Abstract

The main purpose of this research to analysis the influence of islamic attribute product and service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNI Syariah) Pekanbaru. The population of this study are customer of Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah(BNI Syariah) Pekanbaru, with 100 respondents as the sample selected using purpossive sampling method. Meanwhile, quantitative and qualitative methods using path analysis by SPSS versi 21.0. The result of this research show that, Islamic attribute product and Service quality have positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Islamic attribute product and Service quality have positive and unsignificant influence on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Meanwhile, Islamic attribute product and Service Quality have medium influence on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as moderating variable. Researcher suggest the company to take notice of Islamic attribute product and maintain service quality received by Customer to increase Customer Satisfaction and Customer LoyaltyKeywords: Islamic Attribute Product, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The study held in PT. ACE Jaya Proteksi Pekanbaru branch. The aim is to analyze the influence of organizational structure and culture to organizational effectiveness. Population are all employees, consist of 49 employees that selected by cencus method. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linearregression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows. The study reveals that both organizational structure and culture significantly influence organizational effectiveness either partially or simultaneously. Organizational culture has the stronger effect to organizational effectiveness rather than organizational structure. It is recommended to enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing a more appropriate structure and encouraging the stronger implementation of organizational culture.Keywords: Organizational Structure, Culture and Effectiveness

Abstract

Low labor productivity was a problem that was often faced by a company in its efforts to increase the benefits to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of leadership, compensation and organizational commitment to employee productivity marketing at PT. Asuransi Bumi Putra. The population in this study amounted to 59 people. While the sampling technique is done by census method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 18.0. Abstract

This research aims to analyzed Brand image, Product quality on Purchasing decisions and Consumer satisfaction, research applied on consumer Rabbani in Pekanbaru. This research consists of four variabel: the dependent variabel, one intervening variable and two independent variables. They are Consumer satisfaction (Y2), Purchasing decisions (Y1), Product quality (X2), and Brand image (X1). This research was conducted with purposive sampling method on respondents who meet the criteria to fill in the questionnaire. In terms of data analysis, this research used path analysis method using SPSS (Statistical package for social science) version 21. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, results showed that research Brand image and Product quality significant and positive effect on Purchasing decisions, Product quality and Purchasing dicisions significant and positive effect on Consumer satisfaction. Whil Brand image positive and Purchasing decisions is not significant effect on Consumer satisfaction. Brand image and Product quality influence Consumer satisfaction are moderated by Purchasing decisions.Keywords: Brand image, Product quality, Purchasing decisions and Consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. The study is quantitative descriptive type kolerasional. The sample in this study are numbered as many as 51 people. Data collection techniques with interviewand questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version. The regression test Partially that each independent variables studied (leadership, work environment and climate organization) has an influence on the dependent variable (morale) it was shown by the results that the leadership variablesignificant effect on employee morale, workplace environment variable significant effect on employee morale, while the organizational climate variables significant effect on employee morale PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. And whilethe simultaneous regression test showed that the independent variables studied (leadership, work environment and climate organization) has an influence on the dependent variable (morale). The magnitude of the effect caused by the threeindependent variables namely 56.9% while the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Organizational Climate and Employee Morale

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Yamaha Alpha Scorpii Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising on buying interest on Yamaha products Alpha Scorpii Pekanbaru, to determine the influence of advertising on purchase decisions on Yamaha products Alpha Scorpii Pekanbaru and to determine the influence of advertising on purchasing decisions through buying interest on Yamaha products Alpha Scorpii Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research performed by using the sample of 100 respondents, by using the method of data analysis that uses Partial Test. These results indicate that the effect of advertising and buying interest both positively and significantly on purchasing decisions on Yamaha products Alpha Scorpii Pekanbaru. In addition, the ad also significantly affect the buying interest. In the context of direct influence, interest in buying a higher effect of advertising on purchase decisions on Yamaha products Alpha Scorpii Pekanbaru.Keywords: Advertising, Interest, Purchasing, and Decision.

Abstract

Job Satisfactions an employee behavior that determine the performance of a company. The low rate of job satisfaction will be a serious problem for the company. This research was conducted to examine the effect of leadership and compensation non financial on employees job satisfaction at the PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at the PT. Indomarco Adi Prima which located at HR. Soebrantas KM 8 Street, Pekanbaru. The population are 60 persons. The method used is the census so that the sample in this research are 60 persons. The analysis technique used is regression analysis that supported by SPSS program version 18.00. Results of this research, simultaneous regressiontest (F-test) showed that leadership and compensation non financial simultaneously significant effect on employees job satisfaction. Partial Test results (t test) showed that the variables of leadership and compensaton non financial partially significant effect on employees job satisfactionKeywords : Leadership, compensation non financial, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT Bias Nusatama Warehouse Minas. Aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Job Description, Leadership, and Employee Development Effectiveness Against PT Bias Nusatama Warehouse Minas.There are three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 73 people. Research using  test equipment and multiple regression analysis using census techniques by givingquestionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0.The leadership and management of PT Bias Nusatama Minas in order to increase the variable Warehouse Job Description, Leadership, Development and Analysis office is by employees before being placed in that position and put the employee in accordance science and experience, by placing a Project Managerwho has a high intelligence in the lead of the employees, and enhance the development of variables, namely by providing moral support of the working environment to the employees.Keywords: Job Description, Leadership, Development, and Work Effectiveness

Abstract

The study held in PT. Sentra Karya Cahaya Raya Pekanbaru. The aim is to analyze the influence of supervision and financial compensation to employees’ discipline. Population are all employees, consist of 61 employees that selected by using cencus method. Variables are supervision, financial compensation and discipline. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows.The study reveals that both supervision and financial compensation significantly influence employees’ discipline either partially or simultaneously. Supervision has the stronger effect to employees’ discipline rather than financial compensation.It is recommended to push employees’ discipline up by running a more effective supervision system and some enhancement as well as some adjustments in financial components such as bonus, pension program and adjust salary amount with the newest regional minimum wages regulation.Keywords: Supervision, Financial Compensation and Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. To determine the influence of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. And to determine which variables are the dominant influence on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. In this study, the population is Water Police Directorate officers (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru, amounting to 82. To undertake research sample taken using census method that sets the entire population as the study sample. Analysis of the data in this study will use a multiple regression model. The results of this study stated that intelligence (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and spiritual intelligence variable (X3) simultaneously have significant affects the performance. Then partially these three variables also have a significant effect. Variable spiritual intelligence ( X3 ) is a dominant variable affecting the performance Ditpolair Riau Police officers because it has a regression coefficient greater than the other independent variables (intellectual and emotional intelligence). Effect of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance simultaneous based Adjusted R2 value is equal to 0.476 or 47.60 % , while 52.40 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study as a factor compensation motivation, environment work, supervision and so forth.Keywords : Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Performance
