Abstract

Promotion is an important part of marketing, with the promotion, customers or prospective buyers can find out information about a company's products. The tool for carrying out promotional activities is called the promotional mix. This study aims to determine how the implementation of tour package promotion at PT. Rezki Jasty Tour & travel Pekanbaru. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the real situation by collecting field information data. The key informants in this study were 1 main director and 2 employees of PT. Rezki jasty Tour & Travel Pekanbaru, while the data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation based on the results of the research which showed that the promotion mix conducted by PT. Rezki Jasty Tour & Travel Pekanbaru is advertising, sales promotion, public relations, face to face sales, direct marketing using direct contact as well as telephone and email. Key words :Promotion mix, Tour package, Travel

Abstract

The expectations of the community regarding the system and quality of education quality are getting higher. However, the many problems in the education system have caused the government to take a middle path by creating policies that are expected to solve these problems in education. The problems that exist in the education system, especially in Pekanbaru State Junior High School, currently are of various kinds, such as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, discrimination in education and schools, unstable equality of education and so on. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture initiated a policy called the Zoning System which aims at equitable education in Indonesia. This policy is implemented by the Pekanbaru City Government for equitable education in Pekanbaru City.The purpose of this study is to determine the Capacity of the Pekanbaru City Government in Implementing the Zoning System Policy for Public Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru City in 2019. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research location is at the Pekanbaru City Education Office. In collecting data, the writer used interview and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the zoning system has several objectives to be achieved by implementing this system for education in Indonesia. However, for SMPN Kota Pekanbaru there are still a number of objectives that have not been properly fulfilled. There are still several SMPNs in Pekanbaru that have slightly damaged or severely damaged classrooms. The poor condition of the classrooms is one of the reasons why some junior high schools have a shortage of new students. Other causes include: insufficient classrooms, poor classroom conditions, and also the scope of school zoning, where the distance between one school and another is close to a population of new students, which is more than the school.Keywords: Capacity, Local Government, Zoning System

Abstract

Village financial management includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and village financial accountability. Regulatively all of these village finances will be documented in the form of APBdes whose management follows various statutory guidelines.This means that the village government is no longer carelessly managing village finances even though the authority is the power of budget users and rests with a village head.Therefore, it is necessary to have good governance in the management of village finances. Good Governance Is proposed to achieve management that is more transparent, accountable and community participatory for all financial users.This research was conducted at the Village Government located in Binuang Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. This study aims to analyze the financial management of Binuang Village based on the principles of good governance that have not been properly realized.In line with the aims of the researchers above, the research method is qualitative. After the data required in this study are collected, the data is grouped.Then the data were analyzed descriptively, namely analyzing the collected data by describing it completely and realistically as outlined in the form of a table then described in the form of words in detail so that it is easier to understand.The results showed that the financial management of Binuang Village was not well realized in terms of community participatory principles, transparency and accountability. Because there are still several inhibiting factors in village financial management that are not in accordance with the principles of good governance. Keywords: Village Financial Management, Good Governance, Transparency, Accountability, Community Participation

Abstract

Wages are rights of workers or laborers that are received and declared as compensation from employers or employers to workers which are determined and paid according to an employment agreement, agreement, or regulation. The wage policy in Indragiri Hulu Regency which is manifested in the Regency Minimum Wage (UMK) is a manifestation of the role of the local government in industrial relations, but still causes many problems and violations. Therefore, the Manpower Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency must implement the right strategy to overcome the wage problem. The purpose of this research is to determine the Implementation of the Strategy of the Manpower Office in Overcoming Wage Problems in Indragiri Hulu Regency and to find out the factors that hinder the Implementation of the Strategy of the Manpower Office in Overcoming Wage Problems in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses the theory of J. David Hunger and Thomas L. Wheelen (2003: 27-28), which uses indicators, namely: program, budget, procedures. This research uses qualitative methods and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first, the implementation of the strategy of the Manpower Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency in overcoming the wage problem has not been maximally proven by the fact that there are still companies that do not pay wages to workers who are not in accordance with the rights that must be received. Second, the inhibiting factor is the limited human resources and facilities and infrastructure in the form of transportation to support the decline in space. Keywords: Implementation, Strategy, Wages

Abstract

The problem in this study is the problem of employee discipline in work. Employee insciplined caused delays in a number of jobs and impacted the resulting performance was less than optimal.  In this case the leadership has an important role to influence employees in working to achieve the company's goals.  The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of transformational leadership and incentives on the performance of office employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This research uses a type of explonatory research with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out by using coesioner. The analytical techniques used are simple linear regeresi, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test, t test and f test. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. The population used is the census method, namely all employees of the office section at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru as many as 52 people. The results of this study show that transformational leadership affects employee performance. Providing incentives affects employee performance. And transfoermasional leadership and incentives affect the performance of office employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru.    Keywords: transformational leadership influence and employee incentives and performance

Abstract

The Integrated Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) Program is the flagship program of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Integrated Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) program and the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Integrated Desa Advanced Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) program in Panglima Raja Village, Concong Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The results showed that the implementation of the Integrated Village Forward Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) Village in Panglima Raja Village, Concong District, Indragiri Hilir Regency that covers 4 (four) areas of activity have not been carried out properly, in the field of village administration and in the field of village development it can be said to be effective, because of development. which was implemented in 2019 has been carried out. While the field of community development, and the field of empowerment of village communities cannot be said to be effective, because the impact of the activities in the field of empowerment of the Integrated Village Forward Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) program has not been fully felt by the community, the program's contribution is still minimal. The obstacles to the implementation of the integrated DMJ program in the Panglima Raja Village are; limited means of transportation, poor road conditions, low human resource capacity, limited costs. Keywords: Effectiveness, Integrated Maju Inhil Jaya Village Program

