Abstract

This study aims to determine all the major effects of staple commodities on volatile food inflation in Pekanbaru City for the period of 2019. This study uses independent variables which consists of prices of rice, red chilies, shallots, sugar, cooking oil, chicken, beef, eggs, garlic and the dependent variable is volatile food inflation. The data used in this study are monthly data for the period 2019. The analysis method used descriptive quantitative and partial or simultaneous analysis with multiple linear regression with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) approach which is processed by using E-Views version 10. The test results show that the prices of basic commodities simultaneously have a significant effect on volatile food inflation. Meanwhile, shallots have a positive effect and sugar has a negative and significant effect on volatile food inflation, rice has a positive effect, red chilies have a positive effect, cooking oil has a positive effect, chicken has a positive effect, beef has a positive effect, eggs have a negative effect, Garlic has a positive and insignificant effect on volatile food inflation. In addition, the value obtained from the adjusted R2 is 97.90%.Keywords: volatile food inflation, staple food commodity prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine the employment in the city of Dumai which is influenced by economic growth and minimum wages. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is assisted by analysis tools, namely the SPSS version 25 program. The independent variables in this study are Economic Growth (X1) and Minimum Wage (X2), while the dependent variable in this study is Labor Absorption (Y). . The results of this study indicate that economic growth has no effect on employment in Dumai City. The minimum wage has a positive effect on employment in Dumai City. And the results of this test are in accordance with the hypothesis that the author has set, which states that the minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption.Keywords: Economic Growth, Minimum Wages, Labor Absorption

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction at PT Gandaerah Hendana. The sample in the study was carried out by means of a census, namely making the entire population a sample of 60 employees. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove research results, to test hypotheses. In this study using the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study show that: 1) The compensation variable has a direct, positive/unidirectional and significant effect on turnover intention, 2) The compensation has a direct, positive/unidirectional and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) The job satisfaction has a direct, negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 4) Workload has direct effect on turnover intention positively/unidirectionally and significantly 5) Workload has direct effect on job satisfaction positively/unidirectionally and significantly 6) The role of job satisfaction as a mediating of compensation on turnover intention is partial (partial mediation), 7) The role of job satisfaction as a mediating of workload on turnover intention is perfect (complete mediation). Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Does the competence of village financial management officials affect the accountability of village financial management, (2) Does the government's internal control system affect the accountability of village financial management, (3) Does community participation affect the accountability of village financial management.This study uses a questionnaire, the questionnaire is an instrument to obtain data by providing a list of questions that will be filled by respondents who were determined as research samples. The research sample is village officials who manage village finances, using the saturated sample method. The unit of analysis in this study consists of: Village Head, Secretary, and Kaur Element. So that the total sample in this study was 99 village officials. The analytical method used in the study is structural equation modeling (SEM) and the analysis instrument used is partial least squares (PLS) software.The results showed that the difficulty of competence of village financial management apparatus, the government's internal control system, and community participation affected the accountability of village financial management.Keywords: the competence of the village financial management apparatus, the government’s internalcontrol system, community participation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village funds on poverty levels in districts / cities of Riau Province in 2015-2019 and to determine which districts are the most sensitive to village funds. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data, namely 2015-2019 village funds and 2015-2019 poverty levels in Riau Province. Village fund data is obtained from DJPK.KEMENKEU, while poverty levels are obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province 2015-2019. The analytical tools used in this research are SPSS and Elasticity. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable of the amount of village funds has a positive but insignificant effect on the poverty level in Riau Province in 2015-2019. This means that the greater the village funds provided, it actually increases the number of poor people in Riau Province, but the increase is not significant.Keywords: Village Fund and Poverty Level

Abstract

This research was conducted on the community in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out whether prices have an influence on online shopping demand in the city of Pakanbaru. 2) To find out whether income has an influence on online shopping demand in the city of Pakanbaru. 3) To find out whether gender has an influence on online shopping demand in the city of Pakanbaru. The theory used in this research is the theory related to demand. The type and approach of this research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The total population of this study was 1,149,359 people of Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution) 25 program. The results of the data analysis show that the R2 value is 0.748, meaning that price, income and gender affect online shopping demand by 74.8% whereas 25, 2% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. From the results of statistical tests it can be seen that the significant value of the F test of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that price, income and gender simultaneously or jointly affect the demand for online shopping.Keywords : Online Shopping Requests, Prices, Income and Gender

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of busines level strategy, free cash flow, leverage, profitability, sales growth and litigation risk on the earning management. The population is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Total sample is 39 companies based on Purposive Sampling methode. Technique of data analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 6.0 for Windows as data processing software program. The result show that (1) Busines Level Strategy effect on the Earning Management, (2) Free cash flow effect on the Earning Management, (3) Leverage effect on the Earning Management, (4) Profitability effect on the Earning Management, (5) Sales growth effect on the Earning Management, (6) Litigation Risk effect on the Earning Management. Based on the calculation of coefficient determination (R2) was 0.821 which means 82.1% of the independent variables in this study can affect the dependent variable. While the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other independent variable that are not observed in this study. Abstract

Abstract-This study aims to determine the Online Consumer Reviews and Ratings on Consumer Trust and Purchase Decisions at Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped online at Shopee e-commerce who are domiciled in Pekanbaru City whose number is not known with certainty. Premiere data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use the path analysis method (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the system of the split income of rubber farming, the income level of rubber tappers and the income of landowners in Rawang Empat, Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan. The population of this study was 57 people who did the split income system, used the census sample as sampling method that all people who carried out the system are categorized as the sample. The data were primary data and secondary data. The data were collected by using interview techniques, questionnaire, and documentation. The analytical method used in this research was descriptive and quantitative using Revenue formulas. The results of this study show the system of split income in Rawang Empat, Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan. There are two split income systems found in this study, the first is ½ split income (equal share between the landowners and tapping farmers) and the second is 1/3 split income (1 for landowner and 2 for tapper farmers), with details of the cost of dependents by each party is different. Based on the split income between the landowners and tapping farmers, it can be concluded that the size of the income of tapping farmers and landowners is in accordance with the magnitude of the responsibilities of each party. Dependents issued by land owners are greater than tappers' dependents, so that the income of tapping farmers is greater than the income of landowners in Rawang Empat, Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan.Keywords: Split Income System, Rubber Farmer Income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Competence, Utilization of Information Technology, Government Internal Control Systems, Village Apparatus Commitment and Environmental Management to Village Fund Financial Management. The population of this research was 12 villages in West Rangsang sub-district. The selection of research samples using purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was the village head, the village secretary, the head of financial affairs, the head of administrative and planning affairs, as well as the village consultative body with 60 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the Competence, Utilization of Information Technology, Government Internal Control Systems and Environmental Management influenced the Village Fund Financial Management. Meanwhile, Village Apparatus Commitment has no effect on Village Fund Financial Management.Keywords: Village Fund Management, Competence, Utilization of Information Technology, SPIP, Commitment, Environmental Management
