Abstract

Taxes are taxes payable by any motor vehicle owner who drives their vehicle on a public road. The interest of taxpayers in paying taxes is an obligation. This is because taxes are useful, one of them is for the stability of the country's infrastructure and economic development. The wording of the problem being adopted is how the implementation of the motor vehicle tax by the Meranti Islands Regency Regional Tax Office in 2017 and what are the inhibiting factors in optimizing the motor vehicle tax revenues in Kepulauan Meranti Regency, province Riau in 2017.The purpose of this study is the first to describe the form of implementation carried out by the regional income of the UPT in motor vehicle tax income in Meranti Islands Regency, Riau province in 2017. The second is to determine the inhibiting factors in optimizing the income from motor vehicle tax. in Kepulauan Merant Regency, Riau Province 2017. The research method used is qualitative research. This type of research is descriptively qualitative. The location of this investigation is in the Regional Revenue Unit of the Meranti Islands Regency. Techniques for data collection through interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and data verification.The results of the study show that in the implementation of the motor vehicle tax by the Meranti Islands Regional Tax Authority in 2017, a series of activities takes place, including calculating tax object and taxpayer data, determining the amount of the tax tax, collecting taxes. and supervision of deposits. The inhibiting factors in the collection of motor vehicle tax by the Meranti Islands regency regional tax authority in 2017 are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, low human resources, low community participation, inadequate budget for activities, geographic conditions in the Meranti Islands regency and the lack of coordination between the Riau Provincial Bapenda and the Regional Revenue Unit of the Meranti Islands regency. Keywords: Object data and tax subjects, tax amount, tax collection, supervision.

Abstract

One of the people who still practice female circumcision is the Ukui Village community, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. The existence of female circumcision is a form of assumption that applies in society as a habit that cannot be abandoned because it is one of the religious orders, especially in Islam. This study aims to find out why people in Ukui Village still carry out female circumcision and how the process of implementing female circumcision in Ukui Village is. This study uses a qualitative method and uses a purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The author discusses this research using Talcott Parsons' Structural Functional Theory (AGIL). The results of this study indicate that all parents in Ukui Village still carry out circumcision on girls and have become part of community life. Female circumcision is carried out to maintain the cleanliness of the genitals and its implementation is more based on religious teachings. The process of implementing female circumcision is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the post-female stage. The process of implementing female circumcision is carried out by midwives and its implementation is carried out simply.Keywords: Parental Action, Female Circumcisio

Abstract

The high motivation of the community to occupy the position of village head tends not to be matched by an increase in their capacity and quality to fill the village head's position. As a result, candidates who advance in the nomination of the Village Head often do various ways to win themselves even though by means of which is actually prohibited in the election regulations. Money Politics that occurred in the Payung Sekaki Village Pilkades turned out to be varied in each Hamlet and RT in Payung Sekaki Village, ranging from 200 thousand to 150 thousand. The money came from the Suskes Team, one of the candidates. From the results of this study it can be seen that money politics in the Pilkades, namely in the form of Sound Purchases conducted by candidates for the Village Head of Payung Sekaki ranges from Rp. 150,000-Rp. 200,000 per person. Provision of Personal Items carried out by each prospective Village Head is very important, both in the form of groceries, spending money, in addition to the services and activities of each candidate is to assist in the management of KTP and Permits in the issuance of Electrical Installation for the community, and who the last is giving group items, namely in the form of batik clothes, recitation mothers' uniforms, prayers, and for poison / dopra spray for Payung Sekaki Village community. Factors that influence the occurrence of Money Politics consist of internal factors and external factors, internal factors include the Voter Data Collection Factor where there is an increase in DPT that is not in accordance with the Domicile, and there are some people who are not registered to vote. The Voting Factor, namely the real occurrence of money politics by the Candidates of the Village Head, as well as the Election Committee and TPS supervision factors, is the occurrence of weaknesses of the committee and supervisors in carrying out their duties. External factors consist of economic factors and the lack of political knowledge of the people in Payung Sekaki Village. Keywords: Money Politics, Village Head Election, Payung Sekaki Village

