Abstract

Indonesia is one of the biggest global white copra producers. To get access export for markets, Indonesia should compete with others countries. There is a high Demand for this commodity from Sri Lanka and Nepal that could not be supplied by CV Amarta, however Indonesia periorities to Bangladesh. This research explains the reasons Indonesia prefer to export white copra to Bangladesh. This qualitative research was conducted in form of an explanatory research. Primary data was obtained from interview with Director of CV Amarta and used document analysis from journals, books, websites and other sources relate to this issue. Data was analyzed with liberalism perspective, group-level analysis, proportional factor theory: H-O theory (Hecksher-Ohlin) and national interest concept to answer research questions.             The results showes that Bangladesh is a potential market for white copra. This is due to demand from Bangladesh, the products of white copra in Bangladesh, the significant number of population and the economy growth. The export of this commodity give positive effects for the community. The government has also made some efforts to enhance the white copra cultivations.  Key Words: White Copra, Export, Economic Effect.

Abstract

In pharmacy licensing, the Health Service which is authorized by the government is required to conduct supervision and guidance to the existence of pharmacies in the city of Pekanbaru. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 7 of 2017 has set operational standards for the operation of pharmacies aimed at improving optimal health services. In pharmacy facilities, pharmacy entrepreneurs are required to have a permit known as a Pharmacy License (SIA). SIA is a permit issued by the Minister to Pharmacists in collaboration with the owner of the facility to organize a Pharmacy in a particular place. However, if the SIA has not been issued by the Department of Health, the owner of the pharmacy facility can still run the pharmacy using the Pharmacy Examination Report (BAP). At present there are 256 pharmacies that have Pharmacy Licenses spread across Pekanbaru City. Despite the large number of pharmacies scattered in Pekanbaru, apparently there are still pharmacies whose establishment is not in accordance with the procedures and permit requirements and even found pharmacies that do not have a permit. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that first, the pharmacy licensing service procedure by the Pekanbaru City Health Service was not running optimally because there were still pharmacy facility owners who complained about the length of time the SIA was issued, then in terms of licensing services at the Health Service there were still inadequate pharmacy employees in terms of pharmacy licensing. Second, the factors that hinder the process of pharmacy violation in Pekanbaru City are the quality of services from the Health Service that is not optimal like human resource competency and lack of field labor. Keyword: Licensing Service Procedure, Pharmacy Licensing Requirements

Abstract

This study on “Traditional Treatment Of Togak Belian In The Dirty Nation Of The Districts Kuantan Hilir Seberang Districts Kuantan Singingi. Where this research intends to explain how the implemention of traditional medicine is intended to explain how the treatment by the village community Dirty Nation of The Districts Kuantan Hilir Seberang Districts Kuantan Singingi what are the factors that influence people taking traditional medicine. Sunjects in this study were traditionally populated traditional in the village Kenegerian Kotorajo. Where in this research the writer uses the type of qualitive research that is research that produces descriptive data changing written or verbal words and explains data through reasoning based on ;ogic to draw logical conclusions and use the analyzed data so that it can develop a systematic situation that it can develop a syistematic situation that is appropriate to the phenomenon being in scrutiny.data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, literature study. Based on the results of this study the community in the village Kenegerian Kotorajo stil use traditional medicine until now even they believe in traditional medicine because they have been taking medication from their ancestors from their ancestors from then until now.every treatment they take action to do the treatment of a traditional healer or chemist, because they use two traditional hearler sor chemist, because they use two traditional and medicated treatments Keywords : Perception Education and Dropust.

Abstract

Brand Ambassador as a source of advertising or information about the brand and product attributes pleasant, reassuring and attract public attention. One product that uses a motor vehicle Brand Ambassador is a Yamaha YZF-R15. Yamaha YZF-R15merupakan brand of motor vehicles of the type of sport fairing. In marketing their products, Yamaha YZF-R15 using the Brand Ambassador in advertising. Advertising itself into one of the social media that are very popular, so has the coverage is extensive. Therefore, use of Brand Ambassador YZF-R15 products in advertising may cause consumer purchasing decisions on the Pekanbaru YR15CR community.The method used is quantitative eksplanatif using random sampling techniques and the total sample of 113 respondents. Researchers collected data by questionnaire. To find out how much influence between the variables X and Y, researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. Processing test data questionnaire was conducted using SPSS program Windows Version 23.Based on the results of investigation of the influence of Valentino Rossi as a brand ambassador in the ad Yamaha R15 on purchasing decisions Yamaha R15 among YR15CR chapter Pekanbaru it can be seen the influence of brand ambassadors Valentino Rossi is known tcount 5.409 greater when compared with t table of 1.981, with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05. Based on the model table "Sumarry Model" shows that the value of R = 0.457 and coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is equal to 0.209. The figure shows that the influence of variables influence the understanding Valentino Rossi as a brand ambassador in the ad Yamaha R15 Yamaha R15 purchasing decisions among YR15CR Pekanbaru chapter is 20,9%. Abstract

