Abstract

Research done PT. Mitra Traktor Cakrabuana Pekanbaru. The aim of the research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational justice and motivation on employee performance. The study population included all employees who totaled 43 people and set a model census. The variables used were organizational justice and motivation as independent variables, and performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the tool SPSS 17 for windows. The study concluded that simultaneous organizational justice and motivation significant effect on performance. The partially only motivation that shows a positive and significant effect of organizational justice while not a significant influence on employee performance. The recommendation is that the management do justice program of organizational improvement and motivation of employees, especially in terms of informationdisclosure, change management system to be participatory and to formulate the criteria and measures are transparent and fair view of the opportunities for employees to gain increasedpost.Keywords: Organizational Justice, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of budgetary participation and budget goal clarity on budgetary slack with trust and goal commitment as a moderating variable. This research is expected to help the government in order to improve the effectiveness of government budgets become increasingly better in the future.The sample used in this research is the echelon III and IV in Pekanbaru City Government. Data was collected through questionnaire survey method through. Of the 84 questionnaires distributed, the number of returnees is 75 questionnaire and a questionnaire that can be processed a number of 66 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple regression (multiple regression) and moderate regression (Moderate Regression Analysis-MRA) with the help of a computer program SPSS version 17.0. The results showed that budgetary participation and budget goal clarity influence on budgetary slack. Participation budget and budget goal clarity moderated by the trust and goal commitment of purpose also affect the budgetary slack.Keywords: budgetary participation, budget goal clarity, trust, goal commitment and budgetary slack.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Customization Strategy to Firm Performance Characteristics of through the use of Information Systems Management Accounting in a manufacturing company in Riau Province. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company that originates in theCentral Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia Representative Riau Province (BPS Indonesia Riau Province) as many as 32 companies. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method, ie a total of 32 manufacturing companies that have registered. Data analysis was performed using a hypothesis test with the help of Partial Least Square (PLS) version 2.0 m3 with a value of tstatistics generated from PLS output compared with the value of the t-table, an estimate of output PLS latent variables that are linear aggregates of indicators with a significance level of 0.05 or 5%. The result shows (1) customization strategy does not affect company performance, (2) customization strategy has positif (+) influence on usefulness of broad scope management accounting systeminformation characteristic, (3) the usefulness of broad scope management accounting system information characteristic has positif (+) impact to company performance, (4) customization strategy has positif (+) affects company performance through the usefulness of broad scope management accountingsystem information characteristic.Keywords : Customization Strategy, Firm Performance, and Broadscope.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing stimuli on Consumer Perceptions and Consumer Decision Using Indovision’s Pay TV in Pekanbaru. In this study there were eight variables: Purchase Decision (Y2), Perception (Y1), Products (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), People (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), Process (X6. The population of this research is all the people who use Indovision’s Pay TV in Pekanbaru with a sample of 98 respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. This data retrieval by giving questionnaires to respondents. Analysis of data in this study using path analysis with SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the product variables and physical evidence of a significant effect on consumer peceptions using Indovision’s Pay TV while variable pricing, promotion, people, and processes does not have a significant effect . Then the variable product, promotion, and physical evidence of a significant effect on consumer 's decision to use pay TV of Indovision while variable pricing, people, and processes does not have a significant effect . And variable product ,price ,promotion ,people ,physical evidence, and the process has not been proven to have a stronger influence on consumer decisions using Indovision’s Pay TV after mediated by perception variables .Keywords : marketing stimuli , perception , purchasing decisions .

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence the motivation and competence of the teacher’s performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time teacher at SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. Sampling the authors use census methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the study found that by testing simultaneously, variable motivation/ X1 and competency/ X2 si,ultaneously hae a significant impact on teacher performance SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru (Y). Testing of partially known variables of motivation/ X1 t-test value is 13,451 and variable competence/ X2 value is 8,385 t-test with a significance level of 0,000 is smaller than the 5 % level of confidence. This value is grater than t-table is 1,99. Can be concluded that the motivation variable/ X1 and competency/ X2 significantly affect the performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru teacher (Y). Based on the above results it is known that the variables that most influence the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru is the motivation/ X1 Because it has the larget t valueKeywords: Motivation, Competence Teacher and performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership, Size of Commissioners Board, Independent Commissioner composition, Size of Directors Board, and company size to Company Performance. The population in this study are all companies engaged in the field of banking services in Indonesia Stock Exchange and using financial statements in 2010 and 2013, which amounted to 38 companies. The sampling technique with purposive sampling. Based on the criteria specified only 27 companies that meet the criteria. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, the conclusions of this research are: 1) institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on financial performance; 2) The Board of Commissioners and independent Commissioners have not significant effect on financial performance. 3) The Board of Directors have a significant positive effect on financial performance. 4) Company size has not significant effect to the financial performance.Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Size of Commissioners Board, Independent Commissioner composition, Size of Directors Board, Company Size, and Company Performance

Abstract

This research is aims to get empirical evidence about the effect of audit opinion, ROA changes, financial distress, firm size, management of change, and accounting firm size on auditor switching. Population of this study is manufacturing companies listed in BEI on 2010-2012. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample. The data of 25 firms were then analyzed to test the hypoteses by using statistical product services solution (spss) version 17. The results of this study indicated that audit opinion, financial distress, and management of change have effect on audit switching while the other variable haven’t effect on auditor switching.Keywords: Auditor Switching, Audit Opinion, ROA changes, Financial Distress, Firm Size, Management of change, And Accounting Firm Size.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on the One Month Deposit Interest Rate In Commercial Banks in Indonesia Year 2010-2013. The population in this study were all commercial banks in Indonesia that is still in operation during the year 2013. The data used in this research is secondary data such as time series data (monthly data) with the research period starting from January 2010 to December 2013. Methods data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, the conclusions of this research are: 1) Variable CAR have negative significant effect on the variable Deposit Interest Rate. 2) Variable LDR have no significant effect on the variable Deposit Interest Rate. 3) ROA have no significant effect on the variable Interest Rate Deposit. The coefficient of determination obtained at 0.084 or 8.4%, which means 8.4% of the causes of the Deposit Interest rate variation is the change in CAR, LDR, and ROA.Keywords: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Deposit Interest Rate

Abstract

The title of this study research: "The Influence of operating profit, operation cash flow, ownership structure and capital structure to dividend policy on Food and Drink companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2010 - 2012. In order to test the effect of multiple linear regression test was used. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, to determine among the 4 independent variables in this study, which is the most dominant Influence dependent variable. Effect of operating profit (X1), operation cash flow (X2), ownership structure (X3) and capital structure (X4) partially on the company's dividend policy food and drink ie 5.837E-006 for operating profit, 2.578E-006 for operation cash flow, 50.989 for ownership structure , and 6.070 for capital structure, the constant value of 39.679. Determinant coefficient (R2) showed 0.583. As a suggestion in this study (1) for potential investors before investing should seek out the company profile because it involves the performance of the company. (2) Investors should pay attention to operating profit and capital structure of the company who have a significant effect on dividend policy. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Meranti Islands Regency Hospital Dorak Jl.Dorak. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Training and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially on the performance of nurses in hospitals Dorak Meranti Islands Regency. As for the population in this study were all nurses in hospitals Dorak Meranti Islands Regency, amounting to 85 people and the whole population sample were calculated using the formula of Slovin sample as respondents, the method of analysis used is descriptive and quantitative analysis with SPSS Version 20. From the results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Training and organizational commitment) has a positive and significant effect on the variable (performance of nurses). The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the variables studied bebes (Training And Organizational Commitment) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (performance Nurses).Keywords: Training, Organizational Commitment and Performance Nurse