Abstract

Modern Stores (Alfamart and Indomaret Retail) is one of the Modern Stores that stands in Indragiri Hulu Regency. Alfamart and Indomaret Retail Licensing is one of the methods used by the Indragiri Hulu Regency Government in bringing in investors to invest, so that it will increase the positive trend in Regional Original Income. However, in the Alfamart and Indomaret Retail licensing sector, which is run by the Indragiri Hulu Regency Government, it is not only increasing local revenue, but also paying attention to the socio-economic conditions of the people in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This is because it is still not precise to establish Modern Stores (Retail Alfamart and Indomaret) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is who are the actors involved in the business licensing process; what are the interests of the actor; what is the social / institutional basis; and what resources do actors have in the process of licensing the Modern Store business (Alfamart and Indomaret retails) in Indragiri Hulu 2018? This research aims to describe the actors and interests of actors, as well as to describe the social / institutional basis and resources of actors in the Shop Business Licensing process. Modern (Alfamart and Indomaret Retail) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis in this study uses the Advocacy Coalition Freamwork. The results of this study are the licensing politics of Modern Stores (Alfamart and Indomaret Retail) in Indragiri Hulu Regency as efforts to provide a safe and comfortable licensing climate for business actors. However, in licensing Modern Stores (Retail Alfamart and Indomaret) in Indragiri Hulu Regency is still not running optimally, this is due to the inconsistency of actors in carrying out their main duties and functions in licensing shop business Modern.  Keywords : Actors And Goals, Actor's Interests, Social Base

Abstract

This research describes the impacts of sister city cooperation between the City of DKI Jakarta and the City of Berlin, especially the impacts that occurred in 2016-2019, these impacts are related to areas of agreement that have been agreed in the MoU which contains cooperation in the field of Urban Planning, Transportation. General City, Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment, Housing Development Planning, Economy and Culture. Jakarta's sister city cooperation with Berlin has been established for 25 years, during which time there have also been many activities carried out related to agreed fields for the advancement of the two cities. In this research, the resulting impacts focus on the city of DKI Jakarta as a city that absorbs more knowledge and direct or indirect assistance provided by the City Government of Berlin.             This research uses the theory of international cooperation to see the form of cooperation between Jakarta and Berlin in the form of a sister city. Then this research uses a pluralism perspective, supported by nation-state level analysis and uses the theory of cooperation measurement indicators.            The impacts that have resulted from the collaboration between Jakarta and Berlin are in the form of input or second opinion related to the development of each agreed area. The activities carried out in each field are in the form of workshops, exhibitions, expert visits from Berlin, placement of experts from Belrin, but from these 6 fields there is one field that does not work, namely in the field of Wastewater Treatment because there are already collaborations with other cities. Overall the cooperation carried out by the two cities runs effectively because most of these fields have been carried out activities that are used for the progress of the city, especially the City of Jakarta.Keywords: Sister City, Impact, Jakarta, Berlin, City Development, International Cooperation.

Abstract

This research titled.” Implementation of family functions in early childhood marriage households in the Kasang Limau Sundaivillage Kuantan Hilir Seberang”.Then the researcher in interested this lifting thems because the fhenomena is insociety the early occur the teennageersin society in the kasang limau sundai village.Data analysis answer the problem that exsist in this study are analyzed in descriptive qualitative that analysis theories in the this research.(1)What reason cause early marriage in the Kasang limau Sundai.(2.How the implementation of family function in households that get marrrried at an early age.In data collection in this is observasion, interview, and documentation.As for the respondents in this is 12 people or 6 pairs of respondents.The research proves that early marriage the caused by economi factor, are one couples out of six couples because of the low economy they assume that marriage can support the family economy,and one pair of six couples is due to education or droping out of school,and four partner from six couples is due to being pregnant out of wedlock.while of family function early marriage do not properly becaused of assisted by parents.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Keywords   :Early Marriage, Teenagers, Family

