Abstract

Ombilin Coal Mining Heritage of Sawahlunto was approved as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2019. OCMHS itself has extraordinary universal value, namely a combination of European industrial technology at the end of the 19th century and local wisdom. OCMHS itself has 12 components and 24 attributes as world heritage objects and intangibles. OCMHS, assessed to have very high authenticity. The property as a whole bears a high degree of authenticity as a prime example of the surviving heritage of large-scale coal mining in the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Southeast Asia. In this study, the author utilizes the theory of International Organizations. The author also employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive model. In this research, the data used consists of both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used include field studies and literature reviews. In this study the authors found research results, namely the role of UNESCO in OCMHS conservation carried out by vendors or third parties, namely the South East Asia Museum Service (SEAMS). SEAMS as a consultant conducted a form of survey activity, namely the Baseline Survey of Interpretation Strategy of the World Heritage Site of Ombilin Coal Mining Heritage of Sawahlunto. The results of this survey are a collection of OCMHS interpretation data. This collection of interpretations will be concluded and SEAMS will make several recommendations for future conservation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the general description Jugun Ianfu. This article will also explain the history of Japanese colonialism in Southeast Asia, which countries were invaded by Japan after the Meiji Restoration. In Japan during it’s occupation there were issues that ended in historical conflicts, namely regarding sexual licenses or known as Jugun Ianfu. It will also be explained why there jugun ianfu during Japanese invasion and how this conflict arose as a conflict between the various countries it had colonized. This research is analyzed using qualitative methods with library data collection techniques or known as library research. Using the theory of international cooperation by K. J Holsti, said that the existence of a collaboration is formed from the existence of interests to be achieved through a meeting, promoted. In this theory the aim of each country is for bilateral realtions which had been tenuous due to the problem of comfort women to get a solution. The Agreement on Comfort Women is a way to achieve god bilateral relations. The result in this research is the reason for the existence of jugun ianfu in the Japanese Colonial era because the Japanese Government at that time minimized the spread of venereal disease for its soldiers and as an entertainer and statisfaction of their sexual desires. Abstract

This research was conducted in Gunung Bungsu Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) of education sector.(2) and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). This study used a descriptive quantitative research method, totaling 128 people with a sample of 56 respondents selected by using simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in education sector is based on indicator data on the right target, right use and right amount are in good quality with a frequency of 56 respondents with a proportion of 100.0%. Communications factors that influence the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in education sector based on indicators transmission are in good quality with a proportion of 73.2%. The clarity indicators are in good quality with a proportion of 100.0%. consistent indicators are in good quality with a proportion 69.6%. Based on the calculation results of the correlation test, it was found that the Pearson product moment value was 0.782, the probability number was 0.00. Abstract

The existence of a silver man has become a phenomenon, in almost every red light in Pekanbaru City there is a silver man in action. Working to become a silver human for some people is a form of maintaining life in poverty. Even though you have to take a dangerous risk because painting your whole body with paint has dangerous risks. That's because the paint commonly used on silver humans is a textile dye. Which can cause itching and irritation and even cancer of the skin. This study aims to find out how the motives, meaning of work as a silver human being, and the communication experience of someone who works as a silver human being in Pekanabru City. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The research informants consisted of 5 people who were silver people in Pekanbaru City who were selected using a random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses interactive data analysis techniques which include three stages, namely data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be seen that Silver's human motives consist of because motives which include demands to meet needs and entertain. And in order to motive is for the economy and solicitation of friends. Next is the meaning of silver human work is a source of income (main job) and as a part time job. And the silver human communication experience is divided into the first 2 tangs of pleasant (positive) communication experiences including getting good friends, getting family support and getting a good response. Abstract

