets do plastic-free!). #GenZHeTikYuk! is a platisc-free campaign (bottle, glass, sachet, bag, etc), and focussing to reach generation Z (born in 1995-2012). This research existed to discover the effectiveness of communication of the #GenZHeTikYuk! program campaigning for a plastic-free generation Z in Pekanbaru. This research utilized a quantitative approach with descriptive types. The data in this research is found by questionnaires and library research. This research has reached a total of 10.304 peoples (the number of students from 12 schools who have been visited prior to the #GenZHeTikYuk!, the campaign, in October-November 2018). Then, with the Slovin formula, we receive 385 samples. The withdrawal samples technique in this research is proportionate stratified random sampling. The data was analyzed by a descriptive statistic. Based on this research, we get a mean of 3,5 for the seven indicators of the effectiveness of the communication that can be used. This shows that communication in the #GenZHeTikYuk! campaign is very effective in the campaign for a plastic-free generation Z in Pekanbaru. The criteria is based on scale distance of effectiveness judgment that be explained in research methodology chapter. Non-effective criteria is from 1,00-1,75 scale distance. Less effective criteria is from 1,76-2,50 scale distance. Effective criteria is from 2,51-3,25 scale distance. While, very effective criteria is from 3,26-4,00 scale distance. Key Words: Effetiveness Communication, Campaign, Environment Communication, Plastic Free
