Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Pupil Personnel Management Activities in Kindergarten at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. The population and sample of this research is all kindergarten principal totaling 50 people. Data collection techniques used were a questionnaire. Test data analysis techniques using ITEMAN Ver3.0 program, while research data analysis technique using a percentage formula. From the research results pupil personnel management in kindergarten overall obtained percentage of 74.88%, it is in good category. Meanwhile, if viewed from each indicator, planning pupil personnel applicant indicator get a percentage of 77.43% categorized as good, arrangement of the new pupil personnel indicator get a percentage of 73.88% were in either category, grouping learners indicator get a percentage of 81, 50% are in the very good category, recorded the presence of learners indicator get a percentage of 83.67% are in the very good category, indicators of fostering discipline pupil personnel get a percentage of 76.00% are in the good category, to set mutation/transfer pupil personnel indicator get a percentage of 67.60% are in the good category. To set graduation of pupil personnel indicator get a percentage of 80.80% are in the very good category and still one indicator need focused guidance that is to set up a special service program which gets a percentage of 55%, that is categorized enough.Key words: Managemen, Pupil Personnel

Abstract

Absract: This study has to purpose the correlation of the correlation of self concept and emotional intelligence kindergarten teacher in the Keritang district Indragiri Hilir regency. Population in this research were all kindergarten teacher in Keritang district a total of 35 people. Used the sample is saturated sample mean population is sampled. The collection of data technique is used questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis product moment had tated previously assumptions. The result showed that there is a relationship between self concept and emotional intelligence. It is seen from r amounted 0,475.Keywords: self concept, emotional intelligence

Abstract

Abstract: Our condition of education today,we fell that the student s are having crisis of moral intelligence,in the field,we can find students do not behave politely, both to friends or to the teacher. 1) To know the students moral intellegence bifore group counseling services given. 2) To know the process of implementation of group counseling services to ward students moral intellegence. 3) To determine the increase of moral intellegence of students after a given group counseling services. 4) to identify differentiation before and after students’ morall intellegence of group counseling Service has applied. 5) to identify the effect of group counseling service on student’ moral intellegence. This research used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of this research were the of VIII.6 class student SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru, academic year 2014/2015 consist of 30 students. To take the sampling used saturated sample was used to determine the 30 samples. To distinguish the student’ moral intellegence before and after implementing information service using "t" test and thitung obtaining a greater score ttabel than the score at the level of 5% (77,7 > 2,000). Thus, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which meant in this research, there were significant differences between student’ moral intellegence before and after implementing group counseling service in VIII.6 class of SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. Then the result of the moment product testing r = 0,50 and determination coefficient r2 = 0,25. Based on the result of conducted research, it can be concluded that after the implementing group counseling service, the student’ moral intellegence in VIII.6 class of SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru has the increased of 25%.Key Words: Group Counseling Service, Moral Intellegence.

Abstract

Abstract : The problemin this research is whether there is a relationship of eyefootcoordination with skill sila kick. The goal is to find out how big the eye-footcoordination with ability sila kick whether singly or jointly. The technique of samplingperformed with total sampling of 12 athlete of Senior High School Plus Province Riau.This research using a correlation technique. Then, the data are tested using the test ofnormality, test the product moment correlation test, test of significance on the level ofsignificance of α = 0.05. Test of normality of variabels X, L0maks (0,088) < Ltabel (0,242),and testing normality of variabels Y, L0maks (0,112) < Ltabel (0,242) in other words at aconfidence level of 95% of normal data and concluded the results showed: there is asignificant relationship between eye and food coordination with skill sila kick, withcorrelation r= 0.782, where rhitung > rtabel or 0,782 > 0,602. and such relations arecategorized strong . Thus, Ho rejected and Ha accepted.Key word: relationship, eye-foot coordination, skill sila kick.

Abstract

Abstract: The problems encountered in boys X TKJ 1 SM Telkom Pekanbaru isIn doing blow smash, students do not by leaps and not on time, so that the blow smashestend to be sharp, not directed properly, and often into the net. Researchers suspect thatthis occurs because students do not maximize the explosive power leg muscle and handeyecoordination to hit a smash badminton resulting blows maximum results. This studywas conducted using a correlation study design aimed to investigate how far thevariables in a factor related to other factors. Correlation is a study designed todetermine the level of relations of different variables in a population, which aims to findout how big the contribution of independent variables and the dependent variable.(Arikunto, 2006: 131). Population is the whole object of research. The population inthis study was the son of X TKJ 1 SM Telkom Pekanbaru many as 16 people. To get thedata in this study used vertical jump test for explosive power leg muscle, throwing testcatch tennis balls to the wall for the hand-eye coordination, and test results of a blowjumping forehand smash badminton. The data obtained in the analysis with a simpleproduct moment correlation. Based on data analysis koifisien correlation of rhitung =0,526 > of rtabel = 0.514. thereby Ha Ho accepted and rejected. It means that there is arelationship between the explosive power leg muscle and hand-eye coordination withthe results of punch jumping forehand smash badminton, where the provision ofcorrelation of a variable with another variable set of rhitung >of rtabel, and significant(Sugiyono, 2008: 258).Keywords: Explosive power, Coordination, Results blow smash, Badminton

