Abstract

The Peat Arboretum Program is the goal of implementing social and environmental responsibility policies. PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning's Corporate Social Responsibility has a long process related to the implementation of social and environmental responsibility. This research was conducted to find out the process of implementing corporate social and environmental responsibility and the success factors that influence the implementation of the Marsawa Peat Arboretum program in 2020 which is carried out by CSR PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research. The types of research data are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted in Sungai Pakning City. This study uses the theory of Good Corporate Governance, 5 principles that become aspects of the company to maintain relationships with other stakeholders to run the program. Defining the conceptual State-Owned Enterprises, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. Then the theory of Policy Implementation with aspects of communication, attitude/disposition, resources and bureaucratic structure. The results of this study are the successful implementation of the Marsawa peat arboretum program so that it can achieve its goals, namely reducing forest and land fires and restoring peat ecosystems. Seen from the Corporate Social Responsibility of PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning which influences the implementation of the Marsawa peat arboretum program. CSR includes transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and equality in the CSR of PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning. becomes a variable for the successful implementation of the implemented policies and will achieve the goal of prospering the community, improving the economy, and protecting the surrounding environment. CSR is said to be successful by looking at the aspects of Communication, Resources, Attitudes, Bureaucratic Structure. Keywords :Transparancy, Accountability, Responsibility, Indepedency, Fairness

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research analyzes the Implementation of the Paris Agreement in Indonesia through the Climate Change Village Program. The case study in Proklim in Tobek Godang Village, Pekanbaru. This research will look at how the influence of Indonesian national policies and stakeholders on climate change and public views and understanding of the community about the importance of protecting the environment from an active community movement itself. This research uses a qualitative method that aims to explain how the implementation of the climate village program policy in Tobek Godang Village uses the perspective of Green Political. Data collection techniques in this research used primary data through interviews with three informants that are lurah, DLHK, and public and used document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of the local government through the implementation of Proklim in the Tobek Godang Village is very much needed to mobilize the community and is also very important for implementing national policies related to climate change mitigation and adaptation. However, in its implementation in the Tobek Godang Village there were several obstacles in the form of a lack of public awareness and funding. Even so, Proklim has contributed a lot by having a positive impact on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing flooding, and increasing temperatures in the Tobek Godang Village area. Abstract

Social media has started to become a trend since the emergence of web 2.0. The users of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Bloggers and Vloggers are now more numerous and rampant (Rosaliza et al., 2022). The birth of social media such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook has also created a new trend in the world of digital marketing through influencers. Influencers are believed to be capable of developing marketing techniques for a product through their personal social media accounts, and are believed to be able to attract buying interest from consumers. The trend of online shopping today has a lot of enthusiasts, one of which is among high school students, for students nowadays appearance is a way for them to expose themselves, so shopping online is an alternative for students to fulfill the lifestyle that is trending in their environment. , and meet this lifestyle cheaply and affordably so that it fits into student pocket money. (Media et al., 2017). This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Batam City. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) Online shopping activities of SMA N 8 Batam City students, 2) Promotions carried out by influencers on social media can influence and have an impact on online shopping activities of SMA N 8 Batam students. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The technique of collecting data for this research is the distribution of questionnaires and observation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded: 1) SMA N 8 Batam students have carried out online shopping activities in the last 6 months as much as 1-3 online shopping transactions and spent more than Rp. 500,000, so that online shopping activities carried out can still be categorized as normal and not excessive, 2) Promotion of a product carried out by Influencers on Social Media based on indicators of Expertise, Trust, Attraction, Similarity, Goods Quality Expectations, Likes & Comments, Number of Followers, Content, and Personal Branding, Batam City 8 Public High School students agree that this is the reason they can be influenced by promotions carried out by influencers on social media so that they are interested in buying the product being promoted. Abstract

