Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the oil palm farmer perception of the performance UED-SP Dharma Bakti in Gabung Makmur Village Kerinci Kanan District of Siak Regency. This research was conducted in Gabung Makmur Village by purposive sampling method. Population in this research is the oil palm farmers in Gabung Makmur Village which is listed as a borrower of capital in UED-SP Dharma Bakti in 2013. The research objective is answered using a Likert's scale analysis methods Summated Rating (SLR). The results showed the perception of farmers on the performance UED-SP Dharma Bakti included in the category of "Good" seen from the organizational structure, work procedures, discipline, teamwork, and leadership. That can be seen from venture capital managers in providing a loan is easy, fast, and low interest rates.     Keywords: farmers, palm, perception, performance, UED-SP

Abstract

This research aims to 1) determine the characteristics of the business and a partnership PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals, 2) analyze the level of satisfaction of broiler breeders in partnership with PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals. The research was conducted in January in District Lubuk In Siak Regency penilayan type is descriptive using quantitative data. Data analysis was performed by descriptive, analytical Costomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). executed partnership is the core plasma model Contract Farming. The partnership pattern PT. Animal Anugerah Mitra is a closed partnership, farmers are not allowed to sell crops or supply of livestock production facilities of the other party. Company helps the plasma in terms of capital by providing the means of production. This study used seven variables to determine the level of satisfaction of the farmer, After calculation using the Customer Satisfaction Index Customer Satisfaction IndexI known value is 76.18%. This value is based on the satisfaction index of plasma ranch, then Customer Satifaction Index PT. Mitra Anugerah reached 0.76 Animals are in the range of 0.66 to 0.80 in general level of satisfaction of the farmer are the criteria are satisfied. analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) variable quality of the means of production of livestock is in quadrant I (highest priority) that have low performance, variable price contracts sapronak, the role of technical service, and bonuses are in quadrant II (keep achievement) and variable admission procedures partners , delivery schedule and harvesting sapronak broilers are in quadrant IV (redundant). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the dynamics of self-supporting oil palm farmer groups includes the goals of group, the group structure, function assignment, construction and group development, the unity of group, group condition, the effectiveness of group, group pressure, and covert intention. This research conducted in Panca Mukti Village and Pasir Putih Village Bagan Sinembah District Rokan Hilir Regency from March until December 2015. The research method used surveymethod. Determination of respondents by purposive sampling with consideration that the farmerswerethe farmer groupsmember.The number of samples as much as 52 members of the farmer groups. Data analysed by using the Scale Likert's summated Rating (SLR) method.The results showed that dynamics of farmer groups inBagan Sinembah Districtincluded in "High" category, its means that farmer groups can improve cooperation among members to achieve the goal of group and became a dynamic group. This can be seen from the goal of group sub-variables included in "Very High" category, while the group structure,function assignment, the unity of group, and the effectiveness of group indcluded "High" category, but the construction and group development and group condition still categorized in "Medium",but group pressure group and covert intention categorized in "Very Low". This matter represent positive resultat farmer groups in Bagan Sinembah District. Abstract

Raphis excelsa, also called Palemwaregu now become popular as ornamental plants. This kind of palms are cultivated and exported to overseas.   The purpose of this reserch is to analyze the financial feasibility of ornamental plants Raphis excelsa farming. The research is done in Labuai, District Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru City. Farmers Group in Labuai received funding aid from the Food and Horticulture office of Pekanbaru City. The land area is about ​​0.5 ha.Financial analysis criteria used in this reserch are Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cos Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and sensitivity analysis. The research results showed that Raphis excelsa farming hasperformed well and its financial criteria of NPV, Net BC ratio and IRR has met the standard investment criteria. The sensitivity analiysis showed that when input prices increase by 50% and output prices decrease 20% the results of sensitivity analysis still meet the standard investment criteria. Abstract

The research is aimed to determine are: 1) First knowledge of the farmers in  extension of kencana’s chili cultivation technique; 2) The level farmer’s knowledge before-after using visual and audio-visual media. This research was conducted inTelaga Samsam Sub-district Kandis district Siak Regency. This research is experiment trait by taking sample is census as many were 30 respondents. Analyze  data were using of this research are Skala Likerts Summated Rating Scale (LSRS ) and Paired Sample Test. The result showed that the first knowledge of the farmers in extension of kencana’s chili cultivation is “quite knowing “with the score 2,79. Based on data Paired Sample Test analysis that the use of visual media before  (mean=1,964 ) and visual media after (mean =2, 6553 by supported are t-hitung -3.268 and Sig 2 tailed .003<0,05 it means there are difference significant of level  farmer’s knowledge in extension of kencana’s chili cultivation technique before-after using visual media, not difference way with the audio-visual media, the data analyze showed that the use of audio-visual  before  (mean=1,9640 ) and audio-visual after (mean =2,7I82) by supported are t-hitung -8.662 and Sig 2 tailed .000<0,05 it means there are very difference significantly of level  farmer’s knowledge in extension of kencana’s chili cultivation technique before-after using audio-visual. Abstract

