Abstract

Local elections is a form of democracy that is done by the local government. Theachievement of local elections Riau Province in 2013 was the desire for thepeople of Riau. But it is not immune from the interference of politics driven massmedia as the connection between the political elite of society. Tribun Pekanbaru,as one of the largest media Riau under the Kompas Group known as theindependence slogans, in this case help provide information to the public aboutthe development of Riau governor's election in 2013. This study aims to determinethe representations and social cognition candidate for election news on TribunPekanbaru Riau governor.This study used qualitative methods to the presentation of descriptive analysis.The data analysis technique used is critical discourse analysis proposed by TeunA Van Dijk. The data collection was done by using documentation, interviews andFocus Group Discussion ( FGD ). As for the subject of this study is PekanbaruTribune reporter. While the object is to be the news on the rubric PolitikadaTribune Pekanbaru 1st to July 10th 2013.These results indicate, first, the structure of the text in the discourse as a wholedepicts a representation of the candidate for governor of Riau in 2013 had abalance in reporting. It is found in almost all the elements in the analysis of textstructure. Second, the analysis of social cognition Pekanbaru Tribune reporterconsisting of cognition and cognition readers. Cognition journalists in electionreporting in 2013 shows that the Tribune reporter Pekanbaru provide significantinformation to the public on each candidate, they are Anas Maamun -Arsyadjuliandi Rachman, Herman Abdullah - Agus Widayat, Lukman Edy -Suryadi Khusaini, Achmad - Masrul Kasymi, and Jon Erizal-Mambang Mit. Whileon cognition readers see how readers view the news published by TribunePekanbaru in the preaching of each candidate.Key Word: Representation, Tribun Pekanbaru, Riau Governor, Politikada Rubric,Social Cognition.

Abstract

In the higher levels of competition, companies must be able to deal withcompetitors that offer similar products. Implementation required the rightcompetitive strategy to win the competition. The implementation of the differentiationstrategy is the implementation of the policy by the company by providing a series ofimportant and valuable differences, in order to differentiate the products offered bythe company with competitors' products. This strategy is implemented by thecompany because consumers now have more choices in selecting a product. For thatthe company should be able to create a different product or service., Superior, andattractive than other companies in order to attract the attention of consumers.This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of thedifferentiation strategy as an alternative strategy to retain customers and what arethe factors inhibiting PT Indah Logistic faced in implementing the differentiationstrategy. This is a descriptive study. The sampling technique used is AcidentalSampling data collected with interviews and observations.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the differentiationstrategy undertaken by PT. Indah branch Logistic Pekanbaru pretty good. The besteffects are the product differentiation and image. Abstract

Pekanbaru city government that has the responsibility and authority to oversee alcoholic beverages, in line with government policy that puts districts as the city government, the mayor of Pekanbaru based on Decree No. 112 of 2012 on the transfer of part of the authority of government from mayor to the sub-district to sub-district number diserahkanlah affairs. One of the responsibilities that must be implemented by the sub-district is the field of industry, trade and investment which includes supervision over the distribution of alcoholic beverages.The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the sub-district Supervision Against Alcoholic Beverage Distribution in District Senapelan Pekanbaru and any factors that inhibit the process of monitoring the circulation of alcoholic beverages. This research was conducted in the District Senapelan Pekanbaru. The theory used in this study is the theory of supervision. In collecting the data obtained from in-depth interviews to the informant. Once the data is collected and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis.After doing research, supervision of the traders who sell alcoholic beverages less than optimal. This is caused because the lack of activities raid, although there are only done once a year such as religious holidays. The resistance of the sub-district supervision of the circulation of alcoholic beverages in the District Senapelan Pekanbaru City is still limited to the District personnel conduct routine surveillance, lack of oversight by the sub-district. Suggestions to overcome these barriers need to be increased activity should raid for every shop that sells alcoholic beverages and a deterrent effect on retailer that is the catch.Keywords : Control District Head, Distribution of Alcoholic Beverages

Abstract

This thesis is proposed to fulfill undergraduate requirement of sociology science. The title of this thesis is “Portrait of Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Pedesaan Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (PNPM MPd-SPP) in Desa Bukit Lembah Subur Kecamatan Kerumutan Kabupaten Pelalawan”. This thesis shows us the recipien characteristics PNPM fund and also shows us the difference of social and economic after joining PNPM. Population of this research are the recipien of PNPM MPd-SPP fund in Desa Bukit Lembah Subur. Sampling was done by purposive technique sampling. In this technique, people who are about to be research subject is decided by writer. The number of population is 117 (year 2012-2013). Total of sample is 45 people. Writer used descriptive quantitative method with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data instrument are observation, questionaire, and interview. Data tabulation is single data and diagram. Result shows that the recipien of PNPM SPP fund recipien in Desa Bukit Lembah Subur are mostly married women and have business. Mostly respondents are about 38 years old, elementary level of education, and enterpreneur. They generally have 3-5 family member, join PNPM on 2008, and having husband who are a farmer. The data of social and economic of society member change. The income grow among them, but the willingness to participate in social activities is poor. Yet they have such a good care about social charity. Last, they tend to have lack of family interaction.Key word: mechanism, PNPM, Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP)