The current Zoom application is not only a complement to the learning process, but has transformed into the best solution so that it can be said to be one of the needs for achieving effective learning during a pandemic like today. One of the academic activities of users of the Zoom Application is the University of Riau's Communication Studies Students Batch 2018, 2019, and 2020 who activelyuse the Zoom Application. According to CMC (Computer Mediated Communication) Theory, the CMC pattern allows a person to communicate using computer-based communication tools or gadgets supported by internet devices and applications that allow us to carry out various activities virtually such as discussing, reading, watching and accessing required sites. The method used in this research is to use quantitative research methods, and the type of research approach used is descriptive research. The data collection technique is an online questionnaire for Communication Studies Students at the University of Riau class, 2018, 2019 and 2020 as a research population with a total of 609 students and a sample of 85 students obtained through the slovin formula which is determined by purposive sampling technique and tested through the help of the SPSS application . The results of the research hypothesis using the "t test" the effect of communication effectiveness on learning achievement is 13.789 > 1.986. It is proven that tcount > ttable with a significance level of 5% with dk = n-2, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Shows that there is a significant influence between the effectiveness of communication on learning achievement in Communication Studies Students at the University of Riau during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the calculation results it can be concluded that there is an influence of X on Y by 68% with a fairly strong category. The results of the research on the effectiveness of communication using the Zoom application can be seen from 6 indicators according to Hardjana, namely indicators of receiver or user, message (content), time (timing), communication media (media), message (format), message source (source)

Abstract

The FISIP UNRI online election is the first election for the governor and deputy governor of FISIP UNRI students to be carried out by way of online voting. Compared to FISIP UNRI online election 2018 FISIP UNRI online election 2020 shows a higher level of participation. Even though the e-voting system is still relatively new and the system still has a low level of credibility. Therefore, the author is interested in studying further with the formulation of the problem "How Does the Advancement of Information and Communication Technology Influence Student Political Participation in the 2020 General Election of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau?" This study aims to describe the Effect of Advances in Information and Communication Technology on Student Political Participation in the General Elections of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau in 2020. This research is a type of descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used an online survey technique by taking a sample of 97 people from FISIP students at the University of Riau, the margin of error was 10%, the data analysis used was quantitative analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of each indicator question on the use of social media as a means of student political participation in FISIP UNRI online election in 2022 show almost all descriptive results of high participation. That is, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between progress in information and communication technology and student political participation in the 2020 general election of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. Abstract

ABSTRACT Latar belakang masalah penelitian. Dalam peraanan pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat konteks pembangunan pertanian melalui kearifan lokal di Desa Rambah Hilir Tengah dan untuk mengetahui kendala pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Rambah Hilir Tengah. Desa dikatakan berhasil apabila tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan pertanian meningkat dan bertujuan untuk memajukan perkembangan desa. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 (enam) orang yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa peranan pemerintah desa meningkatkan pastisipasi masyarakat dalam konteks pembangunan pertanian ada 3 yaitu Peranan Dinamisator yaitu peranan kepala desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan yang telah diadakan, Peranan Katalisator yaitu peranan yang membentuk suatu kegiatan dalam perencanaan pembangunan pertanian yang ada di desa, Peranan Pelopor yaitu peranan yang menunjukkan bahwa hasil kerja yang telah dilaksanakan dengan adanya partisipasi masyarakat desa. Abstract

