ELEMENTARY Journal (Print ISSN: 2355-0155; Online ISSN: 2503-0256) is an Islamic teacher journal published by Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI), Islamic Education (Tarbiyah) Department, State College on Islamic Studies (STAIN) Kudus. Elementary is published twice a year (every six months, i.e. January and July) as scientific communication means of academic people in the study of Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education. Editorial Board receives the articles from the educators, observers, researchers on Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education to be published after having tight selection, peer review, and serious editting.

Abstract

Kreativitas sangatlah penting dalam mengetahui bakat dan minat anak. Hal ini akan menambah anak akan rajin dan terampil dalam belajar. Guru harus berperan andil dalam menciptakan kreativitas pada anak agar tercapainya pembelajaran yang efektif dan kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pengembangan kreativitas yang diajarkan guru pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak pada siswa kelas 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang JeparaPenelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yakni dari wawancara, buku-buku, jurnal dan hasil penelitian yang terkait dengan bahasan ini. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Sedangkan analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, pengkodean dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata dari hasil belajar siswa kelas 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotul Mubtaiin Balekambang Jepara yakni sudah memenuhi KKM, dalam menggambar dan menulis KKM nya yakni 76. Sedangkan membaca KKM nya yakni 7,8. Sesuai panduan kurikulum KTSP saat ini bahwa telah memenuhi kelulusan siswa kelas 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotul Mubtaiin Balekambang Jepara.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan langkah-langkah supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah dan menjelaskan peningkatan kreatifitas pembelajaran guru setelah dilakukannya supervisi oleh pengawas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengawas sekolah di Kemenag Kabupaten Demak. Data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah induktif yang berarti bahwa peneliti melakukan observasi terlebih dahulu baru kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa supervisi akademik dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Supervisi dilaksanakan dengan cara kunjungan kelas, observasi, dan wawancara. Supervisi yang dilaksanakan oleh pengawas berdampak terhadap pengembangan kualitas pembelajaran guru, perencanaan pembelajaran yang lebih matang, kegiatan pembelajaran terorganisir, penggunaan strategi/metode pembelajaran yang variatif, dan teknik evaluasi yang bervariasi.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims to provide an overview of the formation of attitudes of religious tolerance through a multicultural school culture at Taman Harapan Elementary School, Malang City. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study type. Data collection techniques using participant observation, interviews, and document studies. The data analysis technique used the Huberman model analysis technique. Namely, through the stages of condensation, data presentation, concluding / verification. The results of this study indicate that the formation of religious tolerance in Taman Harapan Elementary School, Malang City, is formed through the multicultural school culture that is developed. The multicultural school culture is in question in all aspects of school community life, starting from the teaching and learning process activities in the classroom to the habituation program that is the flagship of Taman Harapan Elementary School. The process of forming an attitude of religious tolerance through school culture at Taman Harapan Elementary School, Malang City, among others, is through introducing the values of diversity such as facilities for places of worship for six religions, celebration of multi-religious holidays. Second, strengthening tolerance material in the learning. Third, habituation of the culture of religious tolerance through multicultural social interactions

Abstract

This research examined the effectiveness of conflictresolution counseling to solve student’s interpersonal conflictin senior high school. The experimental study used randomizedcontrolled trials design with triple blinding include: clien asparticipants, counselors, and pretest-postest administrator.Participants were 24 students with destructive interpersonal,devided into 12 students in the experimental group and 12 students inthe control group. Participants in the experimental group receivedconflict resolution counseling and participants in the controlgroup received counseling as usual. Based on anacova statisticaltest indicated implementing of conflict resolution counseling hasimproved: (1) positive perceptions of the conflict, (2) collaborativeattitude in the face of conflict. It can be concluded that, conflictresolution counseling can help the students of senior high schoolto solve their interpersonal conflicts. Conflict resolution counselingcan be adopted as alternative counseling for interpersonal conflictresolving.

