Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Kampar Regency Government in the development of Deer Lake Tourism Object. Deer Lake is a tourist spot owned by the Kampar Regency government through Batu Besurat Village. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach in order to know or describe the reality of the study to be studied. The type of research used by the author is descriptive research. The research informants used were 4 people with their respective criteria. Based on the results of the research and discussion described above, conclusions can be drawn, among others, regarding the development plan for the Danau Rusa tourism village consisting of several indicators including development that has been coordinated by the Tourism and Culture Office of Kampar Regency and is listed in the Strategic Plan (Renstra). The planning and development of the Deer Lake tourism object begins with the preparation of the Deer Lake Development Master Plan. Regarding the institution, the Tourism and Culture Office of Kampar Regency has collaborated with the local community and formed a group called POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group). Regarding the regulation of the Tourism and Culture Office of Kampar Regency, it refers to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 10 of 2009, Government Regulation Number 50 of 2011, the Ministry of Tourism Number 14 of 2016, then also PP Number 39 of 2009 regarding KEK, namely Special Economic Zones. This includes all types of tourism. In the service aspect there is the provision of Parking Officers, Security Officers, and Tour Guides, the implementation of the International Dragoan Boat event in 2019, Pacu Sampan Competition, Balimau Kasai, and Campgrounds. In the aspect of empowerment, it is providing training to the Danau Rusa Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS), and the cooperation between the Tourism and Culture Office of Kampar Regency and Bank Indonesia in Helping Pokdarwis Empowerment. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru with a problem in the study is the low performance of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and performance appraisal on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 133 respondents to employees of PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing by t (partial) and F (simultaneous) testing. The results showed that the first hypothesis testing which is organizational culture on employee performance was tcount (15.037)> ttable (1.978), meaning that organizational culture significantly influenced employee performance. Second performance appraisal of employee performance is tcount (8.698)> ttable (1.978), meaning that performance appraisal has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of Fcount (125,590)> Ftable (3,07) means that organizational culture and performance appraisal have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Performance Appraisal, Employee Performance

Abstract

Jai jai Raok Beach tourism object is a beach-style tourist destination consisting of a stretch of white sand and coconut trees that makes this place similar to the beach in general. Jai jai raok beach is located in the village of Padang Responsibility Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. In 2019 where this tourist attraction is very much in demand by visitors until 2020, the number of visitors every year has increased, but in fact the existing facilities at the Jai-jai Raok Beach tourism object which is managed by BUMDes Rajo Bujang, Padang Responsibility Village are still minimal in facilities or infrastructure. infrastructure in Jai-jai raok beach tourism so that there is a need for improvement in the management and development of Jai-jai raok beach tourism. This study aims to determine the strategies and inhibiting factors for the development of tourism potential of Jai jai Raok Beach, Padang Respons Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques based on observations, literature studies and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the Padang Responsibility Village Government Strategy, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in developing Jai jai Raok Beach Tourism is still not optimal. This can be seen from the strategies and efforts that have been made by the Village Government as a tourist attraction management agency that has not fully implemented and implemented the village government's strategy because it only implemented the strategy after the budget was entered. Jai jai Raok in Padang Responsibilities consists of internal factors and external factors. The internal factors that become obstacles in the management of Jai jai Raok Beach Tourism Objects in Padang Responsibility are limited funds, inadequate human resources and regulations. Meanwhile, the external factors that become obstacles are the low involvement of the private sector in the development of tourism objects. Abstract

