Abstract

Abstract: This study aims: 1) To analyze the internal aspects are becoming preference choose to junior high school students, 2) To analyze the external aspects into preferences choose to junior high school students, 3) To determine the internal preference category choose to junior high school students, 4) to determine the category of external preference choose to junior high school students. The research was carried out in SMP 7 District of Fifty. Adapaun time this study was in October 2014 s / d in December 2014. This study includes a descriptive study aimed to describe and interpret the object in accordance with what it is. The sample population in this study were students SMP 7 subdistricts Fifty VII class consisting of 6 rombel totaling 250 students in Academic Year 2014/2015. In this study, researchers took 50% of the total population. To that end, the study sample was taken of students in class VII 1, VII 3, and VII 4, amounting to 125 students. Based on the analysis of research that has been done, it can be concluded: 1) Preferences choose to junior high students on the internal aspects are the desire of his own, according to their interests, and therefore in accordance with the ideals, 2) Preferences students choose to SMP is due to external aspects the approval of the parents, the basics of knowledge already learned in elementary school, and because of parents who support the high school and college, 3) Category internal preferences choose to junior high students, more than half are in the high category, 4) Category external preferences students choose to junior high school, more than half are in the medium category. Abstract. Preference Analysis of High School Students Choosing a Boarding School Babussalam Pekanbaru (Hj. Yusmarni, Amd). Formulation of the problem in this research are: 1. Is the internal aspects are becoming preference Boarding School high school students choose Babussalam Pekanbaru. 2. Is the external aspects into preference Boarding School high school students choose Babussalam Pekanbaru. 3. How does the internal preference category Boarding School high school students choose Babussalam Pekanbaru. 4. How is the external preference category Boarding School High School students choose Babussalam Pekanbaru. To find a picture of Preference High School Students Choosing a Boarding School Babussalam Pekanbaru, the authors felt a tingle take action against this research. As for the other penelitianara manfaatukan: 1. For a tutor and counseling, the counselor can help prepare the programs in order to overcome the problems of students in select schools. 2. For students, it can be used as information for students to choose the right school. 3. For parents, can direct the child in selecting and continuing to high school Boarding School Babussalam Pekanbaru. 4. For schools, can be used as guidelines for menungkatkan quality of educational services provided. 5. For researchers, broaden horizons and contribute to researchers. The sample in this study were all students of class X High School Boarding School Babussalam Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 as many as 102 students. This research method using a quantitative approach, which aims to explain or describe the aspects that influence the selection of high school Boarding School Babussalam Pekanbaru. The tools used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a total number of 28 items questionnaire statement. In accordance with the issues raised then to examine and determine the level of accuracy problems in this study used a descriptive statistical analysis techniques, namely data analysis is an activity that is very important and requires research and criticality of researchers. From these results it can be concluded that in general internal preference Boarding School high school students choose Babussalam Pekanbaru because you want to explore the religion of Islam, and only a small percentage of students who choose the internal preference for wanting to become a cleric / cleric and want to continue to study the state of Al-Jazair. And external preference Boarding School high school students choose Babussalam Pekanbaru for wanting the proud parents, and only a small proportion of external preference of students for solicitation of friends. Abstract

Abstract: This Research was aimed to find out the relationship and the magnitude of the relationship between student’s perception of chemistry with chemistry student learning result SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. The kind of research is quantitative-qualitative research which used survey method, correlational and interview. The population of research is all student SMAN 9 Pekanbaru year lesson 2013/2014. The sample consisted of 246 people of class X, XI science, and XII science. Data collection techniques are documentation technique, questionnaire and interview. Data analysis technique is the correlation test. Based on the final calculation result obtained tvalue is 6.817 > ttable is 1.645 it which means that the hypotheses is accepted or with the other word there is relationship between student’s perception of chemistry with chemistry student learning result SMAN 9 Pekanbaru with the magnitude of the relationship is 16%.Keywords : Perception, Chemistry Lesson, Learning Result.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to improve student achievement on the subject of Hydrocarbon in class X SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. This research is a form of quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was a high school science class X PGRI Pekanbaru consisting of 5 classes. Of the population has taken two classes of normal and homogeneous sample , which is a class X 5 as an experimental class and the class as a class X.4 control. Experiment class was given by applied direct instruction model, and the control class was given by conventional method. Analysis of data used t-test. Data of research obtained tcount > ttable (3,44 > 1,67). It means that the application of direct instruction can improve student’s achievement on the subject of Hydrocarbon in class X SMA PGRI Pekanbaru by 17,98 %.Keywords : Direct Instruction, Academic Achievement, Hydrocarbon.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is a class act. The study is based on classroom learning conditions of class VIII3 SMP 25 Pekanbaru are still problematic, where the value of learners is below the KKM and learning are still centered on the teacher. Therefore, this study aims to improve learning process and improve mathematics learning outcomes. The subject of this research is VIII3 grade students of SMP 25 Pekanbaru on odd semester 2014/2015 in academic year, which amounts to 40 people consisting of 13 men and 27 women with heterogeneous levels of ability. This study consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of four phases, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Each end of the cycle performed quiz. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of a quiz. Data analysis technique in this research is the analysis of qualitative data and quantitative data analysis. The results of research on the observation sheet showed the activity of teachers and learners increasingly performing well after doing the action. Based on the observations of researchers during the learning process in the classroom VIII3 SMP 25 Pekanbaru, most of the students were active in the learning process are implemented. Achievement attitude in its development more visible in working LKPD, as evidenced by an increase in the number of learners who achieve good and very good category. Same with the attainment of skills of students, number of learners who are skilled and skilled enough to rise. The percentage of students who achieve the KKM knowledge base score, quiz I (first cycle), replicates quiz II (second cycle) respectively is 42.5%, 65%, and 67.5%. Action is successful if the state after the action better. The results showed that the application of the approach to the pair checked into cooperative learning can improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes VIII3 grade math students SMP 25 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Results of mathematics learning, cooperative learning, Pair check, action research.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed to know the influence of education funding and means of learning on students learning achievement of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research was all of students in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru that has 142 peoples. Determination of the total sample used simple random sampling technique, which has 59 students. The data used were the primary data through the spread of questionnaire and the secondary data through the second semester grades of economics in academic year 2013/2014. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it could be concluded that the education funding and means of learning influence the students learning achievement both partially or simultaneously. Abstract

Abstract: The study proposed to find out the kinds of Discipline applied Parents in Parenting in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District,Siak Regency. The study used descriptive research with quantitative approach. This study used a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. This method proposed to give an overview of the state of the ongoing research on the object of the kinds of discipline is applied parents in parenting. The data collection technique of this study was the observation and questionnaires. Data obtained from the questionnaire, all the statements in the questionnaire were presented in the form of a Likert scale adapted to the statement. The place of this research is in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District,Siak Regency. This study conducted in September 2014- January 2015.The population of this study was the parents who have children aged 6-10 years, totaling 100 people, while a sample was 50 parents. Based on the summary table overview of the kind of discipline applied parents in parentingin Perawang, Tualang Sub-District, Siak Regency, the indicator mean value of Ototarian Discipline was 2.2 with sd 0.93, the mean value of Discipline Permissive was1.94 with sd 0.78, mean value of Democratic Discipline was 2.82 with sd. 0.92.Based on the survey results revealed that the kind of discipline that most applied parents in parenting in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District, Siak Regency was DemocraticDiscipline.
