Abstract

Jseven Coffee Pekanbaru uses marketing communication techniques by way of Word of Mouth, where this communication technique is considered the most appropriate and effective to be used as promotional media. The reason is because word of mouth communication is considered more convincing based on information on a product because the source is satisfied with the quality of the product and also this technique is considered to be easier and right on target than other types of promotion. Satisfied consumers will of course disseminate this information to other consumers, so that this benefits JSeven Coffee Pekanbaru and also for potential customers. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Word Of Mouth has on the purchasing decisions of Jseven Coffee Pekanbaru customers. The theory used in this study is the Stimulus Response theory. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method, with data collection techniques, namely, distributing questionnaires directly to visitors of Jseven Coffee Pekanbaru with a sample size of 100 respondents determined through the Accidental Sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the value of the regression coefficient in this study is Y = 2.108 + 279 (X). The constant number (a) is 2.108 and the coefficient of the variable X is 1.112. Meanwhile tcount (9.188) is greater than ttable (1.984). Based on the statistical calculations obtained, the hypothesis for this study is that Ha has a significant influence between the influence of Word Of Mouth (X) on the purchasing decision of Jseven Coffe Pekanbaru visitors (Y). So that means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the correlation interpretation guidelines, a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.291 is obtained, it means that the relationship between the Word Of Mouth variable and the purchasing decision of Jseven Coffee Pekanbaru visitors is in the weak category. Furthermore, the value of the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is 0.85. This means that it can be explained that the purchasing decisions of Jseven Coffee Pekanbaru customers are influenced by word of mouth while the rest are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The hospitality business is growing and developing very well in Indonesia, especially in big cities. The purpose of the writing is to find out the implementation of the standard operational procedure make-up room in the housekeeping department at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. In writing this final project report, the author uses a writing method data collection techniques by means of interviews and literature studies with qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) has been running well at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. Roomboys are also required to create guest satisfaction and comfort from the services provided to minimize and prevent guest complaints. Keywords: SOP, Make-up Room

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of youth in the development of a tourist village in Mentayan Village and to find out the active and passive roles that influence the role of youth in the development of a tourist village in Mentayan Village. This research uses a qualitative approachthe results are presented descriptively.Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques with the research subjects being village heads, heads of BUMDES, community leaders, chief managers, youth around Mentayan Tourism Village. Source of data using primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is qualitative analysis with data collection steps, documents, facts in the field and drawing conclusions.The research results obtained in this study are: (1) The role of youth is very important in the development of tourist villages, namely: youth is one of the factors that form tourist villages, youth are the next generation to create new things in tourist villages. the role of youth is very helpful in launching all activities and management in the development of tourist villages. (2) the active role of youth and the passive role of youth in the development of a tourist village, namely: the role of youth in making and managing a tourist village into a good place through beautiful photo spots and a good scenic atmosphere makes the tourist village one of the places that must be visited becausethe beauty and friendliness of youth and the surrounding community, some of the passive roles of youth are too focused on online games. Abstract

Assets have a very strategic role in supporting the implementation of the main tasks and functions of local government. The availability of assets that suit the needs will directly improve the performance of local government organizations. There is also a formulation of the problem in the research is How is the inventory of regional assets at the Regional Asset Management Revenue Agency of the Meranti Islands Regency? What are the obstacles in the inventory ofregional assets at the Regional Asset Management Revenue Agency of the Meranti Islands Regency?. This study aims to find out how to inventory regional assets at the Regional Asset Management Revenue Agency of the Meranti Islands Regency and to find out the obstacles inthe regional asset inventory of Meranti Islands Regency. In this study the authors used aqualitative research type. Based on th eresults of the research and discussion that was carried out in the previous chapter related to the inventory of regional assets of the Meranti IslandsRegency by the Meranti Islands Regency Regional Asset Management Revenue Agency, theconclusion was drawn that the activity of inventorying regional assets of Meranti IslandsRegency by the Meranti Islands Regency Regional Asset Management Revenue Agency foundthat asset inventory activities have not been properly implemented and there are obstaclesrelated to the Meranti Islands Regencyregional asset inventory by the Regional AssetManagement Revenue Agency Meranti Islands Regency, namely human resources and lowperformance. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the liquidity of KUD Karya Maju, Berumbung Baru Village in Dayun District of Siak Regerency from 2017 to 2021 using the cash flow ratio and liquidity ratio. Quantitative data are is the type of data used in this study. The data sources used are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data, namely the financial report data of Village Unit Cooperative Karya Maju, Berumbung Baru Village in Dayun District of Siak Regerency the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis technique used is to calculate cash flow ratios such as the Operating Cash Flow ratio (AKO), Cash Coverage ratio on current liabilities (CKHL), and the capital expenditure ratio (PM), and liquidity ratios such as the current ratio, cash ratio and quick ratio. based on the results of financial data analysis of the Village Unit Cooperative Karya Maju's financial data study, Berumbung Baru Village in Dayun District of Siak Regency, liquidity in 2017 to 2021 in terms of cash flow ratio is in the unfavorable category. The ability of cooperatives to pay their short-term obligations in terms of current ratio is in fairly good condition and in terms of quick ratios they are in very good condition and the ability of cooperatives to provide cash to pay their short-term liabilities is in good condition. Judging from the analysis of cash flow ratio and liquidity ratio, it is said that the liquidity of KUD Karya Maju, Berumbung Baru village, Dayun District, Siak Regency needs to be increased again, in order to get very good results. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the application of organizational culture and work motivation to employee job satisfaction at the handsome mental hospital in Riau province partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with the SPSS program. This research was conducted at the Tampan Hospital in Riau Province, which is located on Jl. HR. Soebrantas, Km 12.5, Simpang Baru, Handsome District, Pekanbaru City, Riau, with a total of 75 employees as respondents. This study uses several analytical tests, namely: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test, and partial test. The results showed that testing the hypothesis of the application of organizational culture and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the RSJT Riau Province, this was shown based on the value of T_count > T_table, and the results of the F test from the application of organizational culture and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in RSJT Riau Province, shown based on the value of F_count 15,894 > T_table 3,12. Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of parents to students who are required to be vaccinated against Covid-19 at SD IT Mutiara Hati Payakumbuh. The responses given by parents (respondents) were of course different. The response can be seen from three aspects including cognitive response, affective response, conative response. This research is located in the Subang Batuang Village, Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. This study has 427 populations. This study used the slovin formula to determine the sample and obtained 81 samples. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out through primary data using questionnaires and secondary data. The results of this study, the health team together with the school principal and teachers held outreach through meetings and outreach through banners and then the responses that emerged from the parents of students could be seen that most parents supported the covid-19 vaccination program for children at SD IT Mutiara Hati Payakumbuh. Abstract