Abstract

Every year the Air Terjun Village Government continues to strive to develop the potential of village women so that they can develop and make village women independent by creating village women's empowerment programs. Empowerment of Women in Air Terjun  Village is quite important to be held, which is a majority of oil palm plantation areas, makes the livelihoods of many people relying on plantation products. The situation is getting more difficult when women are helpless and make no competitiveness in an effort to improve the economy of the people of  Air Terjun Village.            This study aims to determine to what extent the level of effectiveness of women's empowerment programs in the Air Terjun Village in an effort to increase the independence of women in the Air Terjun village. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The location of this research was carried out in the Air Terjun Village, Bandar Petalangan District, Pelalawan Regency, with data collection techniques carried out by interviews and documentation.The results of this research are that firstly, the implementation of the women's empowerment program in the Air Terjun Village has been going well, but there are still some obstacles in it, such as the embroidery empowerment program that cannot use all the facilities in the form of the embroidery machine provided because it was damaged while the program was running. Second, the level of effectiveness of the women's empowerment program in the Air Terjun Village in increasing the independence of village women is still ineffective, this can be seen from the lack of development of the participants in the empowerment program after participating in these programs. Keywords: Effectiveness Program, Women Empowerment, Village Government

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the assessment of disability visitors at the amenities of the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park in Bali. This research aimed: (1) to determine the assessment of disability visitors at the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park tourist attraction facilities, (2) to determine the manager's efforts to manage facilities for disability visitors at the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. This study uses the Pitojo theory which discusses the distribution of tourist facilities in order to explain the phenomena found in the field.This research uses a quantitative approach to clarify the issues raised in this research. While the data collection technique uses the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that based on research results obtained from the assessment of disability visitors at the amenities of the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park in Bali, it is considered very good and disability visitors feel very satisfied with the facilities available. This is evidenced by the acquisition of a total facility total score of 21.965 points. Keyword: Satisfaction, Disability visitors, Amenities

Pekanbaru city Government Land Asset Management Information Syistem (SMART PETAKU) is a was created by Dinas Pertanahan Pekanbaru City and got reward directly from Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) indonesian against Region Goverement to Development and build Geospasial information with utilitation which one innovative and based vision and mission Government Pekanbaru City create pekanbaru to Madani City.The propuse of this study to knowing Management system information Pekanbaru to process management land asset in Pekanbaru City  and find out what is a obstacle factor Management System Information Smart Petaku in process Management land asset in Pekanbaru City. This research use purposive sampling with qualitative using adescriptive approach and the data required both primary and secondary data obtained by observation, interview and documentation for futher analalysis. The result of this research show that Management System Information Smart Petaku has been implemented with good work. As for obstacle factor Management System Information Smart Petaku is the budget not same as every year, and Covid-19 is being experienced the world today. Keywords: Management, Smart Petaku, Information System

Abstract

This research examines the Basiacuong Tradition in Kampar Riau. culture is an inseparable part of the civilization of a region, thetradition basiacuong is the proverbial language used by the Kampar community in general in various traditional events. Thetradition basiacuonghas been known for a long time in the community so that its formation patterns are always passed on from generation to generation. thetradition basiacuong has special values that are considered in the community, generally the values become a reference for community guidelines in behaving and behaving. In the research process, the researcher examines the connectedness of the community in viewing and seeing thetradition basiacuong and the system inside the basiacuong. The researcher used the theory of symbolic interaction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with 13 research subjects consisting of tribal ninik mamak and village youth. The results of this study indicate that the traditionaltradition basiacuong has a special value that is seen in the community so that the community has a standard value in viewing the traditionaltradition basiacuong.
