Abstract

Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transport (LLAJ) expressly mandates POLRI as the main stakeholder of LLAJ to take an active role in efforts to overcome traffic accidents in accordance with the existing authority. With the enforcement of Law Number.22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transport in lieu of Law No. 14 of 1992 on Traffic and Road Transport because in view is not in accordance with conditions, environmental changes and the needs of the organizers of traffic and road transport when It is expected that there will be better arrangements in traffic and road transport issues. In this research I will convey how the coordination between the Police and the Department of Transportation related to the security of Traffic Order in accordance with Law No. 22 of 2009 which states that between the Police and the Department of Transportation have been able to work together or coordinate in regulating and disciplining Traffic. This research method using qualitative approach and using type of descriptive research method. Data collection techniques in this study using in-depth interview techniques and relevant fact documentation. Based on the results of interviews and data that researchers have got it can be concluded that the Police and Transportation Department has coordinated well in carrying out the task of controlling traffic in Pekanbaru City 2015-2016. This is evidenced by drawings and warrants that researchers get from both agencies. With good coordination between the two agencies, it is expected that the cooperation between agencies and the public to participate in traffic control on the highway by obeying all regulations and traffic signs that have been set based on Law No. 22 of 2009. Abstract

The simultaneous election in 2019 cannot be separated from the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) Number 04/PUU-XI/2013. According to the Constitutional Court the urgency of holding simultaneous elections is to be more efficient both in terms of time and cost, but it will also reduce time wastage and reduce conflict or horizontal friction in society, and in accordance with original intent and systematic interpretation of article 22 E paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution. However, this simultaneous election has several weaknesses in terms of voters, as a result of the large variety of choices that must be chosen by voters both president, vice president, DPR, provincial DPRD, regency/city DPRD and DPD, so that many voters do not know the capacity of political choices the voter chooses. The formulation of the problems in this study are (1) how does the University of Riau students' political participation compare between the presidential and vice presidential elections with the legislative elections in 2019?This study aims to (1) Identify, process, and analyze data, and describe and provide an explanation of the political participation of students of Riau University between the presidential and vice presidential elections with the legislative elections in the simultaneous general elections in 2019. This research is a type of descriptive research and explanation using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used a field survey technique by taking samples of 99 people from Riau University students, the margin of error was 10%, the data analysis used was quantitative analysis.The results of the study concluded that the political participation of Riau University students towards the presidential and vice presidential elections and the 2019 legislative elections was considered low with an average score recapitulation of 22.7%. While based on the output of the "statistical test", it is known that Asymptotic Significance (2 tailed) is worth 0,000. Because the value of 0,000 is smaller than <0.10, it can be concluded that the "hypothesis is accepted". This means that there is a comparison of the political participation of Riau University students between the presidential and vice presidential elections with the 2019 legislative elections. The comparison is in the category of political participation by Riau University students, namely at the campaign stage and simultaneous election results in 2019. For the category of university student political participation Riau with the 2019 presidential and vice presidential elections was 77.3% in the 'high' category, while for the University of Riau student political participation category in the 2019 legislative elections it was 7.5%, with a 'very low' category. Keywords: Student Political Participation, Simultaneous Elections.

Abstract

Illegal immigrants are persons or groups entering a country without meeting the legal requirements to enter the country or without completing the necessary documents and permits. The entry of illegal immigrants in Greece left a negative impact on politics, socio-culture and security. Illegal immigrants travel very dangerous trip in order to realize their desires. Economic and security factors are the main reason people or groups travel far from their homes even beyond obstacles that are dangerous to their safety. Seeing the rampant flow of illegal immigrants, many pose a threat both in transit countries and in destination countries. Therefore, there needs to be an effort that can deal with the problem of illegal immigrants. The method used by the authors in this study is the level of group behavior analysis. The level of group behavior analysis assumes that the main focus is on studying the behavior of groups and organizations involved in relationships. Data collection techniques in this study through literature study (library reaserch) and interview techniques (field study). The author uses it to obtain the necessary information by reading, understanding, comparing and analyzing books, scientific journals, articles and other data. The arrival of illegal immigrants includes a new threat to the Greece society in this case the Greece Government is trying to do the handling by conducting securitization process in cooperation with FRONTEX (European Border And Coast Guard Agency),where FRONTEX make preventive and curative efforts. Abstract

