Elementary is published twice a year (every six months, i.e. January and July) as scientific communication means of academic people in the study of Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan penilaian autentik dalam pembelajaran tematik berbasis HOTS bagi guru kelas V  Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di Kecamatan Gebog Kabupaten Kudus.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R & D) dari Borg and Gall. Prosedur pengembangan model menggunakan ADDIE dengan lima langkah yakni  analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Sumber data berupa dokumentasi kinerja penilaian guru, angket, observasi, wawancara,  ujicoba model. Subjek penelitian yaitu  guru dan  Kepala Madrasah. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan  kuesioner, angket, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif dan kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan model penilaian autentik kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran tematik berbasis HOTS guru kelas V MI di Kecamatan Gebog sangat penting dan dibutuhkan mulai  dari kinerja sistem; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, pelaporan dan tindak lanjut. Begitu juga komponen sistem; guru dan sarana prasarana. Produk pengembangan berupa Buku Panduan Penilaian Autentik dalam Pembelajaran Tematik Berbasis HOTS. Hasil uji kelayakan buku panduan dari pakar dan praktisi diperoleh nilai 83,33 dalam kategori sangat layak. Adapun Hasil uji coba terbatas dan uji coba diperluas terhadap penggunaan produk didiskripsikan terdapat peningkatan kualitas kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian autentik sebesar 30,29% dari uji coba terbatas 54,29% naik menjadi 84,57% sehingga produk dapat dikategorikan efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai panduan oleh guru kelas V MI di Kecamatan Gebog.Kata Kunci: Penilaian Autentik, Pembelajaran Tematik, Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS)  ABSTRACT  The study aims to develop authentic assessment model in HOTS-based thematic learning for the fifth grade teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Subdistrict of Gebog in Kudus Regency.This research method used Research and Development (R & D) design from Borg and Gall. The model development procedure used five steps of ADDIE, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The sources of data were the documentation of teacher assessment performance, questionnaire, observation, interview, and model trial. The research subjects were the teachers and the principal. The techniques and instruments for collecting data used questionnaire, interview, observation, documentation and test. Validity test of the data used triangulation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative.Result of the research shows the development of curriculum 2013 authentic assessment model in HOTS-based thematic learning for the fifth grade teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Subdistrict of Gebog  is very important and needed starting from performance system; planning, implementation, evaluation, reporting and following-up. It is also component system; teacher and infrastructure. The development product is a guidebook in HOTS-based thematic learning. The proper test result of a guidebook from experts and practitioners obtained  value of 83.33 in the very feasible category. The results of limited trials and expanded trials in using product described by improving the quality of teachers' ability in doing authentic assessment was 30,29 % of limited trials 54,29 % increased to 84.57% so that the product is effective and appropriate used as guidance by the fifth grade teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Gebog Subdistrict.Keywords: Authentic Assessment, Tematic Learning, Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the steps of developing teaching materials in the form of brochures and know the feasibility of teaching brochure materials in learning Islamic Religious Education in primary schools. The method used Research and Development (R & D) with reference to that developed by Borg & Gall. Development steps are product analysis to be developed (needs analysis), initial product development, validation and revision, small-scale field trials and revisions, large-scale field trials and final product acquisition. Data were collected using interview guides, validation sheets, questionnaires, observation sheets, and tests (pre-test and post-test). The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah SD Muhammadiyah Trini Gamping Sleman. The result of the research shows that the development of teaching materials for brochures is feasible to be used for Islamic education learning. By using teaching materials brochure can integrate the spiritual values in the learning process of Islamic religious education to learners in elementary school.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to obtain valid, practical and efficient teaching materials using the Problem Based Learning model on the sub-theme of energy use in the fourth grade of elementary schools. This research utilized research and development method with a model of development of the 4-D (Four D) consisting of four stages: define, design, development, and the disseminate. The results of this study obtained an average general validation result in 3.38 with very valid categories. The practicality test was seen from the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model in learning with an average of 3.44, the practical category, the student response questionnaire obtained a practical level in 3.49 with the practical category. The effectiveness test seen from student activities during the learning process includes visual, oral, motor, mental, and emotional activities showing an average overall activity of 79.58 in the High category. From this research it can be concluded that the teaching materials developed are valid, practical, and effective.  Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bahan ajar yang valid, praktis dan efisien menggunakan model Problem Based Learning pada sub tema pemanfaatan energi di kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Four D) yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pendefenisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Hasil penelitian ini didapat rata-rata hasil validasi secara umum 3,38 dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji praktikalitas dilihat dari keterlaksanaan model Problem Based Learning dalam pembelajaran dengan rata-rata 3,44, kategori Praktis, angket respon siswa didapat tingkat kepraktisan 3,49 dengan kategori praktis. Uji efektivitas dilihat dari aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran meliputi aktivitas visual, oral, motor, mental, dan emosional menunjukkan rata-rata aktivitas keseluruhan 79,58 dengan kategori Tinggi. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berada pada kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

