Abstract

Abstract: This research up on its low usufructs student studying braze v SDS Pembangunan Baganbatu. Initially, of 24 students which reach KKM just 9 person (37,5 %). Its low causal factor result studies student because of teacher be still that more active than student tend upon learning happens. So student have no chance to develop pengetahuanya. Therefore researcher applies one kooperatif learning model type Snowball Throwing which is one model which can help student in understands learning. Type learning model Snowball Throwing giving chance to student to develop its skill. then each student makes formed question bulbous (question paper) then is thrown to other student. This research mengunakan methodics Action Research braze (PTK) with analisis's tech kualitatif's data. On action research brazes this researcher plot action with two cycles. Action performing did by acting researcher as teacher up to learning process. Activity result learns on i. cycle 62,50% by enough categories, then increasing on appointment second becomes 75,00 % get categories well. On cycle II. appointment first increases 83,33 % by good categories, then on appointment second increases again 95,83% by good peer categories. Student activity result on meet i. cycle percentage first 58,33% get enough categories, then on second appointment 70,83% also get categories well, on cycle II. first appointment 79,16% get good peer categories, on second Cycle appointment II. also experience step-up 91,66 % by ketegori tremendously good.Key Word : kooperatif' model type Snowball Throwing , IPA learned result

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of using power point learning media on learning outcomes social sciences students grade IV SDN 015 Rumbai Jaya. The subjects of this study were students of grade IV SDN 015 Rumbai Jaya which amounted to 30 students consisting of 10 men anda 20 women. The method used in this research is pre-experiment method with one-group research design pretest-posttest design. In this design, before the prior treatment is given the pretest sample (the initial tes) and the end of the sample study is given a posttest (final test). Data collection techniques in this study researchers using test techniques and documentation techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by using test “simple regression”test. Result of research showed that the test result of student social sciences learning before given treatment in the form of use of power point learning media with average 65,17. Meanwhile learning result after use of power point learning media with average 79,83. The based on hypothesis testing that is by using a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 23 got the result of the correlation value between the two data 0,829 which means have a very strong and positive influence between the two variables. Shows thitung value = 7,839 with significance value 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Then it can be concluded Ho rejected Ha accepted. Which means that Ha “ there is a significant influence of the use of power point learning media to the results of student learning social sciences class IV SDN 015 Rumbai Jaya”.Keywords : learning power point, result of learning social science