HIV and AIDS is one of the most global public policy issues that can threaten the life of society so as to cause casualties, social impact as well as the psychological impact. Pekanbaru is the most common area of HIV and AIDS cases compared to other areas in Riau Province. The purpose of this study indicate the results of the implementation of the prevention and control of HIV and AIDS in the city of Pekanbaru and showed limitations in the implementation of prevention and control of HIV and AIDS as contained in Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation number 32 of 2013. This study uses the theory of policy implementation in Jan Merse (2015) which uses four indicators, namely: Information, Content Policy, Community Support and Distribution Potential. This study used qualitative methods which are located in the city of Pekanbaru. Informants of this research that the National AIDS Commission (KPA) Pekanbaru City, City Health Office Pekanbaru and other relevant agencies to conduct interviews, observation and documentation so on get the required data as the primary data and secondary data was then analyzed which shows the results of the implementation and limitations. The results of this study found that implementation of prevention and control of HIV and AIDS in the city of Pekanbaru has not been implemented to the fullest, implementor that is not optimally carrying out their duties, the problem of HIV that is not a priority, public opinion was still rubbing against the norm, and resources are very limited so the implementation process is not running optimally. Keywords: Implementation, Prevention, Mitigation

Abstract

Work Motivation and Career Development Are Very Influential on Job Satisfaction. Because these goals together provide support and encouragement to improve employee career capabilities, so that employees are passionate about increasing education levels so that there is satisfaction in working. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Career Development on Job Satisfaction (Case Study of Employees in the HR Section of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Where two independent variables are proposed namely Work Motivation and Career Development and one dependent variable is employee Job Satisfaction. This research was conducted at the head office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, located on Jalan Rambutan No. 43, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. In this study the method used is descriptive and quantitative with the SPSS program. This research sample was taken as many as 35 respondents with the census method. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and subsequently obtained were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. From data analysis which includes test validity, reliability, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Tests conducted show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, then work motivation and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of HR employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Keywords: Work Motivation, Career Development, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Pekanbaru is the capital of Riau province, with an area of approximately 632.26 km2. The total population of approximately 800,000 (2008) rose from 586,000 inhabitants (2000). Population growth rates are an average of 4% per year. Projected population will increase to 1.1 million (2015) and 1.5 million (2026). The highest population density, especially in sub-districts in the city center (Pekanbaru City and Sukajadi), and the tendency of the increasing population in the new residential area (Tampan, Marpoyan Peace, Tenayan Kingdom, etc.).From the research it is known that the environment, culture and social class and group memberships community behavior in District Charming in creating a clean environment in the District Charming is still minimal and lacks experience in keeping the environment clean and still not in accordance with existing rules. Factors affecting Sanitation Strategy Pekanbaru City Government in the District Charming. Abstract

In the era of the current,local govermment are required moro creative and innovative in the operation of the bureaucracy therefore the professionalism of the bureaucracy should be mediating agent, the public interest as well as the interests of the government. In Law No. 23 year 2016 About Local government,the Ice-shelf the Republic Of Indonesia of the year 2016. 58. Therrefore from the perspective of local government the form,aims to further the welfare of society and enhance the competitiveness of the area,then this is a challenge and an opportunity for the government.The study aims to know two things, the first to know the competence of employess in service public and the second to know the factors that affect the competence of employees in service public. The research was carried out in the city of Pekanbaru, wiith locations in the head office of Tampan,Pekanbaru city.The methods of analysis data used in this study is qualitative descriptive, which is to reveal the facts, circumstances,the phenomenon,variables, and the situation that occurred with the situation in the community. The data used is the primary and the secondary, primary, from respondents or informants and data has come from the object of research.The results of research and discussion of the writers do there are five dimensions that affect the competence of employees in serving the people in the Head Office of Tampan,namely 1. This knowledge,are in the category of pretty good, 2. This expertise, are in the category of good, 3. This cooperation,are in the category of good, 4. The dimensions of quality,are in the category of pretty good, 5. The Head offiece of Tampan are in the category good . Keywords: Analysis, Competense.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of temporary food storage standards (parstock) in the section of kitchen Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. Food ingredients are  divided into two namely Perishable and groceries materials, storage of both materials must be applied continuously starting from the type of room and stroge equipment, temperature in terms of storage hygiene, food labeling, the method used and packaging until the material is ready to be processed in order to get good quality ingredients. This research uses research methods qualitative and to get the data author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. From the results of research conducted by the author for 4 months at Fox Hotel Peanbaru, the results show that the storage is in good condition but does not meet the correct storage standards. Keywords : Storage Standards, Groceries, Perishable

Abstract

This research aim to describes the role of ACT (Aksi Cepat Tanggap) Indonesia as an non-profit organization engaged in humanity to helps the victim of disaster and the victims of war in conflict-affected area. Since the conflict began, Palestinian faced the situation that took their rights. Shooting, detention and bombing, affect the humanitarian crisis in Palestine. The amount of damage to infrastructure and the difficulty of getting food and medicine, makes Palestinian suffering more difficult.              The research use pluralism perspective which believes that states are not the only actors in International world. This research is also guided by theory of role. The method used is qualitative method. The data collection incorporates interviews and literature study from some journals, books, documents and websites.             This research shows the action by ACT Indonesia in dealing with the victims by excecuting programs that has been created for the victims and this research also explained the obstacles that ACT Indonesia faced  to help victims of war in Palestine and the result of helping and advocacy they have made. This research concludes that ACT Indonesia had a program in dealing with victims of conflict in Palestine, the assistance provided ACT Indonesia  was able to help the survival of the Palestinian. Keywords : Role, ACT Indonesia, Conflict, Humanity Crisis, Gaza, Palestina, NGO, Transnational, Advocacy
