Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the researcher's desire to analyze the influence of organization persaudaraan setia hati terate in fostering the disciplined character in bangko makmur village bangko pusako district rokan hilir regency. The aim of the study is to know how the influence of the organization persaudaraan Setia Hati terate in fostering the Disciplined Character in Bangko Makmur Village District, Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research which has conducted in Bangko Makmur village from July 2020 to November 2020. The population in this study were all members of organization persaudaraan setia hati terate which totaled 41 people with the sampling method in the form of total sampling. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews , questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The organization persaudaraan setia hati terate in cultivating disciplined characters in bangko makmur village is very good. There is a significant influence between the organization persaudaraan setia hati terate in fostering disciplined characters in bangko makmur village. So the hypothesis in this study is accepted, based on the results of the calculations above, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.222, which means that the influence of the in dependent variable (PSHT organization) in growing the dependent variable (Discipline Character) is 47.2% . Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the organization persaudaraan setia hati terate in growing discipline characters in rayon bangko makmur village bangko pusako district rokan hilir regency.Key Words: Influence, Organization, Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate, Discipline,Characters.

Abstract

Abstract: Many cases of terrorism have occurred in Indonesia, one of which is according to the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD, currently it is estimated that there are 660 Indonesian citizens who are members of foreign terrorist fighters or border crossing terrorists in various countries. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the perception of Riau University students towards Law No. 5 of 2018 Chapter VIIA on criminal acts of terrorism. The research objective was for the perception of Riau University students towards Law no. 5 of 2018 Chapter VIIA on the prevention of criminal terrorism. According to Law No. 5/2018 Criminal Acts of Terrorism are crimes committed with violence in a deliberate, systematic and planned manner, which creates an atmosphere of terror or widespread fear. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data instruments used in this study are questionnaire, interviews and documentation. The population in this study were students of the University of Riau with a total population of 32.436 people. Sampling from the total population was taken using the Quota Sampling technique and to determine the respondents consisting of 20 expert researchers used the sampling technique. Based on the results of research and recapitulation that has been carried out by researcher respondents who answered Strongly agree (SS) + Agree (S) 30.13% + 47.94% = 78.07%. Thus it can be denied that the Perception of Riau University Students Against Law No. 5 of 2018 Chapter VIIA concerning the Prevention of Crime of Terrorism in the "Very Good" category where the Very Good range is in the range of 75.01% - 100%.Key Words: Student Perceptios,, Law No. 5 of 2018 Chapter VIIA

Abstract

Abstract : This study determines to develop a therapy module of Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Insyirah Verses 1-8 to reduce the students' stress levels. The type of this study is Research and Development (R&D) level 1 as the lowest level of development by conducting research but not continuing with field testing. In developing a better module, this research carried out a validation test for two areas of expertise, which are material experts and interpreters. The data collection techniques in this study used interviews and validation questionnaires. The result of this research is that the compiled module of Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Insyirah Verse 1-8 therapy to reduce the stress level of students divided into five guidance activities with a total reading duration of ± 40 minutes. The result of the module validation test as a whole based on the material and interpretation aspects shows that the assessment obtained an average value of 84.4% declared "Eligible" to be tested as a learning media.Key Words: Module, Therapy of the Qur'an Surah Al-Insyirah, Reducing Stress Levels

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leg muscle strength training on athletes of the Karate-Do Indonesia Tambang institute. This research was conducted at Dojo Lemkari Tambang Jl.Cipta Karya, Pekanbaru, Riau. This research was conducted from August 2020 to September 2020 by implementing 16 meetings with 3-4 times a week. The population in this study were 10 athletes from the Karate-Do Indonesia Mining Institute. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. Based on the results of the research and data processing carried out, it can be concluded as follows: there is a significant effect of leg press exercise (X) on the leg muscle strength of the Mine Lemkari athletes (Y). Based on the t-test analysis, it produces a t count of 8 and a t table of 1.833. T table is obtained from the degree of freedom or degrees of freedom denoted by (db) with the formula V = n-1, which is 10-1 = 9 (1,833) which is obtained from the t-test table, it can be concluded that Tcount> Ttable and Ha. It can be concluded that there is an effect of leg press training on the increase in leg muscle strength in Lemkari Tambang athletes at the level of 90 0.05 with a 90% confidence level.Key Words: Jump Rope Training, Slowly, Endurance Tennis Team

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Responsibilities of Management towards Program Activities in the Student Association of the Community Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. Responsibility is seen as awareness of one's behavior and actions. This is in accordance with the opinion of Joko (2011: 154) which means that responsibility is awareness of intentional or unintentional behavior and actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of responsibility of the management for the program of activities in the student association of the Community Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, the instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire with a population of 34 people. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Research Data and Instruments 1. Primary Data, 2. Secondary Data, 3. Instruments. The instrument in this research is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire based on the lattice. Research instruments with research variables are the responsibility of the management towards the program with indicators consisting of; (1) ability, (2) awareness, (3) attitude and (4) behavior. To be clearer using sub-indicators, a) test measuring instruments, b) test validity, c) test reliability. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis, which were carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23 for Windows. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to describe the respondent's profile data in the form of the Mean and Standard Deviation of the questionnaire results, based on the respondent's demographics, variables, indicators and questionnaire items, then inferential statistical analysis was used to test the hypotheses that had been formulated previously.The conclusions from the results of this study are as follows; It is known that the responsibility of the management for the program of activities is quite high. This can be seen from 4 indicators, the highest indicator is attitude. Thus the responsibility of the management towards the program of activities in the student association is quite high, it can be seen from the attitude of the management.Key Words: Management Responsibilities, Program Activities, Student Association

