Abstract

Management means a process, method, manager's actions, the process of carrying out certain activities by mobilizing other people's energy, a process that provides supervision on all things involved in implementing policies and achieving goals. This study aims to see how the condition of facilities at Teluk Jering tourism object, Kampar Regency, Riau Province and to see what efforts are made by the manager in managing facilities at Teluk Jering tourism object, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. In this study, the authors used qualitative methods as a procedure for processing data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation of the Head of the Management, the Managing Secretary and visitors. After conducting interviews with the informants, the authors concluded that the overall facilities for the Teluk Jering tourist attraction have been well managed, but there is a lack of facilities, namely the unavailability of souvenir shopping facilities for tourists. Keywords: management, facilities, tourism, Teluk Jering.

Abstract

Lingga regency is an area that has a lot of water sources from water springs, wathershed, and raw water. However the need clean water for community in Lingga regency  has not been fulfilled because water supplies are uneven. Community’s need will continue to increase clean water. The condition of water container does not fit the needs of clean water. Then, the authors see the implementation of clean water infrastructure development in Lingga Regency and the inhibitory factor of implementing clean water infrastructure development of in lingga regency in 2017-2018.The purpose of this study is to describe how local government in giving authority to the PUPRPKP Service and to give authority to PDAM and what are the factors that influence these authorities by using the theory of authority and focus on accountability criteria. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In collecting data, the writer used interview and documentation techniques.            The results of this study are the implementation of  clean water infrastructure development in Lingga regency based on the deconcentration principle, the Department of PUPRPKP Lingga was given authority that is the field of copyrighted work and water resources to develop clean water by making physical buildings to accommodate clean water and cooperation with BWS IV Province of Kepulauan Riau as a water resource manager that is a working unit the Ministry of public work & housing and PDAM as a clean water service provider to the community and have the authority to find a water source. Pipeline system is an activity undertaken by PDAM while non pipeline activity undertaken by community relate to the development of clean water in the village. The inhibitory factor in implementing the development of clean water infrastructure in Lingga Regency is limited budget, and still dependent on local government then the limited workforce and water sources are far from reach. Keywords:  Accountability, Administration, Law, Politics

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy and to determine the factors that hamper the MSME development strategy in the city of Pekanbaru. This research is a study that uses a qualitative methodology. This research is descriptive in nature, describing the truth correctly about the MSME development strategy in the city of Pekanbaru. Qualitative research aims to reveal certain social situations by describing true reality. The results of this study are the strategies for developing MSMEs in the city of Pekanbaru that are implemented by the Pekanbaru City Cooperative Office of MSME are organizational strategies, program strategies and institutional strategies. In implementing this organizational strategy the Pekanbaru City Cooperative Office of MSME has not yet maximized the formulation of new strategic initiatives, the formulation of strategic initiatives undertaken tends to be almost the same as in previous periods. In the implementation of this program strategy the Pekanbaru City Cooperative Office of MSME has not been able to be implemented as planned due to lack of functional technical ability and delays in disbursing funds. In the implementation of this institutional strategy, the Pekanbaru City Cooperatives MSME Office's lack of ability to implement the strategic initiatives that have been formulated. Factors that hamper the MSME development strategy in Pekanbaru are internal factors consisting of functional technical capabilities, workloads that are not standardized, and inadequate infrastructure. Also external factors consisting of the threat of the influence of globalization, and disbursement of funds that are not in accordance with the specified time.Keywords: Development, Strategy, MSME

Abstract

The emergence of the internet has had many influences and changes in human life. The rapid dissemination of information through social media obtained from various sources may have certain effects. Twitter account @womanfeeds_id  as a forum that facilitates the dissemination of information quickly and widely can influence a person's behavior, one of which is consumptive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the social media twitter @womanfeeds_id has on the consumptive behavior of followers.            The method used in this research is an explanative quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The population in this study were all followers of the account @womanfeeds_id. The number of samples for this study were 398 respondents. To determine the effect of the two variables, researchers used simple linear regression analysis. And for data processing, the questionnaire test was carried out using the program. Product and Service Solution statistical (SPSS) Windows version 25.            Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression coefficient value was obtained in this study with the equation Y = 9.091 + 0.540X with a significance level of 0.000. If the level of significance is smaller than the specified significance of 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of social media twitter @womanfeeds_id on consumptive behavior followers'. The coefficient of determination or R2 in this study was 27.9%, which shows the influence of social media @womanfeeds_id twitter on consumer behavior followers are in a weak category. Meanwhile, the remaining percentage of 72.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keyword: Social Media, Twitter, and Consumtive Behavior, followers

