Abstract

Aditya Store is a store that sell motorcycle sparepart and provide motorcycle service at affordable price. This store located at strategic location and have many customers. However, while writing record of sales record, purchase record, inventory record and etc, this store still using old way where that way still has many weakness. Some problems come up, like, lost items or calculation of profit and loss store sometimes give wrong result (human error). From that background, the owner of the store wants to change over using administrasion system in IT which is neatly structured, so the system can support Aditya Store’s performance while making sales, purchases, sales return, bookkeeping, account receivable and etc. This administration sistem is created using programming languange PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), MYSQL as database and Laravel 5 as Framework. Result obtained from this application such as there are master recording, sales and purchases record that structured and computerized equipped with stoked card with average method and financial report profit and loss in Toko Aditya Motor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan kebutuhan terhadap proses bisnis lama yang ada di dalam UD.X, sebuah perusahaan retil yang menjual kaca. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini mencangkup Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Penggajian yang terkomputerisasi. Melalui aplikasi yang dihasilkan, pengguna tidak perlu melakukan proses akuntansi secara manual karena semua sudah diautomasikan melalui adanya sistem. Secara keseluruhan, hasil yang diperoleh sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Aplikasi dapat menghasilkan laporan yang akurat, tampilan program yang mudah dimengerti, informasi yang cukup lengkap, aplikasi relatif mudah digunakan, dan dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

The learning process can be done by utilizing multiple media, such as sounds, images, and animation. In general, the available learning media only use one medium that is either images or texts. If you only use one medium, the learning process becomes less effective. Combining some elements of these mediums will complement each other, therefore this thesis create an interactive learning media.This application have 3 menus i.e. illness, digestive system, and test. The simulation was made interactive with hover, click and drag with the mouse, and by pressing the key on the keyboard. The test menu contains multiple choice and hangman. The test menu is created so the user can remember about material that has been provided. This application was created with Adobe Flash CS6 and actionscript 3 as the programming language. Based on the results of the testing, the application can be run sufficiently and can perform all the functions. The results of the survey content, memory and subjective satisfaction has a 85% of score because of easeness of use and clear navigation. A hurried user often had difficulties in doing the test because they didn’t read the instructions given.

Abstract

Currently the recording of sales and purchases at this store is still done manually using paper. The existence of recording of data that is still done manually causes the accuracy of data is not guaranteed and difficulty in making reports. Based on the background of the problem, the authors designed an administrative information system that can overcome these problems.The process of making this program is equipped with PHP as programming language, bootstrap template as the display of this program, Mysql Phpmyadmin as database, notepad + + which is used to display programming source code and web browser as media to display result from website which have been made by notepad ++. The results obtained from applications that have been made, among others, the manufacture of sales and purchases that can be used to determine changes in stocks of goods and to calculate profit and loss, then orders, services, used sales and purchases used to calculate profit and loss and the list of goods and orders that must be met in accordance with the transactions that occurred.

Abstract

The development of technology can make human being to do a lot of things more simple. Teaching method currently has many variations so that the learning process is more alive. Learning by explaining the process which can be seen is very beneficial. Sometimes in a process, hand gestures play an important role in understanding the whole process. The use of webcam can be another alternative to digitize what is written by users. This thesis aims to digitize lecturing notes on paper using a device webcam.The system includes processes like image retrieval, paper detection, projection mapping, skin detection and removal, and processing results with threshold method. Paper edge detection process uses the method of canny edge detection. In paper edge detection, webcam image becomes image with white color for area of paper. Projection mapping process is used to map the image with trapezoid shape of paper into image with rectangular shape of paper. Skin detection process uses HSV and YCbCr color space. In skin detection process, hand which still appears in image becomes image without hand. The application was created using the C# programming language with Visual C# 2010 as its IDE.The experiment results indicate that the color, ink thickness, threshold value, height of the webcam, size and distance between scratches, and lighting level will affect the final outcome of the application. In addition, the hand’s position during the writing may cause a shadow on the paper. The best result of all methods which have been tried is the result of the threshold method.

Abstract

Computer is a widely used device by everyone. Computer is used for many purposes such as: internet browsing, playing video games, music and videos, giving assistance for office works etc. Computer is also equipped with a very large storage system called hard drive. This equipment allows user to store large amount of their own data into the computer. The hard drive is also used for storing downloaded files from the internet. Computer viruses are programs that attacks computer via downloaded file from the internet. The purpose of this thesis’ creation is to help computer users to prevent various virus attacks. This thesis is made using Construct 2 an open source game development software that can be used even without basic programming knowledge. In this thesis there will be 4 types of games based on four types of viruses based on the activities they will do in the computer. With the creation of this thesis computer users can understand better about computer viruses and its prevention methods.

