Abstract

The humanitarian crisis in Rakhine State, Myanmar, stems from long-standing structural discrimination, military violence, and mass displacement of the Rohingya ethnic group. In the absence of adequate state protection, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) emerges as a key non-state actor providing essential humanitarian assistance and protection. Using pluralist perspectives and Humanitarian Diplomacy Theory, this study examines how the ICRC fulfills its mandate through negotiation, neutrality, and direct engagement in conflict-affected areas. The findings demonstrate that the ICRC contributes through various programs under the Protection and Assistance Programs, including Water and Habitat, Emergency Relief, Health Assistance, civilian protection, and detention visits. Despite restricted access and unstable security conditions, the ICRC consistently upholds its humanitarian principles. Although it does not resolve the root causes of the conflict, the organization effectively mitigates humanitarian suffering and improves access to basic rights for the remaining Rohingya population in Myanmar. Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of freelancers at CV.Balebat in Pekanbaru City. Based on the survey results there are several obstacles that arise in the use of freelancers at CV.Balebat. The object of this study is to analyze the use of freelance personnel used at CV.Balebat and to Know and analyze the factors that affecting to CV.Balebat in using of freelance by adopting the theory of human resource effectiveness from Richard M Steers. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research that there are still some shortcomings and obstacles in the use of freelance workers at catering business of CV.Balebat Pekanbaru which certainly needs to be considered in order to improve service to consumers. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence advertising and brand image to consumer buying interest. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used accidental sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that advertising has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. brand image has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. And then simultaneously advertising and brand image have a significant impact on consumer buying interest. Abstract

This study was conducted on transvestites at Panam Jalan Soebrantas Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to analyze the driving factors into transvestites at Panam Jalan Soebrantas Kota Pekanbaru. The focus of this study is to analyze the profile of transsexual life at Panam Jalan Soebrantas Kota Pekanbaru.  Sampling technique in this study is snowball sampling and set the number of samples as many as 6 people. The author uses qualitative methods and Instruments data is observation, interview and documentation guide. According to research that has been done can be concluded that the profile of transvestites, among others, the average age of twenty years to fifty years. The subject of this study can be said to have deviant behavior to become a transvestite that occurs among adolescents and adult age, some of them become transsexuals because experiencing same-sex sexual traumatic and there is also a congenital from a small and then experience same-sex sexual relations on the basis of likes like. After doing research it is known that the average of transvestites have a good level of education, even one of the respondents is an activist movers of transvestites, and there are some transvestites who have achievements such as following the congregation when still in high school and after graduating high school. even among those who have attended college even though only two semesters. One of the six respondents is the original residents of Pekanbaru the rest comes from different places and not the natives but the migrants. In terms of transgender work is very tends to work disalon and as a prostitute, singer, and private employees. From the various profei they earn an average of three million rupiah to ten million rupiah per month. In the religious side of the average transvestites are Muslim, only one of them is Christian. They are transvestites who are still obedient to certain religious teachings have confidence.   Keywords: Transvestite, Transsexual

Abstract

This research was conducted in Jorong III Kampung Nagari Gadut Tilatang Kamang District Agam District. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Ninik Mamak in monitoring the ulayat land in Jorong III Kampuang Nagari Gadut Tilatang Kamang District Agam Regency and analyze why the land can be sold. The technique of determining the sample by purposive sampling because the author has set some criteria of the subject that will be used as a source of information in research that will be done as many as 5 (five) people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and data instrument that is observation, in-depth interview and documentation. The results of this study found that ulayat land belonging to this people can be sold to outsiders because there are several causes, namely the reason for the urgent need, because it can not redeem the previously pawned land, and the next reason is not have a sister (extinct). The role of Ninik Mamak in the control of ulayat land is to preserve the treasures as well as to preserve, explain to the child's nephew in all heritage treasures of his own people and supervise in the form of sharing of results. Abstract

