Abstract

Health workers have an important role to improve the maximum quality of health services to the community so that the community is able to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live a healthy life as referred to in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The formulation of the problem from this research is the factors which affect the implementation of the Environmental Health Service policy at the Sentajo Raya Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not run optimally. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the Environmental Health Service policy at the Sentajo Raya Public Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the Puskesmas Sentajo Raya at this time did not have environmental health workers. Ideally, with a large work area, it should be supported by the availability of health workers who can serve the community optimally. The health office and the Puskesmas in this case did not establish good communication causing the shortage of health workers needed by the community was not handled quickly then the socialization of the Ministerial Regulation at the Sentajo Raya District Health Center was not carried out optimally. Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Ruth Bader Ginsburg in escalate gender equality in America through her role in the Women’s Rights Project and the Supreme Court. This research is expected to be a guide in knowing  Ruth Bader Ginsburg's efforts in improving  gender equality in United States.             This study uses the principle of a feminist perspective where when discussing gender inequality, a feminist perspective is needed to analyze the interaction of Ruth Bader Ginsburg with the Women’s Rights Project and use feminism theory. The method used is a qualitative method that is collecting data through life history research of Ruth Bader Ginsburg             This research shows that Ruth Bader Ginsburg's role in advancing gender equality in America through the Women’s Rights Project has been well implemented from the cases she worked on starting from working on gender discrimination cases at the Women’s Rights Project, to cases of gender discrimination when she became a member of the Supreme Court Judge. Gender equality has become a part of her life which she strives for because she himself has felt gender inequality since she was young. With Ginsburg joining the Women’s Rights Project and becoming a Supreme Court Justice, Ginsburg has changed some of the perceptions and laws that state that gender discrimination hurts both men and women. Keywords: Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Women’s Right Project, Gender Equality, United States of America, Supreme Court Justice

Abstract

This research was conducted in Rabi Jongor Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of the manopot kahanggi tradition in traditional Mandailing marriages in Rabi Jonggor Village, as well as to find out whether there are changes in the implementation of the manopot kahanggi tradition in Mandailing traditional marriages in Rabi Jonggor Village. The theory used is the concept of the theory of the Mandailing and Manopot Kahanggi tribes. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Researchers have prepared 4 research subjects and 1 key informant, namely the Adat King, and 4 people who have practiced the Manopot Kahanggi Tradition. Data analysis was performed using descriptive qualitative and data instruments were observation, interview and documentation. From the results of research in the field of Manopot Kahanggi Tradition, it is mandatory for prospective grooms to marry a woman from Rabi Jonggor Village, including the Marsapa Boru tradition; The Bond-Binding Tradition; and the Tradition of Giving Help. The Changes in the Implementation of the Manopot Kahanggi Tradition, including the Changes in the Implementation of Marsapa Boru; Change in the implementation of the binding; and Changes in the Implementation of Providing Assistance in accordance with the existing customary rules in the village. There are only changes in the time or day of its implementation, be it the tradition of Marsapa Boru, Ikat-Binding, and Giving Aid. KeyWords: Tradition, Marriage, Implamentation, Change

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Lhokseumawe Mayor Regulation Number 24 of 2020 concerning the Use of Masks in Lhokseumawe City and to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of Lhokseumawe Mayor's Regulation Number 24 of 2020 concerning the Use of Masks in Lhokseumawe City. This research is a study that uses a qualitative methodology. This research is descriptive, describing the reality. Qualitative research aims to reveal certain social situations by describing the true reality. The results of this study are the implementation of Lhokseumawe Mayor Regulation Number 24 of 2020 concerning the Use of Masks in Lhokseumawe City carried out with the aim or target that all Lhokseumawe residents use masks during the Covid-19 pandemic to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Activities carried out in implementing this policy are campaigns for the use of masks, distribution of social assistance (bansos) accompanied by masks, massive socialization of law enforcement and discipline, and public service advertisements. The results of the implementation of this policy are still not optimal because until now there are still many residents who do not use masks when doing activities outside the home. Factors that hinder the implementation of the Lhokseumawe Mayor Regulation Number 24 of 2020 concerning the Use of Masks in Lhokseumawe City are the low public awareness regarding the importance of wearing masks during the Covid-19 pandemic, the lack of intensity of the relevant agencies in conducting socialization and education activities related to the importance of the use of masks and the lack of optimal coordination of cooperation between relevant agencies in the implementation of the Lhokseumawe Mayor Regulation Number 24 of 2020 concerning the Use of Masks in Lhokseumawe City. Keywords : Policy implementation, Mayor's Regulation, Use of Masks

Abstract

Diplomatic efforts in the field of education are needed to build education for the entire community in order to create a fair and equitable quality education system. Australia conducts diplomacy in the field of education in Indonesia to promote its national interests, and considering the condition of education in Indonesia which is still experiencing many problems, such as the lack of availability of education funds, the low quality of teaching staff, and the unavailability of adequate facilities. The cooperation between Australia and Indonesia in the field of education is supported by the MoU which includes cooperation at all levels of education. In this case, this study will discuss Australia's diplomatic efforts in the field of education in Indonesia.          The analysis in this study is based on the theory of Multi track Diplomacy which implements diplomacy in education through 9 pathways. The perspective used is the perspective of pluralism which argues that the actors in IR are very diverse and the existence of these actors is very influential. So this research will analyze the actors involved in Australian and Indonesian education programs. The level of analysis in this research is the nation-state with a qualitative descriptive research method, where the research is carried out covering the activities of collecting, compiling, and analyzing data. This research is limited to the period 2014-2021.          Australia's diplomatic efforts in the field of education towards Indonesia have been successfully implemented through the channels in Multi Track Diplomacy. Education programs in Indonesia are running well with the presence of various actors, such as the government, professionals, communities, academics, activists, institutions, organizations, and the media who participate in the implementation of educational cooperation between Australia and Indonesia.Keywords: Australia, Indonesia, Multi Track Diplomacy, education

