Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the structure of weed communities on oil palm plantations in the village of Kepuhi Tengah in Rokan Hulu Regency and the design of learning resources in the form of pocket books. The study was conducted on oil palm plantations in the village of Kepuhi Tengah in Rokan Hulu Regency and in the Biology Education Laboratory of the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of Riau in August to September 2019. This study used a survey method. By taking a purposive random sampling aside and considering the age factor of oil palm plantations, and determining the plot is done randomly through a lottery. The parameters in the study are, important value index, diversity index, composition, and similarity index. The parameters include soil moisture, soil temperature, soil pH and light intensity. The results obtained by the Community Structure of weeds in oil palm plantations found the level of weed diversity consisting of 47 species of weeds classified into 35 families dominated by Paspalum dimidiatum of 2217 individuals and the highest proportion of weeds in oil palm plantations was the Melastomataceae family of 19.05% . Weed Diversity Index ranged from 1.74-2.33. The highest importance index was found at station II, Lophatherum gracile species with NP 78.12% and the lowest was found at station I, Drynaria quercifolia with NP 0.76%. Weed similarity index was found to be relatively low, ranging between 029-0.55. The results of the study have been made as a source of biology class X high school learning on ecosystem material in the form of pocket books.Key Words: Pocket Book, Weed at Oil Palm Plantation, Community Structure, Composition.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the career development of equality tutors in the Learning Activities Studio (SKB) Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. The subject of this research will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 3 (three) informants in this study. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data exposure (data display); and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results of the study show: 1) Equal equivalency tutors implement tutor career development, from tutors' indicators participating in education and training in the LCS, attending seminars in the LCS, attending workshops, following promotions. 2) supporting factors for tutor career development are the SKB equality tutors who always try to participate in various training activities, seminars, workshops and promotions to support their careers in the world of work. While the inhibiting factors are some tutors who are difficult to attend in participating in karri development activities such as seminars, workshops, training. 3) The impact of career development on equality tutors at Pekanbaru City Learning Centers (SKB), where so far the SKB equality tutors are tutors who have high competence in learning and teaching activities, have tutors with minimum tertiary education qualifications.Key Words: Development Of Equal Tutor

Abstract

Abstract: the problem of this research is that the capability of sickle kick speed is still not good, this is seen when the athletes perform a match and several factors that become cause the physical elements are not optimal, such as leg muscle explosive power. The kind of this research is correlational research that be used to compare two different variables in order to determine the relation level between those variables. The population in this research is Persaudaraan Setia Hati Teratai Duta Kabupaten Kampar martial arts athletes which amounts to 20 people. The sampling technique is used total sampling, where the total population is sampled. The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power with the sickle kick speed to Persaudaraan Setia Hati Teratai Duta Kabupaten Kampar martial arts atheletes. The instrument in this research is using vertical jump to leg muscle explosive power while the speed test was to measure the speed of a sickle kick. The test data is using the normality test, correlation moment product test, significant test α = 0,05. Variable normality test X, L0maks (0,16030) < Latbel(0,190), and variable normality test Y, L0maks (0,1621) < Ltabel (0,190) in other word the confidence level of 95% normal data and the conclusion of this research indicates where there is significant contribution between contribution of leg muscle explosive power with the sickle kick speed, with a correlation r = 0,640 where r count > r tabel or 0,640 > 0,456 with determination coefficient is 40,96%. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Life Skill of Tailoring by Women in Sungai Segajah Village, Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The formulation of the problem of this research is what kind of parenting is applied by oil palm farmers in educating their children ?, How high is the indicator contribution to the Life Skill Tailoring variable? This research consists of 4 indicators, according to the opinion of Syamsul Kurniawan. The sample of this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population. How to do this if the population members are considered homogeneous, (Sugiyono, 2011: 57). Data collection techniques, documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires, totaling 35 statements. Data obtained from respondents totaling 20 people for the trial sample and 40 people for the study sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 5 statements and the researchers threw out invalid statements. Based on the mean value of the variable Life Skill Tailoring by Women in Sungai Segajah Village, Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency is relatively high with a mean value of 4.41 and SD 0.16. The interpretation obtained for each indicator of Life Skill Tailoring by Women in Sungai Segajah Village, Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency is classified as high, except the Life Skill Tailoring indicator of Vocational Skills is very high. So, seen the most dominant of these 4 indicators is vocational skills.Key Words: Life Skills for Tailoring by Women