Abstract

This research was conducted by PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kampar Regency is located in the Tapung sub-district, Kampar Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. RamaJaya Pramukti, Kampar Regency.        In this research, the method used is quantitative descriptive with SPSS 17 program. The sample in this study were all employees of the production division of PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kampar Regency, amounting to 60 people. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires (questionnaire). Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods with the results of the study: Y = = 7,774 + 0.486X1 + 0.178X2.       The research that has been conducted shows that the respondents' responses to supervision, work discipline and employee performance are in good categories. As for the (t) test that has been conducted, it shows that the variables of supervision and work discipline partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F test show that simultaneously supervision and work discipline for the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R Square value of 0.432 on employee performance. This shows that supervision and work discipline have an effect of 43.2% on employee performance, while the remaining 56.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Many people travel to improve their wellbeing perception and Indonesian society are no exception in that, they hope to enchance their quality of life through tourism.  As such, this study presents a examination the service quality of tour guide in Muara Takus Tempel, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study aims to determine the quality of local guide services at Muara Takus Temple, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study uses a mixed method to examine the issues raised above. This current study collected samples from 100 tourists who visited Muara Takus Temple. Tour guiding  issues  were  identified through a series of in-depth and focus interviews and integrating many secondary data. Afterwards for the data collection techniques this study used observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this research exhibit the service quality of local guide at Muara Takus Temple is good, but still need some improvement. This result made based on 5 dimensions, such as dimension of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Keywords: Service Quality, Tour Guide, Muara Takus Temple

Abstract

The Child Identity Card is a policy issued by the Government by issuing an identity card that is officially recognized for children under 17 years of age as an effort to improve data collection, protection and public services for children. The implementation of the Child Identity Card policy began in 2019 in Pasaman Regency which was carried out by the Pasaman Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. In its implementation, there are problems, namely there are still people who do not know the Child Identity Card policy and there is still a lack of public awareness to take care of it so that the issuance of Child Identity Cards in Pasaman Regency is still low. For this reason, the authors are interested in conducting research related to the implementation of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards in Pasaman Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards in Pasaman Regency and to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of the child's identity card policy. The theory used in this research is the theory of policy implementation by Van Meter and Van Horn. To answer these problems, researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this study the authors used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards in Pasaman District has not been well realized. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of PKH activities are on target and To find out how the results of PKH activities to families who receive. The location of this research was conducted in The Village of Teluk Pauh Keamatan Pangean with the number of respondents 35 people. Data analysis method using survey research method and using descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that the Family Of Hope Program has been running well this is known from the results of respondents' answers of 34 people or 97.1% answered well. Aspects of Education that the government has been able to improve the education of very poor households through the Family of Hope Program (PKH) has helped poor households in sending children to school. With PKH Education for poor families/households is guaranteed. It's just that PKH in Teluk Pauh Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, distribution of PKH assistance has not been on target as seen from the recipients of PKH assistance already there who are prosperous and can meet their daily needs. This is because the data used for the determination of beneficiaries is determined by data at the national level by using data in the previous year / data used is invalid, while when there is a status switch on rtsm in the region must go through a long process in order to be replaced or removed from the list of beneficiaries. Keywords: PKH, RTSM, Education

Abstract

Existence of Minangkabau Ethnic traders in Overseas (a study of trader Padang sate on Street Delima Pekanbaru City). This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to find out how the development efforts made by Minangkabau ethnic satay traders in Pekanbaru and to find out the obstacles and driving factors that are done by these satay traders to maintain their existence. In determining the research subject using purposive sampling technique that is predetermined based on criteria. The number of informants in this study amounted to 4 people. The theory used is the theory of strategy from Pierre Bourdieu. The results of this research are that informants make efforts to develop their business using several strategies such as making savings by setting aside some of their money by saving, investing, being able to accept and learn all the trade knowledge from the closest people and bequeath their merchandise to offspring, maintain economic capital and capital social in order to earn an income and perpetuate its business, but it also seeks to preserve and improve social recognition by having a distinctive feature. In carrying out this strategy, there are motivating factors for informants to carry out this strategy which is useful for sustaining business. In addition, of course there are inhibiting factors obtained by the informant namely in maintaining the characteristics, attracting customers, etc. There are also some satay traders who have no obstacles such as the absence of obstacles in attracting customers because their businesses already have names. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of educational programs and job training and what are the inhibiting factors. The problem in this study is that the percentage of local labor absorption is still low, not all job seekers can join this program because of the participant quota restrictions, there is no follow-up to this program, such as in the distribution of labor to companies to participants, the guidance process is not optimal, there are limited facilities and infrastructure, no permanent teaching staff. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. While the data collection technique uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the education and job training programs carried out by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Bengkalis Regency had not run optimally. This is because there are indicators of implementation that have not been going well, besides that there are also inhibiting factors in their implementation, including limited budget, facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Education and Training
