Abstract

Increased information technology lead to the data processed quickly, precisely, and accurately to produce any information required, as well as in the business world playstation rental. Playing the game is able to sharpen the brain to think, because there are many games available on PlayStation. Starting from the pleasure of the children in the neighborhood of the playstation game, it was established a playstation rental business entity with name mega game. When these tools are used to calculate the time consumption in rental mega playstation games still use the tool manually, by using the TV remote. This causes a loss in the rental mega game because of frequent overtime playstation use the TV remote undetected, causing the user to commit fraud by not paying the excess time.From the results of research conducted can be obtained that the playstation controller automated system using microcontroller arduino uno can provide alternative solutions to the problem and fix the weaknesses of the previous time control systems. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT  yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Sigi pada materi prisma dan limas. Penelitian ini mengacu  pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan  (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe TGT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi prisma dan limas, dengan mengikuti fase-fase model pembelajaran TGT, yakni: (1) penyajian materi, yaitu guru menyajikan materi yang akan dipelajari; (2) belajar kelompok, yaitu siswa belajar dengan mengerjakan butir-butir soal yang tersedia pada LKS secara berkelompok; (3) permainan, yaitu siswa melaksanakan permainan kartu yang terdiri atas kartu soal, kartu jawaban dan kartu skor; (4) kompetisi, yaitu siswa bertanding menghadapi anggota kelompok lain dengan kemampuan setara untuk  menjawab soal-soal berkategori mudah, sedang, dan sukar yang termuat pada kartu soal dan (5) penghargaan.Kata kunci: Teams Games Tournament (TGT), hasil belajar, prisma, limas

Abstract

Home is an essential sanctuary for all living beings, holding profound significance regardless of time or place. Ensuring the well-being of our habitation sites is imperative, necessitating vigilant protection and prudent care. Both local and central governments have embarked on diverse avenues to secure improved living conditions in novel environments. This paper endeavors to illuminate the landscape of capacity building initiatives and improved environmental conditions, encompassing not only the current inhabitants but also extending to the broader community. These endeavors harbor long-term implications, benefiting society and governance structures, and casting a positive influence on forthcoming generations. The responsibility of the succeeding generation lies in the preservation, cultivation, and effective management of newfound environmental potential, offering benefits to all stakeholders. Equipping communities and future generations with the requisite training to harness and nurture environmental resources emerges as a pivotal strategy in realizing this potential.

Abstract

This study aims to examine digital marketing strategies, service quality and innovation on purchasing decisions at Erenka café & space Glenmore. Based on the chosen research method, which is quantitative in nature, the findings shed light on the influence of variables on purchasing decisions at Erenka Café & Space Glenmore. Specifically, the results reveal that the Digital Marketing Strategy variable has a partial impact on customers' purchasing decisions in this establishment. On the other hand, the research findings also indicate that the Innovation variable does not significantly affect customers' purchasing decisions at Erenka Café & Space Glenmore. Simultaneously, Digital Marketing Strategy, Service Quality, and Innovation influence purchasing decisions at Erenka café & space Glenmore.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether Green Marketing, Green Trust and Green Brand image influence purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative using purposive sampling method with a sample size of 72 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing show the findings of purchasing decisions partially influenced by Green Marketing and Green Trust variables regardless of the green brand variable, but simultaneously the Green Marketing, Green Trust Green Brand image variables affect product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memadai di TPI Jongor Kota Tegal karena kurang optimalnya kondisi penerangan memunculkan isu permasalahan terhadap nilai ekonomi dan sosial di lingkungan masyarakat. Seiring dengan kebijakan pemerintah untuk mendorong penggunaan energi baru dan terbarukan menghadirkan inovasi untuk menjawab tantangan dari permasalahan di TPI Jongor Kota Tegal tersebut. Penelitian ini mengamati penggunaan teknologi terhadap pemanfaatan sumber daya energi terbarukan. Pada penelitian ini, selain mengenalkan dan mengamati peranan energi terbarukan, juga mengenalkan dan mempraktikkan secara langsung peralatan keamanan dan keselamatan pelayaran. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif untuk mengetahui dampak pada nilai sosial. Data dikumpulkan dari data primer dan sekunder yang diolah berdasarkan pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan penggunaan metode syste advisor model dan likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perubahan faktor yang mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap peranan energi baru dan terbarukan serta peralatan keamanan dan keselamatan pelayaran serta hasil penelitian menghadirkan pemasangan panel surya di TPI Jongor Kota Tegal. Kata kunci: tempat pelelangan ikan, energi baru dan terbarukan, keamanan dan keselamatan pelayaran, nilai sosial