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain what Motivated Syria retake the Golan Heightsfrom Israel . Political situation in the Middle East is an issue that is very interesting to studybecause of frequent konflik.Salah only is the conflict between Syria and Israel . The conflictbetween the two sovereign States of this stems from the Israeli occupation of the Golan Heightsin the Six-Day War in 1967 .In this research the authors obtain and collect data through research Librarianship (library research ) derived from the sources of literature ( books ) , magazines , newspapers ,articles from scientific journals and published - written publications that support data collectionto explain what motivated syria retake the Golan Heights from israel . The theory is that theauthors use Geopolitics Theory , supported by the concept of national interest .After the war , Israel seized the Golan Heights from Syria . Israel apply the law ofjurisdiction in the Golan Heights . The conquest of the Golan Heights to Syria is everything , it isbecause the condition of the Golan Heights region has a special topography . In addition to theeconomic potential and natural resources in the high plateau region of the Golan , Golan alsogives the value of defense and security for those who master it . Abstract

This research describes the land and forest fires that have large impact on a various sectors, such as the economy, transportation, agricultural production, the level of public health and state relations. Tesso Nilo National Park area suffered damage alarming various parties, including the Non-Government Organizations (NGO) and International Government Organizations (IGOs). The state of Tesso Nilo National Park has changed completely as a result of the increase in economic activity of the local population. This environmental issue is not just domestic problem of Riau administration or Indonesian government, but also being international community concern.To analyze the research question, the writer uses constructivism. Constructivism assumes that shared ideas and values form the identity (ideational identity), which in turn affects interest. Ideational identity and interests is what ultimately helped determine political action. Constructivism gives attention to the importance and existing public discourse in society because discourse reflects and form beliefs and interests, and maintain norms that underlie the community acted.This research shows WWF role in the establishment of conservation areas Tesso Nilo National Park, beginning with cooperation with stakeholders including BKSDA Riau, Riau provincial government in this case the Riau Provincial Forestry Office, District Government in this case the District Forestry Office Riau province, local people and various companies that operating in related areas.Keyword: conservation, degradation, illegal logging, Non-Governmental Organization

Abstract

Ahmad Riza Formation Dynamics 1001120076 Regency Kuantan District of Overseas Shoots Singingi years 2005-2012. Supervising DR. Hasanuddin, M.Sc. Overseas Shoots Subdistrict is a district that has been expanded along with two other districts namely: SeberangHilirSubdistrict and District KuantanSentajo Kingdom. This division is set out in the Regulations Governing SingingiKuantan District No. 24 in 2012 In implementation dynamics that occur in the District Overseas Shoots this is the lack of expansion of its agreement made by the Government DistrickKuantanSingingi with government regulation No 19 of 2008 on the districts. That there was a violation of Article 4 (b) the organization of the village and the age limit of the number of villages are available expanded Overseas Shoots, but the division is still running with the arguments in the public interest.Overseas Shoots Subdistrict is the division of the sub-district parent KuntanMudik districts. So the theory is used to explain the dynamics of this problem is the Regional Expansion and Regional Autonomy which describes the dynamics of the early formation of the district, the need to meet the requirements of a district can be expanded up to the fight community and sub-district division teams get approval and endorsement of the district administration SngingiKuantan. So that in 2012 the Overseas Shoots districts legally become a new sub-district SingingidikabupatenKuantan. This division is done because of budget revenue for existing villages dikecamatan shoreline shoots are not able to build the facilities and good road infrastructure and development. Abstract

The research was conducted on the original bugis mother fast a business located in the village elis Kampar Regency Lake Jl. Pekanbaru cross-Bangkinang KM.34. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of small businesses as a traditional food industry in Kampar Regency in many respects, namely financial management, human resource management, production management. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. That where there is no population and sample. This study used interviews to obtain needed information. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The primary data of the results of interviews with business owners associated with the original bugis fast a business management elis mom. Secondary data is data that can be from field surveys. From the results of research conducted fast a business can be seen that the original bugis elis mom has been established since 2006 and now has opened branches namely: Branch Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru Panam Side Branch Partner Betondi Garuda Sakti, Branch Jl. Hope Kingdom Edge Adira side after Sp. Red Light Bukit Barisan. Fast a genuine effort bugis elis mother has also been awarded recorded on the books of traditional food Kampar in 2008.Keywords: Business Management, Traditional Food, Financial Aspects, Aspects of Human Resources, and Production Aspects.

Abstract

Penyengat Island or known as “Pulau Penyengat Indera Sakti” is belongto world heritage conservation area which has the eminence in historical site.Furthermore, the local community who has a great potential in managing anddeveloping tourism itself. Therefore, base on RIPPDA (Rencana IndukPengembangan Daerah) of Kepri, the government of Tanjungpinang city hasassigned Penyengat Island as a main tourismspot (ODTW) in Tanjungpinangcity.Base on this case, researcher could make a research question such as inBahasa “Bagaimana Pola Pengembangan Objek Wisata Pulau Penyengat? andBagaimana Keterlibatan Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Objek Wisata PulauPenyengat Kota Tanjungpinang?To answer those question, researcher should follow a qualitative stepwhich consist of analyze toward developing design in RIPPDA and analyzetoward local community involvement by using community involvement scalemethod and researcher also will compare both of them.Finally, base on research result, it shows that local communityparticipation is still low. Skills, profession, open-minded and duration on stayingeffect local community involvement in managing itself. Then, the sibling issue isone of the factors that could affect that thing as well.Generally, local community is still relying the government to stimulatetheir labor in managing and developing Penyengat Island as the main Tourismin Tanjungpinang City.Key Words : Participation, managing and developing, RIPPDA