Beggars in the Batang Tuaka Tembilahan City traffic light area are considered to be a lot of disturbing to the community, namely the people who are around the traffic lights themselves. The beggars around the traffic lights are quite disturbing to the surrounding community, not many of them ask for money forcibly and do not move quickly before being given money, this makes people very disturbed by the presence of beggars who force to be given money. The treatment of beggars like that makes you feel uncomfortable when you are in the traffic light environment. In the current pandemic, there are many beggars roaming around the traffic lights, unlike during the non-pandemic, there are only a few beggars and they don't bother the community too much. Various reasons given by beggars when asked why they beg, not infrequently they are children who drop out of school and choose to beg in order to still earn money. The treatment of beggars like that makes you feel uncomfortable when you are in the red light environment. In the current pandemic mass, there are many beggars hanging around the traffic lights, unlike when it was not a pandemic, there were only a few beggars and they didn't bother the community too much. Various reasons were given by beggars when asked why they were begging, not infrequently they were children who dropped out of school and chose to beg in order to still earn money. The research was conducted to find out: 1) Public perception of beggars, 2) What are the factors that influence public perception of beggars, who are in the traffic light area of Batang Tuaka Tembilahan City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research obtained are: 1) Perception of the people who are in the traffic light area of Batang Tuaka Tembilahan City. Most of the community admitted that they were disturbed by the presence of beggars at this time. 2) There are two factors that influence people's perceptions of beggars, namely positive perceptions and negative perceptions, positive perceptions describe someone who can accept and support the perceived object, while negative perception describes someone who opposes or rejects the perceived object. Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a conditional cash transfer program to accelerate poverty reduction. This family of hope program is a social protection program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM) and for family members are required to carry out the requirements and conditions that have been set in the fields of education and healt. Program Keluarga Harapan in Tenayan Raya District is an area that has the highest beneficiary families in the city of Pekanbaru. With many poor families in this area, of course, it is necessary to collect data on poor families who deserve to receive the benefits of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) properly and correctly so that the program can be right on target. The purpose of this study was to find out how to evaluate the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City and to determine the factors that influence this Family Hope Program. The theoretical concept used to William Dunn’s policy evaluation theory , namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a qualitative research type, using a descriptive approach and the required data, both primary and secondary data, were obtained by interview documentation technique for further analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan in the Tenayan Raya Subdistict, Pekanbaru City has not run optimally. As for the factors that infuence the process of this family of hope program is the implementation of the program (SDM), the small nominal, and the target of the program. Abstract

The implementation of the duties and functions of the Sessions Division, such as the preparation of minutes of meetings, preparation of trial administration, as well as the preparation of meeting resumes and reports on the results of board meetings, is also considered to have not been maximally implemented efficiently and effectively. This study aims (1) to determine the role of the DPRD Secretariat ASN in supporting the function of forming regional regulations and (2) to find out the obstacles faced by DPRD Secretariat ASN in supporting the function of forming regional regulations of DPRD Indragiri Hulu Regency. The theory used in this study is 1. Active role, namely the role given by group members because of their position in the group as group activities such as administrators, officials or so on. 2. Participative role, namely the role given by group members to the group that makes a very useful contribution to the group itself and 3. Passive role, namely the passive contribution of group members. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2019-2020. The results of the study indicate that the role of the DPRD Secretariat of Indragiri Hulu Regency in supporting the implementation of DPRD functions has been carried out effectively, judging from the success of implementing the programs and activities that have been determined. The role of the DPRD Secretariat of Indragiri Hulu Regency in supporting the implementation of DPRD functions has been carried out efficiently in terms of the use of the budget and the utilization of the potential of human resources for employees, as well as the level of timeliness of implementation and completion of assigned tasks. Abstract

Patisserie (Pastry And Bakery) is a product that is produced through various processes in the form of cakes and breads. Patisseries products are usually made based on available formulas or recipes, in addition to recipes and raw materials, pastry equipment and supplies also have a very important role in supporting the success of pastry products at Pangeran Hotel Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of pastry equipment on the quality of pastry products at Pangeran Hotel Pekanbaru. Pastry equipment is a very important based on its factors in the production process. Pastry Equipment based on its function is divided into 6 groups, namely storage equipment, decorating equipment, baking equipment, measuring equipment, supporting equipment, medium & heavy equipment. While product quality is how the product has a value that can satisfy consumers both physically and psychologically which shows the attributes or properties contained in an item or result. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection technique in this study using observation, questionnaires, literature study and interviews so as to get a clear picture. The informants in this study were pastry chefs and 91 respondents. From this study, it was found that there was no significant effect of pastry equipment on a quality of pastry products at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Abstract

