Abstract

Writing a thesis entitled "Collaborative Governance in the Recognition of Customary Law Communities and Ulayat Land Rights of the Petopang Kenegerian tribe in Kuok, Bukit Melintang Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency, 2017-2019", in Kampar Regency, there are actually many units of customary law communities and customary land in every village, especially in Riau Province. In Kampar itself, the existence of customary law communities in Kampar Regency is better known as Kenegerian, where several countries are supervised by the Caliphate. Talking about the existence of customary law communities and their traditional rights have been guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution, however, so far there has not been a comprehensive recognition of customary law communities and customary land rights and has not yet been optimal. There are supporting factors in waste management itself, namely from external and internal factors. This research was conducted in Bukit Melintang Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this research is to describe Collaborative Governance in Recognition of Customary Law Communities and Ulayat Land Rights of Petopang Kenegerian Kuok Village, Bukit Melintang, Kuok District, Kampar Regency, 2017-2019. The theory used is the collaboration of Ansel and Gash. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection techniques, literature study and documentation, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The final result of this research is using a collaborative theory of the implementation of the recognition determination of customary law communities and customary land rights in Kampar Regency, especially in Bukit Melintang Village. This has not been going well according to the theory used. This is due to several factors, such as lack of stakeholder cooperation and undocumented customary forests as a whole.Keywords: Collaborative Governance, Customary Law Community, Ulayat Land.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru, located on SM Amin Street, Simpang Baru, Tampan, Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix and service quality on buying desicion of Suzuki SX4 S-Cross Car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study are allconsumers who purchase the SX4 S-Cross Car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru in the last year of 2019 totaling 95 people. Where the samples in this study are consumers of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru as many as 95 respondents. To determine the sample using the Census Method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale.From the analysis of data which includes validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test), and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, marketing mix on buying desicion is t arithmetic (9.246)> t table (1,6614) means that marketing mix has a significant effect on buying desicion. Second, the service quality on buying desicion is t arithmetic (11.278)> t table (1.6615) means that the service quality significantly influences buying desicion. The f test results of marketing mix and service quality have a significant effect on buying desicion, namely f arithmetic (80.317)> F_ table (3.10). This means that marketing mix and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on buying desicion at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Service Quality, Buying Decision

Abstract

The Korean Peninsula finally achieved a significant improvement in their diplomatic relations in 2018 after North Korea opened its diplomatic relation for South Korea and United States of America. However, towards the end of 2019, diplomatic relations on Korean Peninsula deteriorated again. In order to understand why this dynamic happen, this research used Copenhagen School as its perspective and Regional Security Complex as its theory. Through this perspective, the security concept is reconstructed in a way that security isn’t always about the military but includes economy, politics, society and environment. With the reconstruction, a full of competition, suspicion, balance of power and alliances interdependency that influenced by a country from outside the region was formed. By using the library research method, this research will explain the relations between North Korea, South Korea and United States of America and how the United States of America’s intervention played a role in the continuation of Korean Peninsula diplomatic relations. Keywords: Panmunjeom Declaration, Cooperation, Denuclearization

Abstract

Cooperative is a business entity established to support the people's economic movement which has duties and responsibilities aimed at the welfare of members and the general public. The purpose of this study was to assess the financial performance of KSU Rejosari District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City by using financial ratios. The location of this research was conducted at the KSU Rejosari’s District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City. Ratio analysis used is the profitability that is current ratio, the solvency ratio that is debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER), the ratio of activity that receivable turnover, and the profitability ratio that is net profit margin (NPM) and return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive.Research conducted based on the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 concerning Cooperative Guidelines Achievers. Based on the calculation of liquidity ratios seen from the level current ratio of KSU Rejosari's performance is categorized as not good. The results of the calculation of the solvency ratio seen from the DAR and DER of KSU Rejosari's performance are categorized as good. The results of the calculation of the activity ratio seen from the level receivable turnover of KSU Rejosari's performance are categorized as not good. The results of the calculation of profitability ratios seen from the level of NPM and ROA performance are categorized very good, while the level of ROE performance of KSU Rejosari is categorized as good. Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio

Abstract

The association of Bujang Dara Meranti Islands as tourism ambassadors have a big role in helping the government to introduce and promote the tourism potential that exists in the Meranti Islands Regency to a wide audience. In carrying out his duties as a tourism ambassador, skills and expertise are needed in promoting tourism potential as well as having an attractive way of communication and appearance in order to influence the community. In this thesis the author only discusses how the association of Bujang Dara Meranti Islands communication strategy in promoting tourism. The purpose of this study was to determine how the communicator strategy, message strategy, media selection strategy, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the association of Bujang Dara in Promoting Tourism in the Meranti Islands Regency.This research method uses qualitative research methods. The informants of this study consisted of 10 people namely, 1 from the Department of Youth Tourism and Sports in the Meranti Islands Regency, 5 from the association of Bujang Dara Meranti Islands, and 4 from the community to support this research. Data collection techniques consisted of interviews, observation and documentation, while data analysis techniques used interactive models by Huberman and Miles. The data validity checking technique uses an extension of participation and triangulation.Based on the results of research that the author has done, the results of research to identify the first problem are communicator strategies in promoting tourism are all members of the Meranti Archipelago Bujang Dara Association who have credibility and attractiveness. The message strategy is informative and persuasive by specifying information using #yokkemeranti as the tagline. The media used are social media and print media. Then related to the identification of the latter are supporting factors and inhibiting factors, where the supporting factors are the potential for tourism objects, the tourism office, and the role of the community, while the inhibiting factors are human resources, natural factors access to tourist sites, lack of mastery of foreign languages, and obstacles budget.  Keywords : Communication Strategy, Bujang and Dara, Tourism Ambassador.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in moving the company. In a company managing human resources properly is one way to increase employee performance. In achieving good performance, employees who have high work power are needed to anticipate the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly competitive business environment. This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, Jalan Imam Munandar No. 17, Tangkerang Utara, Kec. Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The research sample was taken as many as 76 respondents but due to the impact of Covid19, the researcher only obtained 36 respondents using the census method. In this research, the methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from interviews and distributing questionnaires were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and by going through the validity test and reliability test. In this study the results obtained are that Employee Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Motivation and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) project by China in Myanmar. BRI is a foreign policy of the Chinese state. BRI is a mega project that will connect China with countries in Asia, Europe and Africa. China is building an economic corridor, one of which is in Myanmar. In this project, various infrastructures are built that can support the Myanmar economy and build connectivity for China. This study uses the perspective of Liberalism. Liberalism believes that cooperation is a rationality characteristic of human nature, positive changes in international relations can be achieved by cooperative cooperation. This research is also guided by the theory of  National Interest. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include literature studies from several journals, books, documents and websites. This research shows that the implementation of the BRI project in Myanmar is slow. China has proposed 40 projects under the China and Myanmar economic corridor but until 2020 only 9 projects have been confirmed from the Myanmar side. The causes of the slow pace of the BRI project are among others caused by economic, socio-political and environmental factors, both internal and external in Myanmar.  Key Words: BRI, CMEC, China, Myanmar.

Abstract

This study discusses to study and discuss credit at the BUMDes Muara Uwai Sejahtera Kampar Cooperative during the 2014-2018 period. This study uses secondary data consisting of data obtained by the author through, manual reports and financial statements of the Muara Uwai Sejahtera Kampar Cooperative BUMD that are needed by researchers for reliable credit analysis. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained from interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings using source triangulation so that it is easy to analyze various problems that occur in the company. The conclusions of this study are (1) The credit granting procedure applied by the Muara Uwai Sejahtera BUMDes Cooperative is in accordance with the guidelines for providing healthy credit but has a deficiency in the credit assessment analysis section. (2) The development of Non-Performing Loans at Muara Uwai Sejahtera BUMDes Cooperative during the last 5 (five) years has increased. (3) factors from debtors and internal factors of cooperatives that cause problem loans at the Muara Uwai Sejahtera BUMDes Cooperative (4) settlement of problem loans that have been implemented, namely routine billing, credit restructuring. Keywords: non-performing loans, causes of problem credit, problem credit settlement

Abstract

Karimun Regency is a national strategic area in the form of Indonesia's maritime border area as well as a trade and free port area. This is the background of the importance of efforts to develop regional potential. One of the efforts is to have supporting facilities in the form of maintaining road access to Karimun tourist destinations (pelawan beach tourism and limau stone tourism) to encourage economic growth and tourism for the growth of Karimun Regency. The maintenance of road access in Karimun Regency is under the Ministry of Public Works, which is not immune from the interference of the local government, namely the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office with the aim of encouraging economic growth and tourism for areas as border areas.                     The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the public works service and spatial planning in maintaining road access to tourist destinations in Karimun Regency (Pelawan Beach and Limau stone Tourism) in 2018. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In collecting data, the writer used interview and documentation techniques.                        The results of this study are the implementation of the role of the public works department and spatial planning in maintaining road access to Karimun Regency tourist destinations (Pelawan Beach tourism and limau stone tourism) which is carried out by the Regional Government which has the authority to maintain road access in the Karimun Regency area optimally. Authority is a very important thing in government because one of the main principles that is used as the basis for every governance and state administration in every state law in exercising its authority must be based on applicable laws or legal regulations (legality principle). Various efforts have been made but these are inseparable from inhibiting factors, namely limited budgetary factors, community participation, inadequate facilities and infrastructure as well as the total quality of Human Resources. Keywords: Role, Authority, Road maintenance, Tourist destination.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Saka Palas Jaya Village, Pelangiran District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The problem studied is about how the socio-economic relationship is formed between the Tauke and Coconut Farmers. After that, an analysis of the Social Exchange contained therein is carried out based on certain propositions. In selecting research subjects, it is done by setting certain criteria (purposive sampling). For the data collection process, the author uses interview guidelines and conducts in-depth interviews with all research subjects with the aim of obtaining valid data. The results in this study explain that there is a socio-economic relationship between the Tauke and Coconut Farmers. The social relations that are formed have made the Tauke and Coconut Farmers to maintain a cooperative relationship between buying and selling coconut. Cost and Reward affect the socio-economic relationship. The lower cost and the bigger rewards they get makes them feel comfortable while subscribing to each other. After knowing the socio-economic relationship in practice, an analysis of socio-economic relations is carried out using a series of propositions contained in the theory used, namely the Social Exchange Theory. After the analysis was carried out, it was found that all the propositions contained in the Social Exchange Theory are in the socio-economic relationship between Tauke and Coconut Farmers. The propositions referred to are the Proposition of Success, Stimulus, Value, Deprivation-Saturation, Aggression-Agreement and Rationality. Keyword: Tauke, Coconut Farmers, Socioeconomic, Social Exchange