Abstract

Abstract: this study aims to determine intrapersonal intelligence early childhoodteachers in the districts kampar kiri hilir of kampar regency. As for the population ansample is whole early childhood teacher totaling 30. Data collection techniques wereused that test in the form guttman scale. Data analysis techniques using percentage. Ofthe result intrapersonal intelligence early childhood teachers in the district kampar kirihilir of kampar regency overall percentage of 60% was high category. Whereas, ifviewed from each of brackish indicators, , high self assessment indicator percentage of68,33% in the high category, in the moderate category self relient attitude indicator haspercentage of 65% in the high category,indicator of self knowledge about the goalsthemselves percentage of 60,83% in the high category, indicator of skill of express,thoughts, feelings, opinions and beliefs percentage of 46,66%, , indicator of selfknowledge will be of personal valves percentage 43,33% in the moderate category.Keywords: Intrapersonal Intelligence

Abstract

Abstract: this research was purpose to: 1) To knows the level of student’s self-confident before the information service was gave. 2) To knows the level of student’s self-confident after the information service was gave. 3) To knows the different level of student’s self-confident from before than after gave information service. 4) To find out influence of giving information service about raising self-confident at students in class XI IPA stated-owned senior high school 2 Pekanbaru 2014/2015. This research was using pre-experimental methods with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample are students in class XI IPA was have low self-confident level totally 56 persons. In this research there are 4 times faced to giving information service, start from pre-test questionnaire and stopped by post-test questionnaire. Phenomenological was used is quantitative with research method pre-experimental design with T-test, sample method was taken used simple random sampling. Research instrument was used is questionnaire. Review from this research show that there is positif influence signifficancy from information service was given about raising students self-confident, that is as many as 44,89% with signifficancy level is 0,000<0,05.Key Words: Self-Confident, Student, Information Service

Abstract

Abstract : This study was conducted to examine the effect of quality of service for customer satisfaction. The population used in this study there are 12.621 customer using prepaid electricity in Tuah Karya, the sample in this study were 96 customer, type of data used is qualitative data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, t test and f test with significance level of 0.05%.The result showed that the dimentions of service quality (tangibel,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,and empathy) affect the customer satisfaction. Based on the partial results of the study showed tangibel of positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction, responsiveness of positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction, reliability of positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction, assurance of positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction,and empathy of positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that quality of service affect 84,4% and the remaining 15,6% are not described in this research model.Keywords : quality of service,customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the generative learning model to increase the soft skills of students on class eleven science 1 at SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. The study was conducted in high school Babussalam Pekanbaru from May to September 2015 by using one group pretest-posttest design applied to a single class. The subjects are consisted of 31 female students. Data was collected by given questionnaire before and after implementation of generative learning model. This research showed that there was an increasing on the student’s soft skills scores that marked gain of 0.46. Increasing the ability of individual students is dominated by a student who has a Gain on high effectiveness category that is 12 students. Observing from the aspect grain acquired skills picture that to clause 0.2 Gain communication skills obtained with very low category. For grain aspect of problem solving skills gained Gain 0.6 with the high category. For the aspect grain Gain 0.4 collaboration skills gained with low category. For the aspect grain leadership skills gained Gain 0.6 with the high category. It can be concluded that the generative learning module is effective for increasing the soft skills of students on class eleven science 1 at SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru.Key Words : Physics, Soft skills, Generative learning

Abstract

Abstract: This correlational research aimed to find out if there is any correlation between reading comprehension ability and writing ability of the fourth semester students of English Study Program FKIP Riau University. The population was the fourth semester students of English Study Program FKIP Riau University, they consisted of three classes: class A, class B and class C. In addition, class A was taken as the sample of this research. The writer used cluster sampling technique to decide the sample. The instrument of this research was two sets of tests; reading comprehension test and writing test. The students’ works were graded by the three raters and analyzed using pearson product moment formula. After the data were calculated, it was found that the value of rxy was 0.789. Then the writer compares value of rxy with r table with level of significance 5% (0.388) and 1% (0.496). Finally it was found that the value rxy of this study (0.789) was higher than the value of r in table product moment with level of significance 5% and 1%. It means that the alternative hypothesis was accepted, where it means that there is significant correlation between reading comprehension ability and writing ability of the fourth semester students of English Study Program FKIP Riau University was accepted. Then the writer also interpret the value of rxy with table interpretation of the value r by Best and Khan (2006) where the value of rxy (0.789) was in between 0.600 – 0.800 or in other words it was in substantial level. In conclusion, the correlation between reading comprehension ability and writing ability of the fourth semester students of English Study Program FKIP Riau University was significant in substantial level.Keywords: Reading Comprehension Ability, Writing Ability, Correlation, Pearson Product Moment