Abstract

AbstractHumanistic is humanizing human. Humanistic values are important for students to improve their quality through real learning in life, the Living Qur’an. MIN 1 Sleman has implemented the Living Qur’an. This study uses a type of quality research that is describing the humanistic values found in MIN 1 Sleman through the application of the Living Qur’an at the school. Data collection and collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the MIN 1 Sleman Elementary School has attempted to apply Living Qur’an the humanistic values that are spoken, displayed and manifested, namely the humanitarian verses that have been applied in MIN 1 Sleman are: (1) Discipline in QS. Al-Asr verses 1-3, (2) Good character in QS. Al-Qalam verse 4. Abstrak Humanistik adalah memanusiakan manusia. Nilai humanistik penting dimiliki peserta didik untuk peningkatan kualitas diri melalui pembelajaran nyata dalam kehidupan yaitu Living Qur’an. MIN 1 Sleman telah menerapkan Living Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan nilainilai humanistik yang terdapat di MIN 1 Sleman melalui penerapan Living Qur’an di sekolah tersebut. Pengambilan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Dasar MIN 1 Sleman telah berupaya menerapkan Living Qur’an nilai-nilai humanistik yang terucap, terpampang dan termanifestasikan yaitu Ayatayat kemanusiaan yang telah diterapkan di MIN 1 Sleman tersebut adalah : (1) Disiplin dalam QS. Al-Asr ayat 1-3, (2) Berbudi Pekerti yang Baik QS. Al-Qalam ayat 4.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept and implementation of integrative thematic learning in class I of State Elementary School 2 Barongan Kudus. Integrative thematic learning is a learning approach that integrates the various competencies of the various subjects into a variety of themes, so as to provide meaningful experiences to the students. The goal is to encourage learners to be able in observing, asking, reasoning, and better presenting what they gain or know after receiving instructional materials. Objects in learning relate to natural phenomena, social, art, and culture. The application of integrative thematic learning is a learning effort that is oriented at the stage of development of elementary school students who in its development still see everything as a whole unity and only able to understand the relationship between concepts in a simple way. Therefore, through integrative thematic approach students are expected to have a much better attitude, skills, and knowledge competence.

Abstract

AbstractThe Development of Pop-Up Book learning media in Pancasila Material Based on Local Wisdom at second grade of Elementary Schools was conducted to find out its feasibility, practicality and effectiveness. This study used the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. At the Analysis stage, interviews, material analysis and student needs are carried out. Then, at the design stage, namely the selection of product formats and images are conducted. The development stage is carried out by validating the expert validator. Furthermore, the Implementation stage was tested on students and the Evaluation stage was carried out by pretest and posttest to determine the effectiveness of students. Based on these five stages, the development of Pop-Up Book Learning media resulted in the feasibility of learning media with a score of 0.90 which was obtained by four validators, then the practicality of the Pop-Up Book learning media got a value of 90.8%. The effectiveness of using the Gain Test was 0.45. and get the "moderate" criteria. Based on these results, the Pop-Up Book learning media is declared feasible, practical and effective in learning.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning in primary schoolsgeared to improve oral and written communication skills properly.Besides other purpose is to grow appreciate to literature. Literaryappreciation learning is essentially an effort to instill students tobe sensitive to the taste of literature. Supposedly teaching literaryappreciation were presented to the student teacher is able tochange the attitude of indifferent students to be more sympatheticto literature. Literary appreciation learning in primary schools isdone through learning Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan (1) cara meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pengurangan bilangan bulat melalui penggunaan dekak-dekak peserta didik kelas V MI Nurul Huda, (2) penggunaan dekak-dekak dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pengurangan bilangan.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan PTK. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V sebanyak 23 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi ,tes, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah t-tes.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengurangan pada bilangan bulat dengan penggunaan dekak-dekak dilakukan dengan tahap (1) pemahaman konsep, (2) penentuan konsep , dan (3) pemantapan materi. Pada tahap pemahaman konsep peserta didik secara kelompok dibimbing oleh pendidik menggunakan media dekak-dekak, (a) peserta didik membagi manik-manik berwarna merah dan hitam, (b) melakukan pengerjaan pengurangan bilangan bulat dengan memindaahkan manik-manik merah atau hitam pada tempatnya untuk mencari hasil pengurangan bilangan bulat. Penggunaan dekak-dekak dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan bulat peserta didik kelas V MI Nurul Huda dapat dilihat dari nilai t-tes yang menyatakan ada peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 32% dari sebelumnya. Adapun rata-rata nilai tes peserta didik pada siklus I (65,9) dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II (83,3).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan: (1) kepada pendidik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran matematika hendaknya dapat menggunakan media dekak-dekak pada konsep bilangan bulat,(2) kepada pendidik matematika agar dapat melakukan penelitian tindakan yang sama atau mengembangkan penelitian ini pada kelas-kelas yang lain di MI Nurul Huda secara berkesinambungan.
