Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning process and the student’s mathematical representation skill by applying Problem Based Learning model. The research subject were 39 students of class VII3 SMPN 3 Pekanbaru. This study was conducted in the odd semester of the academic year 2019/2020. This research is Classromm Action Research with two cycles and each of cycle has four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data used in this research are qualitative (Teacher and Student Activity Sheets) and quantitative data (Mathematical Representation Tests). The research instuments consists of learning device (Syllabus, Lesson Plans, and Student Activity Sheets) and instruments for data collecting (Observation Sheet and Mathematical Representation Tests). The data collection technique of this reseacrh are observation by using qualitative analysis and the mathematical representation test was analyzed by using quantitative analysis. Based on analysis of teacher and student activity sheets was obtained that implementation of learning process on cycle II better than cycle I. The result of mathematical representation skill show that score of student’s mathematical representation skill in the first test was 46,39 (low) then it increased to 65,89 (moderate) on cycle I and 78,91 (high) on cycle II. This study concludes that the implementation of Problem Based Learning model improves the learning process and improve the student’s Mathematical Representation Skill at class VII3 SMPN 3 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Problem Based Learning, Mathematical Representation Skill, Learning Process

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how the management of Equality B education in PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Kecamatan District Tambang , Kabupaten Kampar. This research was conducted at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang Subdistrict, Kampar Regency and involved 3 informants who were used as resource persons, including the manager as the core informant I, package B tutors as core informants II, and package B tutors as control informants. This research was conducted at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang Subdistrict, Kampar Regency and involved 3 informants who were used as resource persons, including the manager as the core informant I, package B tutors as core informants II, and package B tutors as control informants. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation, observation, and interview techniques. While the analysis in this study is data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that the management of equality education package B implemented by managers included planning (organizing), organizing, actuating, and controlling activities found to be good because the managers paid attention to the series of management activities. The management of Equality Packet B education at PKBM Harapan Bangsa has been running well by the management of EQB, this can be seen from the existence of planning activities (planing) carried out by the Equality Packet education learning manager, the existence of organizing activities (organizing) such as the division of tasks of authority and responsibility responsible for the management of equality of package B, the actuating process in equality education of package B goes well can be seen from the implementation of the learning process and the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the tutor and learning citizens. There was no evaluation of the implementation of the Equality Program B package, but it was seen from the UNBK results in the Equality Education Package B.Key Words: Management, Learning, Equality Education Package B

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Contribution of Leg Muscle Power with the Accuracy of Volleyball Service at the men’s club in Junior High School 7 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted using a correlational research design. In this study the population used was the men’s club Junior High School 7 in Pekanbaru, totaling 18 people. The sample in this study were all students at the men's club in junior high school 7 in Pekanbaru, totaling 18 people. Correlation analysis technique used is Product moment correlation. From the calculation results it is known t count = 2.21 while t table = 1.746 so t count = 2.21> t table = 1.746. A conclusion can be drawn, namely: There is a significant relationship between of the Leg Muscle Power with Accuracy of Volleyball Service at the Junior High School 7 Pekanbaru. So that the contribution value is obtained KD = 0.4832 x 100% = 23.33%. and can be concluded : there is a contribution between leg muscle power and the accuracy of volleyball service at the men’s club in Junior High School 7 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Leg Muscle Power, Service Accuracy, Volleyball, Contribution

Abstract

Abstract: The Problem in this research is a kedeng smash performance of athlete at Gemilang Jaya Sepaktakraw Club Pekanbaru were still lack of improvement, so that they often missed and ball go out of the field, caused of the smash missed by the players is the lack of leg mucle explosive power and eye-and-foot coordination of the ball floating in the air. In this research aims to find out wether there is the any correlation between limb muscle explosive power and eye-and-foot coordination on kedeng smash performance at Gemilang Jaya Sepaktakraw Club Pekanbaru. The type of this research is Multiple Correlation which has aims to find out level of coordination of different variables. The Technique of sampling is representative athletes at Gemilang Jaya Sepaktakraw Club Pekanbaru who can truly represent, which consisted of 6 athletes. This research was conducted at field of Gemilang Jaya Sepaktakraw Club Pekanbaru. The Instrument used in this research was limb muscle explosive power, eye and foot coordination, and kedeng smash performance. The collected data were analyzed by using multiple correlation. Based on the data analysis and discussion before showed that was proven with TCount is 0.67 and Ttable is 0.319. It means Tcount > Ttabel in the level ɑ= 0.05. It can be concluded that there is the any correlation between limb muscle explosive power and eye-and-foot coordination on kedeng smash performance at Gemilang Jaya Sepaktakraw Club Pekanbaru. In other words, the alternative hypothesis of this research was accepted.Key Words: Limb Muscle Explosive Power, Eye and Foot Coordination, Kedeng Smash Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Professional ethics is very important for professionals in accounting.However, there are many accountants who also provide advice to clients to be audited.Professional ethics is very important for accountants, so the focus of ethics learning isvery important for accounting education students, because students are the startingpoint for the development of the accounting profession. The purpose of this study was todetermine the significant influence of intellectual intelligence, locus of control, andreligiosity on students' perceptions about the ethical of professional accountants. Thesampling method uses a sensus sampling where the entire population is sampled, thenumber of samples in this study amounted to 43 people who are students of economiceducation who are concentrated in accounting at the 2016 University of Riau. The dataanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research obtainedfrom the results of this study, significant intelligence is not significant on students'perceptions of the accountant's ethical, locus of control significantly evaluates students'perceptions of the accountant's ethical with negative relationship direction andsignificant religiosity towards students' perceptions of accountant accountability issues.This article can provide contributions and comparisons of accounting related topeople's perceptions, and can increase student awareness to be able to prepare theirthoughts and perceptions before starting the world of work.Key Words: Intellectual Intelligence, Locus Of Control, Religiosity, Students' Perceptions

