Abstract

Pekanbaru has the opportunity to become a leading destination that can be further developed, because there are also many tourist attractions in Pekanbaru City. One of which is in the Rumbai subdistrict, East Rumbai to be precise, such as : the okura dream flower garden, horse riding rides, mangrove forest, and fishing parks. This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision in the okura dream flower garden Pekanbaru City. Based on the research that has been done, this research uses qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this research were the Pekanbaru City Tourism Office and Pokdarwis at the okura dream flower garden Pekanbaru City. Data collection is done by studying documentation, observation, interview and documents. The result of the study show that there are 3 supervisio at the okura dream flower garden, namely : security supervision, supervision of all flowers, supervision of facilities, carried out independently and have constraints on the lack of unds they have and the lack of number of workers. Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of social media, especially Instagram stories among Generation Z is to expand relationships in cyberspace without any limitations. They also do not have any obstacles in the virtual world because their lives can be very different between the real world and the virtual world. The act of self-disclosure through Instagram Stories is done by uploading photos, videos, and in the form of text. This study aims to find out how the form of self-disclosure through the aspects of selfdisclosure of Generation Z in Padang City through Instagram Stories. This study uses the theory of self-disclosure (Johari Window). This study uses a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is Generation Z in Padang City, then the researcher selects the informants according to the criteria of the informants to be studied. The informants in this study were six informants. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results regarding self-disclosure, it can be concluded that the self-disclosure carried out by Generation Z in Padang City through Instagram stories which are included in Johari's three windows are open areas, blind areas, and hidden areas. Self-disclosure means disclosing, informing, and sharing moments or information with others, both private and public. There are two impacts that Generation Z gets in carrying out self-disclosure through Instagram Stories, namely positive and negative impacts and there are four goals of Generation Z in Padang City to carry out self-disclosure, namely, to express themselves, motivate others, show off, and share information. The tendency of their goal of selfdisclosure is to express themselves. Self-disclosure by Generation Z in Padang City through Instagram Stories is mostly done in a hidden form. Researchers found that the informants studied did not openly self-disclosure, they were wiser in expressing themselves and filtered and sorted out first which ones were good to upload or share and which ones deserved to be uploaded in their Instagram stories. Abstract

ABSTRACT China seeks greater engagement with Africa, increasing its potential to shape narratives in a persuasive way that can support its image or interests abroad. This research focuses on the CGTN in Africa as China's flagship effort to win the hearts and minds of the people in the African Region. The momentum is marked by the establishment of a CGTN production center in Nairobi, Kenya in January 2011. This research built theoretically using a constructivist perspective and is supported by the theory of public diplomacy. The formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical framework in this study uses a qualitative description method. This study also uses the nation-state as a level of analysis. The result of this research conclude that China is making efforts to form a positive image in the African Region by utilizing CGTN, as one of the media owned by the government. China uses CGTN as a soft power instrument in conveying ideas, values and culture; conducting public diplomacy by involving CGTN as a supporting actor for public diplomacy activities; as well as using CGTN to sway African public opinion about China. Abstract

ABSTRACT This Journal will discuss about the History of the Silk Road which was mapped and used by silk traders going west to other realms beyond China’s influence. the silk road existed for a thousand years until the collapse of the last Chinese Dynasty under the nationalist. Trough progress made under Deng’s, Jiang’s, Hu’s, and Xi’s Communist Regime, the Silk Road is able to operate again under a new framework, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Abstract

ABSTRACT Improving maternal health has become the main priority of the government, various efforts have been made by the government to improve maternal health. The progress of a country, in essence, is inseparable from the quality of maternal and child health, because from a good mother's health, the next generation of responsible nations will be born. However, until now it is still marked by the vulnerable health status of mothers and children, especially in the most vulnerable groups, namely pregnant, maternity and postpartum women, as well as newborns, which causes the still high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Pekanbaru City is the capital of Riau Province with the highest MMR and IMR in Riau Province, while from 2015 - 2018 cases continued to increase and fell in 2019, although not significantly. Based on these problems, the formulation of the research problem is: "What is the function of the Pekanbaru City Health Service in Reducing Maternal and Child Mortality Rates in Pekanbaru City 2018 - 2019? This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation techniques, the data analysis used was qualitative analysis. The findings that can be concluded from the function of the Pekanbaru City Health Office in Reducing Maternal and Child Mortality Rates in Pekanbaru City in 2018 – 2019 are: 1) The government, in this case the Health Office, implements rules related to preventing maternal and child mortality, especially having a Strategic Plan and Rena; 2) Development, provision of facilities and infrastructure, but specifically at the puskesmas Alkes are classified as incomplete and referred to hospitals, moreover the budget for these provision is relatively minimal; 3) Service function, the Health Office provides health services such as counseling, direct monitoring, health infrastructure, etc. However, the SPM target for the Health Office was not achieved; 4) The empowerment function, by empowering the potential of medical personnel by conducting counseling, going to the field is considered less than optimal because the medical staff are not friendly so that the community chooses to support them, as well as the lack of public knowledge about maternal and child health. Abstract