This thesis is proposed to qualify for a bachelor's degree in Sociology. With the title "The Use of Smartphone Games and Its Influence on School Children (SD) in Bakti Karya Asri Tarai Building Mine Sub-District Kampar District." The use of game games is very mushroom among school-age children (SD), the use certainly has a certain influence on the behavior social child. In the game game there are aspects of the type of game play, game time, and the cost used. While social behavior there are aspects in the form of rebellion, aggression, disputih / bertengkar, competition, behavior in power, selfish. This study aims to determine the use of Smartphone Games and its effect on the social behavior of school-age children (SD) in Bakti Karya Asri Housing Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar.Teori used in this study is social behavior. The research location is Bakti Karya Asri Tarai Bangun housing, Tambang Sub District, Kampar regency. While the method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study as many as 26 respondents while the sample used as many as 26 parents. Sampling techniques used are accidental sumple and data collection using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of research in the form of the influence of social behavior of children using game games include the behavior of many children who always want to win in game games, it turns out the behavior of many children feel offended or disturbed by the attitude and behavior of other children, it turns out that many children's behavior against the parents, the behavior of many children who at any time want to fulfill their own interests, it turns out the child's behavior is not always always behind the back both physically (nonverbal) and with the words (verbal), in terms of behavior in power is the behavior of children does not always dominate the social situation. Abstract

This research describe the second branded clothes bussiness from Singapore to Indonesia in Asean Economic Community in 2015-2016. Regionalism are one of agreement between states to create a marekt brief in regions. Asean Economic community was held since 2015 to anticipation the trade from China and India and it’s make a common market in South East Asia Regions.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Government of Indonesia implemented export constant price for cocoa product from Indonesia to China. The theories applied in this research are neo liberalism with globalization concept.The result shows that the second branded clothes bussiness from Singapore to Indonesia in Asean Economic Community in 2015-2016 are was increase and it’s make effect teh disadvantage for locall textile production. Dsince 2015 the second branded from Singapore was enterance in Batam Island by illegal harbour and the Indonesia government by Custom instituitons was checking the second branded from Singapore.Key words: bussiness, second branded and MEA.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of community empowerment by district government of kuantan singingi through community-based drinking water and sanitation (PAMSIMAS) program at down stream of quantan, in terms of program implementation, program implementation, empowerment effort, training and education implementation, supervision and review and maintenance and improvement of program facilities. this research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type that can be interpreted as a problem-solving process in the investigation by describing the state of research subjects based on the facts found. this study found that community empowerment by district government of kuantan singingi through drinking water supply and community-based sanitation program (PAMSIMAS) in downstream kuantan has not been done well, due to lack of people's desire to do maintenance and maintenance of program construction facilities such as sanitation pipe which is leaking and damaged. this is caused the people less involved in the development process, so that people have less sense of ownership of existing facilities and infrastructure Keywords: community empowerment, pamsimas program

Abstract

One source of funds obtained by the company is derived from the sale of shares. Stock price changes up or down time by time, and it is influenced by many factors. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Price Study on Food and Beverage Companies Go Public in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Year 2011-2015. The data used in this research is a secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16. while hypothesis testing using t-test and test-F at a significance level of 5%. The classical assumptions test used in this reasearch include normality, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test. Based on the research result that the of Return on Equity (ROE) a significant positive effect on Stock Price. Meanwhile, Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has negative affect on the stock price. Simoultaneously there is a significant effect between Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Price. For investors who want to invest stocks, should pay attention to the level of Return On Equity (ROE) too, as in this research say that Earning Per Share provides the most powerful influence on Stock Price.Keywords : Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Stock Price.

Abstract

The proliferation of new tourist attractions outside the city of Bukittinggi, of course, will have an effect on tourism in the City of Bukittinggi, both from the domain of visits and revenue. With the development of tourism that does not change, many tourists are likely to get bored with tourist attractions that just like that every year that may be able to reduce revenue in the city of Bukittinggi. Being aware of this requires a new development to attract the interest of tourists to travel to the city of Bukittinggi. This research is conducted to find out how the development of tourism conducted by the Department of Tourism Youth and Sports City of Bukittinggi to increase the original income area in the tourism sector and to determine what factors affect the development of tourism in increasing local revenue. According to the theory there are several kinds of analysis used for the development of tourism is planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (movement), and Controlling (supervision). This research uses descriptive qualitative method that is analysis which try to give detailed description based on reality found in field. The results of this study indicate that the development of tourism Bukittinggi city affect the increase in local revenue. The tourism office of youth and sports of Bukittinggi city has made several improvements in the places of tourism objects in Bukittinggi, Kinantan Culture Park and Park Panorama Lobang Japan. However, the development has not been smooth, due to lack of budget from the government to do the development. So the development is not done thoroughly, due to lack of budget from the government.
