Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of Rural Agribussines Development Program (PUAP) towards the member of Gapoktan farmer income as donation assist receiver and identify the problem which appear from usage of donation program in Pagaran Tapah Darussalam District. Sample is take by using purposive sampling method among 28 respondent. Data analysis used t-test pair analyst. Based on the result of this research, the member of Gapoktan farmer income have been growth amount 32,56%, which the average of palm oil farmer income before gettig assist of PUAP amount Rp. 26.956.846,- and after getting assist of PUAP has been increased become Rp. 35.733.200. this analyst is taken by t test pair analyst and find the result that volume of t is bigger than t table (7,824 > 2,052) it means that  H0 accepted and H1 is rejected. PUAP program also give real effect toward farmer respondent income that has been seen from value significant which obtained more little from significant coefficient (0,00 < 0,01). After using PUAP program, almost all the problem that the farmer faced are about time and amount of realisasi loan donation (68,86%) which received by member o farmers did not exist with the farmer ask, it also about acces or method in doing donation loan PUAP (57,14%), where the farmer have to make RUA (Bussines Plan Member) firstly. Abstract

The purpose of this research is; (1) Identify existing institutions at the local level that can be utilized in the implementation of the integration of cow and palm oil based institutional capacity. (2) to analyze the perception of farmers towards institutional support system integration cattle and palm oil . This study was conducted in Pelalawan, Riau province, exactly in the three groups which apply SISKA program and did not apply this SISKA program. The method used is the census. Total sample of 35 farmers consisting of farmer group chairman, secretary, treasurer and members of farmer groups. Analysis of the data for the purposes of the first to use the descriptive method, and the second objective Summated using Likert Scale Rating (SLR). The results showed: The role of institutional Extension overall quite instrumental in supporting farmer groups cow and palm oil, consisting of indicator education and dissemination of information are in the category of acts, facilitation, supervision, and monitoring are in the category of less instrumental, while the consultations are in the category enough play. Abstract

This study aims to determine are: (1) the characteristics of livestock enterprises PT. Mitra Anugerah Satwa, 2) a partnership PT. Mitra Anugerah Satwa, 3) plasma levels of satisfaction broiler breeder on PT. Mitra Anugerah Satwa. This type of research is descriptive using quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection is an interview conducted using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Costomer satisfaction index and the Importance of performance analysis. The characteristics of livestock enterprises PT. Mitra Anugerah Satwa was from 4000- 7000 scale tail and was using its own enclosure, in partnership with the company for one year, as well as per period income in the range of Rp. 8700000-15000000. Pattern-run partnership is core plasma model contract farming. Where the company became the nucleus and breeder becomes plasma that is closed. This study used seven variables to determine the level of satisfaction plasma farmers. After calculation using the Customer Satisfaction Index Customer Satisfaction Index value obtained was 80.74. If this value is based on the satisfaction index of plasma ranch, then the value of partnerships breeder Customer Satifaction Index plasma reached 0.81 and are in the interval from 0.81 to 1.00 so that it can be said that the overall satisfaction index of plasma farmers for variables tested are the criteria very satisfied. On the Importance analysis of performance analysis variables that have low performance is the quality of the livestock production facilities given company does every period of good quality and at a contract price of livestock production facilities are expensive.   Keywords : Broiler, Contract Farming, Partnership, Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of partnership is run by PT. Pelita Trikencana Bersinar, as well as to determine the level of satisfaction of plasma broiler breeders in partnership with PT. Pelita Trikencana Bersinar. This type of research is descriptive using quantitative and qualitative data, data collection through interviews with the help of questionnaires.The data analysis was use by descriptive method with Customer Satisfaction Index and Importance Satisfaction Index. The partnership that run is plasma with contract farming wihch the company as inti and the farmers as the plasma. The partnership betwen PT.Pelita Trikencana Bersinar and farmers is closed partnership wihch the farmer not have permission to sell the harvest or supply production input from the other company. PT. Pelita Trikencana Bersinar supply production input for plasma farmers in this fatnership, the farmers in the weakness position because the agreement given is standard rule that made by company. There are 7 variables that use he know Satisfaction Level  of plasma farmers. The result shows that the value of Customer Satisfaction Index is 79,87 percent or 0,80 in range about 0,66-0,80. It meants that generally the satisfaction Index of plasma  farmers be criteria Satisfied. From Importance Performance Analysis. Shows the variable that here lower performance the price of supply production input contract is expensive and supply production input quality not consistent in every period. Abstract

Rubber plantations are one of the source life for people of Riau . Most of the rubber plantations in Riau Province is dominated by smallholder plantations cultivated independently on a small scale and traditional. So that production tends not optimal. This is due to farmers' lack of knowledge of how to farm properly. The government's concern for farmers who are independent smallholder is expected through extension. The purpose of this research are to analyze the roles of what is already run by agricultural extension workers to independent rubber farmers in Peranap District views of education, dissemination, facilitation, consultation, supervision and monitoring / evaluation. This research was conducted in Semelinang  Darat and Pauh Ranap Village Peranap District Indragiri Hulu Regency. The method used is survey with a sample of 120 independent smallholder rubber farmers, with details of each village was taken 60 respondents. The results showed that the role of education is quite a role in the activities of rubber farming in the district Peranap, as seen from education, dissemination, facilitation, consultation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation with a score of 2.83. Extension instrumental in educating farmers indicated by a score of 2.94, dissemination of information with a score of 2.79, with a score of 2.67 facilitation, consultation with a score of 2.93, with a score of 2.79 supervision and monitoring and evaluation with a score of 2, 87. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the structure of income, household consumption patterns coconut farmers and the factors that influenced in Mandah Indragiri Hilir Municipality. To answer this purpose it was used the analysis of the income structure and logistic regression methods. Based on the result of the analysis the biggest household income of farmers are donated from work income that sourced from coconut farming income. Household consumption patterns of coconut farmers showed that expenditures of food consumption is greater than consumption of the non food. This indicated that the households of coconut farmers in Mandah are not prosperous yet. The dominant factors that affected household are food consumption patterns coconut farmers and the length of the householder education. Thus, in order to improve the welfare of coconut farmers, it needs to be a concerted effort to increase the income of the household, particularly through the coconut farming activities. This can be done by implementing the Goverment’s policy of stable prices as well as the effort of controlling the price of inputs. Beside that, it needs to be an effort to increase farmers’ knowledge through training and coaching.   Keywords: Structure of Income, Consumption Patterns, Welfare

