Abstract

The hotel's front office or front office department is the main part of the hotel, because the front office department is an information center for guests. There are several sections in the front office, namely bell boy, bell drive, reception, and night audit. The reception is the first place guests will meet. The receptionist must give a good impression to every guest who comes to the hotel. This research was conducted at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru. Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru is one of the 4 star hotels in Pekanbaru. In welcoming guests at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru, they already have good and correct standards from the start of preparation, the process of welcoming guests, and the services provided by the receptionist in welcoming guests. The receptionist plays an important role in welcoming guests. This study aims to determine the implementation of the receptionist in welcoming guests. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques in this study using observation, documentation, interviews so that a very clear picture can be obtained. Informants in this study were Ast fom and receptionist at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on research, it shows that the standard of welcoming guests by the receptionist at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru is quite good, it's just that an inadequate number of employees makes many receptionist tasks hampered. Abstract

One of the efforts to optimally utilize local resources in RantauLangsat Village is to develop tourism with the concept of ecotourism, in this case the tourism carried out has an inseparable part with conservation efforts, local economic empowerment and encourage a higher sense of care for culture or culture. This underlies the difference between the concept of ecotourism and the conventional tourism model that has existed before. The purpose of this study is to see how the development strategy carried out by the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of IndargiriHulu Regency in developing ecotourism in RantauLangsat Village and what factors influence the development strategy carried out by the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of IndargiriHulu Regency in developing ecotourism in RantauLangsat Village. This research was located in RantauLangsat Village using qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study prove that in developing ecotourism in RantauLangsat Village still has many obstacles, as well as inhibiting factors in developing ecotourism, namely resources (budget), human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as community participation. Abstract

This research was conducted at Jongkok Market and Kayu Jati Market in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) What is the social class of the people who buy Second hand in Tembilahan 2) Is there a relationship between social class and the purchase of second hand in the people of Tembilahan city. This research was a correlational quantitative research. The population of this research were people who bought used clothes at the Jongkok Market and Kayu Jati Market and the sample in this study were 100 respondents selected by using accidental sampling technique. Data instruments were Observations, Interviews and Questionnaires. Based on the results of the reserach it can be concluded that the social class of used clothing buyers based on indicator data on wealth, power, honor and knowledge was in the lower social class with a frequency of 58 respondents. The decision to bought used clothes was seen from the data on the stability indicator of buying after knowing the product information, deciding to bought because it was the most preferred brand, deciding to bought because it was in accordance with wants and needs, buying because it received recommendations from other people was at medium quality with a frequency of 67 respondents. Based on the calculation results of the correlation test, it was found that the Pearson product moment value was 0.599, the probability number was 0.00. The correlation coefficient value was 0.599 which lies in the range 0.4 – 0.59, it can be concluded the relationship between these variables was in the moderate category with a positive correlation, which means that the higher the social class of the buyer, the higher the quality of what their bought. Abstract

Handling is a process of action or a way of handling, managing and resolving a case carried out by a freight forwarder so that the case at hand can be controlled and resolved. So handling is a series of work processes for completing cargo when it is received until it is loaded into the aircraft to be transported from one city to another at home and abroad. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation, constraints and obstacles that occur in handling regular package shipments via air at PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the actual situation by collecting information data directly from the field. The key informants of this research are handling, delivery, cargo, speed, timeliness, security. This study uses data collection techniques from literature study, observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study can be seen that the handling of regular package shipments via air which starts from the completion of documentation, goods security, the collection process to the delivery of goods is going well in accordance with the SOP applied by management and PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of BUMDes in Rantau Panjang Village, Rokan Hulu Regency for the periode 2017 to 2021 by using likuidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. The type of research conducted is in the form of secondary data, which is data from BUMDes financial data of the BUMDes of Rantau Panjang Village, Rokan Hulu Regency, it was concluded that the level of liquidity in 2017 to 2021 in terms of the current ratio had not good results and cash ratio had not good results. In terms of solvency from 2017 to 2021, in terms of DAR and DER, the results are very good. In terms of the profitability ratio for 2017 to 2021, ROA has obtained quite good result and ROE has received poor results. The level of activity in 2017 to 2021 in terms of Working capital turnover, Receivable turnover and Total asset turnover showed not good results. Abstract