Abstract This research analyzed and describe the Implementation of Green economy by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Nigeria through Dufil Prima Foods PLC, which is a business strategy that the company implements to implement environmentally friendly practices and aims to improve economic performance in Nigeria by increasing the welfare of the community, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring that the products produced meet high safety and quality standards. This research used a Pluralism perspective and the theory of sustainable development by Sutamihardja. The research method used is qualitative research method and data obtained through books, academic articles, official documents and internet archives. This research showed that the implementation of green economy by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk through Dufil Prima Foods PLC has already made some efforts to implement Green economy with several programs that prioritize taking into account the values of sustainable development and based on the 3 main pillars of sustainable development. Abstract

The dominance of imported products in the Indonesian E-Commerce market has become a problem in last few years. Prices, and uniqueness that are better than local products cause Indonesian consumers to choose imported products and make local products unable to compete in the E-Commerce market. If this situation is allowed to continue, it will threaten the national interests. For this reason, this research was conducted to show the actions taken by the Indonesian government together with E-Commerce platforms in Indonesia in protecting domestic products from the dominance of imported products in the Indonesian E-Commerce market. This research used qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through library research sourced from books, journals, documents, websites and social media. This research uses the perspective of mercantilism and the theory of protectionism. The results of this research show the application of de minimis value for imported products, digitalization and export programs through E-Commerce, and also the blocking of product categories in Lazada and Shopee as Indonesia's actions in protecting local products with e-commerce platforms. These actions can limit the entry of imported products and reduce the dominance of imported products so that local products can enter and compete in the Indonesian E-Commerce market. Abstract

ABSTRACT The concept of Sapta Pesona is exemplified by a tourist item made up of seven parts: clean, neat, safe, cool, beautiful, and friendly, as well as memories to make visitors feel more at ease. In Padang City, the Adityawarman Museum is a tourist attraction that uses the Sapta Pesona concept incorrectly, making visitors feel uneasy. Therefore, the goal of this study is to enhance the Sapta Pesona's use at the Adityawarman Museum in Padang City to attract more visitors. This quantitative descriptive study included a sample of 99 individuals. This study collects data through interviews and questionnaires. for the Likert scale's use in research measurement. According to the findings of the research, the Appreciation Response to the Application of Sapta Pesona at the Adityawarman Museum is rated as good with (66,2%); the orderly element is quite good (58.73%), the safe element is good (69.6%), the clean element is good (67.07%), the cool element is very good (84.84%), the beautiful element is good (75.25%), hospitality is good (63.30%), memories are quite good (59.98%). It is necessary to improve the implementation of Sapta Pesona to make the Adityawarman Museum a better historical tour. Keywords: Response , Sapta Pesona , Adityawarman Museum

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines problems regarding the food security crisis experienced by the State of Mali and describes the role of the World Food Program in its efforts to overcome the food security crisis that occurred. The food crisis is a process of decreasing food intake and nutrition in society. The causes of food security in Mali are interrelated, and include poverty, inadequate supply and political instability, conflict, climate change. The problem of food security is exacerbated by political instability, which disrupts food distribution channels and cuts off access to distribution. This study uses a qualitative method that is descriptive. This research was conducted by collecting data in the form of analytical documents. Information retrieval techniques in qualitative research can be divided into literature and literature. In evaluating the role and finding the root of the problem in this study, the theory of International Organizations and the concept of Food Security are used. The result of this research is that through the programs implemented, the World Food Program strives in its efforts to eradicate the food crisis that occurred in Mali and the ultimate goal is that the implemented program can help ease the burden and revive the life of the Malian people so that they return to normal and rise from poverty. food crisis. Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest tuna production in the world. This can be seen from Indonesia's exports which have increased almost every year with the aim of exporting to various countries. Japan is one of the main destinations for Indonesian tuna exports. The import duty on tuna to the Japanese market is subject to a tariff of 3.5 percent. Meanwhile, in the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA), it is stated that the import duty on tuna is abolished. Import duties on tuna in other ASEAN countries such as Thailand have been abolished. Therefore, this study aims to analyze Indonesia's efforts to eliminate the entry of tuna into the Japanese market. According to the liberal theory, trade relations can have an impact on increasing welfare. The theoretical point from this perspective is that conflict and cooperation will shape international affairs. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative method and uses data collection techniques in the form of library research. The result of this research are by conducting economic diplomacy between Indonesia and Japan. Indonesia also carries out trade promotions through the Japan International Seafood and Technology Expo (JISTE) and Seafood Expo Global (SEG) exhibitions. Improving the quality of fisheries is also carried out by Indonesia with the aim that Indonesian fishery products, especially tuna, are increasingly well known by Japan.
