Abstract: This study aims to look at the community’s ability to manage traditional food home based businesses and promotion strategies, this research was conducted in Pangean Kuantan Singingi district, variables used in life skills and promotion strategies, indicators of measurement in life skills, social skills, academic skills, vocational skills, measurement indicators in advertising promotion strategies, personal selling, publicity, sales promotion. The sample used in this study amounted to five respondents, the method used in this study was qualitative, the results obtained in this study were the skills in managing traditional food people never attended training, only yhe skill that existed in him. In marketing traditional food is fairly simple because it is only by word of mouth and markets directly to traditional markets and is entrusted to minimarkets around Pangean.Key Words: Life Skill, Promotion Strategy

Abstract: This research motivated by the tradition of Aghi Ayo onam celebrations in the people of Bangkinang sub-district, which is a tradition of pride in the people of Bangkinang sub-district there are rich in religious, moral, cultural and other values. But now the tradition has many changes not only in process of its implementation, but also changes in enthusias of its people. The formulation of the problem in this research is How the Aghi Ayo Onam Tradition in the current society of Bangkinang sub-district and How the enthusiasm of the people towards Aghi Ayo Onam Tradition in Bangkinang sub-district. The purpose of this research are: to Knowing the tradition of the Aghi Ayo Onam Celebration in the people of Bangkinang sub-district and Knowing the enthusias of the people towards the Aghi Ayo Onam Tradition in Bangkinang sub-district society. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview and documentation. The respondents of this research were six people, are: one of ninik mamak, one of traditional kampar institution, one of cultural person, one society of Bangkinang sub-district and two nomads from Bangkinang. Data analysis techniques in this research used qualitative methods. The results in this research are changes in almost all the sequence traditions of aghi ayo onam, and the enthusias of the people at this time is changing and decreasing. There are two changes factor, are: external factors and internal factors, The external factor is the influence of other cultures and internal factors, are: new discoveries and increasing and decreasing populations.Key Words: Tradition of Aghi Ayo Onam

Abstract: The problem in this study is that during futsal matches, less players do the movement without the ball so that the opportunity to get acceptance passing ball from friends is often cut by opponents. This type of research is a type of experimental research to see the effect of the form of exerxise. The purpose of research is to look at the effect back and forth training on the agility of the men’s futsal athletes Accasia team Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the Accasia team Pekanbaru, which numbered 18 people. The sampling technique is to use a purposive sampling technique, where taking a portion of the population is sampled. Data collection techniques obtained from pre-test and post-test. The instrument in this study uses the agility T test as a measure of agility. After that, the data is then statistically processed to test the normality using the lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05 a. Based on the analysis of the normality of the data X, it gives a LoMax of 0.140 and an Ltable of 0.258, which means LoMax <Ltable. while the variable Y yields LoMax of 0.141 and Ltable of 0.258. This means LoMax <Ltable, the analysis was performed by t-test. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an effect of running training back and forth on the agility of the men’s futsal athletes team of the Accasia team Pekanbaru proven by Tcount of 9.69 and Ttable 1.812. Means Tcound > Ttable at the level ɑ = 0.05. Key Words: Running Back and Forth, Agility

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to determine the contribution of shoulder arm muscle strength and hand eye coordination with smash forehand skills in the club kitogalo. The problems found in this study are the strength of the shoulder arm muscles and eye hand coordination are still inaccurate and less directional, it is seen when an athlete performs a table tennis forehand smash, still looks less maximal and directed as a result the ball is easily blocked by the opponent. This research was carried at club kitogalo. This research was conducted from February to July 2020. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, in which a total population of 6 people was selected as a sample. Based on the results of the study that the author has described in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: "There is a significant contribution simultaneously between the strength of the shoulder arm muscles and hand eye coordination with the smash forehand skills in club kitogalo table tennis". Where the results obtained from the calculation of the determinant coefficient, there is a contribution between the strength of the shoulder arm muscles, with smash forehand skills with a yield of 2,56%. And there is a contribution between eye-hand coordination with the results of smash forehand skills with 25% results. Furthermore, it means that there is a contribution between the strength of the shoulder arm muscles and eye-hand coordination with the smash forehand skill with a contribution of 25%.Key Words: Arm-Shoulder Muscle Strength, Hand Eye Coordination, Smash Forehand Skills

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of learning in the classroom on the character formation of students in SDN 032 Kualu Tambang Kampar Regency. The subjects of this study were teachers at SDN 032 Kualu Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This study, sample of 29 respondent were selected. This study uses a simple linear analysis, using primary data by testing using SPSS 17. Based on the analysis conducted, the results obtained by testing the hypothesis of learning variables in the classroom (X) on the positive and significant character of students (Y), it can be drawn that good learning in the classroom given by the teacher in the classroom, the better the character of students is awakened.The teacher has a big role in providing learning about the development of the characteristics that are able to be accepted by students, because with good learning in the classroom accompanied by real examples that can be used as a reference to students as learning material to build character, this character is built not only for students to other students, but the student's character to the teacher, the school environment, parents or family, and the home environmentKey Words: Learning in the Classroom, Student Character

Abstract: This study aims is to describe the difficulties experienced by students of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru and explain the factors causing difficulties in solving HOTS questions based on Heller Stages indicators. This research uses survey research methods. The research procedure used is preparing instruments, determining population and samples, taking research data, analyzing research data (descriptive analysis), and summarizing research results. The instrument used in this study is a matter of such diagnostic tests HOTS essay about work and energy as much as 5 questions. Other instruments in the form of a questionnaire, this questionnaire consisted of 12 statements and compiled based on indicators of the Heller stages and learning material about work and energy. The subjects of this study were 7 classes taken from 3 classes using stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that among all types of Heller stages that had the highest percentage of difficulty values were the 1st Heller stages, which illustrated a sketch of the problem with a percentage of 47.3% included in the difficult category. Based on the questionnaire, students made the most mistakes at the 3rd Heller stages, namely writing a formula that was used with a percentage value of agreeing to 92%.Key Words: Student’s difficulties, Problem solving, HOTS questions in physic, Heller Stages,Work and energy.