Abstract

Organizations and institutions serve as dynamic hubs where diverse backgrounds and perspectives converge. While individuals often establish deep connections, considering these places a second home. This study explores how personal diversity, technology, and organizational culture intersect in organizations, aiming to understand their impact on self-belonging and the overall culture. Through literature review and case analysis, we scrutinize the intricate relationships between personal diversity, technology, and culture. Effective management can alleviate challenges stemming from these dynamics, enhancing human resource conditions. Successful strategies embracing diversity and technology can positively influence these conditions. Although technology accelerates institutional development, cultural change is gradual. Effective management is crucial in bridging gaps between personal diversity, technology, and cultural continuity. Improved conditions foster self-belonging, enriching organizational culture. This research underscores the role of strategic management in harmonizing personal identities with organizational values, ultimately fostering an adaptive institutional culture.

Abstract

Human resources are undeniably one of the most critical assets for any organization. They are the backbone, the driving force behind success. These individuals possess a unique set of positive character traits that make them invaluable. Their presence within an organization paves the way for positive transformations and growth. In this paper, we aim to foster a more constructive and optimistic perspective among certain individuals within the human resources sector. It is crucial to address any tendencies of considering oneself more significant than others. This shift in perspective is vital for achieving the collective objectives of community organizations. When individuals adopt an egocentric viewpoint, it hampers the overall working culture within social organizations. It creates barriers and impedes progress in the long run. Therefore, it becomes imperative for community organization management to invest in training and empowerment initiatives for their human resources. By doing so, they ensure that their most valuable asset is equipped with the necessary skills and mindset to thrive.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the absorbance and consistency of the efficiency of DSSC (Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells). The study was conducted with variations of chlorophyll-anthocyanin mixture using different volumes of dye solutions: 10 ml of a cassava leaf and 20 ml of red dragon fruit, 20 ml of a cassava leaf and 10 ml of red dragon fruit, and 10 ml of a cassava leaf and 10 ml of red dragon fruit. The Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell system consists of natural dye as the colorant, electrolyte solution, two FTO glass substrates with dimensions of 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm, which function as working electrodes coated with titanium dioxide as the semiconductor using the doctor blade method, and counter electrode coated with carbon. All components of the Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell are arranged in a sandwich-like structure, with the counter electrode facing the working electrode and clamped together using paper clips. The highest absorbance value was obtained with the variation of 20 ml red dragon fruit and 10 ml cassava leaf compared to other mixtures. The highest efficiency and power of the Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell were also obtained with 20 ml of red dragon fruit and 10 ml of cassava leaf

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan jabatan oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI), dan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Polri) dalam konteks Pemilu 2024 menjadi isu krusial yang berpotensi merusak integritas demokrasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk penyalahgunaan jabatan yang mungkin terjadi, menganalisis dampaknya terhadap sistem demokrasi, serta mengusulkan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis tematik, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari literatur hukum, laporan resmi, dan dokumentasi media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyalahgunaan jabatan dapat berupa intervensi dalam kampanye, penyalahgunaan sumber daya negara, dan intimidasi terhadap pemilih. Dampak dari tindakan ini mencakup penurunan kepercayaan publik terhadap proses pemilu dan pengurangan integritas sistem demokrasi. Untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan mekanisme pengawasan oleh lembaga terkait, penegakan regulasi yang lebih ketat mengenai netralitas ASN, TNI, dan Polri, serta peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya partisipasi dalam menjaga independensi pemilu. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pemilu yang lebih adil dan demokratis di Indonesia.
