Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is satiety during learning, so the learning process of exercise in class X IPS SMA Negeri Rengat Barat and class X Pharmacy at SMK Kesehatan Han-Kausyar is not optimal, which is not always done. Don't get better. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a comparison between the physical fitness of the two schools for these students. The population in this research consisted of male students of class X IPS and male students of class X pharmacy, a total of 55 persons. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling where the sampling was performed in the area with a sample of 15 students from West Rengat Barat High School and 12 Han-Kausyar Health Vocational Schools. The tools used in this study were the 60-meter walk test, 60-second pull-up, 60-second sit-up, vertical jump, 1200-meter run. The data obtained was analyzed using the independent "t" significance test technique. Based on the results of research and data processing using statistical research procedures, the data normality test analysis at SMA Negeri Rengat Barat Lhitung yields equal to 0.122 and Ltable 0.220, which means Lhitung <Ltable. Meanwhile, Han-Kausyar Health Vocational High School produced Lhitung 0.166 and Ltable 0.242. This means that Lhitung <Ltable. then the data will be distributed normally. In addition, after the t-test was performed, it was found that tcount (0.245) <ttable (2,262), where Ho was rejected, it could be concluded that there was no comparison between male students of SMA Negeri 1 Rengat Barat and class X Pharmacy at SMK Kesehatan Han-Kausyar.Key Words: Physical fitness level, students from SMA Negeri 1 Rengat Barat, students fromSMK Kesehatan Han-Kausyar

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of finding out more about the relationship between leg muscles explosion and hand eye coordination with medium shoot results of men’s basketball team at SMAN 1 Rengat. The problem found in this research is team play of SMAN 1 Rengat is not optimal in shooting with a jump shoot that make only a few balls can entrance into the opponent’s ring and add points. This research was conducted from August to December 2020 in the field of SMAN 1 Rengat Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Population in this research is basketball team of SMAN 1 Rengat, while the sample technique used is sample research which is use half of the population. Based on the research, the conclusion is: : there is a strong relationship between leg muscles explosion with medium shoot, which is rtab at a significant level a (0.05) = 0.576 means rcount (0.834)> rtab (0.576), there is a very strong relationship between hand eye coordination with medium shoot, which is rtab at a significant level a (0.05) = 0.576 means rcount (0.608)> rtab (0.576), there is a very strong relationship between leg muscles explosion and hand eye coordination with medium shoot result of men's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Rengat, , which is rtab at a significant level a (0.05) = 0.576 means rcount (0.836)> rtab (0.576).Keywords: Leg Muscles Explosion, Hand Eye Coordination, Medium Shoot.

Abstract

Abstract: Booklet are print media in the form of leaflets or magazines that function as media to convey messages or information. A booklet is a small book that has at least five pages but no more than forty-eight pages outside the cover count. This study aims to determine the potential of booklet design in class X protista high school learning material. This research was conducted at the Binawidya Riau University in August-December 2020. The design of this booklet refers to the ADDIE development model, the stage used is only the analysis and design stage. The analysis stage was carried out by analyzing the 2013 curriculum and analyzing the learning material. The design stage is carried out by designing the syllabus and lesson plans first, then designing a booklet. Based on the results of the research on the design of biology booklet at KD 3.6 and 4.6, especially on Protista material, it can be used as teaching material for class X SMA.Key Words: Booklet, Protista

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on thesatisfaction of members of the village unit cooperative (KUD) Kampar, Kampa District,Kampar Regency. This research is a research based on a quantitative approach, thepopulation of this determination is 88 cooperative members who were selected using thesample random sampling method. The data collection technique used questionnaire . Thedata analysis used simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that thequality of service has an effect on the satisfaction of members of the village unitcooperative (KUD) Kampar, Kampa District, Kampar Regency.Keywords: service quality, Member Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract:This research is a development research that aims to produce learning tools, namely syllabus, lesson plans and student activity sheets (LAS) using the Problem Based Learning model with an open ended approach on the material of the Three Variable Linear Equation System for class X SMA/MA. This research is motivated by the importance of learning tools so that the arrangement is carried out as a form of planning from the steps of the learning process which are structured according to the objectives to be achieved. The development model used is the 4D model which consists of the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The learning tools that have been developed are validated by three validators and revised according to the validator's suggestions. The average validation score for the syllabus was 90.69%, RPP was 95.89%, and LAS was 93.23% with very valid categories. The results of this validation indicate that the syllabus, lesson plans, and LAS are feasible to be tested. The valid LAS was then tried out in small groups. The average result of the small group trial for LAS was 3.56 in the very practical category. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the syllabus, lesson plans and LAS developed using the Problem Based Learning model with the Open Ended approach in the material of the Three Variable Linear Equation System for class X SMA/MA have met the valid and practical criteria.Keywords : Learning Tools, Problem Based Learning Model, Open Ended Approach, ThreeVariable Linear Equation System, 4D Development Model.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of the male athletes of Accasia Futsal Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used in this research is a survey method with test and measurement techniques. All athletes studied were measured by Indonesian physical fitness tests. The population in this study were 29 athletes of Accasia Futsal Pekanbaru and the sample in this study were male athletes of Accasia Futsal Pekanbaru, totaling 17 people. The instruments used in this research were the 60 meter sprint test, the body lift test for 60 seconds, the 60-second sit down test, the upright jumping test and the 1200 meter running test. The data in this study were obtained from tests and measurements made by the tester on the testee. The testee in this study were male athletes from Accasia Futsal Pekanbaru. Based on the results of research and data processing using physical fitness test norms and descriptive percentage formulas, it can be seen that the level of physical fitness that can be classified into good categories is 8 people with a percentage of 47.05%, in the moderate category as many as 6 people with a percentage of 35.29%, in the less category as many as 3 people with a percentage of 17.64% and no one has a very good and very poor classification. So if the average level of athlete's physical fitness is in the medium category with an average consideration of 15.94.Key Words: Physical Fitness Level

