Abstract

AbstracThis study aims to describe the ability to resolve conflicts and male students to describe the ability to resolve conflict female students. Assumptions formulated in this study are: Ability boys and girls in SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan Rokan Hilir have different capacities to resolve conflicts. Measured students' capacity to resolve conflict and identified the indicators. Each student is experiencing conflict in their lives. Were used in this study population were male students and female students in Class III SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan Rokan Hilir in the school year 2013/2014 a total of 77 students. If the members of the population or the subject (population) of less than 100, then it is better taken all that research is a study population or technique commonly referred to as saturated samples (total sampling). Thus the number of samples equal to the number of studies with mengambilsiswa both men (33) and women (44) as many as 77 students. Based on the results of data processing and analysis that has been done, it could be concluded (1) From the discussion, it was found that the ability to resolve conflicts benchmark boys Class III SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan Rokan Hilir 2013/2014 academic year is higher than the female students. Highest percentage of capacity to resolve conflict male students obtained on aspects colaboration (61%) and accomodating (67%). (2) From the discussion, it was found that the ability to resolve conflicts benchmark Class III female students of SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan Rokan Hilir highest academic year 2013/2014 in accommodating (39%)and imposing  aspect (27%). Abstract

AbstrackThis study, entitled "Analysis of Types of Elementary Students Delinquency Bahtera Makmur District of Bagan Sinembah. Of symptoms seen in elementary students Bahtera Makmur Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah problems identified in this study is an assortment of student misbehavior. The purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing overview of the types of delinquency elementary students Bahtera Makmur District of Bagan Sinembah. 2) To determine the dominant type of delinquency in SD Bahtera Makmur District of Bagan Sinembah. In this study, the authors used quantitative methods with descriptive format. The population in this study is elementary students Bahtera Makmur District of Bagan Sinembah with students numbering 86 in total consisting of three classes of fourth grade of 27 students, 35 students in grade V, and VI class of 24 students using sampling techniques saturated / total. Based on the results of data processing, it is known picture of elementary school student misbehavior Bahtera Makmur District of Bagan Sinembah, student misbehavior aspects of the environmental impact of poor communities are largely demonstrated in the category of "high" with details of delinquency as follows: a) the occurrence of fights, b) said gross , c) are not polite, d) does not have good morals, e) is always brutal, f) like to disturb the peace of others, g) gives the fray, h) the occurrence of theft. Picture of elementary school student misbehavior types Bahtera Makmur District of Bagan Sinembah which mostly shows the category of "high". So it can be concluded that the elementary student misbehavior Bagan Sinembah Bahtera Makmur District of high category, the indicators make noise while the lower category kategor low on indicators say dirty. Abstract

Abstrack This study entitled "ANALYSIS OF EMPATHY CLASS VII (SEVEN) SMP STATE 3 Pujud". This research aims to increase the sense of empathy seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3. phenomenon found in SMP Negeri 3 Pujud this is lack of compassion for the suffering of friends, students often offend and hurt his feelings, absence of harmony and harmony in the mix, number of students in speak using words not polite, less concerned with the shortage of friends, students mocked and insulted friends, both in terms of economic and physical. From the above phenomena can be formulated problem is: How can a general idea of empathy level students in class VII (Seven) SMP Negeri 3 Pujud?, How empathy level overview of students by gender of students in class VII (Seven) SMP Negeri 3 Pujud?, How overview empathy students per item on class VII (Seven) SMP Negeri 3 Pujud?. from the formulation of the problem can be seen that the purpose of this study is: To determine the general picture of empathy level students in class VII (Seven) SMP Negeri 3 Pujud, To know the description of empathy level students by gender for students in grade VII (Seven) SMP Negeri 3 Pujud, How empathetic depiction of students per item on class VII (Seven) SMP Negeri 3 Pujud. The method used in this research is to use the comparative method, and the data processed in this study is data about student emoati men with women in SMP Negeri 3 Pujud. And the population in this study were all students of class VII (Seven) SMP Negeri 3 Pujud which amounted to 2 classes. each class consists of 28 students. Abstract