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the desire of researchers to analyze the role of adolescents of the at-taqwa mosque in shaping the religious character of adolescents in the village of Sei-kandis, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study are: How is the role of the At-taqwa Mosque Youth activities in Shaping Youth's Religious Character in Sei-kandis Village, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of the At-taqwa Mosque Youth Activity in forming the Character of Religi Youth in Sei-kandis Village, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The benefit of this research is for adolescents to increase social creativity (in organization) especially in the field of religious knowledge. This research is a qualitative descriptive study carried out in Desa Sei-kandis from June 2019 to November 2019. The population in this study were all mosque youth administrators totaling 23 people with a sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study: The Role of Adolescents of the At-taqwa Mosque in Shaping Youth's Religious Character in Sei-kandis Village, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency was classified as very good, with a percentage of 69.30%, can be seen from the large percentage of its role that is equal to 51% - 100% = Yes.Key Words: Role, Religious Character, Youth.

Abstract: The problem in this research is that there are still shortcomings when competing and training. This can be seen from the difficulty of players when blocking the opponent's attack speed. This also caused one of the teams to rarely win. Therefore training is needed to increase speed. To fix this problem the author gives the form of the Hollow Sprint exercise. The title raised in this research is ”The Effect Of Hollow Sprints Training On Speed In Game Of Football Team High School 2 Tambang”. The form of this research is (using a one group pretest-posttest design approach) with a sample of 16 people from the Football Team High School 2 Tambang. The instrument used in this research was to use a 30 meter running speed test that aims to know The Effect Of Hollow Sprints Training On Speed In Game Of Football Team High School 2 Tambang. After that, the data is processed statistically, to test normality using the lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05α. The proposed hypotesis was found The Effect Of Hollow Sprints Training On Speed In Game Of Football Team High School 2 Tambang. Based on the analysis of statistical data, it produces pree-test data an Lcount 0.148, a post-test data of Lcount 0.166 and Ltable 0.213, meaning that Lcount < Ltable. Based on the analysis of pree-test and post-test data there are differences in numbers that increase or ride by 3.75. Based on the analysis of the t test produces a Tcount 75 m / sec and a Ttable 1.751, meaning Tcount > Ttable. Abstract

Abstract: Problem formulation in this research is. Where are the places for conformity in the Aisyiyah orphanage girls' dormitory in the Kampar area? How is the process of adolescent conformity at the boarding school of the daughter of aisyiyah orphanage Kampar? What are the teenagers doing activity or activities of adolescent conformity at the boarding school for orphanage daughter Aisyiyah Kampar area? how is the conformity of adolescents in the daughter of aisyiyah orphanage boarding school Kampar area? This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Informants in this study are people who are involved and have the information needed in the study, because the informants are people who are more knowledgeable about the issues to be studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, and triangulation of adolescent conformity at the boarding school for girls in the Aisyiyah orphanage Kampar. This study consists of one variable, namely indicators (1) cohesiveness with sub-indicators (a) self-adjustment (b) attention to groups, (2) trust with sub-indicators (a) trust (b) equality of opinion (c) deviation from groups (3) obedience (a) pressure due to rewards, threats or punishment (b) expectations of others ,. The subjects of this study were 5 people consisting of 4 core informants and 1 control informant. Adolescent orphanages in hafsah room carry out joint and compact pickets carry out pickets, Adolescent orphans are able to adjust to the environment around the orphanage, Adolescent orphans adhere to the rules or orders set by the caregiver, Adolescent orphans scramble to queue buckets to take a shower and they meet each other's eyes with little frowning. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce quality student worksheets based Multiple Intelligences and to train creative thinking skills on the material of the excretion system in humans for grade VIII of junior high school. This research was carried out in the Biology Education Laboratory of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau and the state junior high school 4 Pekanbaru in September 2019-May 2020. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE’s model and was carried out in 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In his research, we does by developments phase. Data collection instruments in the form of validation sheets and respondent sheets. The results of the LKPD based Multiple Intelligences to train creative thinking skills validation are at an average value of 3.67 with a very valid category. The results of a limited test score are 3.45 with a very good category. It can be conclude that LKPD based Multiple Intelligences to train creative thinking skills on the material of the excretion system in humans for grade VIII of junior high school that have been developed are categorized as quality and feasible to be implemented on a broader scale.Key Words: Student’s Worksheet, Multiple Intelligences, Creative Thinking Skills

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a class action research that aims to improve the learning process and mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The subjects of this research were VIII.7 grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Pekanbaru in the academic year 2019/2020, which total of participants are 38 students, consists of 20 male students and 18 female students. The research instrument consisted of mathematical learning instruments in the form of syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheet and data collection instruments in the form of observation sheets and mathematics learning outcomes tests. Data from the observation were analyzed with narrative descriptive analysis techniques and data from learning outcomes tests were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Based on the observation sheet analysis, the implementation of the PBL model can improve the learning process as indicated by an increase in teacher activity and student sheets activity in each cycle. This gives an influence on student learning outcomes. The percentage of students who achieved the minimum criteria of mastery learning increased from 7 students (18.42%) to 18 students (47.37%) during UH I and to 24 students (63.16%) in UH II. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the learning process and mathematics learning outcomes of students in class VIII.7 SMP Negeri 5 Pekanbaru odd semester 2019/2020 academic year on the material system of linear two-variable equation.Key Words: Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Problem Based Learning, Classroom Action Research