This study aims to find out how formal education is for students with special needs who are blind. Among them are blind children who are located in the Rokan Hilir Regency, precisely in BaganSiapi-api City. Next, we want to know the implementation of education for children with special needs for the blind. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with teachers, school principals and parents, especially the student's mother. The results of the study show that the pattern of implementing education through learning can be seen in the field or cognitive domain of the child, namely: being able to understand material, in the affective domain can help in forming attitudes, and the psychomotor domain can help children in developing children's skills. There is support from family institutions, namely assistance in the form of education from parents of children with special needs for the blind. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Efforts to Handle Illegal Cigarette Smuggling in Indonesia Study on (Illegal Cigarette Circulation in Inhil), Riau in 2018-2021 which is motivated by the illegal trade of cigarettes from abroad entering Indonesia. In Indonesia, it is the second country with the largest cigarette market share in the world and the third country with the number of cigarette consumers after China and India. Indonesia's tobacco tax is an important one in national income. 2017-2018 with tax revenue of Rp. 302.9 trillion. The city of Tembilahan Inhil is a liaison between Indonesia and neighboring countries which creates opportunities for smuggling of illegal cigarettes from abroad. Bea cukai as a government official who is responsible for the flow of export and import traffic tries to break the circulation of illegally imported cigarettes from abroad. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collected uses data from library research, books, journals, articles and websites. This study uses the perspective of pluralism, the concept of Non-Traditional Security, the theory of international trade and the level of nation-state analysis Illegal cigarettes from abroad come from Vietnam and Singapore. Bea cukai Perform various efforts, namely: 1). Demolition supervision, 2). Sea patrol, 3). Market operations, 4). Socialization of illegal cigarettes, 5). Based on RI Law no. 39 of 2007. With various efforts made, it is still not optimal because there are still many circulation of illegal cigarettes that are sold in the market, such as shops and stalls which are not small in number which can be detrimental to the domestic cigarette industry, detrimental to excise and state taxes. Abstract

Diplomatic relations between Indonesia and the US in the field of defense have been very volatile for a long time, both the closeness and depth of defense cooperation. Bilateral defense cooperation is carried out in the context of improving relations between the military and to increase the professionalism of the TNI and achieving the objectives of the Indonesian state defense such as maintaining national sovereignty and integrity. Indonesia's interest in establishing defense cooperation with the US is because most of the main weapons systems (alutsista) tools come from the US with the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program which aims to build a modern military.This study uses qualitative methods with data from library sources and secondary sources such as books, papers and materials from other open sources. This study uses the Liberalism Perspective, Level of Analysis of nation-states, and International Cooperation Theory.The results of this study are that the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program has had a significant impact on increasing Indonesia's security capacity in the fields of terrorism prevention, maritime security, and increasing world peacekeeping operations personnel through purchasing defense equipment, increasing TNI professionals, and increasing military budgets. Defense cooperation between Indonesia and the US will be largely determined by regional security dynamics so Indonesia must develop innovative ideas in the regional area by involving large countries such as the United States.