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the observations that the author has made on male judo athletes in Pekanbaru during training and during competitions, the writer found outand encountered several problems, such as: when endurance training, some athletes got tired quickly when doing interval training of running for one hour, at 20-30 minutes the athletes were tired and asked to stop running and then walked and could not continue running until the time limit specified by the coach. Fatigue can also be seen when athletes did technical training (nage waza) for 1 minute, with 10 repetitionsand resting in every 10 seconds. From the exercise, the athletes were tired and theycould not finish the exercise until it finished.The purpose of this study was to determine how much endurance the male judo athletes in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique was the entire population (total sampling), amounting to 12 people. This type of research is descriptive research.Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the level of endurance of male judo athletes in Pekanbaru is in the “enough”category as many as 7 athletes namely 58.33%.Keywords: Endurance, Male Judo Athlete

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Tutor's Strategy in Increasing the Learning Interest of the Learning Community of the Package C Equality Education Program During the Covid-19 Pandemic At PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. The results showed that the strategies adopted by tutors in increasing the learning interest of learning residents during the covid-19 pandemic at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru were as follows: (1) presenting the designed material (in the form of systematically compiling content and presenting material in a lesson plan), ( 2) provide stimulation (in the form of encouragement in the form of motivational words, games so that citizens learn to be enthusiastic again in participating in the learning process), (3) develop regular habits (form good habits), (4) improve the physical condition of learning residents (pay attention to and maintaining good communication), (5) providing supporting facilities in the learning process. This study aims to describe the tutor's strategy in increasing the learning interest of learning residents during the covid-19 pandemic at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, in which the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 3 subjects, namely control informants, core informants 1 and core informants 2 with documentation included. Based on the results of interviews, researchers found 3 indicators, namely: (1) Learning Objectives, (2) Characteristics of Students, (3) Learning Supporting Facilities/Learning Media. The study of these 3 indicators is very useful for understanding how the Tutor's Strategy in Increasing the Learning Interest of Residents in Learning the Package C Equality Education Program During the Covid-19 Pandemic At Pkbm Kak Seto Pekanbaru.Key Words: Tutor Strategy, Learning Interests of Learning Citizens, Equality Education Program Package C

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the phytoplankton community andprimary productivity as the quality of watering, as well as to produce a handout designas teaching materials in biology learning in class X SMA. This research was conductedin July-August 2020 in the waters of Danau Selais, Bina Widya Campus, RiauUniversity and the Laboratory of Biology Education, FKIP, Riau University. This studyused 2 designs, namely using a survey method with the steps as descriptive quantitativein data collection and handout design. The parameters measured include physical,chemical and biological parameters. The sampling of phytoplankton communities was 4points of observation with 3 samples, while the primary productivity was carried out bythe dark-light bottle method. 18 species of phytoplankton in the waters of Danau Selais,Bina Widya Campus, Riau University and 719 individuals. The abundance ofphytoplankton ranges from 22453.20-985444.60 ind / liter which indicates that thewaters of Selais Lake are categorized as moderate fertility waters with good waterquality. The phytoplankton diversity index value ranged from 2.30 to 3.61 and theevenness value of phytoplankton was 0.53-0.62 which indicates that the phytoplanktonin Selais Lake was quite even. The primary productivity of Danau Selais at Bina WidyaCampus reaches Eutrophic fertility levels of 1,010.38 mgC / m3 / day. The parametersof Lake Sealis chemical physical factors include temperature ranging from 28.7-29.10C, pH of water ranging from 6.55-6.63, brightness level of 46 cm and total suspendedsolid, namely 18-22 mg / L. Based on the potential analysis, the results of the study weredesigned to be handouts as teaching materials on ecosystem materials for Biologylearning in class X SMA.Key Words: Phytoplankton Community, Primary Productivity, Biological Handout Design

Abstract

Abstract: This descriptive research designed to discover the ability of the third semester students of the English study program FKIP Universitas Riau in writing a paragraph. The population of this research was the third semester students of English study program FKIP Universitas Riau and consisted of 121 students. The sample was 38 students selected by using cluster random sampling technique and lottery technique in selecting the class. The instrument of the research was writing test in paragraph form. The students wrote a paragraph based on the topics provided by the researcher. The students’ achievement in writing paragraph was analyzed especially their ability in five major writing aspects; grammar, vocabulary, mechanics, fluency, and organization. From data analysis, the average score is 65,70. The researcher found that the students’ writing ability can be categorized as good in level which vocabulary is reaching the highest score (67,67) while grammar being the lowest score (63.33). The finding implied that the third semester students of English study program FKIP Universitas Riau should improve their writing ability.Key Words: Students’ Ability, Writing, Paragraph