The policy Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republicof Indonesia gives regulatory certainty, especially for the StateIslamic University (UIN) which can open all the courses accordingto its ability. State Islamic Institute (IAIN) and State Islamic College(STAIN) are still constrained by Islamic studies, of course restrictourselves to limit the study area occupied and developed accordingto its status as an institute and a college in Islamic field. Similarly,Tarbiyah faculty or department has a limit on the study of Islamiceducation. Therefore, the development of courses at Tarbiyah canleave problems growing rapidly along with the rapid developmentand society’s demands on higher education services in the field ofeducation and teacher training.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dilatarbelakangi guru dalam proses pembelajaran tematik terpadu belum maksimal dan cenderung menggunakan metode ceramah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan proses pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan model Discovery Learning pada tema 4 di kelas IV SDN 14 sungai sirah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dilaksanakan dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV jumlah 30 orang siswa. Teknik yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada: a) RPP siklus I (pertemuan 1) 68.5% (B), siklus I (pertemuan 2) 79.7% (B), dan siklus II 89.3% (AB), b) pelaksanaan pada aspek guru siklus I (pertemuan 1) 71.5% (C), siklus I (pertemuan 2) 77.9% (baik), dan siklus II 85.8% (baik), c) pelaksanaan pada aspek siswa siklus I (pertemuan 1) 67.8% (C), siklus I (pertemuan 2) 80.5% (B), dan siklus II 88.9% (B). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan model Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran tematik.

Abstract

Education is a shared responsibility between schools families and communities. The purpose of teaching and learning is to create change towards a better state. Learners are expected to transform themselves with reference to subjects who had just obtained. Learning intended to be something that is not known by the students will be known. According to Gagne, changes in behavior as a result of learning can take the form of verbal information, information in the form of verbal mastery of both written and spoken. Intellectual faculties, namely the individual skills in interacting with its environment by using symbols. Cognitive strategies, namely an individual's ability to perform the control and overall management activities. Attitude, namely learning outcomes in the form of an individual's ability to choose the type of action to be performed. Motor skills, ie learning outcomes in the form of skills that is controlled by muscle movement and physical. To support these goals, schools, families and communities must work together synergistically in order to succeed and the realization of effective learning. With the intervention and involvement among the three will certainly be able to support and to support effective learning in school.

Abstract

Mathematical communication skills which include the ability to write, draw, and express mathematics are an important part of learning mathematics. Teachers need to design learning to develop mathematical communication skills. Open-ended problems allow students to convey their ideas and concepts which is the initial part of developing mathematical communication skills. The purpose of this study was to test the improvement of mathematical communication skills through habituation of open-ended problems on the material wide plane shapes. This type of research is experimental with a quasi-experimental design method. Data obtained through tests of mathematical communication skills before and after refraction open-ended questions on the material wide flat area. Data analysis using paired t-test and continued with the normalized gain test. The results showed there was an increase in mathematical communication skills with <g>=0,42 meaning an increase in mathematical communication skills in the medium category.Kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang meliputi kemampuan menulis, menggambar, dan mengekspresikan matematika merupakan bagian penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Guru perlu mendesain pembelajaran untuk mengembangakan kemampuan komunikasi matematis.  Soal open ended memberikan kesempatan peserta didik untuk menyampaikan ide dan konsepnya yang menjadi bagian awal mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis melalui pembiasaan soal open ended  pada materi luas bangun datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan metode quasi-experimental designs. Data diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis sebelum dan sesudah pembiasan soal open ended pada materi luas bangun datar. Analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan dan dialnjutkan dengan uji gain ternormalisasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan 〈g〉=0,42 artinya peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada kategori sedang.

Abstract

Kreativitas sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Untuk meningkatkan kreativitas tersebut, salah satu alternatif adalah mengaplikasikan Students-Centered Learning (SCL) atau pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Penulis menelaah tiga hal, yaitu faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativitas belajar siswa; perencanaan, pengaplikasian dan evaluasi SCL; dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan SCL. Dalam artikel ini, penulis melakukan penelitian pustaka atau library research, yaitu dengan menelaah beberapa referensi terkait dengan pengaplikasian SCL untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa MI. Hasil dari kajian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativitas belajar siswa, yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal siswa; perencanaan, pengaplikasian dan evaluasi SCL harus sesuai dengan kriteria; dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan SCL ada dua, yaitu pembelajaran kooperatif atau cooperative learning dan pembelajaran discovery learning.
