Abstract

Abstract: According to the UUD 1945 paragraph IV, one of Indonesia’s aim is make this nation getting smarter. In order to reveal that aim, we need to do an effort such as the developing human resource with the improvement of education qualities. This research held in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence due to the interest in learning for students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. With the proporsion random sampling technique, the researcher got 52 students as the sample of this research. The analyses technique use descriptive quantitative analyses with using simple regression linier equation that proceeded with SPSS 16.00 version. Based on the research result, the influence of teacher’s pedagogical competence is significance enough due to the learning interest of the students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Based on the significance experiment result that held with result F count (9,065) ≥ F table (4,03) with Sig (0,0004) ≤ (0,05). It means that is rejectedand is accepted. the result of simple regression linier equation is Y = 31,810 + 0.503X. it is show us that without pedagogical competence, students learning interest is 31,810 and for every 1 improvement of teacher’s pedagogical competence will improve 0.503X students learning interest. On regression analyses calculation the researcher got 0,513 RSquare of contribution to students learning interest. It means that pedagogical competence variable gives contribution to students learning interest in SMA Negeri 6 Mandau 15,3% and rest 84,7 % influenced by other variables. Abstract

Abstact: This research was motivated by the low science learning outcomes of students with an average grade 54.73% while the value of Minimum Criteria for completeness (KKM) IPA Among the 70 students who numbered as many as 19 people only 4 students who achieve KKM with classical completeness 21.05 % .Penelitian is classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted aiming to improve science learning outcomes SDN 014 fourth grade students with a Implement method Putat TGT. Formulation of the problem is the implementation of inquiry learning model to improve learning outcomes Fourth grade students in science subjects SDN 014 Putat White Land District of Rokan Hilir. This study was conducted on March 10, 2014 Up to 24 April 2014 subjects were fourth graders were 19 students consisting of 12 boys and 7 girls. The parameters measured were the result of student learning, mastery learning, student learning activities and teacher activities. Teacher activity during the learning process by using the application of models of inquiry in the first cycle the first meeting of 66.6% with enough categories, the first meeting of the second cycle of 75% with both categories. Increased 8.4%. At the first meeting of the second cycle of 87.5% with a very good category, silus II II 95.8% meeting the very good category. Increased 8.3%. Activities of students during the learning process by using the application of the inquiry in the first cycle the first meeting of 66.6% with enough categories, the first meeting of the second cycle of 75% with both categories. Increased 8.4%. At the first meeting of the second cycle of 87.5% with a very good category. In the second cycle the second meeting of 95.8% with excellent category increased 8.3%. Application of the model of inquiry in the learning process can improve students' science learning outcomes of basic score (21.5%) to UH I (52.63%), basic score (21.5%) to UH II (72.68%) had increased amounted to 51.18%. The results of the study in the classroom SDN 014 Putat prove that the application of inquiry learning model to improve learning outcomes 014 fourth grade students of SDN Putat Kecatan White Land Rokan Hilir 2013/2014. Abstract

Abstract: This observation was conducted by the IPS learning results which not achieve School KKM target score set by 65. On this case, observations are required to enhance learning process and raise student achievements for IPS Subject.  The observation s is conducted to Class IV SD Negeri 005 Sedinginan Kec. Tanah Putih Kab. Rokan Hilir  Period 2013/2014. By applied Cooperative teaching methods Type StudentTeams-Achievement Division(STAD) where first cycle conducted on February 28th, maret  7th,14th , 2014 and second cycle on Maret  21, Maret 28rd and 4 April th 2014. The observed student on Class IV SD Negeri 005 Sedinginan are 24 students, the Observation was observe Teacher’s activities, student’s activities and learning result orstudents achievement. Look up to observed students learning result, will show the average score achieved by students is increased. On average basis score 62,29 with classical completion 41,66% (incomplete). Increased on first cycle Average score is 70,20 with classical completion 62,5%(incomplete) and second cycle 84,16 with classical completion 91,66%(complete). The observation shown  the relations of teacher and  students activities to learning result, teacher activities on first cycle first meeting is 75% within good category. Second meeting is 83,3% within good category, by the second cycle first meeting is 83,3% within good category, and second meeting is 95,8% within very good category. The observation conclude that applying Cooperative type learning method type StudentTeams-Achievement Division(STAD) is able to enhance / increase learning achievement on Students  Class IV SD Negeri 005 Sedinginan Kec. Abstract