Abstract was based on observation that was carried out by the writer through the poll took the form of the scale, then most students in the SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL smoked. The aim of this research was: (1) To know the characteristics of the level of education, the level of economics, and the work kind of parents from the student that smoked (2) To know the behaviour of parents towards the behaviour of the student that smoked. The method that was used in this research was the method deskriktif that is this research aimed at making the description (pencitraan) systematically, factual accurate concerning facts and sipat-sipat the population or certain areas. The population was keselurauahan the object or the subject of the research. In this research the writer's population was all the student the Negeri SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 5 Putih Yang lands smoked. Whereas that was meant by the sample to be part of the representative population this population. In this research the taking of the sample was carried out by means of making all the population become the sample, because of the number of populations not many, then all the population was made the sample (the bored sample).Was based on results of data processing then results of the research were as follows: the characteristics of the level of parents's education for the student that smoked in the SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL is generally the level of low education in fact more than half of the father's education SDTT and hamper half of the mother's education also SDTT, Kateristik the level of parents's economics of the student that smoked was sebagain big the category ekomoni low, only sebagain just small the level ekomoni high, the characteristics of the work kind of parents of the student that smoked was most works of the father of being the farmer and the mother was as the housewife, the Behaviour of parents towards the behaviour of the student that smoked was the child was allowed to work personally to receive money to buy cigarettes, the child smoked outside the house without the controlling of parents, the shortage of the feeling of attention of parents to the health of the child when the child of coughs, the student who smoked his parents also smoked. The recommendation from this research was for the student that smoked in order to not work dipagi the day at the school hour, for the student that smoked so that did not smoke in the school environment, for parents of the student in order to be able to give attention and the love loved the child, for parents of the student that smoked so that did not smoke in front of the child and did not smoke together with the child. The key word: the characteristics of the family and the student that smoked

