Abstract

This study aims to explain the application of the principles of good governance in the management of the New Spirit BUMDes. This study focuses on the principles of Cooperative, Emancipatory, Participatory, Transparency and Accountability. This research is a qualitative research. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from relevant and competent parties and is directly involved in the establishment and management of the New Spirit BUMDes. The stages of data analysis in this study include interviews, data collection, classifying data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of the principles of Good Governance in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) New Spirit with the principles of Participation, the Rule of Law, Transparency and Accountability has been implemented quite well, although there are principles that must be evaluated, and there are several factors that hinder performance in BUMDes management. Lack of facilities and infrastructure and weak human resources in BUMDes. Weak human resources can be seen from the education of BUMDes managers, who on average graduate from junior high/high school, BUMDes and the lack of skills and experience of BUMDes members. this is what the BUMDes manager still needs to evaluate and so that they can provide training for BUMDes managers. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Padang Panjang Regional General Hospital. The purpose of this study was to find out:1) To find out the level of patient satisfaction using BPJS for Padang Panjang City Hospital services 2) To find out the factors that influence patient satisfaction using BPJS. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study were patients using BPJS Health who were treated at Padang Panjang City Hospital, totaling 6,390 people and the sample in this study were 98 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Data instruments are Observations, Questionnaires and Interviews. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that patient satisfaction based on administrative process service indicators is classified as satisfied with a frequency of 69 respondents, satisfaction with services on physical evidence indicators is stated to be satisfied with a frequency of 73 respondents, based on indicators of reliability the officers have provided good service, expressed by respondents giving good assessment with a frequency of 85 people, the responsiveness of the officers was good so that respondents were satisfied with a frequency of 61 people. Good empathy with a frequency of 76 respondents. Good service will have an impact on patient satisfaction, the better the service provided by officers, the higher the level of patient satisfaction. Abstract

The broadcasting industry is making various efforts in the face of the digital era. Like RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru which converged media and turned into digital radio. RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru requires broadcasting management, especially in planning in managing company resources to make changes. Where planning is the first step in broadcasting management which includes goal setting activities and preparing plans and strategies that will be used to achieve the goals of RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative research methods with research subjects, namely employees and listeners determined by purposive techniques. Data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman models. And the technique of checking the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that the planning of RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru in facing existence in the digital era by setting strategic plans and operational plans so that it can achieve company goals. The strategic plan of RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru is to mediamorphose into digital radio and converge media by providing multiplatform-based services to make it easier for listeners to access RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru broadcasts anywhere and anytime. Then the operational plan of RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru is adjusted to the format that has been set by the RRI Pusat with the segmentation area carried out in short-term planning meetings to see the progress of broadcast programs and long-term planning to measure broadcast programs as well as the implementation of broadcasting activities off air, on air and live streaming. Abstract

Bokor Tourism Village is a village located in West Rangsang District, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau Province which is quite well-known and has the potential to become a tourist destination as well as a venue for holding various international scale events. Through this potential, the Bokor Tourism Village management forms a travel composition that is packaged in a tour package to provide convenience for tourists. This study aims to see how the form of stakeholder contributions and the management of Bokor Village tour packages. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The concept of this study uses management theory. In collecting data, researchers used interviews, observation, literature and documentation using key informants and supporters as sources of data information. The results showed that the Management of Bokor Village Tourism Packages, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau Province was still not optimal, this was evidenced by the implementation that was not running as it should and the lack of oversight from stakeholders. Then another concern is the lack of tourist objects that can be visited in tour packages and road access to Bokor Village. This is due to the absence of assistance from academics, travel agents and other relevant stakeholders. This makes the Bokor Village Tourism Package Management less successful. Abstract

Batik skills lesson is one of the vocational lessons followed by deaf students at the Senior High School (SMA) level at SLBN Pembina Pekanbaru City. The condition of deaf students who have hearing impairments and the lack of vocabulary and communication makes the learning process not easy, the media and methods are adapted to the students' conditions. Therefore, the teacher uses instructional communication in order to change the behavior of students to be able to master the batik skills material. The purpose of this study was to find out the learning methods used, learning media and communication barriers that occurred during batik learning at SLBN Pembina Pekanbaru. This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were school principals, teachers, students and guardians of SLBN Pembina Pekanbaru who were selected using a purposive technique. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses interactive analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The data validation technique used in this study is the extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed that the teacher's instructional methods in learning batik were divided into sign language, oral, total communication and direct practice or demonstration methods. Batik learning media in the form of audio, visual, and audio visual media. Instructional communication barriers in learning include obstacles to teachers, namely difficulties in communicating with students due to difficulties in providing understanding and explanations to students so they can understand the material provided, and obstacles to students, namely due to limited vocabulary they have, and understanding the meaning of the teacher's skills batik due to lack of hearing. The results of this study can be used as reference material for SLBN Pembina Pekanbaru to develop learning that is more interesting and more varied in the future.