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to see how far the karate sport coaching process in Tembilahan Karate Club Indragiri Hilir Regency in achieving achievements. This research was conducted at the Tembilahan Karate Club, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research was carried out for 6 months from May 2020 to November 2020. In this study the authors took the object of 14 Tembilahan Karate Club athletes, 2 trainers and 2 coaches with a total of 18 people consisting of 13 men and 5 women. This type of research is descriptive research. Based on the results of the research that the author has described in the previous chapter, conclusions can be drawn based on the viewpoint of the coaches and coaches from the data analysis of the performance development of karate in Tembilahan Karate Club, Indragiri Hilir Regency, in the "very" category. Karate Sports Achievement Development in Tembilahan Karate Club Indragiri Hilir Regency falls into the "good" category. Based on the point of view of the coaches and coaches from the analysis of the performance coaching data for the sport of karate at Tembilahan, the Karate Club, Indragiri Hilir Regency is in the "very poor" category. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the effect of Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP) and student perceptions of the teaching profession on their interest in becoming a teacher at the. The population are all students of the 2016 Economic Education Study Program FKIP University of Riau, totaling 63 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. The data collection method is to use a questionnaire. This questionnaire was used to obtain research data on the Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP), student perceptions of the teaching profession, and interest in becoming a teacher. The questionnaire was distributed using media google form and the data collected were tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results showed that the Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP) and student perceptions of the teaching profession simultaneously had a significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher in program students Economic Education Study of FKIP, Riau University with the regression equation Y = 1.180 + 0.247X1 + 0.381X2 and contributed 50.4% to the interest in becoming a teacher, rest is influenced by other factors, namely motivation, needs, talents, mastery of science, family environment, social environment, and information on the world of work. This research is still not perfect, so it is hoped that the next researchers can conduct more thorough research on other factors that affect the interest in becoming a teacher and can increase or expand the population and research sample.Key Words : Introduction to Schooling Environment, Perception on Teacher Profession, Interest in Becoming a Teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a development research which aims to producemathematics learning tools. The resulting learning devices in the form of syllabus,lesson plan (RPP) and student activity sheet (LAS) based on Problem Based Learning on linear program material for grade XI senior high school students. The development model used is the 4-D model which consists of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Data collection instruments used in this study were validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The learning tools developed were validated by three validators and revised based on validator’s suggestion, and studentactivity sheet evaluated by three high school students to see the readability of student activity sheet. The average percentage of validation result for Syllabus is 95.83%, lesson plan (RPP) 96.09%, and student activity sheet (LAS) 95.63%, so the learning tools are categorized as very valid. Then, a small group trial were conducted of the student activity sheeet which was developed on six students of SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu. The average practicaly percentage for student activity sheet is 86.25% with a verypractical category. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the mathematics learning device developed has met the valid and practical criteria for using by class XI senior high school students.Key Words: Mathematics Learning Tools, Problem Based Learning Model, Linear Program, 4-D Development Model

Abstract

Abstract: Ornamental fish entrepreneurial strategy is a series of designs thatcan be taken to achieve a pre-planned plan or can be said to be a tool to createcompetitive advantage in ornamental fish marketing. The purpose of this assessment isto determine the entrepreneurial strategy of ornamental fish (hickey) in KampungDalam Village, Siak Sri Indrapura District, Siak Regency based on research indicators.They are: 1. Marketing strategy, 2. Pricing strategy, and 3. Promotion strategy. Thisstudy used a descriptive study with a one-variable naturalistic approach. Thepopulation in this study amounted to 3 people, namely ornamental fish shop owners,cashiers, and shop employees. The conclusion in the study entitled the ornamental fishentrepreneurial strategy (hickey) in Kampung Dalam Subdistrict, Siak Sri IndrapuraDistrict, Siak Regency, when viewed from the success indicators of the entrepreneurialstrategy, only 2 have been fulfilled, but it cannot be said to be a failure considering thatthis ornamental fish shop has only been running for one year and is still running.proceed. In addition, although this activity cannot be said to be successful in improvingthe economy, through this ornamental fish shop (Hickey) it has provided understandingto the community so that they can open a business to be able to help the familyeconomy.Key Words: Entrepreneurial Strategy, Ornamental Fish

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a relaxation module in order to reduce learning anxiety, especially high school students. The type of research used is research and development or Research and Development (R&D). Through 6 steps, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product creation. To make the module more perfect, this study conducted a validation test with 2 material experts and 2 practitioners. Data collection techniques in this study using literature study and validation questionnaires. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the feasibility test of the module as a whole from the aspects of usability, feasibility and accuracy obtained an assessment of 73.95%, it shows that the relaxation module to reduce learning anxiety for high school students can be said to be feasible to be tested as an ingredient in providing BK services at school.Key Words: R&D, Relaxation Module ,Learning Anxiety