Abstract

Abstrac : Pursuant to result of observer of writer to class student of VIII in SMP N 5 White Land;Ground of T.P 2013-2014 , Seen the existence of problems concerning introvert personality of student  have high achievement to and introvert personality of student  have low achievement to. Target of this research is to know introvert personality picture of student  have high achievement to and introvert personality of student  have low achievement to. This research is done/conducted by using method of diskriptife. Research population is entire/all class of VIII in SMP N 5 White Land;Ground of year 2013-2014 amounting to 88 people. This enquette in using to collect data represent enquette closed. Result of research of this skripsi indicate that : common/ public picture of personality profile from result of data-processing result and research which in making by researcher, hence can be taken by conclusion that : A. In general introvert personality profile picture ofstudent  have high achievement to of class of VIII in SMP N 5 found by White Land;Ground 28 student people ( 56%) from 50 student people 1) impulsion aspect from 50 student people found by 28 student people ( 56%) 2) Feeling aspect from 50 student people found by 30 student people ( 60%) 3) Aspect contemplative faculties from 50 student people found by 34 student people ( 68%) 4) Aspect Responsibility from 50 student people found by 26 student people ( 52%).B. picturely introvert personality profile of student  have low achievement to of class of VIII in SMP N 5 found by White Land;Ground 10 student people ( 25%) from 38 student people 1) Activity aspect found by 22 student people ( 59,9%) from 38 student people 2) Hobby aspect associate with to be found by 22 student people ( 57,9%) from 38 student people 3) Aspect take decision found by 21 student people ( 55,2%) from 38 student people. Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is the analysis of student interest in vocational facebook users AL-Muhajirin terms of diligent in learning, Diligent in learning, Neat in doing the task, Having studied schedules, Discipline in the study. The main problem in this research is how the picture of students' interest towards the subjects of facebook users counseling, and student learning outcomes Describing facebook users in the subjects of counseling. The purpose of this study to describe the students' interest towards the subjects of facebook users counseling and to describe the results of student learning in subjects facebook users counseling in class X SMK Al-Muhajirin academic year 2014. The benefit of this research is as inputs to school in order to are use students' interest, as information for further research and as the development of science education in particular. Interest is a mental device that consists of a mixture of feelings, expectations, establishment, prejudice, fear, or other trends that directs a person to a particular choice. (Umaedi, 2002: 8). This research isa descriptivestudyaimed todescribeexactlyhow theresultsofdiligentin learning, Diligentin learning, Neatin doing the task, Havingstudiedschedules, Disciplineinclass X studentof SMKAl-MuhajirinMenggalaCounselingPerfectforlessons. The type of datainthisresearchisprimary dataobtainedthrough questionnairesorquestionnaires. The questionnaireconsistedoffive(5) indicators andeachindicatorhasthirty(30) itemswithtwo optionsnamely"YES andNO". The results obtainedin this studyisthatthe motivationof theteachersofthe socialaspect, andfactorsneedto learnthe toolsofnon-social factorsplay an important rolein generatingstudent interest. Thus it can beina knotout thattheanalysisof sampleswecan knowthe level ofstudent interestin thefacebookuserssmkal-muhajirin, 41.48% werein thehigh category,is 39students, 41.48% are in thecategoryis39students, and17.02% werein thelow categoryis 16studentsfrom94samples.   Abstract : The title of this research is a Career Interest Profile Class IX students whose parents Farmers and traders in Tanah Putih SMP Negeri 5 Year 2013/2014, the main problem in this study how the picture Career Interest Profile Class IX students whose parents Farmers and traders in SMP Negeri 5 White ground. The purpose of this research is to describe Interests Karis Grade IX whose parents Farmers and traders in SMP Negeri 5 Tanah Putih and to know embodiment in future planned by the students in determining what options are in sanggupi students according to their parents. The benefits of this research are expected as input for teachers in an effort to achieve national education goals and inputs for the instasi associated and involved in national education. survey is a research technique to provide boundary in the form of data, investigation, evaluation. Interest is the tendency of the soul to something that is accompanied by feelings of pleasure would be something. Career interests is one of the most important things to prepare for success in the future especially in this Globasisasi age. Regular career interests achieved in various ways one of his schooling. According Suharsimi Arikunto (1997: 4) states that the educational process there are five factors that influence are: 1. Teachers and other Personal 2. Study materials, 3. Methods of teaching and evaluation systems, support and advice 4. 5. System Administration. The fifth factor in the school environment. Factors that influence the career interests of students are supported with their parents professions are: Willingness, perseverance, achievement motivation and unyielding. The assumption of this study were all students have an interest in different careers and career interests are affected by the environment and outside the school, teachers and playmates. The population in this study is a class IX students of SMP Negeri 5 Soil samples were collected by White and distribute the data to the sisiwa to be examined. This research is a real research because these students are berkecimpungan therein that aims to identify career interests of students of class IX that the parents are farmers and traders in SMP Negeri 5 White Land. Subjects inthis study wereteachersandstudents of classXIAccounting Departmentandstudents of classXIOffice AdministrationDepartmentatSMK Negeri2Tanah Putih, taken with thesaturatedsampletechnique. Dataanddata collectiontoolwasa questionnaireformteacherandstudentknowledgeabout theinsightsof guidance and counselinginSMKNegeri2Tanah Putih, whichis madebythe researchers themselvesbased on thelatticewithalternativeanswersYES and NO. Data analysis techniqueusingbenchmarkcategoriesbased on thenormal curve, in accordancewith the opinion ofthe JWPphamandSirotnikK.andArlizonR., (1998: 100) andthe percentageformula(Anas Sudijono, 2000:40). Conclusion Theresults ofthis study, basedonthe results ofthe calculation ofbenchmarksknowledge ofteachers andstudentsabout theinsightsof guidance and counselinginSMKNegeri2Tanah Putih, locatedin themiddle category, according to theresults of the analysis. As afollow-up tothis study,the research  hersrecommended thatinterested partiescanfurther increaseteacherknowledgeofguidanceandcounselingby providingtrainingin order toachievethe desired goal. Nextto the researcheris expectedtoconductfurther researchin view ofthe need forknowledge, especiallyguidanceandcounselingis needed inthe formation of characterandattitudeof the nation. Population in this research [of] student of SMP N 7 White Land;Ground [of] School Year 2013 / 2014. Sampel intake of research [is] 20 student of existing population. used [by] method [is] descriptive method. Technique analyse data used [by] normal curve and percentage.