Abstract

Aek Martua Waterfall is a tourist attraction in Rokan Hulu Regency which can be used as a tourist attraction in Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of selecting communicators, composing messages, selecting media and determining audiences. This study used qualitative research methods . The subjects in this study numbered six people with a purposive technique, namely by selecting informants who were considered to know and could be trusted to become data sources. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is by reducing data, collecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and evaluating using data validity checking techniques, namely the extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy carried out by the Tourism and Culture Office of Rokan Hulu Regency in attracting tourists to Aek Martua Waterfall in Rokan Hulu Regency is to determine communicators who have credibility and extensive knowledge about Aek Martua tourist destinations, as for strategies in compiling message is to convey informative messages while in the media selection strategy, the Tourism Office uses social media Instagram, Facebook and Youtube, then in determining targets or audiences, the Tourism and Culture Office does not determine criteria because Aek Martua Waterfall tourism can be visited from all walks of life both young and old. Abstract

The city has a promising appeal, along with the development of an increasingly modern era with the progress of the city, unnoticed population growth continues to increase. Of course the level of problems that arise will also be higher, one of which is that there are still many illegal houses arround vacant land and public areas that are used as residences and places to sell. Therefore, the City of Pekanbaru needs to issue a policy in the form of Regional Regulation of the City of Pekanbaru No. 05 of 2022 concerning public order and the effectiveness of controlling illegal houses so that it can restore its original function so that the City of Pekanbaru is beautiful and orderly, creating peace and order for the community. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effectiveness of controlling illegal houses in Pekanbaru City and to find out the factors that influence the effectiveness of controlling illegal houses in Pekanbaru City. This research uses qualitative research and determines informants using purposive sampling and snowball techniques. Primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation are then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of the study show that : the effectiveness of illegal house control activities has not yet reached the target. Information on illegal houses received is still lacking because illegal houses are reported when there is interest, and socialization and cooperation are still lacking because both are carried out when there are activities Sto control illegal houses. The factors that influence the effectiveness of controlling illegal homes are the absence of sanctions and a lack of supervision. Keywords: Effectiveness, Control, Wild Houses

Abstract

Pemuda Batak Bersatu is a social organization. The purpose of this organization is to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among the Batak people regardless of religion, and to build a sense of solidarity, tolerance and mutual cooperation. The purpose of this research: 1). To find out the management profile of the United Batak Youth Organization in Pekanbaru City. 2). To find out how the role of the United Batak Youth organization towards the community in Pekanbaru City. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive study. In this case the determination of information using purposive sampling technique. Retrieval of research data is done by interviews, observation, and documentation. The Pemuda Batak Bersatu Organization is an association of Batak people whose activities are socially based. Its role in the community is from a social perspective, namely voluntarily escorting, protecting and assisting both in grieving, marriage or religious activities, as well as serving people who need assistance the Pemuda Batak Bersatu. Abstract

The Indonesian Drum Band Association (PDBI) organization is under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia. In Riau Province, there are only 4 districts and cities that have active PDBI management, namely Bengkalis, Meranti Islands, Rokan Hilir, and Pekanbaru City. There are around 500 units of marching bands under the auspices of PDBI Riau Province such as Dang Merdu Marching Corps, Marching Band Bahana Cendana Kartika Duri and Rumbai Units, Drum Corps Sang Surya, Andam Dewi Marching Band, Marching Band Gita Wibawa Praja, and others. PDBI forms a drumband unit that is focused on becoming drumband athletes. The purpose of this research is to find out the methods used during the training process, the credibility of the coaches of drumband athletes, and to find out what obstacles are experienced in the training activities of drumband athletes. This research uses qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were the head of the organizational field, coaches, and athletes selected by purposive technique. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses interactive analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The data validity technique used in this research is the extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed that the coach's instructional methods in training are divided into command methods, practice/practice methods, and training methods with friends. The credibility of the coach can be seen from the experience, achievements, certificates achieved, and the athlete's trust in the coach. Instructional communication barriers in athlete training are differences in schedules for each athlete, lack of resources to facilitate training, and time adjustments with different athlete activities. The results of this study can be a reference material for the drumband PDBI Riau Province to be able to improve the discipline of its athletes.

Abstract

Wakatobi Regency has a variety of natural resources, historical heritage, arts and culture as a tourist attraction. Wakatobi is synonymous with the four islands namely, Wangi-wangi, Kaledupa, Tomia, and Binongko. Tomia Island is an island that has many tourist attractions visited by tourists. Tomia Island has a complete tourist attraction ranging from natural and cultural tourism. This study aims to make Tomia Island Tour Packages based on the existing tourism potential on Tomia Island, Wakatobi Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of Wakatobi Regency, the Heads of Tomia and East Tomia Sub-Districts, Tourism Managers and the Community. Data collection is done by document study, observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Tomia Island has natural and cultural tourism potential. Natural and cultural tourist attractions on Tomia Island are beaches, forts, Tomia Island dances, and Tomia Island folk games. Facilities on Tomia Island include communication facilities, transportation facilities, access roads, homestays, places to eat, places of worship, banks, health centers, and souvenirs. For the time in the tour package design is 4 days 3 nights with a price per person is IDR 2,297.000;-. Keyword : Tour Packages, Drafting, Tomia Island