This research was carried out in the campus area Panam District Tampan Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to analyze the life of Hedonis students by using dramaturgy perspective. The theory used is the theory of dramaturgy by Erving Goffman. The technique of determining the sample by purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 4 people. The author himself uses qualitative descriptive method and data instrument is observation interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that students who behave hedonically not necessarily a socially capable person, there are discreditabel stiga that they hide from the front of our stage of vision. In the dramaturgy of discreditabel stigma this is a bad thing that is hidden from the front of the stage itself, for example, he is a poor person, to cover the discreditabel stigma then he look neat, language-pretent like a movie star artist, when he walked the smell of his perfume smell everywhere so that the stigma was covered and the people on the front stage would think he was a rich man. That is the reality that occurs in most social interactions today, many people want to be considered a high social status but are not aware of the bitterness of real life reality, this tends to occur in adolescence. Wanting to get friends from the upper classes was forced to follow the high-class behavior of example. For example, buy one piece of T-shirts with a price reaching 400 thousand dollars. Of course, with rational thinking for those with difficult economics it is better to use the money for their primary needs such as for food needs. Abstract

Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder in which sufferers needing special attention from the people and the environment in the process of healing. Formation of a positive self concept is also the one of the supportive factors for the healing of the sufferer. So too with a schizophrenic is the city of Pekanbaru. In this case the nearest people of schizophrenic i.e. nurses and a clerk in the corporate barrel. Penbentukan a positive self concept seen from the number of sufferers has been declared cured. Related than that researchers interested in want to see how the concept of a schizophrenic self has been recovered in implementing community development technical unit barrel Pekanbaru.This research uses qualitative research methods. The subject consists of five schizophrenics who have recovered in implementing community development technical unit lasar Soweto selected using snowball. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of research. To reach the validity of data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed the first, component perceptual schizophrenics have similarities in look. Schizophrenic who has recovered look neat and dashing and schizophrenic who has been recovered also feel comfortable with their condition now. Secondly, the conceptual components of schizophrenic who has recovered to have a sense of responsibility towards the tasks given, cheerful, and have confidence that high. Third, the components of schizophrenic attitude that has been recovered can socialize with the environment, friendly, and helpful. Four communication experience, categorized into two i.e. the communication experience as fun as it gets special attention from family friends, having a barrel of bina fellow sufferers that's fine, and it can be received by the external environment. While the experience of communication is not wonderful in feel by sufferers from bina's family in a barrel like quasi, on fellow got a glance of a keen eye if not given cigarettes, and from the environment gets a response from a cynical environment.

Abstract

This research describe about the interest of United State bringing China’s anti dumping duties into court on automotive product to World Trade Organization (WTO). China raised import duties on United State automotive product by up to 30%, which caused companies to feel disadvantage.   The study was prepared using the protection theory by Friedrich List, concept national interest, the Mercantilism perspective, which is then supported by nation-state analysis level. The methodology using a qualitative method and collecting the data using a library research literature.This research shows the united State’s bringing China anti-dumping duties into court is for national interest. That is to protect its automotive company to export automotive product from disadvantage. Abstract