Abstract

Abstract : The problem of this research is the weakness of students result learning in natural science subject at IV class students of SD Negeri 11 Dompas Bukit Batu Subdistrict which is consist of 20 students. The KKM in this school is 66. From the total only 8 students ( 40,00 %) reach the KKM and 12 students (60,00%) under the KKM. Based on the problem, the reseacher doing the research by using implementation cooperative learning model group investigation (GI). In cycle I, the percentage of teacher activity in the first meeting is adquate 54,00 %, in the second meeting teacher activity significantly increase up to 70,00 % with good category. In cycle II, the first meeting was in very good category 83,00% and the second meeting indecated very good category 100 %. Meanwhile, the activity of students also improved. In cycle I, at the first meeting indicated 41,66 % in adquate category and in cycle II has increased up to 66,66 % with good category. In cycle II, the first meeting, the activity of students has been increasing up to 83,33 % with very good category,and the second meeting increase up to 100% with very good category. An average score of students result learning before implementation is 63,55 %, it increased up to 74,50 % in cycle I, and 79,50 % in cycle II. In classical completeness, cycle I and cycle II were achieved. in conclusion the implementation cooperative model investigation group (GI) can improve students result learning at IV class students of SD Negeri 11 Dompas Bukit Batu Subdistrict in natural science subject.Keyword : Cooperative model group investigation (GI) type, result learning in natural science subject.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by consumers are now beginning to be selective and smart in choosing a product, so they will get the usefulness or benefits they seek from a product such as a product of L'Cheese Factory. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at L'Cheese Factory District of Sukajadi Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the customer L'Cheese Factory Pekanbaru grand total is 65 with a sample of 39 people. Based on the analysis concluded that the known value of significance at the table coeffisients 0,000 less than the critical value of 0.05. Then obtained 0.000 <0.05 and these results show that the Marketing Mix (Marketing Mix) effect on Consumer Purchase Decision on L'Cheese Factory Pekanbaru. Regression model in this study is Y = -47 266 + 1.531X1 + 1.040X2 + 1.035X3 + 1.451X4, the magnitude of the constant coefficient is -47 266, which means if the marketing mix (marketing mix) and the purchase decision has no effect, the size of the customer's decision is -47 266. Regression coefficient value product is +1531, meaning if the product has increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,531. The coefficient of price is +1040, meaning if the price increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,040. A coefficient value is +1035, that if the place is increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,035 and the promotion of the regression coefficient is +1451, meaning if the sale increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,451 , Judging from R Square of 0.472, indicating that the independent variables used in this study can affect the dependent variable 47.2%. Thus it can be said that the ability of independent variables in influencing the dependent variable is influential.Key Words : Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how the principle of andragogy can be applied in the learning process of the package C equality program on PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru. In accordance with the problem formulation, the aim of this study was to find out how to apply the andragogy principle in the learning process of the package C equality program at PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru.This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach that aims to provide a systematic picture of the application of the principle of andragogy in the learning process in the package C equality program of PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru. Informants in this study were 4 informants consisting of 2 key informants, 1 control informant and 1 observer informant. The application of the principle of andragogy in the learning process can generally be done well by teachers. This can be deduced from the implementation of learning by teachers who pay attention to the principles of andragogy, such as the law of learning, setting goals, developing attitudes, ideals and interests, informing citizens of learning to learn, discussing issues, and habits of citizens who learn in education and are seen from the activities of citizens. learn in the learning process. But when developing psychomotor skills, the learning population of tutors is less total in its application. Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is still low ability to read the beginning of children in children aged 5-6 years at Tk Wahidin Bagansiapiapi District of Bangko Rokan Hilir. Necessary efforts to improve children's reading skills beginning. Efforts author of the letter through the media card. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an increase in reading skills of children through the media card beginning of this letter and to find out how high the increase that occurred. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisting of three meetings. Data collection tool used in this study is in the form of observation sheet. The number of samples in this study were 20 children consisting of 8 boys and 12 girls, a study conducted in kindergarten Wahidin Bagansiapiapi. Analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles beginning reading skills in children. A spike of observations before action to the first cycle of 29.28%, the first cycle to the second cycle of 45.12%, and increased from the prior cycle to cycle II of 87.62%. From these results it can be concluded that through the media card may improve the ability to read letters beginning in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Wahidin Bagansiapiapi District of Bangko Rokan Hilir.Keywords: The ability to read the beginning of the letter card

Abstract

Abstract :  The background of this research is the low ability students in dance dancing Pasambahan on SDN 161 pekanbaru in learning the art of culture and skills of teachers due to lack of knowledge in mastering the learning material , not master of traditional dance movements of other regions and children do not know about other areas of traditional dance movements . This research was conducted with the aim to improve the ability Pasambahan dance with the application of Explicit Instruction Model .Based on data analysis activities of the average teacher meeting I 60 1 cycle with enough categories, the 2nd meeting of the first cycle to 70 in both categories. Cycle II meeting 1 the average activity of teachers increased to 80 categories of good, the 2nd meeting of the second cycle increased to 85 in both categories, rose again on the third cycle of 1-90 meeting with either category, rising at the 2nd meeting of the third cycle to 95 with a very good category. Average student activity meets the first cycle 1 at 50% categorized fairly, increasing at a meeting to-2 with 55% categorized enough. At the first meeting of the average student activity second cycle increased to 60% with enough categories, at a meeting to-2 increased to 70% in both categories. 1 satisfy the average student activity cycle III 90%, increase in III-2 meeting cycle to 95%. From the results of the activities of teachers and students showed improvement. Assessment results of basic dance movements to improve the average value creation at the beginning of the data is 40.9, the ability to improve assessment creation first cycle of basic dance movements with an average of 50.1 from the preliminary data. On assessment results improve basic motor skills creation dance second cycle average ability students increased to 71.2. In the third cycle of basic motor skills results penilaia dance creations by 83.1. Based on the above it can be concluded that the application of learning explicit instruction model can improve basic motor skills of dance creations students received at SDN 161 Pekanbaru.                                                                                                                                                            Key Words: Explicit Learning ModelIntruction, Creative Dance Basic Motion