Abstract

This research is entitled "Work Pressure and Work Strategy of Yakult Lady in Pekanbaru City During the Covid-19 Pandemic.” The researcher is very interested in setting this topic because of the importance of work strategies in dealing with work pressure during the Covid-19 pandemic for Yakult Lady. This research is using descriptive quantities method for the data analysis, which concerns the work strategy of Yakult Lady in dealing with work pressure which will then be analyzed using strategy theory. The formulation of the problems in this study are: (1) what is the work pressure of Yakult Lady during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru? (2) How is Yakult Lady's work strategy to deal with work pressure during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru? The data collection techniques in this study were in the form of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population and samples using the Slovin technique, from 104 populations, 52 samples were obtained and from the research we can see that the Yakult Lady's work strategies are active, passive, and network work strategies are in the high category. Abstract

The research aims to explain about the Indonesia’s efforts to improve its economy by signing Indonesia-European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IEU CEPA). Cooperation through internasional agreement can result in positive and negative effects. This research decribes how this agreement has positive impact on Indonesian tobacco export to Spain. The research uses  descriptive analysis as the method and Secondary data collections through document analysis from books, journals, newspapers, official reports from Indonesian Statistic Bureau, and websites was utilized to describe the phenomenon. Futhermore author uses the interdependence libralism perspective with nation-state level analysis and theory of international cooperation by K.J. Holsti and Free Trade Agreement model helped to analyzed the data. The result showed that the agreement has positive impacts on Indonesian for foreign exchange, increasing of tobacco export to Spain, and better earning. Abstract

Indonesia as a newly industrialized country continues to experience moderate levels of economic growth. Indonesia has good relations with Singapore, the two countries agreed to strengthen cooperation in thr three priority sectors, namely the capital market, digital economy and tourism as well as other supporting infrastructure. Meanwhile, Singapore has become the main source of foreign direct investment in Indonesia in the last five years. Singapore established a multi-billion dollars investment company in Indonesia which is a joint venture between PT Jababeka Tbk and Sembcorp Development Ltd. The joint venture company, PT Kawasan Industri Kendal, Indonesia.This study uses an analysis of the nation-state level in which the state is the main actor. To solve the problem, the researcher uses the perspective of neoliberalism which explains that investment is an important factor in improving the country’s economy. Under the descriptive qualitative method, the researcher found the problem solver based on the data that collected from books, journals, articles, websites and some legal documentary related to the research. This research is in Kendal district with a time from 2016 to 2019.This study also proves that the implications of Singapore's foreign direct investment in Indonesia through PT Kendal Industrial Park have many positive effects. The Kendal Industrial Park is proven to be able to increase the absorption of local labors, improve the quality of human resources and increase regional economic growth. In addition, the industrial estate continues to carry out construction and will complete phase one. Abstract

Increasing Labor Productivity in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, various MSME businesses is a program carried out by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration which consists of various types of businesses, such as culinary businesses, to manufacturing. However, in line with the development of the government's economic policy, MSMEs are currently faced with free competition from national to international scale companies. With the hope of being able to improve the economy in Pekanbaru CityThe purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the Program for Increasing Labor Productivity in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pekanbaru City in 2018 and want to know the inhibiting factors in the implementation of this program. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. `In collecting data, the author uses interview techniques, mass media, and documentation.The results of this study found that there are three elements called the conformity model, namely the program, program implementers, and program targets. In the first element, the alignment of the Workforce Productivity Improvement Program in Pekanbaru City with the needs of the program target, namely business actors where this program is designed and adapted to the acceleration of the regional economy. In the second element, the Program Implementer, namely the management of the implementation of the alignment of the Workforce Productivity Improvement Program in this case is not optimal, the program implementer is still lacking in related instructors. In the third element, in this case the business actors themselves as the target of the program, there are still many who do not have complete data and business permits as the main requirements for program recipients. There are still inhibiting factors in this program, both external and internal, making the implementation of the program to increase labor productivity in Pekanbaru City cannot be realized optimally.  Keywords: Increasing Labor Productivity, Programs, Program Implementation, Program Targets.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction in health services is very important to note because it can describe the service in place of health services. Siak District General Hospital (RSUD) Siak is a C class state hospital located in Siak District. The hospital is able to provide limited specialist medical services. The decreasing and increasing number of patient visits BPJS every year, then the indication of a gap between services received with the expected BPJS patients at Siak Public Hospital (RSUD). He formulation of this research problem is: How the quality of health services for patients BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) at the Regional General Hospital of Siak Regency Year 2016? Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method that is trying to explain based on the phenomena that exist and trace all the facts related to the problems discussed based on the results of research that is Quality Health Services For Patients BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) At Home General Hospital of Siak Regency Year 2016. The result of the research stated that the health service for Patient BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) at Siak District General Hospital 2016, can be said is still low, that is on the punctuality of service, the process of health service use of computerized system is still low, Affairs will not be controlled properly, even lost so that can not be accounted for patients. On the ease of providing health services for Patients BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) at Siak District Public Hospital 2016, in terms of setting administrative requirements are still too rigid but in accordance with the rules set. On the accuracy of services still found the existence of discrimination in the provision of health services for Patients BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) at Siak District Public Hospital 2016. On the suitability of health services, BPJS Kab. Siak receive complaints and follow up until all the health services for the Patient BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) at Siak District Public Hospital 2016 has been completely finished.Keywords: Service, Health, BPJS, Kab.