Participation is a form of role and participation itself in the activity of planning and implementation to achieve the purpose of developing the society. The manifestation of community participation can be in the form of service, suggestion, or material either directly or indirectly. Likewise the beginner voters that can assist and participate in the implementation of Regional Head Election in 2018. This research was conducted in Pariaman City, West Sumatera Province. The purposes of this research were to know the participation manifestation of beginner voters in the implementation of Regional Head Election in Pariaman City in 2018 and to know the factors that affect beginner voters. Besides, this research also aimed to know how was the participation level of those beginner voters. This research used descriptive-qualitative method. In this research, the researcher used data collection technique such as Simple Random Sampling method. Data needs covered primary data obtained through filling the questionnaires and secondary data with total population were 717 respondents. In this research, the writer used slovin formula to obtain the number of samples in which the writer took precision level in the amount of 10% from total population. The research results show that the participation manifestation of beginner voters at Regional Head Election in Pariaman City in 2018 is in the form of being active to do the vote. At the category of participation manifestation, the beginner voters are at rank 7 in which it is at low category of participation level, and the percentage is 54,6%. While the factors that affect beginner voters to be active in joining the election activity is their knowledge about politics and the implementation of regional head election. The effect of respondents’ knowledge is 43%.

Abstract

The development of the hotel in the long run is very rapid and also become a very industry presents for the entrepreneurs who are in it. In the world of the hospitality industry, the quality of service becomes something very important karana customers always want to get the desired with the services provided by hotel employees to guests and customers hence required Standard Operations (SOP) is very good and required to always professional houseman departement housekeeping .In this study, researchers used the method of mix-method as a research procedure that produces data processing from interviews, documentation, observation, and questionnaires.The conclusion from the data processing shows that houseman departement housekeeping is categorized in good level, as seen from the result of 61% result from mean of calculation of questionnaire. And it can be concluded that, technically the employee's understanding and skill in using machine tools is good, houseman has a good conceptual in pursuing cleansing area, and division of duty done by supervisor is very fair.Keywords: houseman departement housekeeping, public area, machine tool

Abstract

Currently Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung become one of the favorite touristattractions in North Sumatra Province. This object is very crowded visited by tourists,but the level of tourist visits does not match with facilities provided. Because of that Theaims of this study are to determine (1) The facilities condition of object tourism in BukitIndah Simarjarunjung District Simalungun, (2) the management of of object tourism inBukit Indah Simarjarunjung District Simalungun. The design of this study is qualitativedescriptive. The subject of this research is key informan namely, the cheft manager ofBukit Indah Simarjarunjung, and additional informants are visitors. The techniques ofdata collection are observation, documentatuin, and interview. The result of this studysare the facilities conditition of object tourism in Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung DistrictSimalungun is good enough, but the facilities provided do not match the number oftourists who visit. The Planning of tourism object facilities is grouped into long-termand short-term planning. The Organizing has not been formed by the manager. Theactuating should continue to control the existing facilities, so that in case of damage isimmediately corrected. Abstract

Interpersonal communication is a very important interaction in establishing a good relationship between nurses and patient in a Thalasaemia Center. Through interpersonal communication nurse are able to know how to form a good relationship with the Thalasaemia, causing a sense of comfort for patients to spend their Blood Transfusion days in a Thalasaemia Center. The purpose of this study is to explain how the openess, emphaty, positiveness, supportiveness, and equality of interpersonal communication among nurses and thalasaemia patients in Thalasaemia Center.This research was conducted in Thalasaemia Center Arifin Achmad Public Hospital Pekanbaru, located at Diponegoro street Number 4, Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods that describe and interpret the data. Informants in this study were nurses, the thalasaemia patients, and the parents of thalasaemia patients by using techniques aimed informants, purposive. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation.This study showed that interpersonal communication which conducted by nurses and thalasaemia patients are have run well in Thalasaemia Center Arifin Achmad Public Hospital. The effectiveness of interpersonal communication is able to increased their passion, motivation, and confidence to make thalasaemia patients feel comfortable in Thalasemia Center with considering 5 aspects which are openess, emphaty, postiveness, supportiveness, equality. The Succsses of interpersonal communication which conducted by nurses makes thalasaemia patients feel comfortable and they don’t want the nurse is being replace by another nurse.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Nurses, Thallasaemia, Thallasaemia Centre
