Abstract

There are many vehicle users that are using Android based smartphones. When using vehicle, the vehicle users must know how to manage their vehicle so their vehicles is always in a good condition.This application is created using Java programming language and using Android Studio application. The interface of this application uses Material Design. Backup and Restore feature uses Google Drive and Dropbox as online storage. Reminder feature uses Google Calendar as an event recording media.The final result of the application is that users can view their expenses as the result of using their vehicles. Besides, the users can save their data on the online storage without need to pay for anything.

Abstract

Career Center (PCC) have  many kind of psychological test, the method that PCC used is by paper test. One of the PCC’s pyschological test is self-directed search test that will be developed using dempster-shafer method.Web based test application which can be accessed through a opensource.petra.ac.id network from browser will be made in this thesis. This application is made from PHP, Javascript, and HTML as programming language in web based ordering application, and mySQL for its database.Based on the examination of the system that has been done, the system is able to check the login for students before entering the test, display the SDS psychology test, count the SDS test category result, find the SDS test combination result throught dempster-shafer method, displays the test result and the combination, login check system for administrator, displays the student test result for administrator, and delete the test result for students who want to retake the test. This application need john.petra.ac.id’s server connection for student to login.

Abstract

PT. Unggul Fista Omega is a company engaged in air transport which is more focus in import and export. Coverage includes shipping worldwide is divided into 9 regions. Regions determines pricing of each shipment is sent. In addition to the area, the type of goods shipped, package type, and the weight of goods shipped by client is another factor in determining the pricing.At the time of recording of data items, the data client, as well as data agent, everything was done manually (recorded in the book), it is an obstacle in making a profit and loss statements, accounts payable and receivables, and to know the status report delivered goods.To help these things, it would require an administrative information system to facilitate the making of profit and loss, loans and receivables, as well as reports the status of the goods shipped. Information System is built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.Net and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as its database. This application features the classification of the value of goods (weight or volume) automatically, calculating the total price automatically and generate reports that are useful to the owner.The conclusion of this application, and the results of the test administration system is to help the owner make it easier to control every transaction there and can obtain the required reports quickly and precisely.

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Soetomo is one of the largest hospitals in Surabaya. Therefore, the complexity of information systems in RSUD Dr. Soetomo is very complex and covers a very wide area. With this complexity, it adds the risks possessed by RSUD Dr. information system. Soetomo. See the importance of data in information systems RSUD Dr. Soetomo, then the management of IT security needs to be considered.To implement the analysis of the Information System, it is necessary to have a good standard to be comparable with the standards of the Hospital. The Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) framework has a goal to control IT related and is a well-recognized standard in international level.Problems faced by IT RSUD Dr. Soetomo is the absence of a letter of assignment, no written report, no risk mitigation, unfulfilled intent, purpose, and scope of work from IT Security. Companies can improve the security performance of information systems with guidelines that have good standards such as ISO, NIST, CNSSI.

Abstract

CV. Inti Daya Engineering adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang persewaan Generator Set, pengolahan plat dan pembuatan silent canopy untuk Generator Set. Pada saat ini, sistem penggajian karyawan di CV. Inti Daya Engineering masih dilakukan secara manual. Rekap data absensi karyawan pun masih dihitung secara manual. Pencatatan secara manual akan menyulitkan HRD karena tiap bulan harus mengumpulkan tiap form yang ada lalu disesuaikan dengan karyawan yang bersangkutan untuk dihitung besar gajinya. Jika ada dokumen yang lupa dicatat, ataupun hilang maka akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus disesuaikan dengan catatan kerja karyawan dan lain sebagainya.Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancang sebuah Sistem Penggajian Karyawan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang telah dibuat antara lain dapat menyimpan segala data yang diperlukan untuk perhitungan gaji dimulai dari data absensi, komponen khusus, cuti karyawan, pinjaman ke perusahaan, data pajak, rekap data absensi per bulan secara otomatis, perhitungan gaji karyawan secara otomatis, perhitungan pajak per bulan dan lampiran SPT 1721 – A1 untuk karyawan.

Abstract

Technology is now growing rapidly in the world, namely smartphones, making us easy to do many things in daily life - today. The number of smartphones with Android Operating System helped us in many ways, including in the field of work. Along with the development of smartphone technology that requires a data connection, the computer network becomes a matter that needs to be developed. For the sake of ease of development of the network, the need for computer network design simulation software.This application helps in the manufacture of computer network that have personal computer components, switches and routers. IP on each component mounting aided by the function checks the correct format, subnet calculator that can help calculate IP quickly, and alsothe function of static routing on the router. This application is built using the Java programming language with the android his studio as an IDE.Results of the testing system, component in ease of application make some form of assistance filling of each object. The main canvas which has rescaling makes it easy to adapt the application with device that based on Android. The function of the switch which automatically takes the IP from each end of the interface. The search function is an automatic way data transmission and will identify existing static routing makes us also can map the data transmission device.

