Abstract: One of the traditions that developed in Bengkalis Regency is the activity in the month of Safar. The safari bathing tradition is a spiritual attempt at self-approach to God, performed by some Muslim communities in different areas in Bengkalis Regency, right in Tanjung Punak Village Rupat Island, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The safari bathing tradition that was held last Wednesday in the month of Safar with the aim of rejecting reinforcements. The local government has determined that the Safar swimming ritual is an asset of local wisdom and an annual tourist attraction expected to attract domestic and foreign tourists. The aim of this study is 1) To find out the origin of the tradition of safari bathing in the month of Safar in the Rupat Utara District, Tanjung Punak Village. 2) To find out the process of implementation of the Safar bath tradition, 3) To find out the values of the Safar bath tradition. 4) To know the development of the Safar Mandi tradition as cultural tourism, 5) To discover the role of the local government in preserving the Safar Mandi tradition as cultural tourism. Data analysis using qualitative methods and then using the comparative method. The results of this study are the Mandi Safar tradition, which is one of the ancestral legacies believed to be able to reject setbacks (accidents, disasters and epidemics), from the procedures and values in the Mandi Safar tradition that may benefit for those who carry it out and watched the Mandi Safar program. Apart from that, the role of the local government in developing and maintaining the Mandi Safar tradition is also very important in promoting the village and economy of the people of Tanjung Punak Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency.Key Words: Safar Mandi Tradition, Cultural Tourism, District of North Rupat,Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract: This research discusses about Implicature imperative sentences on the anime The Quintensential Quinttuplets (Gotoubun No Hanayome). The aim of this study was to show the imperative classification on The anime The Quintensential Quintuplets (Gotoubun No Hanayome), and describe the means-end analysis that affects on the sentence change into the implicature imperative sentence on The anime The Quintensential Quintuplets (Gotoubun No Hanayome). In this study used the theory means-end by Geoffrey Leech in 1993. The data collection techniques that used by the record and observation techniques (observation). The results of this study are 37 data implicature imperative sentences. Abstract: this study examined the skills of speaking in front of the multitude that is commonly called public speaking by using technical and english-speaking techniques and arts in public so that it makes speech less boring and the intent and purpose of the talk can be conveyed well. The purpose of this study is to learn the training activities we center in moving, moving or transferring skills in public speaking (public speaking) by using the knowledge transfer learning strategy. This type of research is a naturalistic descriptive approach with a qualitative process of data collecting done by interviewing the 3 research subjects of 1 core informant and 2 control informants with the accompanying documentation. Based on interviews researchers came up with three indicators of this: (1) the process of the movement of knowledge, (2) the learning process, (3) the transfer of knowledge. The study of the 3rd indicator is helpful in understanding how the appropriate forms and stages of using the transfer of knowledge on the training process were to lower and transfer public speaking skills toward others so that others could have such desired and required speaking skills.Key Words: Transfer Of Knowledge, Skills, Public Speaking

Abstract: This research is motivated by the phenomenon of street children whohave developed a long time, street children are children who most of the time spent tomake a living or roam the streets or other public places, their ages range from 6 yearsto 18 years. This study aims to describe how the self-concept and characteristics ofstreet chiladren in Ramayana shopping center, Pekanbaru City. The subjects in thisstudy were 6 children. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptiveresearch type to clearly describe the characteristics and self-concept of street children.Data collection techniques used are observation, structured interviews anddocumentation, there are 4 steps of data analysis in this study, namely data collection,data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. From the results of the studyfound street children aged 9-12 years, still attending school and some others notattending school, living with parents and some others living with adoptive parents,doing these activities to help the family economy and increase pocket money, selfconceptstreet children in the Ramayana shopping center Pekanbaru City is high, from 4aspects (physical, social, moral, psychological) only 1 aspect is low, namely moralaspects.Key Word : Street Children, Self Concept

Abstract: Based on observations and observations made by the author in the field, and also based on information from coaches and athletes, that the men's volleyball branch of the Male Volleyball Team of SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan until now has not been able to show maximum achievement. One of the causes is smash. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and arm and shoulder muscle power with volleyball smash accuracy in men's volleyball teams at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Right. Right. In this study the population that will be used is the men's volleyball team SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan consisting of 16 people. So the population in this study amounted to 16 people. The sample is a portion or representative of the population studied. The sample in this study was the men's volleyball team of SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan as many as 16 people. The instrument of this research is JUMP MD which aims to measure leg muscle explosive power, arm and shoulder muscle power test with medicine ball ball, and smash test. The data obtained were analyzed using simple and multiple correlations. From the results obtained, arm and shoulder muscle power has a relationship with Smash accuracy on the Men's Volleyball Team at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan. There is a joint relationship between leg muscle power and arm and shoulder muscle power to the accuracy of the Smash on the Men's Volleyball Team at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan. Abstract: This research aimed to describe the understanding of physical concepts by the implementation of SAVI strategies (Somatic, Audiotory, Visual, and Intellectual) using media education cards and knowing differences student’s understanding of physical concepts by SAVI learning strategies using media education cards with conventional learning models. The research method used is Posstest-Only design. The research subjects were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru, which is class VIIIA was an experimental class and class VIIID was a control class. The experimental class uses the SAVI learning strategy using education cards media and a control class with conventional learning. The data was obtained from concept understanding test which given to student after the learning process was carried out. Data were analyzed descriptively by using indicator of concept understanding criteria to provide an overview of students' understanding of concepts and also inferentially using the independent-sample t-test.The research result obtained were the average of students concept understanding score in the experimental class higher than controll class.Thus it was concluded that the implementation of the SAVI learning strategy using an education card media has given good influence, improved interest in learning, make students more active, So that it can increase student’s understanding concept of physics in SMP N 23 Pekanbaru on the material vibrations, waves, and sounds.Key Word : Concept Understanding, SAVI Learning Strategies, Education Card