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by a shift in Javanese traditional marriage in Yogyakarta in the District of Tapung in the Kampar District in the manner in which the marriage is conducted. The formulation of the problem of this research is "What aspects have changed in the Javanese Customary Marriage Procedure in the District of Tapung Kabuapten Kampar", "What factors influence changes in the procedures for traditional Javanese marriage in the District of Tapung Kabuapten Kampar". The purpose of this study was to find out what aspects were changed in the customary Javanese marriage procedures in the District of Tapung Kabuapten Kampar. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The research respondents took 5 informants, from community informants representing the community in Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study prove that there was indeed a change in several stages of the event being held such as: the preparatory stage before the wedding, the implementation stage which was previously carried out in detail, but now people prefer to carry out events that are considered important. This is influenced by several factors such as: internal factors namely invention (new discoveries), increasing and decreasing population. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perception of lecturers majoring in Social Sciences Education (P.IPS) FKIP Riau University to student demonstration (case study of forest and land fire (Karhutla) demonstrations 2019). Data management is performed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Samples from this study were all lecturers majoring in P-IPS FKIP Riau University as many as 44 lecturers divided into 3 departments namely Economic Education, Parallel Education and Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) with a population of 44 lecturers. The sample collection technique in this study uses the Nonprobability technique that is saturated sample or often called total sampling. Data collection activities carried out by observation (observation), interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research is descriptive in nature which aims to describe the conditions or phenomena that exist in the field, then the data obtained will be analyzed with a quantitative descriptive system with a percentage. Based on the results of the study it was found that the results of the calculation of the average value of the alternative answers of dominant respondents is 68.77% where this range is in the "Good" category with the existence in the range of 50.01% -75.00%. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the forms of verbal violence. This research method is qualitative-descriptive. The data source comes from writings commenting on the posts of accounts on instagram that were uploaded from January to May 2019 with a total of 50 data findings. Data collected using documentation techniques in the form of screenshoot and analyzed by linking to the theory used. Based on the results of the study, four forms of verbal violence were found, namely (1) verbal violence that points to specific body parts with 15 finding data; (2) verbal violence that points to certain animals as much as 25 data; (3) verbal violence that refers to certain creatures as much as 28 data, and; (4) verbal violence in the form of harsh word as much as 32 data. Key Words: Verbal Violence and Instagram

Abstract

Abstract: Perception is as a vision or response in the power of understanding or responding. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of foster children towards caregivers in the As Shohwah Orphanage, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This study consisted of 1 variable, consisting of 4 indicators. The population in this study were 60 Foster Children. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 66 items of statements to foster children in the orphanage. Data processing techniques in this study by verifying data, grouping items based on indicators, making preparation tables for raw scores, tabulating by making a list of frequency distributions based on indicators and using percentages. Then a descriptive analysis was conducted. From the results of the study, it is proven by the recapitulation presentation that the average percentage is 39.36%, with the percentage of indicators thinking 44.53%, with the percentage of indicators feeling 40.93%, with the percentage of social indicators 42.33%, with the percentage of physical indicators 29.53% classified as poor interpretation. Therefore, it can be stated that some of the Foster Children have different perceptions of caregivers at the Shohwah Orphanage, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Abstract

Abstract: The problem addressed in this study is the lack of dribbling skills in players, too slow in dribbling and very stiff legs, so in this study it was titled "The effect of home base training against dribbling speed on SSB footballers Rajawali Kuansing "so that in the future athletes can perform and play much better and especially after researching and discovering whether the skills of players increase when dribbling can be improved. The form of this research is (using a pre-test post-test design approach from one group) with the population of Rajawali who cherish SSB players. The data in this study is the entire population of 22 people. The tool used in this study was to use a dribble test, which aims to find out how influential dribbling skills are. The data is then processed statistically to test normality with the lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05 α. Based on the analysis of normality test data, X produces a Lhitung of 0.102 and an Ltable of 0.188, meaning Lhitung <Ltable, while the variable Y produces a Litung of 0.114 and an Ltable of 0.188. This means that Lhitung <Ltable than the data is normally distributed. Based on the analysis of statistical data, there is an average variable X 46.36 and an average variable Y 47.09, then a count of 11.333 and a table of 1.721. For example, there is the effect of Home Base Training against speed of dribbling with SSB football players Rajawali Kuansing. Key Words: Home Base Training, Speed or Dribbling

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the political participation of lecturers majoring in Social Sciences Education (P.IPS) FKIP Riau University in the 2019 presidential election. Data management is performed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Samples from this study were all lecturers majoring in P-IPS FKIP Riau University as many as 44 lecturers divided into 3 departments namely Economic Education, Parallel Education and Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) with a population of 44 lecturers. The sample collection technique in this study uses the Nonprobability technique that is saturated sample or often called total sampling. According to Sugiyono (2011) the saturated sample is a sampling technique by collecting all members of the population as respondents or samples. o determine the sample size if the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all of it so that the research is population research, but if the larger subject can be taken 20-25%. So the sample in this study were all FKIP Lecturers majoring in P-IPS totaling 44 people. Complete data information in this study was obtained from Primary data and Secondary data. Data collection activities carried out by observation (observation), interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research is descriptive in nature which aims to describe the conditions or phenomena that exist in the field, then the data obtained will be analyzed with a quantitative descriptive system with a percentage. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that overall data regarding conventional participation in the 2019 presidential election are mostly in the appropriate category (0% -50%), with the acquisition of a percentage of 32% which means "Respondents (Lecturers) have used their rights political rights according to applicable laws". And Non-Conventional Political Participation in the 2019 Presidential Election is mostly in the appropriate category (0% -50%), with a percentage gain of 3% which means "Respondents (Lecturers) have used their political rights according to applicable Laws".Key Words: Political Participation, Lecturer, Presidential Election
