Abstrak: Berdasarkan pengamatan sementara di lapangan berkaitan dengan dengan motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin kerja Guru TK Di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru ditemui gejala-gejala seperti: sebagian guru tidak melaksanakan tugasnya tepat waktu, Sebagian guru ada yang tidak membuat perangkat mengajar, kurang semangat dalam proses mengajar anak didik, guru tidak memperdulikan anak didik yang kurang semangat belajarnya, hal terlihat dari banyak anak didik yang bermain-main, tidur, keluar masuk, ribut, dan bercerita dalam proses pembelajaran tapi guru tidak memperdulikan mereka, dan Kurang komunikatifnya guru menyebabkan kesan guru memiliki keperibadian yang tertutup, keadaan ini menyebabkan terjadinya jarak antara guru dan murid. Dan berdasarkan uji linieritas dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi pada Linearity sebesar 0,000. Karena signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara variabel motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin kerja guru terdapat hubungan yang erat.Dari hasil analisis korelasi sederhana (r) didapat korelasi antara motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin guru (r) adalah 0,696 dengan nilai probabilitas 0.000. oleh karena probabilitas < 0,05 (0.000 < 0.05) maka Ho ditolak Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin kerja. Sedangkan arah hubungan adalah positif, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi maka semakin tinggi. disiplin kerja guru. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar r2 = 0.484 dengan p = 0,000 (p<0.05) maka dapat dilihat bahwa motivasi berprestasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 48.4% terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Kata kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Disiplin Kerja Guru

Abstract: This research discusses about the results of the error analysis using i-keiyoushi and na-keiyoushi on student essays. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of errors that appear in any use of i-keiyoushi and na-keiyoushi and percentage of errors in the use of adjectives i-keiyoushi and na-keiyoushi. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted in Japanese Language Education department Teacher is Training and Education Faculty of the Riau University. The research data was obtained from three theme of essay with the total of 80 essays. The basic theory used in this study is the surface strategy taxonomy proposed by Heidi Dulay et al. This stages of this reseach consisted of identifiying errors, caculating the precentage of errors, and analizing the errors of the sentences. The results of this study shows that the type of errors which occurred the most is misformation error with the total of 29 out of 70 errors, while the least error is misordering error with the total of 5 out of errors. The total of the other types are 13 errors for omission, 12 errors for addition, and11 errors for alternating form. It shows that the students have good understanding in using i-keiyoushi and nakeiyoushi in their writings. Keywords: Error Analysis, sakubun, writing, i-keiyoushi, na-keiyoushi,

Abstract: The purpose of theresearch was to knowwhether there is any influence of members participation and working environment on success of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam 17 Agustus Duri. Thisresearch was done on August 2014. The research of this population all members ofKoperasi Simpan Pinjam 17 Agustus Duri as much598members. The samples used were78members. The technique of data analysis was by using SPSS 16.0 version.The conclusion of the test F (Ftest) of the influence of members participation and working environment on success of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam 17 Agustus Duri was found 5,349. F table was found 3,12, so the researcher found that Fhitung > Ftable. It means that there is a influence of members participation and working environment on success of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam 17 Agustus Duri. R2 scale was found 0,125 which is mean the variable of members participation and working environment 12,5% as known as variability from the success of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam 17 Agustus Duri and the rest is influence by the others variables that werw not belong for this research. ABSTRACT : The results of the identification problems indicate that one factor affecting the long jump squat style is less than the maximum force is the lack of leg muscle explosive power. This study aimed to find out how much leg muscle explosive power affect the long jump ability students of class XI Science SMAN 1 Cerenti Regency Cerenti District of Kuantan Singingi.This research is correlational research with populations in class XI Science SMAN 1 Cerenti Regency Cerenti District of Kuantan Singingi. Sampling technique in this study by using total sampling where the entire population sampled, thus the number of samples in this study was 26. From the analysis of the data shows that there is a significant correlation between the variables x and y variables. based on the results of this study concluded that there is a significant corelation between leg muscle explosive power with the ability to long jump squat style, where the level of Î± = 0.05 level = 4.21 The obtained t count> t table = 2.06 so that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The correlation of variable X to variable Y being categorized and 0.425 count obtained r> r table = 0.388. Keywords: explosive leg muscle power, long jump style squat style

ABSTRAK:penelitian ini membahas tentang estetika teks mantra tetomeh masyarakat desa Sei Kubu kecamatan Kubu kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah estetika bunyi dan bahasa teks mantra tetomeh masyarakat desa Sei Kubu kabupaten Rokan Hilir yang terdiri atas irama (metrum dan ritme), efoni, kakafoni, anaphora, epifora, aliterasi, asonansi, onomatope, kosakata, dan diksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Data dalam penelitian ini adalah teks mantra tetomeh masyarakat desa Sei Kubu kecamatan Kubu kabupaten Rokan Hilir.Wujud datanya berupa pengulangan fonem, suku kata, kata, dan frasa.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi guna mencari tahu keberadaan data dan informasi secara umum tentang teks mantra tetomeh, lalu melakukan wawancara langsung kepada informan, kemudian merekam hasil wawancara dengan informan, dan terakhir, mencatat hasil wawancara mengenai apa yang disampaikan oleh informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh simpulan bahwa , penulis menemukan (1) 45 data metrum, (1) 76 data ritme dengan klasifikasi (20 data ritme awal, 20 data ritme tengah, 16 data ritme bersilang, dan 20 ritme repetisi), (2) 47 data efoni, (4) 19 data kakafoni, (4) 10 data anaphora, (5) 20 data epifora, (6) (7) 42 data aliterasi, (8) 27 data asonansi, (9) 48 data kosakata, dan (10) 12 data diksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa esensi estetika adalah kemampuan suatu objek untuk menarik minat seseorang melalui keindahan maupan kejelekannya. Kata kunci: Estetika, teks mantra tetomeh

