Abstract

This Research aims to understand the influence of work environment and compensation against discipline of work and work productivity employees at indragiri hilir regional water company which is located on m boya street number 7 Tembilahan, Indragiri hilir. Population in this research is allemployees of which consisted of 108 employees and collecting samples using likert scale used to measurea score respondens answer in this research consists of five alternative answers containing another variation. Next use testing instrumental, test the practical and the realibilitas. The method of analysis that used in this research was descriptive analysis and analysis path by exclusively on the spss 23 for windows. This research result indicates work environment and compensation significant impact on discipline work, variable workplace , Compensation and discipline work significant impact on work productivity. The research also showed that the variable work environment and compensation significant impact on work productivity with discipline as intervening variable. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) for first structure is 0.575. It means that the influence of work environment variables and compensation on work discipline is 57.5%. While the rest 42.5% influenced by other variables that had not been included in this model. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) for second structure is 0.734. It means that the effect of work environment, compensation and work discipline on work productivity is 73.4%. While the rest 26.6% influenced by other variables that had not included in this model.Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Productivity

Abstract

This research was conducted at HOTEL INNA PARAPAT. The puspose of the study was determine The Effect Of Compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultaneously on Job Spirit employee. This reseacrh was conducted using the cencus method on 94 employees who were sampled. The research variables used are compensation and non-physical work environment as independent variables and Job Sipit employee as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The result of this study conclude that the variables of compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultan have a significant effect on job spirit employee, the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2 ) is 0,625, meaning that the percentage of the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on job spirit employee is by 62,5%. While the remaining 37,5% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.Keyword : Job Spirit, Compensation, Non-Physical Work Environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether changes in Bank Indonesia's policy, namely changing the old benchmark interest rate of the BI Rate to a new benchmark rate, namely the BI 7-Days Repo Rate, which lasts from one month to one week, is more effective in suppressing and controlling inflation. in Indonesia. The data used in this study are quarterly data from 2011 to 2020. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and analyzed with the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach using the computer statistical program Eviews version 10. The results of this study indicate that the old benchmark interest rate, namely the BI Rate, is considered ineffective in suppressing and controlling inflation in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Bank Indonesia, which changed its policy and set a new benchmark interest rate, namely the BI 7-Days Repo Rate, is considered effective in suppressing and controlling inflation in Indonesia.Keywords: Effectiveness, BI Rate, BI 7-Days Repo Rate, Inflation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan. The population in this study includes all employees of the financial administration and HR/General administration at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, totaling 37 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique (37 employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan). The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 2) there is a negative and significant influence of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 3) there is a negative and significant influence of cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

his research was conducted at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work spirit, and work discipline on the performance of nurses at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital in Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all nurses at the Eria Bunda Hospital for Mothers and Children, amounting to 130 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique (census), which makes all members of the population a sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study conclude that: 1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital, 2) work spirit has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital, 3) work discipline has a positive effect and significantly on the performance of nurses at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital, 4) work environment, work spirit, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Spirit, Work Discipline, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation Rate, Exchange Rate and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) on Foreign Direct Investment in Riau Province in 2000-2020. This study uses secondary data obtained from activity report data and published statistical data, namely the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, the Investment Activity Institute and the One Stop Integrated Investment and Investment Service (DPMPTSP). In this study using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method multiple linear regression technique with eviews 10 program. The results show that the Exchange Rate has a positive and significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) with a significant level of 5% obtained from the probability value of F Statistics < (0.05) which is 0.0024 < (0.05). Partially the level of inflation and GDP has a positive but not significant effect on foreign investment entering Riau Province. The ability of the three independent variables to explain the dependent variable with an adjusted Rsquare value of 0.684671. This means that the contribution of the influence of the two independent variables the dependent variable is 68.46% while the remaining 31.54% is influenced by other factors outside of this study such as the existence of government policy regulations in regulating the entry of investment into a country and region.Keywords : FDI, Inflation, Exchange Rate, and Gross Regional Domestic Product

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the real exchange rate of US Dollar and national income per capita on tea imports in Indonesia in 2000-2018. The variables observed in this study were the volume of tea imports as the dependent variable, then the real exchange rate and national income per capita as independent variables. This study uses secondary data that is time series in annual form starting from 2000-2018 obtained through the publication of the Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the World Bank. The model uses time series data which is calculated using multiple regression method using the Eviews 10 application. The results show that simultaneously the real exchange rate variable and the national income per capita have a significant effect on tea imports in Indonesia in 2000-2018. Partially, the real exchange rate variable has a negative and insignificant effect on tea imports in Indonesia, while the national income per capita variable has a positive and significant effect on tea imports in Indonesia in 2000-2018.Keywords: Imports, Rupiah real exchange rate against US dollar, National Income per capita

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality (X) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) and Customer Loyalty (Z) at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. The population of study was Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru workshop customers whose numbers are not known with certainly. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 100 people were selected to be sampled. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 3 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 2) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; 3) Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; 4) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty throughwork Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic procrastination, learning discipline and peer environment on student achievement in the 2017 Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University. The population in this study included all students of the 2017 Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, totaling 242 people. The sampling technique that has been selected is the probability sampling method using sampling simple random sampling (151 students of the 2017 Class of Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University). Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. The results showed that: 1) there is significant influence between Academic Procrastination on Learning Achievement in Management Department Students Class of 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, 2) there is significant influence between Learning Discipline on Learning Achievement in Management Department Students Class of 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, 3 ) there is no significant effect between Peer Environment on Learning Achievement in Management Department Students Class of 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University, 4) there is significant influence between Academic Procrastination, Learning Discipline and Peer Environment on Learning Achievement of Management Department Students Class 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau University.Keywords: Academic Procrastination, Learning Discipline, Peer Environment, and Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of obedience pressure, task complexity,auditor experience and independency on auditor judgement. This study uses primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the auditor who worked in the Public Accountant Office located in Pekanbaru, Padang and Batam. From 80 questionnaires distributed to twenty Public Accountant Office, total questionnairs returned and can be processed is 68 questionnaires. After validitiy and reliability test done, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression method with IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) statistical tools 17. The research results show obedience pressure have positive impact on the auditor judgement, auditor experience have positive impact on the auditor judgement, independency have positive impact on the auditor judgement and while the task complexity causes negative effect on auditor judgement.Keywords: Obedience Pressure, Task Complexity, Auditor Experience, Independency, Audit Judgment