Covid-19 is a non-natural disaster that causes many problems. Among them are making people lose their jobs, demanding a reallocation of the budget that has been set, and presenting uncertainty in the running of the government. In the midst of uncertainty due to covid 19, Nagari Situjuah Batua became the best nagari in Limapuluh Kota Regency. This assessment is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs concerning the Evaluation of Village and Kelurahan Development, whose evaluation is in the form of evaluation in the government sector which includes the performance of village government, evaluation in the regional sector which includes the field of innovation in response and disaster preparedness, and evaluation in the social sector which includes economic health, security and order. . This research is a descriptive qualitative research with primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and reviewing the literature. Then the data obtained is analyzed and modified according to the Agile governance principles of the theory used. The first role carried out by the Situjuah Batura government in managing the Covid-19 disaster is to carry out the first principle, namely good enough governance through the activity of forming a Covid-19 task force team with spending of IDR 53,714,000. Furthermore, business driven, through the distribution of direct cash assistance with spending of Rp. 351,000,000. Next is the human focus, through the activities of creating a guard post and sterilizing village social facilities with an expenditure of Rp. 25,605,000. Furthermore, based on quick wins, through the provision of PPE and antiseptics as well as outreach about Covid-19 with a total expenditure of IDR 55,837,403. The next principle is a systematic and adaptive approach, through the activities carried out is the creation of a quarantine place. By spending Rp. 10,920,000. And the last principle is Simple design and continuous, through activities to sterilize the Jorong environment by spending Rp. 19,480,000. Abstract

The passage of an all-instant plot forces us to follow it and are also forced to be able to adapt. Tokopedia and Shopee are the most widely used marketplaceswhen deciding to buy through a marketplace, a customer will definitely consider the things that make him/her confident about buying the product. The product prices listed, features of previous buyer reviews, and shipping costs can be factors to consider before deciding to buy a product. The purpose of this study was to see if there was an effect of price, buyer reviews, and shipping costs on purchasing decisions through the marketplace for physical education students at the University of Riau. This study uses an inferential quantitative method. The population in this study were 5349 faculty of social and political science students at the University of Riau, with a sample of 98 respondents who had shopped at the marketplace obtained using the slovin method. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale of one to five. Methods of data analysis in this study through validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression test. The results of the study show that prices, buyer reviews, and postage have a partial or simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions through the marketplace for faculty of social and political science students at the University of Riau. The price factor is the dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions through the marketplace for faculty of social and political science students at the University of Riau. Abstract

The issue of nuclear weapons has become an issue that is often discussed in international dialogues and forums. The presence of nuclear weapons cannot be separated from its development in three ways, namely as a security issue, a means of diplomacy and as a weapon of mass destruction. The purpose of this research is to determine the development of nuclear weapons as a security problem in the international world. Furthermore, the type of research used in this research is qualitative with secondary data and using data collection techniques sourced from books, documents, journals, websites and thesis related to this research. The results obtained from this study indicate that the role of nuclear weapons is divided into three, namely as a security issue, a means of diplomacy and weapons of mass destruction. This is demonstrated by nuclear weapons which often cause security dilemmas, their emergence as a part of weapons of mass destruction, and cause many countries to carry out defense by forming international cooperation. Abstract

This Study aims to determine Community Satisfaction With The Servis Of Issuing E-KTP In Bungaraya Districts In Siak Regency. The method used is to use a survey method with technical quantitative analysis. As for the formulation of the problem in this study (1) What is the satisfaction of the Bungaraya Community with the E-KTP issuance in Siak Regency?.(2) How is the E-KTP issuance service received by the Bungaraya community?. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of questionnaires, obsevation, documentation. This research was conducted in Bungaraya district in Siak Regency. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive quantitative. The results of the explained that the results of the questionaire answered that there was community satisfaction with the service for issuing E-KTP in Siak Regency, where the community is satisfied with the service provided by the E-KTP issuance service officer at the civil registry office in Siak Regency. Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Riau Province has adopted an innovation from West Java Province called Samsat GENDONG to make it easier for taxpayers to pay Motor Vehicle Tax, the name of the program is Samsat Transaction Pickup Between Kampungs (TANJAK). The TANJAK Samsat program is a tax payment service that does not have to come directly to the Samsat office, but this program picks up taxes from the taxpayer and makes it easier for taxpayers who live in the suburbs of Pekanbaru to pay the annual Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Samsat TANJAK program and identify and analyze the inhibitory factors of the implementation of the Samsat TANJAK program in Pekanbaru City. The study used the theory of Charles O. Jones uses three indicators: Organization, Interpretation, and Application. The methods used in this study are qualitative research methods that are descriptive. With data collection techniques, observation interviews and documentation. The implementation of the TANJAK Samsat program carried out by the Riau Provincial Bapenda and run by every UPT, especially in Pekanbaru City, has not run optimally and maximally. This is because some of the factors that make the implementation process of the Samsat TANJAK program not optimal and maximum because the facilities and infrastructure provided by Bapenda are still less than sufficient, the socialization carried out by the Riau Provincial Bapenda was left to every UPT implementing the Samsat TANJAK program not adequately However, the lack of regulations specific to implementing the TANJAK Samsat program made the program in implementation less optimal. So that the implementation process of the Samsat TANJAK program can run optimally and maximally, then the above various factors and needs must be improved and implemented to achieve an optimal and more optimal program.