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) Analyzing social capital owned rubber growers in  Logas           Tanah  Darat             subdistrict of    Kuantan Singingi; 2) Analyzeempowerment rubber farmers in the Logas Tanah Darat subdistrict of Kuantan Singingi. This research was conducted in Logas Tanah Darat subdistrict of Kuantan Singingi starting on March to December 2015, this research was using survey methods of determining the sampling is specifiedPurpossive Sampling with the consideration that the people are planting rubber and largely incorporated in the farmers group, the number of respondents as much as 97 people were taken from the Perhentian Luas and Sikijang village. Data analysis using the method of the scale Likert.The results of this research showed that are: 1) Social capital rubber farmers in Logas Tanah Darat Subdistrickt the categored very high. 2) The empowerment of rubber farmers in Logas Tanah Darat Subdistrict the categoredquite empowerment.To the members of the Group of farmers in order to maintain the social capital that is owned by farmers will tend to empowerment so that the better and vice versa if the social capital of the farmer declined then empowerment rubber farmers will tend to get worse, Farmers group members to follow the activities of the development of the idea or the concept of farming that has been going on that are considered true and important, and always follow the farmers group activities in order to improve empowerment  rubber farmers in the Logas Tanah Darat Subdistrict,  to the Government to give attention for Community area in improve the economy by giving programs that are empowering communities aimed at the advancement of the Community area. Abstract

Sustainable food home area (KRPL) is goverment program to increasing of consume of society food with basis of farmer addition income. The porpose of this research is to analysis farming income of KRPL in Pekanbaru city and to analysis farming revenue contribution of KRPL yard to ward house hould income in Pekanbaru city. The metodh used to taking of the sample is proportional random sampling. Total of sample in this research area 17 sample of KRPL. The data analysis used in this research area farming analysis and farming revenue contribution analysis toward income house hould. Toal revenue of KRPL farming yard is Rp.2.568.000 per plant seasen or Rp.151.059 per farmer. Contribution average has given KRPL program to member of KRPL income in Pekanbaru city 2% or Rp.50.773 per farmer.   Keywords: KRPL Program, Household Income, Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This study aims to; (1) to analyze the level of participation of members of the Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Kusuma Bakti; (2) Knowing the obstacles encountered in increasing the participation of members of the board. Research conducted at Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Kusuma Bakti the Village Sialang Kubang Subdistrict Perhentian Raja Kampar Regency. The study conducted by using method of survey, the method of sampling was done by Simple Random Sampling, and the samples taken 33 people of the total population. The collecting data of this research was using primay data and secondary data. To analyzed the degree and the problem at participation of this research was using descriptive method. To obtain the degree of participation of members in contributing or mobilize its resources, member participation in decision making, and participation of members in enjoying benefits. Data were analyzed with the participation level Likert’s Summated Rating Scale. The study concluded that the overall level of participation of members of KUD Kusuma Bakti get a total score of 2.25 (1.67 to 2.33 are included in the category of medium participation rates). In another side, the programs KUD Kusuma Bakti had some problem that related by the degree of participant were passive in cooperative activities, attendance gave ideas on meeting, and participant in activity and evaluation of programs village cooperatives Kusuma Bakti.     Keywords : Participation, KUD Kusuma Bakti, Scale Likert’s

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) know the onion cultivation, 2) analyse the income of onion farming, and 3)know the management of onion farming in Sei. Geringging Village Kampar Kiri District Kampar Regency. This research conducted since April till July 2014. The samples in this research used random sampling method, namely taking a random sample of the population of onion farmers as much as 20 peoples. Onion cultivation in Sei. Geringging Village still conventional. Pre-planting treatment undertaken is tillage, then planting with a spacing of 15 x 15 cm. Fertilizers used in this farming are organic and inorganic fertilizers. Maintenance of onion farming includes the watering step and weeding step. Onion harvest is done when the age of onion plants 60 days old after planting. The analysis in this research are the gross revenue, production cost, net income, farm efficiency, and farm management. Gross revenue of onion farming is Rp.490.000.000, while production costs amounted to Rp.321.258.734, then net income of onion farming amounted to Rp.168.741.266 per 4 ha with RCR value amounted to 1,53, it means every Rp.1 cost will earn revenues of Rp.1,53, thus indicated that onion farming in Sei. Geringging Village economically efficient and feasible to be continued and developed. Management of onion farming in Sei. Geringging Village good enough, but there are some management functions that must be considered again such as the controlling function must be aware again.   Keywords: Onion Farming, Cultivation, Income, Management