ABSTRACT Desain Kelembagaan merupakan salah satu bagian dari Collaborative Governance yang merupakan suatu model, dimana dalam membangun suatu daerah, pemerintah tidak dapat dengan sendirinya mengelola daerah, dimana dibutuhkan peran dan fungsi pemangku kepentingan yang lain untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan maupun mengakomodir kebutuhan publik, salah satu sektor yang memerlukan desain kelembagaan yang berperan sebagai wadah dalam terhubungnya setiap stakeholder, dan antar setiap sektor pengelolaan wisata, khususnya pada saat ini Desa Wisata menjadi sebuah pioner terdepan dalam peningkatan taraf kepariwisataan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Desain Kelembagaan dalam pengelolaan desa wisata Kubu Gadang di Kota Padang Panjang tahun 2020-2021. Desa Wisata Kubu Gadang mendapatkan sertifikasi status desa wisata Maju dibandingkan desa wisata lainnya yang ada di kota Padang Panjang yang masih berstatus desa wisata Rintisan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menjelaskan data deskriptif. Jenis data penelitian yang di gunakan adalah primer yang berupa data-data yang di peroleh dari informan penelitian dan sekunder yang berupa data-data yang diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen terkait. Kemudian lokasi penelitian di Desa Wisata Kubu Gadang, Kecamatan Padang Panjang Timur. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam penerapanya pengelolaan sudah berjalan secara kolaboratif, indikator starting condition berjalan baik dimana adanya sejarah kerja sama antar setiap stakeholders, serta indikator Kepemimpinan faslitatiif juga berjalan dengan cukup baik yang disebabkan oleh berimbangnya porsi pemimpin antara formal dan non formal, walaupun indikator desain kelembagaan tidak optimal dikarenakan tidak adanya forum khusus yang menggabungkan setiap stakeholders dalam mengelola, hal tersebut tidak optimal dalam mengelola Desa Wisata Kubu Gadang dan hasil collaborative dimana desa Wisata Kubu Gadang berhasil meningkatkan starusnya menjadi Desa Wisata Maju,dan pengelolaan sudah berjalan baik dan optimal. Study This use method descriptive qualitative for analyze problem based on data collection in the form of observation, interview deep, and documentation. implementation task covers carry out sorting and counting linen, distributing linen, carrying out inventory of linen, repair of damaged linen, receiving clothes uniform employee, save all linens. For whole from results observation and interview, data is withdrawn conclusion say that implementation task Housekeeping Department at the linen section yet fully walk with existing standards. Abstract

ABSTRACT In Law Number 6 Article 26 of 2014 concerning Villages it is stated that the village government carries out village development, fostering village communities and empowering village communities and has the authority to increase. village economy and integrate it in order to achieve a productive scale economy for the greatest possible prosperity of the village community. The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of the rice farming community in Anak Setatah Village, Rangsang Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2019 and to find out what inhibiting factors or obstacles in empowering the rice farming community in Anak Setatah Village, Rangsang Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2019 The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of the rice farming community in Anak Setatah Village, Rangsang Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2019 was carried out by providing assistance and counseling to rice farmers regarding procedures for rice cultivation, post-harvest land processing and harvest processing, as well as empowerment activities carried out with the Establishment of the Association of Farmers Groups. The inhibiting factor for empowering the rice farming community in Anak Setatah Village, Rangsang Barat sub-district, Meranti Islands district in 2019 was the lack of human resources and supporting assistance for the community. Abstract

This research describes and analyzes about the impact of third wave coffee culture towards the coffee connoisseur in Pekanbaru. Third wave coffee culture is a phenomenon that makes the coffee getting the plus value. This research uses the globalization concept by using four indicators namely describing about the impact of third wave coffee culture in Pekanbaru as one of province in Indonesian that has potential because of coffee producing in Indonesian. The method that is used in this research is descriptive by data collecting through the library case. In this research, the researcher uses the constructivism theory and globalization concept. The writer uses the theory and the concept in order to ease the research in analyzing how the impact of third wave coffee culture towards the coffee connoisseur in Pekanbaru. The result of this research shows that the coffee shop of third wave often pays attention to the quality of coffee seed, manual brewing technique, and also the amount of ceoffee served. That attention is reached by the knowledge bargaining between the barista and the consument. But, for getting the impression as coffee shop customer, the coffee shop customer doesn’t need to be active to communicate with the barista. But, they just come in the shop of third wave. Therefore, the customer will get the impression and the meaning that they are the customer coffee of third wave that care enough.
