Abstract

The purpose of study to determine how the assessment of visitors to the components of the Asia Farm Pekanbaru tourism products. The research use quantitative descriptive mothod to analyze the prooblems. The sampel inside this research are 100 respondence by using slovin. And then technique to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire, and documentation. And it was using descriptive  data analysis techniques. The components that become a visitors assessment are attraction, accessibilitity, amenities and networking (Manson dan Poerwanto in Nih Luh Henny Andayani, 2013:3). From the result of research, the components of Asia Farm tourism products have met the standards and all types of attractions have something to the attention of visitors, other than that the facilities are available properly so that visitors will feel comfortable whe using these facilities. As well as very easy access when traveling to make visitors not spending too big a budget, to Asia Farm tourism object management offers cooperation to visitors who want to carry out certain events.Key word : Components tourism product, assessment of visitors,Tourist Attraction

Abstract

Hotel include business presses on sales of service. One of the activities undertaken by the company to achieve sales goals is to implement good and efficient service to consumers. Without this kind of service efforts to increase sales volume is very difficult because of the many and tight competition that occurs today. This study aims to find out how the quality of service Grand Jatra Pekanbaru Hotel. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to examine the problem in the lift by analyzing the guest response about the service room boy Grand Jatra Pekanbaru Hotel. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 100 people. While data colection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that respondents assessed the quality of service room boy Grand Jatra Pekanbaru Hotel is good. It is proven through the results of the average total gain of each of the overall variables reliability (33,5%), responsiveness (51%), assurance (45%), emphaty (35%), tangible(43%). The conclusion obtained from guest satisfaction with the quality of room boy service is quite satisfied. Thus the quality of room boy services provided by the Grand Jatra Pekanbaru Hotel can be maintained or improved. Keywords : service quality, roomboy, hotel

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know effectiveness electronic newspaper of advertising messages which had performed by Taman Margasatwa Kasang Kulim’s Management. The sampels on this research are 100 people, who are taken by using slovin. Based on the objectives to be achieved, this research used descriptive quantitative technique with percentage method as the result statements of visitor’s respond. The results of this research are based on the visitors’s respond, the success rate effectiveness electronic of advertising messages Taman Margasatwa Kasang Kulim was reached at 72.1%. Abstract

Reseach on the impact of Bono tourism management on community economic empowerment. Is an activity carried out to strive for something to better and solve  problems contained in the management of Bono attractions that is not the government in the mangement of Bono atrractions and inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Bono tourism object management on the economic empowerment of the community and to find out what factors hinder Bono tourism object management. the study uses the concept of quoting theory from Sujianto (2009) explaining that there are 5 discourses of development in comunity empowerment namely independence, partisipative, networking, justice and sustainability. The outhor uses qualitative reseach methods by studying data descriptively. In collection data reseachers used interview, observation, and documentation techiques. From the results of this study it can be seen that the impact of Bono attraction  mangement on the economic empowerment of the community has not been managed properly. there are still many facilities and infrastructure that have not been properly managed.Keywords : Management, Empowerment

Abstract

Indonesia and Thailand have long relationship in investment and trade that can be developed. Financial stability and trust is required by both Indonesia and Thailand. To improve banking sector effectiveness measures can be done. This research explained reasons why Indonesia has cooperation with the Bank of Thailand (BoT) through Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). This qualitative research is document analysis using data from book, journals, newspapers and websites such as ojk.go.id and kemlu.go.id. Nation-state level analysis with liberalism perspectives about institutional political economy cooperation was used expose the interests of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) in collaboration with Bank of Thailand (BoT).  The research showed this cooperation aims to strengthen the foundation of banking supervision in both counties based Basel Core Principles for Effective Banking Supervision. Bank of Thailand is committed to increasing the role and contribution of Thailand banks that already have operations in Indonesia with the principle of prudential supervision. Abstract

