Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of nurses at RSUD Sibuhuan District Hospital. Padang Lawas. The population in this study was 36 nurses, and the sample was 36 people using the census method or saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire existing population. This research was carried out using primary data collected from respondents through questionnaires as an instrument to prove the research results. In order to analyze data, this research applied multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS to see the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. From the results of the analysis, it was known that the value of the work discipline variable (X1) had a calculated f value greater than the f table, namely (3,586 > 2.035) with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 which indicated work discipline variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on performance (Y). Then, the value of the motivation variable (X2) had a calculated f value greater than the f table (6,160 > 2.035) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which indicated the motivation variable (X2) has a partial effect on performance (Y). Furthermore, the results also showed that the calculated f had a value greater than the f table, namely (21.393 > 3.28), so it can be concluded that the variables monkey discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Leverage, Liquidity, andCompany Size on Profitability in Metals and Other Metals sub-sector companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2021 period. This study isclassified as a quantitative research. The total population for this study is 15companies, and the number of companies that meet the criteria is 11. Thesampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used ismultiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results of thisstudy indicate that leverage, liquidity, and firm size have no significant effect onprofitability. This shows that there is no relationship between leverage, liquidity,and company size in achieving profitability for companies in the metals sub-sectorand other types listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords : Leverage, Liquidity, and Company Size, Profitability

Abstract

  This research was conducted with the aim of determining the direct influence of work environment variables and work stress on job satisfaction of health workers at RSU Indah Rokan Hilir Regency. This type of research is using quantitative research. The population in this study was all health workers totaling 76 people. This study uses health workers as the object of research. The sampling method uses a saturated sample, which is as many as 76 respondents. The analytical methods used in processing this research data are descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, coefficients of determination and multiple linear regression analysis using a significance level of 0.05. The data management of this study used the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that work environment (X1) variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) of health workers at RSU Indah Rokan Hilir Regency, while work stress (X2) variables have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction(Y)  of health workers at RSU Indah Rokan Hilir Regency. Based on the results of the study that the variables of work environment (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously affect job satisfaction (Y). Keywords: Work Environment, Work Stress, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the e-ServiceQuality provided by Shopee and to find out which Shopee service attributes needto be prioritized to improve and meet customer satisfaction. The variables used inthis study are the dimensions of e-Service Quality, which consist of; efficiency,system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, andcontacts. The method chosen in this research is the Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) method, the e-Service Quality method, and the Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted on Shopee users who live inPekanbaru City, with a total sample of 120 respondents using a purposivesampling method. Testing and data processing was carried out with the help ofSPSS 21 and Ms. Excel. The results showed that the overall Shopee customersatisfaction index in Pekanbaru City based on the CSI calculation was "satisfied"with a value of 72.97%. Based on the overall e-Servqual calculation -0.32, whichmeans that the service quality from Shopee as a whole is not maximized. Based onthe results of the IPA calculation, 3 attributes need to be prioritized forimprovement or improvement (quadrant I). 10 attributes that need to bemaintained (quadrant II), 10 attributes that have low priority by the user(quadrant III), and 1 attribute that can be removed (quadrant IV). Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, e-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Abstract

This research is based on the dangers of stunting, and the stunting condition that is still high in Kampar Regency, especially in Tapung District in 2021. Stunting certainly affects the growth and development of a child. Based on these problems, this study aims to 1) analyze the effect of income level on the incidence of stunting in Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2021. 2) The influence of parental education level on stunting incidence in Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2021. In this study the author uses quantitative research approach methods. The number of samples used in this study were 55 parents of toddlers who experienced stunting in Indra Sakti Village, Tapung District. Data analysis technique is to use multiple regression model. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that: 1) Education has no significant effect on the incidence of stunting in Indrasakti Village, Tapung District. 2) Income level has a positive and significant influence on the incidence of stunting in Indrasakti Village, Tapung District. Based on the results of the study, several recommendations can be given, namely as follows: 1) The community must be wiser in providing nutritional intake to children, 2) To the government, in order to carry out the stunting eradication program to the maximum, Keywords: Education, Income Level, Stunting.