Abstract

The existence of the delegation of governmental authority to the regions in the era of autonomy and decentralization has a logical consequence in which the Regional Government is required to have adequate sources of funding, to assume responsibility for governance in ensuring regional independence and welfare. The implementation of regional governance is directed at efforts to empower the community (civil development) so that they are able to manage their resources according to local interests, priorities and potentials. So that the regions will be more advanced, independent, prosperous and competitive in the implementation of government and regional development. One of them is in the agricultural sector.               This study aims to describe the evaluation of agricultural guidance and counseling programs in Bungaraya District, Siak Regency in 2019 and describe the inhibiting factors for evaluating agricultural guidance and extension programs in Bungaraya District, Siak Regency in 2019. This data collection technique was carried out by interview and documentation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative.               The results showed that the success of the program implemented by UPTB PP Kampung Kemuning Muda, Bungaraya Subdistrict, Siak Regency in the form of counseling and coaching based on previously made objectives has benchmarks, where benchmarks are achieved properly by the resources managing them. With these benchmarks, it is necessary to evaluate the counseling and coaching carried out by the UPTB PP Kampung Kemuning Muda, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency. The success of the evaluation of the extension and guidance program policies carried out by UPTB PP Bungaraya Subdistrict together with related agencies, still encounters several obstacles, these internal and external obstacles come from the farmers / farmer groups themselves. The inhibiting factors for the evaluation of agricultural guidance and counseling programs in Bungaraya District, Siak Regency consist of external factors and internal factors. Internal factors in the limitations of the inadequate agricultural guidance and extension program (number and capacity) then external factors related to the importance of the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the Agricultural Development and Extension Program in the prevailing laws and regulations. Keywords: Evaluation, Development and Agricultural Extension

Abstract

The research was conducted in Pematang Raya Village, Simalungun Regency with the aim of the reasons behind the family carrying out the traditional ceremony of death of sayur matua with toping huda-huda dance and describing the operation of social capital in the traditional ceremony. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. In the data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the traditional ceremony of death of sayur matua is divided into two, namely riah tongah jabu and riah huta which are carried out by the kinship system tolu sahundulan and lima saodoran. The kinship system in question consists of tondong, sanina, suhut, tondong ni tondong, and boru mintori. The results of the observation analysis show that in carrying out the traditional ceremony of death of sayur matua, social action and social capital are needed. The social action behind the family holding a sayur matua death ceremony is a traditional action because they hold a habit on the basis that their ancestor teacher has passed down from generation to generation as an expression of gratitude and gratitude to God and parents who died perfectly because all their children were independent and have a family. The real action that exists in the traditional ceremony of death of sayur matua custom is in the form of social contact between individuals in the community which is carried out mutually and departing. The social capital that occurs in the traditional ceremony of death of sayur matua process is mutual trust, social networks, and norms owned by a person or group of organizations in order to achieve a common goal that shows the welfare of life and the cohesiveness of the community in Pematang Raya Village so that the traditional ceremony of the death of sayur matua is carried out with toping huda-huda dance smoothly and wisely.  Keywords : sayur matua, social action, social capital

Abstract

This study explains flnks strategy (Kanak and Socialist National Liberation Front) in gaining support to MSG (Melanesian Spearhead Group). It started with the Kanak people calling for a referendum that led to violence and conflict between pro-independence and anti-independence groups. This study uses pluralism perspective in international relations and group level of analysis supported by diplomacy theory using diplomacy approach that is public diplomacy and this study uses the concept of self-determination. This research is qualitative research with deductive analysis method.  The scope of research from this research is FLNKS diplomacy in obtaining support from MSG in 2015-2020.This research states that FLNKS diplomacy in obtaining independence support from MSG by means of forums conducted by FLNKS and MSG and tangible results reviewed from MSG's support in supporting FLNKS for New Caledonia independence internationally through the UN General Assembly.  Keywords: FLNKS, MSG, Pro-Independence, Self-Determination, Soft Diplomacy

Abstract

Utilization of Sociology Accounts on Instagram Users of Fisip Unri Sociology Students. This research was especially conducted at The Sociology Student of Fisip University of Riau in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019. The purpose of this study is to measure and find out how sociology students utilize sociology accounts found on instagram as a means of supporting science, insight enhancers and lecture referrals. In this research method, it was conducted using a quantitative approach with the form of Parametric Inference, which is normal distributed data with a sample number of more than a hundred respondents. The determination of the subjects in this study used simple random sampling technique as many as 180 people from a population of 340 people. The theory used in this study is the Hyperreality Theory of Symbolic Marks and Values by Jean Baudrillard. The result of the research was known that in the utilization of sociological accounts, respondents had a moderate category utilization rate or with a percentage of 65.6 %. Utilization rates are distinguished into the first two forms, utilization rates based on gender. Second, the utilization rate is based on the year of the force. The rate of utilization based on gender found that women are more consigned to utilizing sociological accounts. Then by force year, the year of 2019 contributes more in utilizing sociological accounts.  Keywords : Utilization, Sociology Accounts, Instagram, Hiperreality, Mark Value and Symbolic Value.