Rokan Hulu Regency is an area that has a lot of tourism potential from Natural Resources, to arts and culture. Tourism is an overall activity related to tourism and is multidimensional and multidisciplinary in nature which emerges as a manifestation of the needs of each person and country as well as interactions between tourists and the local community, fellow tourists, local governments, and entrepreneurs. Tourism development is one form of tourism sector development that is very much needed in order to increase the attractiveness of tourists to visit. Well-managed tourism will also add to one of the Original Regional Income. The purpose of this study To find out the development of the Aek Martua Waterfall Tourism Object by the Rokan Hulu Regency Tourism and Culture Office, To find out the inhibiting factors for the development of Tourism Objects, plunge aek martua by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Rokan Hulu Regency. Based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan of Rokan Hulu Regency there are several factors found in the Aek Martua Waterfall area, namely: Activity, Aminity, Accessibility. And facilities. This study uses qualitative research methods, using purposive sampling techniques, this study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers need to extend participation and triangulation.

Abstract

The trade carried out by Madurese is different from the others. They can last until now. The existence of a social interaction and regularity in groups so that they are able to compete with the times. In this qualitative study using Observation, Interview, and Documentation techniques. The purpose of this study is to find out what systems are used by Madurese to be able to compete with others. The social relations that exist between fellow Madurese are felt while they remain in the same employment status. Social relationships that are established from one another will form a one system. The results of this study are to find out how the Madurese trading system and know how strong the social of Madurese in maintaining the tradition of being a cattle trader. The mention of this tradition is also a factor for Madurese who continue to practice what their parents or parents have taught them. They will not easily let go of the activities that have been taught. In addition to maintaining the cultural value of it also maintains the socioeconomic value of the community. Keywords: Trade, Tradition, System, Social Relations

Abstract

This research was conducted in Langkai Village , Siak,Riau- indonesia.this study aims to determine the communitty involvement in the development og the attraction on the tombs of raja kecik Siak Regency.this research uses qualitative method to process the data obtained in the field through interviews, observations and documentations. all the information collected and studied to become a unified whole (Sugono 2000). As for the sample in research 5 key informans.. Based on the results of research that has been donethe communitty involvement in the development og the attraction on the tombs of raja kecik is Mutual Cooperation .and effort to improve the communitty involvement in the development og the attraction on the tombs of raja kecik is increase Promotion, sapta pesona socialization and make travel aware groups . Keywords :Community involvement , Effort and Attractions.

Abstract

Yuri on ice is a television anime series about ice skating that is widely discussed by critics about packaging boys love in anime in a different way than most boys love genre anime. Boys love can be briefly explained as a term used to refer to love between man and man. Love between man and men in Indonesia is often reffered to as homo, which slowly begins to blend in our society. Therefore, this research aims to find out how boys love is represented in the anime series Yuri!!! On Ice seen from the level of reality, the level of representation and the level  of ideology.This research uses qualitative research methods and supported by John Fiske’s seiotic analysis theory. The subjects and objects in this research were observations of audio and visual displays in scenes from the anime series Yuri!!! On Ice with data collection techniques used are, observation, documentation, and literature study.The results of this research indicate that there is a representation of boys love in the anime series Yuri!!! On Ice. Boys love representation in the anime series Yuri!!! On Ice obtained using John Fiske’s semiotic analysis through the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology are: metrosexual men, beautiful men, people who don’t care about other people’s views, people who have romantic personalities, and eternal partners. Keyword: Boys Love, Anime, Representation, Semiotic

Abstract

Implementation of the climate village program in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, the Climate Village Program (proklim) has been launched as a national movement for community-based climate change control by the Minister of Environment and Forestry through adaptation and mitigation efforts undertaken by communities in facing or preventing the impact of climate change and contributing to efforts to reduce emissions. the program implemented in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency experienced problems namely the occurrence of abrasion and damage to mangrove forests. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Climate Village Program in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency and find out the factors that influence the Implementation of the Climate Village Program in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. Using the theory concept of Policy Implementation according to Wahab in Tahir (2015: 55). Using qualitative descriptive methods. the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. data collection using observation, interview, documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Climate Village Program in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency had not run optimally. The factors that influence the implementation of the Village Climate Program in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency are organizational capabilities, information and support.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Climate Village
