Abstract

Every leader of Islamic educational institution is demanded to have sharp and deep vision, value, and norm. Therefore, his staffs can regularly adapt and follow the change of age. It suggests that the role of progressive leader is very crucial for that process. Another demand is that the leader must be able to realize his leadership vision and mission through his rational and operational work program.Operationally, the implementation of progressive leadership in Islamic educational institution is by creating quality culture and total quality. Abstract

In the democratic education  today , the method of discussion gets considerable attention because it is more importance in stimulate the students to think and express opinions and ideas freely and independently. Discussion method is a method of teaching that is closely associated with learning to solve problems . Application students were given the task to solve a problem by working with the group , or discussed together. Objectives to be achieved in the method of discussion include: the student can think democratically, can appreciate the difference, to train students to think with deep reflection, and train them to be responsible for his opinion. The variety discussion  models are: a whole group, buzz groups, panels, syndicate groups, brainstorming groups, symposia, colloqium, informal debate and fish bowl . All of discussion models is hope give the learning to the students that many alternatives to solving the problems. Perhaps from the others opinions can be found the best solution to solve the problems.Keywords : teaching, discussion method, solving a problem

Abstract

Education for human life is pramery or absolute need which should be has long life, without education is imposibble for a thousand human can life to be with they want to do and happiness based on life futuristics. The goal of education not only a culture switching process and  transfer of knowladge transfer of value it’s mean that education beside ofswitch and tranmissions, education also near to with the develope process and personality or society characters building te highess atitude for the learner have to has optimal education.Caracter Education not based on memorizing and verbality knowladge. Caracter education as the attitude education which habitual action and educator dicipline principle, parents, ledears, and society who large enviromnet fo the child caharecters. School is one of institution wich to bring out fo do character education.  Formal education is point main  to do life education characters and also prefer to educators models. Caharecters as characteristics thinks and atituted for every individu for life and do a coorporative with familly environment, society, and nation. The good  character individu is the indiviadu who can make deccision and can to responsible for every his deccisson.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the determining factors for the success of education, therefore, a teacher must be professional, which should be able to master the field of science and teaching to students. The teacher should be a role model in attitude, utterance trustworthy, so that teachers are required is trusted and imitated. One of the policies developed by the government of Indonesia to improve the quality of education is teacher certification. Teacher certification can be interpreted as a process of recognition that a person has to have the competence to carry out the educational services to certain educational unit, having passed the competency test held by the certification body.

Abstract

The values of Badar War is the esential of the event in the war occur. If we look at the Physical aspects, the objective condition of moeslem when the war occur, it’s out of the line to make the opponent lost, because they have many soldiers with strong tool army. In other side, the moslem have little soldier and little tool army. The moeslem army does not have good spirit to go to the war, because the opponent have many soldiers. More over, they only go to the war with the materialistic spirit not follow the instruction from Rosullullah as the leader of moslem. Essentially, if every moslem do every instruction from the Allah and Rosul, they can win in the Badar War. Abstract

Islamic education is a pillar of the scientific in embodying the values of Islamic teachings through education in the form of learning, knowledge, skills, and directing a person to be able to manage their lives through teaching, training, or research. Islamic education became the center of public attention while the theory components subjected to dismissal and stagnate in the development and management pattern. The times and the demands of the reorientation of education globally impacted on the paradigm shift of Islamic education to emphasise the value of critical transformative without leaving the transcendental values in practice. Paul Fayerabend Epistimologi anarchism is a driving force in improving the function of the theory of Islamic education pragmatically over the scope of his theories in the modernization of the current era, the theoretical concept is theoretical anarchism that is based with the historical reasons that the history of science is not only a charged facts and conclusions, but also uncharged ideas and interpretations of the facts themselves and the problems arising as a result of errors of interpretation as well as a movement of protest against the theoretical scientific methods that are considered capable of taking the whole object of research. Key Word, Islamic Education, Epistemologi Anarchism, Theoretical Anarchism.

Abstract

A city can be called developed when the population or community has a high interest with evident from the number of books published and the number of libraries in the country. It should be more and more publishing newspapers and magazines, it will impact on improving the reading of books. But unfortunately, this is only limited interest in reading improvement of peoples interest in reading newspapers and magazines only.This evaluation is expected to generate inputs to increase student interest in reading at Kota Metro, considering our constitution also mandates the government and all of us to educate the nation. In addition, it can be used as consideration in policy-making related to the school library, city library, the park reading and other things related to the culture of reading in order to promote a culture of reading among students and the public. Keywords: evaluation, reading, students

Abstract

One of the mathematics characteristic is an abstract teaching object. Moreover, one of the elementary school students characteristics are still at concrete operation step. The abstractners of mathematics is one of the causes of some students particulary state islamic elementary school’s students face hard to learn. Therefore, it needed a mediator or a bridge for concreting the abstract teaching object. That mediator called as a model. The model of mathematics can be mean as an equipment of concrete thing which are design, make and arrange intentionally for helping and understanding the concept or principal of mathematics.The model of mathematics which can use in learning mathematics is the wide permanence model, the length permanence model, the model of volume permanence, the model of nulerous permanence, the model of experiment in probability concept, the model of measurement in mathematics, the shapes of geometry and the model of games.Key word : The model of mathematics