Abstract : This Result aims to determine the effect on the performance of the farm to earnings of farmer of rubbers Country side of Island of Ingu of Sub district of Benai of Regency of Pestle Singingi. This Research in Country side of Island of Ingu from August 2014 till finish. Method of Research used quantitative descriptive method. Population is all farmer of rubber Country side of Island of Ingu as much 60 responder which is selecting as a sample. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire and data analysis with model of simple linear regression. Result of this research indicate that wide farm have an effect on signifikan to earnings of farmer of rubbers Countryside of Island of Ingu of Subdistrict of Benai of Regency of Pestle Singingi. This Matter seen from result test simple linear regression with level of signifikan 5% obtained a f value to wide of farm < 1 Ha F-hitung > F-tabel ( F-Hitung 1894.013 > F-Tabel 4,10) evidence indicating that F-hitung > Wide F-tabel farm have an effect on to earnings of farmer of rubber equal to 98,0%, to wide of farm 1-2 Ha Fhitung > Ftabel ( F-Hitung 141.963 > F-Tabel 4,75) wide variable farm to earnings equal to 93,4%, to wide farm > 2 Ha F-hitung > F-tabel ( F-Hitung 442.300 > F-Tabel 5,99) influence of wide variable farm to earnings equal to 98,4 Key words : Wide Farm, Earnings

ABSTRACT:This study discusses the aesthetic text spells tetomeh villagers Sei Kubu Kubu subdistrict Rokan Hilir district. As for the problem in this research is how the aesthetics of sound and subtitle language spell tetomeh Sei Kubu villagers Rokan Hilir district consisting of rhythm (metrum and rhythm), efoni, kakafoni, anaphora, Epistrophe, alliteration, assonance, onomatopoeic, vocabulary, and diction. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data in this study is the text spells tetomeh villagers Sei Kubu Kubu subdistrict Rokan Hilir district. The form of the data in the form of repetition of phonemes, syllables, words, and phrases. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation in order to find out the availability of data and general information about text spells tetomeh, then do a live interview to the informant, and then record the results of interviews with informants, and last, recorded interviews about what is conveyed by informants . Based on research results, be concluded that, the authors found (1) 45 Data metrum, (1) 76 Data rhythm with classification (20 Data rhythm early, middle rhythm of data 20, 16, crossed the data rhythm, and rhythm 20 reps), (2) 47 Data efoni, (4) 19 Data kakafoni, (4) 10 data anaphora, (5) 20 Data Epistrophe, (6) (7) 42 Data alliteration, (8) 27 Data assonance, (9) 48 Data vocabulary, and (10) 12 Data diction. The results of this study indicate that the aesthetic essence is the ability of an object to attract someone through maupan beauty ugliness. Keywords: Aesthetics, text spells tetomeh

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the professional competence to carry out the process of learning in kindergarten throughtout subdistrict tampan of pekanbaru city.This research isquantitativeusingcorrelationaltechniques. Based on theresults ofthe percentage ofthe professionalcompetenceof teachersinkindergartenSubdistrict Tampanof Pekanbaru Citywas moderatewitha percentageof 87.5%. based on apercentage ofthe implementationprocess oflearninginkindergartensubdistrict Tampan of Pekanbaru Cityclassified as moderatebythe percentage of78.86%. And based onthe results ofthe linearregressionthere are positive influencebetweenthe professionalcompetenceof teachersonthe implementation ofthe learningprocessinkindergartenSubdistrict Tampan of Pekanbaru Cityby65.5%. While the remaining35.5% is influencedbyotherfactorsthatditidakexamined in this study. Abstract : This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes Mathematics fourth grade students of SDN 91 Pekanbaru. Drinking completeness criteria (KKM) has yet to reach the target. Where the daily test students who reach the target KKM only 31.25% (10 people), and which does not achieve as much KKM 68.75% (22) of 32 students. This study is a Class Action Research (CAR), which aimed to improve student learning outcomes Math class IV.A SD 91 Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem: Is cooperative learning model (STAD) can improve mathematics learning outcomes fourth grade students of SDN 91 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted on March 17, through April 3, 2014. The subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 91 Pekanbaru, amounting to 32 students as a source of data. Instrument data collection in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and learning outcomes. This thesis presents the study results obtained from the value of the daily tests before treatment with 31.25%. Increased in the first cycle to 76.75 or 24.79% increase .In the second cycle increased to 82.31 or 58.37% increase. In the third cycle increased to 82.71 or 59.14% increase. Activity of teachers in the learning process in the first cycle and the first meeting 59.38% or 68.75% second meeting. Cycle II first meeting of 71.86%, 78.12% .And the second meeting of the third cycle of the first meeting of the second meeting of 87.5% to 100%. The results of the study in class IV SDN 91 Pekanbaru prove that the implementation of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) can improve learning outcomes Mathematics fourth grade students of SDN 91 Pekanbaru.