Abstract

Along with technological advances, many applications are already using technology called Augmented Reality, a technology that combines two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real three-dimensional environment and projects those virtual objects in real-time. Augmented Reality itself allows users to interact in real-time with the system. Augmented Reality is widely used in various things, for example in the field of entertainment, advertising and also used in the games. But of the many games in circulation, there are still few games that use Augmented Reality as the main key in the game.Tower defense games have the primary purpose of protecting a base from being reached by enemies running on predetermined paths by constructing tower placements. By using augmented reality, user can play the game through various viewpoints in accordance with the movement of the camera on the android device that leads to the marker so that it will increase the interaction between players with the game.Through testing can be proven that the use of Vuforia’s Augmented Reality can be used for game development because it can provide good results. Application of Augmented Reality in this game makes the game more interesting so players will not feel bored even though it has played the game many times.

Abstract

Making mockups for display to investors often requires a very high cost, manufacture mock floater if deemed there are less suitable in the making. To overcome this age often the designers will re-create the mock-scale model if it is not in accordance with the wishes of investors. But the problem that arises is the purchase of an expensive tool visual examples, so it is not efficient in generating cost manufacturing maket.To overcome this, invented a visualization application mockups city park by using markers made of paper, so that the cost of making these mockups cheap, compared with money must be spent to buy equipment such as, trees, park benches, etc. Users can also add mockups according to keingginannya, can add objects that are free on the Internet, then choose a marker in accordance with his wishes, the User can print the even own mockups that will be used.To make the visualization process is carried out mock-long process ranging from changing color to gray, change the color to black and white, edge detection, square detecting, matching the template to print the object desired dimensions. Through the test results, it was found that the result object that is displayed on the screen is in conformity with the position marker, the downside of this process is that the process that takes a long time rendering and 3D printing process object that still has texture and recognizable marker must rectangular.

Abstract

One of the Informatic laboratories in Petra Christian University is Multimedia laboratory. In this laboratory, every computer has multiple operating systems. Lot of class activities use Windows operating systems and outside class activities users usually use Ubuntu operating system. Changing the operating system from Windows 7 to Ubuntu takes a long time because the operating system must be changed manually. Changing the operating system manually may not cause a problem if the change is just applied to a single computer. If the number of computers is 20, further more, the operating system is changed 2 – 4 times a day, then changing the operating system may take a lot of time. This will trouble the lab assistant too much and delay the class activities.

Abstract

Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Malang adalah sebuah lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak dibidang Pariwisata. Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Malang telah memiliki website yang masih dalam tahap develop, sehingga masih perlu adanya fitur-fitur yang ditambahkan untuk melengkapi website tersebut. Fitur yang dibutuhkan antara lain adanya panorama view, artikel yang dapat diberi komentar dan rating, Social Networking,poling dan terutama informasi berupa peta dan rute perjalanan yang dapat membantu untuk melihat peta dan memperoleh rute jalan menuju ketempat wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Malang sesuai dengan jalan yang di rekomendasikan oleh Dinas PariwisataOleh karena itu dilakukan pembuatan website untuk mendukung Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Malang. Untuk mendesain sistem baru Flowchart digunakan aplikasi Microsoft Visio, dan ERD digunakan aplikasi Power Designer 12.5. Website dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai penyimpan database.Untuk pembuatan Peta dan Rute digunakan Google API versi 3 yang dapat memudahkan dalam pembuatan marker , rute dan animasi yang ada dengan membuat beberapa fungsi-fungsi yang sesuai dengan Google API.Dari hasil pengujian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembuatan peta dan rute lebih mudah dan lebih akurat dalam penghitungan jarak dan alur. Dari hasil kuesioner maka dari sisi admin website yang telah dibuat memiliki tampilan, fitur, informasi yang disajikan dan kelayakan sistem dianggap baik dengan perhitungan sebanyak 83% dari hasi kuesioner, sedangkkan jika dilihat dari sisi user maka tampilan, fitur, Informasi yang disajikan, dan peran website dalam membantu user sudah dianggap baik dengan 66,7% dari hasil kuesioner