Abstract

Toko Tiga Jaya Elektronic adalah toko yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan alat-alat elektronik khususnya antena TV. Selama ini, Toko Tiga Jaya Elektronic menggunakan cara manual untuk melakukan penyimpanan data. Selama ini pemesanan barang dilakukan melalui telepon atau melalui sales keliling. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, maka dirancang sebuah aplikasi e-commerce berupa website. Aplikasi dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu website untuk owner dan website untuk user. Sistem e-commerce ini sebisa mungkin didesain menjadi sebuah aplikasi yang user friendly, yang berarti tidak membutuhkan keahlian khusus user dalam menggunakannya. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL.Dari hasil pengujian, user dapat mengirimkan pesanan ke Toko Tiga Jaya Elektronic dalam kurun waktu 24 jam, user dapat melihat detail barang, dan user dapat memberikan review barang ataupun masukan secara lisan kepada user lain maupun perusahaan. Menurut hasil survey, 75% responden menyatakan keseluran program baik dan berguna untuk kemajuan Toko.

Abstract

The presence of computer laboratory is really helpful in terms of supporting the learning process in the college scope. But the user of the computer itself tend to irresponsibly making change(s) the computer’s configuration. The configuration made by the laboratory’s assistant itself can sometimes be wrong, making the fix to the configuration itself has to be made on each of the computer.The use of Active Directory can be spread easily via server. The limitations of a user group applied based on its own functions. The users itself get their personal space for storing their data in the server, in which if one user uses another computer in the lab, he / she still can access his / her data. Administration also centered on the server thatfacilitate lab’s assistants on helping their task. The re-installation of the computer’s operating system is made easy by using the remote install hosted by server.The result from the usage of Active Directory system is that it will help the administration tasks done by the lab’s assistants, especially on the limitations that should be applied to the groups of users. Personal storage space in the server also helps the students on the availability of their data, regardless where or which computer they are using.

Abstract

The concept of Internet of Things (IoT) where an inanimate object connects to internet network, made this technology concept very popular nowadays. Supported by famous technologies such as Arduino and Android, which makes combination of these three things able to give added benefits to the users. Application of these three, in the scope of vending machine is very appropriate given that there is a big market opportunity for vending machine especially in Indonesia. With those in mind, an idea to make an integrated vending system that consist of vending machines where its management and purchasing application resides within an Android application is created. This system, intended to give users such as managerials and customers a benefits and ease of use.Vending system is designed as is using Android programming, Arduino programming and server configuration so that it can meet the needs of a system that integrated on to another in the scope of IOT concept. The testing process of this system is managed through the functions of product, user, vending machine and promo data management so that the vending machine can runs as desired.The outcome of the combination of this IOT concept, Arduino Android technology and MySQL server is an interconnected system through internet network that consist of 3 parts. The first part is a server which acts like an intermediary medium between the other 2 parts. The second part is the physical vending machine that based on the Arduino technology. The last part is the management and purchasing application that based on the Android mobile technology.

Abstract

PT Sulung Ekspedisi is one of the companies engaged in the service of the expedition. Services provided in the form of delivery of goods through land service with Surabaya route to Babat, Probolinggo, Tuban, and surrounding areas. The company also cooperates with PT Heinz ABC in assisting the distribution of goods coming from factories to other factories or to storage warehouses. The number of types of goods and routes aimed at encouraging PT Sulung Ekspedisi requires a system that can support their work. At this time the system used by the company using a manual system, in this case the recording of both the transfer of information between thecashier and other divisions still use the recording through the paper media. PT Sulung Expedisi does not currently have a system that their customers can use to check whether the items they are sending are in the acceptance, travel, or received by the recipient. Currently to do so the customer can only use the phone as a medium. Apilkasi Distribution Information System PT Sulung Expedisi is made to meet the needs of the company. Features owned by the application, among others, manage the data master company such as employee data, agency data, tariff data, record and make the delivery notes as a valid proof of delivery, record and make a letter as a supporting document, to record in a simple financial company such as recording Income and expenses. This application also features a tracking feature that can know the delivery status and location of the fleet during the delivery process. Fleet position obtained through GPS system originating mobile device applications brought by the driver during the process of delivery of goods. The results obtained based on testing and distributed questionnaires found that the overall application has been able to run well and able to meet the needs of companies in recording company data computerized. But there are small errors such as GPS System that is less accurate so it has not been able to provide the fleet location to the fullest.
