Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out the influence of entrepreneurial behavior and marketing strategy to success of reklame business in Pangeran Hidayat street Pekanbaru. The research was carried out in July-August 2015. Object of this research are 30 reklame business owners. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis technique used is the multiple regression analysis and using questionnaire to collect the data. The result obtained in the research stated that, simultaneously and partially, the entrepreneurial behavior and marketing strategy influences has a positive and significant factor to the succeed a business. And the magnitude of the effect of entrepreneurial behavior and marketing strategy to success of reklame business in the way of a pangeran hidayat street Pekanbaru is equl to 62,4%, while the rest in influenced by other factors not examined this study, such as capital, row materias, skill, management ability and environmental competition. Form the result, it can be concluded that reklame entrepreneurs in Pangeran Hidayat street Pekanbaru should optimize entrepreneurship behavior and marketing strategy to increase the success of their businesses. It is due to the fact that entrepreneur behavior and marketing strategy has a positive and significant influence towards the success of business.Key Words: Entrepreneurship Behaviour, Marketing Strategy, Successful Business, Profit

Abstract

Abstract: Research aims to understand the influence of the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder about the status of child nutrition age 5-6 years in kindergarten coaching land kecamatan sungai apit siak district. Population sizes in this research some 76 children and sample in this research was 26 children. Technique data collection in use the observation. Technique analysis the data in use in this research was analysis uji-t. The research that has been done, it can be in some attraction conclusion which as follows: 1). After in give treatment the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder, the average children healthy increased to 83 % which means the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder successfully salubrious children. 2). Through skills treatment the provision of green bean porridge and milk powder, the average healthy child rose to 77 % which means the granting of green bean porridge and milk powder managed to improve liveliness children as much as 29 % . 3).Once treated giving green bean porridge and milk powder,the average activity of children increased to 77%.which means giving the green bean porridge and milk powder managed to increase activationof children about 29%. Good Nutritionis important for children, because it helps the development of children in the future.Keywords: green bean porridge and milk powder , nutrition status

Abstract

Abstrak : The school year is a time to achieve self-identity in which students explore themselves by interacting and socializing with peers , by actively participating in the activities of peers, to be honest , responsible and follow the rules or norms adopted by a group of peer. This study aims 1) To determine the overall picture of the self concept of students of class XI IPS , 2) To know the self-concept of students by gender , 3) To know the self-concept of student by items. This study use the method of data collection and the data anailyze. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS SMA N 1 Benai were 52 student. Determining samples using Saturated samples and samples in this study were 52 student. The scale of self-concept in this study using Goleman scale. This test totaled 30 items that consists of 15 ( + ) and 15 ( - ) . Positive statements that answered yes were given a score 1 (one) , and the answered no were given a score of 0 (zero),otherwise negative statement that answered yes will be given a score 0 (zero), and the answers were not given a score 1(one ). Based on the results of research which conducted it can be concluded that after conducted of data analysis of the self-concept and we know description of self-concept of class XI IPS SMA N 1 Benai was 65.34 % for good and 34.61% for good enough.Key Word : Analysis of Self Concept.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and perception of the taxpayer about the Regulation of Government Number. 46 year 2013, which is related to tariff and tax base and simplification in collecting tax. The population in this study is taxpayer with a turnover under Rp 4.8 billion which have been registered in the KPP Pratama Tampan Pekanbaru. The research data is obtained from questionnaires distributed to taxpayers of UMKM the informants in this study. The data is analyzed by using descriptive data analysis. Base on the results of study, it concluded that: perception of the taxpayer about Regulation of Government Number. 46 year 2013 is generally good enough category. From the four principles of in taxation, the respondents have a good perception in efficiency principle. While in the principle of Equality, Certainty, and Convenience, they have a good enough perception so that it clarified that the respondents consider this regulation does not really deal with the principles. The suggestion is socialization should be given thoroughly until the districts level and KPP should make a best partnership with the third party related to UMKM to provide a knowledge and understanding to the taxpayer.Keywords: Perception, UMKM, Regulation of Government Number. 46 year 2013

Abstract

Abstract : There is a difference between expectations and reality occurred in class XI IPS in SMAN 2 Mandau where the lack of student achievement motivation, especially on economic subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence the internal locus of control on achievement motivation on economic subjects XI grade students of SMAN 2 Mandau. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population is all students of class XI SMAN 2 Saber totaling 147 students with a sample of 60 students. Based on the results of data analysis is concluded that in mind the significant value on the table coeffisients 0,000 less than the critical value of 0.1. Then obtained 0,000 < 0.1 and this result shows that the Internal Locus Of Control (ILOC) significantly affects Achievement Motivation (MB) in class XI students majoring in social studies at SMAN 2 Mandau the academic year 2014/2015. Judging from R Square of 0.589, this shows that the independent variables used in this study could affect the dependent variable by 58, 9%. Thus it can be said that the ability of the independent variables affect the dependent variable is strong. Based on the regression coefficient if ILOC increased by 1%, the achievement motivation will also increase by 0845 or 84.5%. Coefficient is positive, it means there is a positive relationship between the MB with ILOC, the rise ILOC then the ride anyway Achievement Motivation.Key Words : Achievement Motivation, internal locus of control