Abstract : This research is a form of Classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles using data collection techniques such as observation sheets and daily test students. Basic problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students who indicated there are many students who are under the KKM. The purpose of this research is to improve science learning outcomes fifth grade students of SDN 003 Manasib River with the application of cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT). This research was conducted at 003 River Elementary School fifth grade Manasib the number of students 28 people consisting of 13 men adan 15 people perempuan.Waktu study was conducted in April. The meter is measured student learning outcomes, mastery learning students, student activity. The results showed an increase in the activity of student learning outcomes at 1 cycle of 60% the first meeting. Then increased at the second meeting to 80%, an increase of 20%, the first meeting of the second cycle students 85% activity rate. Then increased at the second meeting to be 90%. And increase by 10%. I cycle daily test meetings unity average value 82.32% and the average cycle 2, 88.21%, completeness individual student learning in daily test 1 is 26 people with classical completeness 96.42%, and the daily test II 28 100 people with a classical completeness %, it can be concluded the increase in students' science learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect on the performance board to participation member on a Koperasi Karyawan PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru (cooperative employee of PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru). Research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Population of 487 persons and 83 samples of members with proportionate stratified random sampling the population has no element of homogeneous and stratified proportionally as seen from the old to be a member. Data analysis techniques used by simple linear regression. From the result, it can be concluded that : the effect of the board’s performance against the members participation of the cooperative employee of PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru. Thus if you want to increase the participation of members it needs to be supported by an increase in the performance of the board. Key words : performance, participation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of learning facilities , interest in learning on learning outcomes of economic subjects class XI SMA 12 Pekanbaru . Learning outcomes are influenced by several learning factors such as facilities and interest in learning . Class XI students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru has a population of 114 students . Based on the results of 54 samples taken randomly in mind that as many as 20 students ( 30 % ) having a very complete home study with a value of 74. The highest percentage of students who have interest in learning at home are very high as many as 17 students ( 30 % ) with The highest percentage of 51 . The primary data obtained through kuosioner about learning facilities at home and interest in learning at home while secondary data obtained from the study hasl documentation in SMA 12 Pekanbaru . The data has been collected by the authors then analyzed by regression analysis . Before the authors conducted a regression analysis , data normality test requirements . By using the One - Sample Kolmogorov - Smirnov Test - normal distribution of data known with indigo significance of learning facilities at home 0998 and 0.968 for the significant value of the interest in learning at home . There is a significant relationship between learning facilities at home and interest in learning at home together on learning outcomes . with a count of 12 809 f greater than t table at 3:18 . While partially on learning facility there is no significant influence on learning outcomes as t , t table ( 0529 < 2.00758 ) with a percentage of 0.9 % , but interest in learning affects the learning outcomes for t > t table ( 2,800 > 2.00758 ) with perentase of 25.2 % .. As for the influence of learning facilities and interest in learning on learning outcomes can be seen from the value of the R Square sebsar 33.4 % , while the remaining 66.6 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study .Keywords : learning facilities , interest in learning , learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa, dengan rata-rata kelas 52,5 dengan KKM 60. Dari ulangan harian yang dilakukan hanya 10 siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan (50%) sedangkan yang tidak tuntas 10 orang (50%). Bentuk penelitian ini adalah bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan meningkatkan model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Square (TPS) dengan materi pecahan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Square (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 036 Serusa Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 036 Serusa Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir semester genap tahun ajaran 2013/ 2014 sebanyak 20 siswa yang terdiri dari 13 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini menyajikan hasil belajar yang diperoleh Hal ini terlihat bahwa jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada skor dasar adalah 10 orang atau 50% dari jumlah siswa, sedangkan pada ulangan harian I jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM menjadi 13 orang atau 65% dari jumlah siswa, dan pada ulangan harian II jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM meningkat menjadi 19 orang atau 95% dari jumlah siswa. Berdasarkan analisis KKM tersebut, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Tipe Think Pair Square (TPS), Hasil Belajar Matematika

Abstract

Abstract: Problem on this research was that student’s  achievement on social studies at grade four of SDN 007 Serusa Mati was still low. Student’s who completed 8 student’s (26,19%) and did not completed 22 studen’ts (80,95%)  with mean score of 70. This research was done to implement the Cooperative Learning type Make a Match. It was aimed at improving student’s achievement on Social Studies at the Four Graderes of SDN 007 Serusa Mati by using the Make a Match type . These results indicate that the first cycle replicates individual student mastery increased from a base score that is 8 people who completed (26.66%) increased by 22 to 30 students (82.95%). In the second cycle increases by 5 people (11.9%) from the first cycle to 39 students (92.85%). In the third cycle increases by 3 people (7.15%) of the cycles of the second cycle to 30 students (100%). In conclusion, the implementation of Cooperative Learning type Make a Match was able to Improve Student’s achievement on Social Studies at the Four Graderes of SDN 007 Serusa Mati.