Abstract

Bankruptcy is something that is highly avoided by every company, which usually begins with a problem of financial difficulties. Bankcruptcy prevention can be done by analyzing financial ration using a bankcruptcy prediction model. There are several models that can be used, namely Altman Z- Scoore and Zmijewski. This study aims potential to experience bankcruptcy and compare the accuracy of the Altman and Zmijewski models in predicting bankcruptcy in textile and footwear sub sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The result showed that there were 24 samples that were predicted to experience bankcrupty with the Altman model, and there were 22 samples that were predicted to experience bankcruptcy with the Zmijewski model. This study also show that the Altman model has an accuracy rate of 48,52 % while the Zmijewski is 72% so it can be concluded that the model with the highest level of accuracy is the Zmijewski model. Keywords : Bankrupty, Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of foreign ownership, diversity of the board of commissioners and directors and foreign operations on tax avoidance in Mining Companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this research is all Mining Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period with the criteria 1) Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022; 2) Companies that experienced profits during the observation period, namely 2018-2022; 3) Companies that have subsidiaries (subsidiaries) or branches abroad or operational activities abroad. 4) Companies that use the Rupiah currency unit (Rp) in their financial reports; and obtained a sample of 23 companies with an observation period of 5 years. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

The research was carried out at village owned enterprises (BUMDes) which areincluded in the basic clasification in kuantan singingi regency.. the purpose ofconducting this research is.1) that influence the influence of knowledge that onperformance of BUMDes managers 2) that influence the skills that onperformance of BUMDes managers 3) to influence the influence of attitudes onthe performance of BUMDes managers on Kuantan Singingi Regency. The samplein this research were BUMDes managers which included a basic classification of165 BUMDes with a total of 255 managers.The independent variables in thisstudy are knowledge, skills and work attitudes, while the dependent variable is themanager's performance. The sample analysis method used is descriptive analysis,quantitative analysis is validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing using WarpPLS program 0.7The results showed that 1) Knowledge variable (X1) has aneffect but not significant on performance (Y) because its significance value was0.06. This value is greater than the alpha value of 0.05.2) Skills (X2) and WorkAttitude (X3) variables have a significant on performance (Y) because thesignificance value is <0.01. the value are smaller than the alpha value of 0.05; 3)Of the two independent variables that have a significant effect, the Skills variable(X2) is the independent variables owned as the clear influence on performance(Y) because it has the largest path coefficient value, ie 0.22; Keywords: Knowledge, skills, work attitude and manager performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and non-financialcompensation on the performance of Puskesmas employees through employee jobsatisfaction in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in thisstudy were 49 employees at the Puskesmas. Primary data in this study were collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)was used with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The sampling technique wascarried out using the Saturated Sampling Method (Census) and 49 PNS Employees (CivilServants) were selected as samples. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive butnot significant influence between the Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction of HealthCenter Staff in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) There is a positiveand significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on the Job Satisfaction ofthe managers of Batang Cenaku District, Regency Indragiri Hulu, 3) There is a positiveand significant influence between the Work Environment on the performance ofPuskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 4) There is apositive and significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on theperformance of Puskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 5) There is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction on theperformance of PUSKESMAS managers in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 6) There is a positive but not significant influence between the WorkEnvironment on performance through employee job satisfaction as i intervening variablesin Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 7) There is a positive and significantinfluence between Non-Financial Compensation on performance through Employee JobSatisfaction as an intervening variable in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency. Keywords: Work Environment, Non-Financial Compensation, Performance,Satisfaction

Abstract

Along with the needs of the community in the use of smartphones that are increasing making people's buying interest in smartphones is increasing, this is due to the impact of the era of globalization that brings many changes in human life, especially in the field of technology. These changes help people to do things effectively and efficiently. Smartphone is a mobile phone that has a high level of capability and mem; unyai fungwsi similar to a computer. Some people consider a smartphone to be a phone that has advanced features and works using the entire operating system software that provides standard and fundamental relationships for application developers. Therefore, this study will discuss about the influence of lifestyle and brand equity on the purchase decision of apple smartphone products through brand image as a mediation variable in the city of Pekanbaru. The number of respondents in this study was 120 people with sampling methods using Non Probability Sampling techniques by means of accidental sampling (accidental sampling). The method of analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results obtained are lifestyle variables and brand equity affect the brand image and purchasing decisions of Iphone products in the city of Pekanbaru. Then the brand image mediates the influence of lifestyle and brand equity on the purchase decision of Iphone products in the city of Pekanbaru. Keywords: lifestyle, brand equity, brand image, purchasing decision