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the low learning outcomes Social Sciences student, with an average grade 67.1. Based on the problems appear researchers conducted a study entitled "Application of Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) to improve student learning outcomes Elementary School third grade 125 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted on March 11, 2015 until May 13, 2015 with 3 cycles. The subjects were students of class III Elementary School 125 Pekanbaru totaling 21 people who used the data source. Data collection instruments in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and learning outcomes. This study presents the results of learning derived from the value of daily tests before treatment with an average of 67.1%, an increase in the first cycle with the average being 71.7%. In the second cycle increased by an average of 68.5% and an increase in the third cycle with an average of 82.3%. The activities of teachers in the learning process in cycle 1 the first meeting and the second meeting of the 70.8% increase to 75%. Second cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 79.1% increase to 83.3%. In the third cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 91.7% increase to 95.8%. data analysis activities of students in the first cycle the first meeting with an average of 62.5% and a second meeting to increase to 70.9%. Second cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 79.2% increase to 83.3%. In the third cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 87.5% increase to 95.8%. Abstract

Abstract: This descriptive study aimed to find out the ability of the eleventh grade students of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru in writing narrative paragraphs. The population of the research was the eleventh grade students of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru, while the sample was 36 students of XI IPA 1 which was decided by using cluster sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a written test. The students’ score were graded by three raters and analyzed by using Harris’ scoring system which concerned with five aspects of writing, such as content, form, grammar, style, and mechanics. The findings showed that there were 7 students (19%) in excellent level, 18 students (50%) in good level, 9 students (25%) in average level, and 2 students (6%) in poor level. It was also found that the students’ ability in terms of content was the highest among the other aspects, with the average score of 75,69, while grammar was the lowest one, with the average score of 60. The students’ average score for each aspect of writing was in good level. Based on the result obtained, it can be inferred that the eleventh grade students of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru were able to write narrative paragraphs and their level of ability was in good level with the average score of 66. This study recommended the students to pay more attention in terms of grammar and style since the score of these two aspects were low. Then, the teacher should pay more attention,too, on these two aspects as well as the other aspects: mechanics, form, and content. Further researchers can focus on studying each aspect in details.Keywords: Ability, writing, narrative paragraphs.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian region is a dynamic region which has developed from time backwards, towards progress. Regional expansion is just one example is one example of the changes taking place in Indonesia. Expansion of a district is a reflection of regional autonomy, through the expansion process occurs because the powers of administrative autonomy in Indonesia. In this reform era, the development of the area will increase the overall national development. This is the concept of regional autonomy in Indonesia runs. As the main hope of autonomy territory is achieving the tasks of government well. Through regional expansion, the relationship between government officials and the public is getting closer, and the government apparatus it self increasingly have the ability to carry out the development of the nation and provide services to the community. This is because the relationship between government and society is getting shorter, as well as development planning is getting smaller. Along with the authority of local autonomy, Natuna then regional expansion districts, which by the end of 2008 to 19 districts with the addition, District Palmatak, Subi, Bunguran North Sea island, Pulau Tiga, Bunguran Northeast, Bunguran Central, Bunguran South, Serasan South, East Siantan, South Siantan, Jemaja East and Central Siantan. Along with the expansion of district that aims to shorten the control range, appears aspiration to make the Group of Anambas as its own autonomous region. Through a long struggle both at central and regional levels, Anambas Island finally formed through Law No. 33 Year 2008 dated June 24, 2008. Anambas Island consists of 7 District of the District Siantan, District East Siantan, District of South Siantan, District Central Siantan, District Palmatak. Abstract

Abstract: The research is to know of a role-playing method to 5-6 years old children’s interpersonal intelligence in pembina kindergarten pangean distric in kuansing regency. The sample of population in this research is 5-6 years old to amount to 21 person’s. To collect the data is observasion technics. To analysis data used in this research is test-t. The result of research is obtained from the sample results of hypothesis test correlations, with the before and after values of r = 0,718 and the value of significance is 0.000. Because p<0.05 ( 0,718<0.05) then ho rejected. The means of research is role-playing method to 5-6 years old children’s interpersonal intelligence. To receive or reject hypotesis based on SPSS data windows for version 17 then can be seen from a comparison t value and t table is calculation of the test-t, seen that result t value -12,451 from the parties of absolutely price, so the minus (-) price cannot be used (Sugiyono, 2010). Thent value (12,451). DK=40 and the fault stage 5 %=2,021, it can be seen the t price count greater than t table the first fault 5% (12,451>2,021). The mean Ho= were rejected and Ha= accepted. From the research i have conclussion thats the role-playing method is be alternatif to the teacher interpersenol intelligence.Key Words: interpersonal intelligence , role-playing method

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine whether there are relation of power leg muscle with long jump sport when making the leap so that when doing it can obtain maximum results. This research is a form of correlation study, which a population of male students clas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Benai Kuantan Singingi regency, consisted of 20 people. the data is processed with saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study is the all of the population, so that the sampel counted to 20 people. The istrument used in this study is test explosive power leg muscle with used standing broad jump instrument and long jump tests. after that, the data is processed with statistic, to test for normality with liliefors test at significant level. Hypothesis, there are relation of power leg muscle in the long jump results. Based on data analysis produced there are relation between power leg muscle (X) with long jump results (Y) of male students SMP Negeri 8 Benai Kuantan Singingi regency in the calculation produces 0,488 r count> 0,444 t table. There is relationship between power muscle leg (X) with long jump results (Y). It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is received, it shows that there is relationship between two variables.Keywords: power muscle leg and long jump
