Abstract

In today's world where globalization is very heavy and unstoppable, many young people today plunge into the business world. With so many words uptake and terms in the business world, then developed an application that can help ease in learning the term business world. In this thesis is done making the application to utilize Levenshtein Distance Algorithm and Wildcard as supporting media of information, so user easier in looking for a word. This app will run on android devices.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Cetak Business Form adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa percetakan business form yang terletak di Sidoarjo. Menerima pemesanan cetakan yang menggunakan kertas business form seperti tagihan PLN, tagihan telepon, lembar jawab komputer,nota dan lain lain.Semua pencatatan stok, penjualan, pembelian dan produksi masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga transaksi akan lebih sulit untuk ditelusuri. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan itu, penulis merancang aplikasi sistem informasi administrasi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Proses pembuatannya menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2005 sebagai bahasa pemogramannya dan Microsoft SQL Server 2005 sebagai database.Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang telah dibuat antara lain, dapat mencatat transaksi penjualan, pembelian, mencatat produksi dan pemakaian bahan baku pada setiap produksi dilakukan. Selain itu aplikasi yang telah dibuat dapat digunakan untuk menghitung HPP yang terjadi pada saat produksi, dan dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data dan menghasilkan laporan – laporan salah satu contohnya yaitu laporan laba rugi.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting di era modern seperti sekarang ini. Hal ini juga berlaku dalam informasi di lingkungan perkuliahan. Pentingnya informasi perkuliahan yang update, dapat dilihat dari banyaknya mahasiswa yang datang untuk melihat informasi perkuliahan yang diikutinya di papan pengumuman setiap harinya.Pada skripsi ini, akan dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi perkuliahan yang update secara realtime. Pemberian informasi perkuliahan tersebut berupa broadcast informasi perkuliahan, upload file, dan share calendar perkuliahan. Selain itu juga ada saling kirim komentar, sehingga dapat langsung bertanya apabila ada yang kurang jelas dari informasi yang diberikan.Aplikasi ini menggunakan Google Cloud Messaging untuk mengirimkan broadcast informasi perkuliahan. Agar broadcast informasi dapat sampai secara realtime dan mudah diakses maka aplikasi ini dibuat pada mobile device berbasis Android, sehingga broadcast informasi akan sampai langsung begitu ada koneksi internet. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini sudah berjalan dengan baik pada mobile device berbasis Android dan memberikan informasi perkuliahan yang update dan realtime.

Abstract

Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system storing company’s transaction data. However, Odoo doesn't have a module for managing data. It takes a module for managing data into useful information.Based on the above problems, a module for data mining Market Basket Analysis is being designed. This module uses FP-Growth algorithm by utilizing the sales transaction data.For the testing, this module using data from X Supermarket. The final result of this module is an association rule from data mining process. The rule is shown in the form of narrative and graphics making them easier to understand

Abstract

At this time there is no ERP applications specifically tailored to the needs of distribution companies. System in ERP applications that exist today only answers the needs of the company in general. It is important to address the needs of the company's sales distribution module. Distribution companies studied are distributors of crops, fruit distributor, motorcycle dealers, distributors of electronic goods and components distributor panel. From the background of these problems, designed a structured sales module for five companies distributors and dealers. The application is made by using the CodeIgniter PHP programming language and MySQL for the database. Results obtained from these applications include the recording of the master, sales transactions, transaction settlement of debt, transaction delivery, transaction sales returns, reports sales returns, sales reports, report card stock, the report claims, the report card receivables and income statement for five company. This thesis can accommodate the process of selling five companies distributors and dealers who have been determined.

Abstract

Maple Leaf Centre library still use manual way to borrow and return books. Maple Leaf Centre library has a software-based desktop application, but it is not used because it does not fit the needs of the library. In searching catalog system, user get difficulty to get information about library collection. In addition to the need to catalog search system, it is necessary also means proper circulation to facilitate the circulation of books and improve the quality of the library. In this final project, I’m developed the website of Library Information Systems.The design is developed by using Power Designer 15. Interface website is created by Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. The software is created by Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySql for database server. Library Information System Applications for Maple Leaf Centre has been implemented include the manufacture admin and generate reports. That feature have been made include procurement module, collections processing, circulation (lending transaction, return transaction, extension transaction, reservation transaction and fines payment transactions), member area, and FAQ.

Abstract

Many health workers are not familiar with information technology in their service. Information technology in the health field can be patient record application, prescribing, until payment. However, the application is rarely used, especially in the Polyclinics of the University X who still do the recording manually. Thus, a web-based University of X Polyclinic application was created to replace manual logging. This application can facilitate the user in data processing, speed up the service process, as well as easier recording prescription. The Web aims to shorten prescription delivery from doctor to pharmacist, minimize prescription reading errors, and reduce paper usage. The basis for making this program is Laravel. Thus, with records performed by physicians and pharmacists at Polyclinic University X become more structured. At the time the patients come first queue up. The receptionist will perform patient data collection. The patient's data automatically goes to the intended doctor. Doctors enter the diagnosis and give medicine. The drug is automatically connected to the receptionist so it can be prepared. The sick letter, made by the doctor directly connected to the receptionist to be printed. From the results of system testing, can be taken some conclusions, namely the application can allow users to add, update, delete and in the output. speed up service process in Polyclinic University X, and facilitate user in doing recording doctor’s prescription.

Abstract

Visual Novel is an interactive fiction game comprised of static images, sounds, and video combined. However, almost all of visual novel available are only accessible after completing the installation process on the platform defined by the development of that visual novel. Besides, authoring tools specialized for visual novel making are mainly based on desktop. Through this development, the authors would like to provide a widely accessible application which is available over the web and delivering ease of use of visual novel authoring tool. Availability of playable visual novel is also included to be one advantage of playing visual novel hassle-free.The results obtained from this application, among others, can upload and manage files necessary to be used in the visual novel project as its resource, create a visual novel through the provided editor, publish created visual novel, and play all published visual novel.

Abstract

PT. Diparanu Rucitra located at Surabaya, as property developer, all of documents are stored in physical documents, and Microsoft Excel for every work they do. This may causes searching documents very difficult and spend lot of time because still uses manual system, difficult to record all work from marketing division, especially when they held event, looking new customer, sales order, property sales and property payment along with all reports.This application created using HTML5, PHP, Javascript, CSS3, framework PHP and database MySQL. Application interface is created using Bootstrap Template Pooled Admin panel.The final result of this application is make all job more integrated and structural from got new customer, sales order, property sales and property payment along with created/ongoing/ended event for this marketing division at PT. Diparanu Rucitra.

Abstract

On this current situation, UD. 88 is not using transaction recording system with good information flow. All transaction recording still done in manual way, it makes UD. 88 very susceptible to exposure and loss caused by overstock and stockout costs.Based on this background, we designed a structural accounting information system with inventory control that can overcome the problems. That system was build using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and MySQL as database.The result obtained from the system are master recording, purchase and sale transaction recording, inventory control, stock report, purchase report, sales report, general ledger, and financial statement such as income statement and balance sheet.