Rice is the staple food of Indonesian people generally as well as Riau society particularly. The high number of rice consumption is influenced by the high number of Indonesian population. The nutrient in rice becomes the consideration for the society in choosing rice. Based on the survey the rate of rice consumption in Riau continues to increase every year. The research was conducted in Pandau Permai Housing, Kampar Regency. Pandau Jaya village is included as Kampar Regency area with the area of ​​14,274 hectares. Total population in Pandau Jaya Village is 33,100 that consist of 17,040 female and the male is 16,060 inhabitants. The purposes of this study are: (1). To analyze factors affecting the demand for Anak Daro rice in Pandau Permai housing (2). To analyze dominant factor affecting the demand for Anak Daro rice in Pandau Permai housing. The data were obtained from interview towards the respondents who consume Anak Daro rice. The analytical method that was used in the study was the analysis of multiple linear regressions. The factors included in the study were age factor (X1), education (X2), the number of dependents (X3), the price of Anak Daro rice (X4), other rice prices (X5), and income (X6). The result indicate that factor toward the demand for Anak Daro rice is the number of dependents. The dominant factor toward the demand for Anak Daro rice is X3 with the value of regression coefficient of 4,376. Keywords:  anak daro rice, demand, rice,

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to know and to analyse the financial feasibility and sensitivity rate of Mr. Iwan’s tahu agroindustry in Pangkalan Pisang Village Koto Gasib District Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. This research used case study method and the number of respondent that one businessman agroindustry. The financial feasibility analysis of tahu agroindustry used investment criterias, such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP).The result showed that tahu agroindustry business feasible to developed based on its investment criterias, which showed that NPV (positive) was Rp.253.312.974, Net B/C was 3,35 (Net B/C>1), IRR was 52% (IRR>DF 12%), and PP during 4 years 5 months, which means this business has been able to cover the investment cost before the business life ends.Sensitivity analysis can be concluded that soybean prices rise by 10% business is still feasible because NPV (positive), Net B/C>1, IRR>12%, and PP during 7 years 8 months, while when soybean prices rise by 20% business is not feasible because NPV (negative), Net B/C<1, IRR=12%, and PP can not cover the investment cost before the business life ends. Reduction in the scale of production by 10% business is still feasible to proceed because NPV (positive), Net B/C>1, IRR>12%, and PP during 9 years 12 months, while when a decrease in the production scale by 20% business is not feasible because NPV (negative), Net B/C<1, IRR<12%, and PP can not cover the investment cost before the end of business life ends.     Keywords: Agroindustry, Financial Feasibility, Sensitivity, Tahu

Abstract

Website is one of the media to get informations. One of the information is about traditional Malay foods. Pekanbaru have various traditional Malay foods, especially base on flour. Some of culinary website just show foods name. A culinary website needs shown specific information such foods history, food recipe, location, and others. the purpose of this research : 1) Desaigning the website of culinary traditional malay foods base of flour in Pekanbaru with Joomla 3.0. 2) Analyze the level of user satisfaction to culinary website traditional malay foods base on flour. 3) Analyze to level important and attributes performance culinary website traditional malay foods base on flour. Sampling uses non probability method that convience sampling. taking 90 samples uses slovin formula. Analyze of data using joomla 3.0, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Important and Performance Analyze (IPA). Desaigning website include installation XAMPP for Joomla 3.0 aplication, offline installation joomla 3.0, and then desaigning website layout. The result of CSI show user satisfication has a value of 84.00 %. Base on the result of IPA, quadrant I has symbol. Quadrant II have Top Menu, accurate Information, Picture flash, Article, Content, hyperlink, clarity of information, speed of acess, and source. Quadran III have layout interface, attributes on website, user satisfication, and easy access. Quadrant IV have question column and viewers statistic. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income of pineapple chips and jackfruit chips agroindustrial besiness in Kualu Nenas Village Tambang District Kampar Regency. Datas which used in thid research are primary data and secondary data. Method which used in this research was census method with 11 respondents. This research used descriptive analysis, cost and income analysis, break-even point (BEP) analysis, and business efficiency (RCR) analysis. The result showed that pineapple chips and jackfruit chips agroindustrial business already profitable. An average of 11 businessman ear net income of pineapple chips and jackfruit chips each of Rp. 6.471.896,32 per month and Rp. 1.289.921,91 per month. The processing efficiency of pineapple and jackfruit into pineapple chips and jackfruit chips each of 1,36 dan 1,90. The agroindustrial business experienced a break-even point (BEP) in production unit when producing 96,15 kg pineapple chips per month and break-even point (BEP) in sale unit equal to Rp. 10.838.301,59. While the break-even point (BEP) in production unit of jackfruit chips experienced when producing 6,33 kg jackfruit chips per month and break-even point (BEP) in sale unit equal to Rp. 915.321,50.   Keywords : Agroindustry, Break Event Point, Business Efficiency, Income