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is the low penjasorkes learning outcomes result on students SDN 006 Segajah Sungai Kubu district. From some students found scores did not reach KKM. This problem is evident from observations of researchers during the learning and exams, it is suspected because of the nutritional status held by students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the corelation between nutrition status with the penjasorkes learning outcomes of students of SDN 006 Sungai Segajah. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. As the independent variable (X) is the nutrition status, while the dependent variable (Y) is the penjasorkes learning outcomes result. The research data was obtained from measurements of height and weight of students, and the value of MID Penjasorkes. The sample in this study were students siswa-siswi class V SDN 006 Sungai Segajah totaling 34 (purposive sampling). Based on the research results can be concluded as follows: From the results obtained the nutritional status of 34 students of SD Negeri 006 Sungai Segajah District of Kubu shows that the nutritional status of 14 people or 41% of students have a normal nutritional status in the category. Penjasorkes learning outcomes of 34 students of SD Negeri 006 Segajah Sungai Kubu district that 10 people or 29% showing in the category enough. From the results obtained nutritional status are significant corealtion with penjasorkes learning outcomes SDN 006 Segajah Sungai Kubu district students, characterized by the results obtained by the rhitung 0.54> ttabel 0,339.Keywords : Nutrition Status, Penjasorkes, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : Related to modern development era, it is the time when sexual education on children and adolescent needs to be improved. It indicates that teachers and counselors have to take part in sexual education. As one of the education components, Guidance and Counseling has an important role in identifying students’ understanding on psychosexual development. The objective of this research was: 1)to describe students’ psychosexual developmentbefore Sex Education Information Service was applied. 2) to describe the process of Sex Education Information Service implementation on students’ psychosexual development. 3) to describe students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 4) to identify students’ psychosexual development differentiation before and after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 5) to identify the effect of Sex Education Information Serviceon students’ psychosexual development. Data collection tool was instrument. The subject of this research was 101first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Sampling was saturated sample and total sample was 101 samples. The description of students’ psychosexual development before Sex Education Information Service was applied was 29,71% (not good) and 70,29% (fairly good). The improvement of students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied was 72,28% (fairly good) and 27,72% (good). The correlation coefficient calculation between x1 and x2 was 0,37 and determination coefficient r2 = 0,14. It can be concluded that the effect of Sex Education Information Service on the improvement of students’ psychosexual developmentwas 14%. It means that thitung was bigger than ttabel (27,2<1,960) so that Ha was accepted. In conclusion, there was a significant effect of of sex education information service on psychosexual development of the first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru Academic Year 2014 / 2015.Key words : Information Service, Sex Education, Psychosexual Development

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the Efficiency of Capital usage on Tani Bahagia Coorperative Village Unit, Kulim Jaya Village, Indragiri Hulu District. This research uses secondary data in form financial statements from balance sheet, calculation of business of result, and change capital statements of Tani Bahagia Cooperative Village Unit, Kulim Jaya Village, Indragiri Hulu District year 2012-2016. This research applies descriptive analysis by using financial statements of the cooperative. Afterward, the result would be adjusted with the standard of criterion of working capital tunrnover and efficiency measurement also added from the from the aspect of rentability own capital. The research result showed that working capital efficiency rate of Tani Bahagia Coorperative Village Unit, Kulim Jaya Village, Indrgiri Hulu District year 2012 – 2016 seen from working capital turnover always encounter fluctuation (changes) that proves capital rentability rate is less efficient. It can be concluded that working capital has possitive impact on rentability own capital.Keywords: Working Capital Efficiency and Rentability Own Capital