This research was conducted in the Pematang Pudu Village with the aim of knowing the things that influence behavior resulting from playing the higgs domino island game and to find out the impact caused by playing the higgs domino island game. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subjects in this study were 5 teenage informants in the Pematang Pudu Village who actively played the online game higgs domino island. As well as using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data sources used consist of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that there were things that influenced the higgs domino online game to occur, namely internal factors, namely lack of activity or boredom, stress or depression, and diversity of choices and external factors, namely the environment of peers and family. As well as having a positive impact, namely online higgs domino game players are addicted because the profits are in the form of money and the negative impacts are addiction, health problems, having debt, lazy to study, irregular sleep patterns. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying social capital in developing creativity in using plastic waste into ecobricks at SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru has made efforts to develop creativity in using plastic waste into ecobricks, including development through curriculum, education and outreach as well as sales to consumers. SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru also faces obstacles, including the condition of students becoming lazy and tired, lack of direct communication with student parents, design obstacles in marketing ecobricks. Even though it is faced with existing obstacles, this ecobrick activity has the potential to continue to develop and provide significant benefits in utilizing waste. The social capital found in developing creativity in using plastic waste into ecobricks at SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru is that trust is formed between schools, students and parents because ecobricks are a very useful activity in saving the environment. Trust from consumers or partners is very important in developing ecobrick activities. Values and norms are things that must be maintained by students because they are things that are not written down and must be obeyed. If there is a violation, you will receive a warning. The network that exists at SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru towards students and parents is that there are well-established relationships and networks with consumers or partners in building cooperation to achieve common goals. Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Russia which is present as a major producer in regional and global energy markets and is supported by large natural gas reserves so that it is able to maximize this potential as a tool/instrument in achieving its interests. Through the Foreign Energy Policy, Russia is trying to achieve a stable position in the energy market, especially in Hungary because of the strategic political-economic relations between the two countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Russia's Foreign Energy Policy in Hungary with the note that the country is part of the European Union and NATO which tends to be in opposition to Russia. This research use a qualitative method with Document Analysis data collection techniques which originate from writing in the form of books, journals, official documents, articles, websites and uses the theory of policy implementation. The result of the research show that the implementation of the Russian Foreign Energy Policy in Hungary is carried out through pragmatic cooperation so that the provisions and implementation are dynamic in accordance with the market conditions of the two working together. The theory of policy implementation also explains the implementation process by determining implementing actors, target actors, implementation procedures and the impact of the Foreign Energy Policy for the two countries involved. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of housewives in meeting the economic needs of families in Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency and to determine the impact of the dual roles of housewives on household life in Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative approach. In this study using data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the involvement of women in helping the family economy is by providing opportunities for housewives in the form of trade knowledge possessed, skills possessed, and the ability to work in other places and the impacts that arise include positive and negative impacts. Such positive impacts can help meet the economic needs of the family, can improve status in the family, and build a sense of mutual understanding between family members. The negative impact is that the social impact will be felt by children, attention and affection from their mothers will be reduced, and attention in terms of education will also be greatly reduced because both fathers and mothers work outside the home. Abstract

his study aims to look at Darmawan, SH's winning factors in the Pilkades of Desa Kualu. This study uses candidate performance theory in voting behavior where there are 4 factors, namely candidate quality, candidate nature, candidate popularity, and sociological factors. This study used a descriptive approach with a qualitative type, then the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation, while the data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting information through interviews. The results of this study indicate that Darmawan, SH's victory in the village head election consisted of 3 main factors, namely popularity, a factor that influenced voters in determining their choices, where Darmawan S.H's fame in the village of Kualu from the other four candidate candidates led to the large number of votes cast. obtain Darmawan S.H in the village head election, then the next factor is the candidate's image factor, where the candidate's image is very closely related to the popularity of the candidate, where Darmawan S.H's fame is due to his good image in the eyes of the community, the next factor, namely, sociological factors, in Kualu village itself is still holding tight to ethnicity and custom, where in the last village head election, the role of each tribe from the candidate candidates was inseparable, where Darmawan S.H, who is of Malay ethnicity, received full support from the Malay tribe, Malay tribes in the village of Kualu united and worked hand in hand to help Darmawan S.H in the village head election in the village of Kualu. Abstract

Mulan is one of the Disney Princess characters who successfully demonstrates gender equality and women empowerment as a women. Through her story, Mulan shows the audience, including those who are masculine and tough, unlike women in general. This shows that Mulan managed to break the stereotype that women have to be seductive, gentle, graceful, and obedient. Mulan's female leadership spirit has succeeded in inspiring the people who watched the film, especially women. SHE as a social group that engaged in podcasts calls on women that Mulan is an exemplary character because it shows gender equality and women's empowerment to their listeners because Mulan's character is more progressive than previous Disney characters Applying Constructivism Perspective and Feminism Theory as a reference for research, the author can explain how the shift in gender values that occurred in the Disney Princess film production related to the ongoing Feminism Wave and prove how women in Indonesia were inspired by the character Mulan to become a leader.. The research shows that Mulan's character is able to inspire society, especially for women in Indonesia to be aware of gender equality and also have a leadership spirit in women so that women in Indonesia can show their existence and are not easily oppressed by any group. Mulan, who works with men as colleagues, shows success in strengthening gender between men and women which can be implemented in everyday life.