Congestion can affect various kinds of community activities because in addition to having an impact on the smooth running of community activities and no less important to the impact of community income. Pekanbaru is a city prone to traffic jams considering that Pekanbaru is the capital city of Riau Province. The problem of congestion in Pekanbaru City has not been maximally resolved due to indiscriminate parking, U-Turn, street vendors selling on the roadside, and public transportation that passes not in accordance with applicable regulations. The Department of Transportation as the agency in charge of overcoming congestion has tried to overcome congestion but has not been optimal. Based on these problems, the formulation of the research problem is "How is the Implementation of Supervision of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service in Overcoming Congestion in Pekanbaru City in 2019?" This study aims to analyze and determine the supervision carried out by the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service in overcoming Congestion in Pekanbaru City in 2019. This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques, the data analysis used was qualitative analysis. The findings that can be concluded from the Implementation of Supervision of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service in Overcoming Congestion in Pekanbaru City in 2019 are still classified as not optimal, even though 1) The government has supervisory standards in accordance with Regional Regulations and Perwako No. 2/2009 and 106/2016 concerning Traffic and Main Duties Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency; 2) the measurement system for monitoring is to carry out daily monitoring at locations prone to congestion and congestion prevention facilities and then reporting 3 times a month; 3) However, in measuring the implementation of supervision, it is still not optimal so that congestion still occurs; 4) as for the analysis of the causes of deviations from the standard of supervision, namely the lack of strictness of the Dishup in controlling illegal parking, public transportation (Angkot) not in accordance with the specified route, and the use of congestion prevention facilities by the community not being maximized; 5) Corrective actions taken by the government in the form of intensive monitoring in the future, additional human resources, budget, and supporting facilities for preventing congestion. Abstract

Narkoba is an abbreviation of narcotics, psychotropics and illegal drugs. The use of drugs can be carried out by being inserted into the human body either orally or by drinking, inhaled or injected which can change a person's thoughts, moods or feelings and behavior. The effects of these drugs will cause physical and psychological dependence. This drug abuse is mostly done by teenagers and adults who are initially tempted to feel pleasure for a moment or as an escape from the problems at hand, the impact of drug use can damage physical and mental health. Various efforts have been made by the Government of Indonesia in suppressing the circulation and abuse of drugs, one of which is the establishment of the National Narcotics Agency as a special institution to combat drug problems in Indonesia. Drugs are a transnational problem because their circulation is very wide, namely crossing national borders, so international cooperation is needed to deal with them. The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) cooperates with the United Nations Office on Drug and Crime (UNODC) to optimize its performance in eradicating drugs in Indonesia. This study uses the perspective of Liberalism and the Concept of International Cooperation to see the implementation of cooperation between BNN and UNODC. Data collection comes from books, journals, articles, websites and interviews. There are two findings in this study, namely international cooperation that resulted in an anti-drug resistance family intervention program. This program has a positive impact on increasing the ability of families to prevent drug abuse. Then there is an increase in capacity or capacity building for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) through family treatnet training. Abstract

Riau Homeland of Melayu tourism promotion brand is a tourism promotion brand in Riau Province. Riau Homeland of Melayu at the same time becomes the identity and identity of Riau Province. Riau Homeland of Melayu describes the unity of the various elements of tourism and culture in the province of Riau and presents how nature, culture and other extraordinary advantages have increased the tourist attraction for Riau visitors. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where the researcher tries to describe the actual conditions and conditions by collecting data and information in the field and explained in the form of a description without testing hypotheses or making predictions in advance used in making this research. In this study, it is explained as a tourist attraction to find out tourism in Malay lands which is a tourist attraction to visit Riau Province.
