Abstract

Work motivation by the Head of Service on Employee Performance in the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency is significant. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by researchers, it seems that there are still deficiencies in the presentation and writing of data. For future research, it is expected to look for other factors that influence employee performance and be able to analyze other, broader subjects. The area for taking respondents in this study was limited to certain locations, so that further research is expected to expand the area of research. So that it can obtain representative results from various other regions. Employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency are one of the most valuable assets of the Sukabumi Regency government, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the development of human resource capabilities (HR) so that in carrying out their duties they have good performance, so that the services provided to the community can work better. The aims of this study are 1) To find out the work motivation techniques carried out by the Head of Service at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency; 2) To find out the performance of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency; 3) To find out how much influence the motivation of the Head of Service has on the performance of employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency. In this study, researchers will use quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this study using descriptive statistics. The population in this study were employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

A new paradigm of government management has been carried out in Indonesia with the Public Service Agency/Regional Public Service Agency (BLU/BLUD) program with the issuance of the Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 23 Tahun 2005. Public services are not only a new form of state financial management but also a new paradigm for public sector service management (Lestari, et al, 2019). The Puskesmas is the spearhead of the leading health services. The existence of a health center is very necessary to improve the health status of the community. The Puskesmas has various functions, one of the main functions and tasks of the Puskesmas is to provide basic health services to the community in its working area which is most widely used by the middle to lower class of society. In order for the puskesmas to carry out its functions optimally, various efforts to provide autonomy for the management of the puskesmas have been carried out according to existing regulations. Through this policy, puskesmas are given the authority to use the income they earn directly to finance operational activities, maintenance activities and improve human resource capabilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the evaluation of the ban on alcoholic beverages in Sukabumi City in 2022. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The techniques used in collecting data include observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material. The results of the study indicate that the policy objectives have been achieved but there are still those who violate them so that the policy objectives have not been achieved, there are obstacles in the implementation of the prohibition of alcoholic beverages, the implementation has not been responded to as a whole so that the involvement of all parties is needed, lack of budget and vehicle infrastructure for related agencies,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office in the function of supervising the development of The Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge tourist area in the implementation of tourism implementation in Sukabumi Regency carried out by the Sukabumi Regency Regional Government through the Tourism Office has been regulated in the Peraturan Bupati Sukabumi Nomor 105 Tahun 2018 concerning the organizational structure and, communities and people around the area. Research using Terry and Rue theory (2019). The research method uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and combined/triangulation. Validation data using triangulation techniques and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the supervisory function carried out by the department in the development of The Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge tourist destination area is running well looking at the theoretical dimensions of Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Motivating, and Controlling according to Terry and Rue (2019).

Abstract

In essence, every human being is a creature who always seeks peace and tranquility in his life. In realizing this, it is necessary to have a rule that binds and regulates to be applied in everyday life. One of the people who must have good legal awareness is the beneficiary family of the Family Hope Program (PKH) which is able to implement their rights and obligations in spending assistance that has been provided by the government in accordance with predetermined rules. The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of legal awareness in society, especially legal awareness in the Family Hope program in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this writing is using a qualitative descriptive approach with two sources of data, namely primary data through interviews with beneficiary families (PKH) and direct involvement in field socialization and secondary sources in the form of journals, relevant articles and related photos. The results of this writing are the importance of legal awareness in PKH which includes three components including; welfare, education and health which are still not fully implemented researchers provide a solution for increasing legal awareness in the community of (PKH) through outreach to the community regarding the importance of using and spending appropriate assistance as an effort to improve family welfare in order to realize the ideals of the Indonesian state contained in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to know the trend of violence against children in Indonesia and the steps the Indonesian government to get over it with the use of approach analysis of public policy and collaborative governance. Study this uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected from Dimensions, consisting of 437 articles from journals, national and international, books support, and newsletters. Collected data was then processed using the applications VosViewer and Nvivo 20, both used to reveal moderate issues and trends about a violent children. Analysis results disclose that the government has made policy through the Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 concerning the protection of children and the Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 73 Tahun 2022 concerning handling through socialization, learning, strengthening governance, strengthening culture and activities, other following need. And prevention in the form of reporting, protection, assistance, prosecution, and recovery of victims. Whereas the protection of the children applied with facilities for children and productive activities to fulfill children's education rights. The government also supervises assurance fulfillment suitable base and finishes related issues with victims of violence physique as well as mental and violation rule applicable law. The form of collaborative governance has also been done government about City/ District Decent Son throughout regions in Indonesia and the National Commission of the Children and Women Protection in overcoming problem hardness and fulfillment right children in Indonesia.

Abstract

The HR department is required to be active and innovative in taking part in managing company assets in the form of active human resources so that they can make a significant contribution to company profit growth. Today's human resources are seen no longer as merely an obligation but an asset that needs to be developed as a gain or capital. A new challenge for the world of HR because the implementation of the wrong HRM strategy will result in an organization not growing. There is a new paradigm, namely Human Resources has been transformed into Human Capital where the job of an HR is who has to develop strategies in the midst of global competition in the form of Talent Sortage and Talent War. So in this study the strategy used is to increase employee satisfaction through Individual development plans and fair remuneration, so that employees can create Eitengee Dageifako. this research can create a strategy that is relevant to the Individual development plan approach and fair remuneration in the company. From the research conducted, the researcher can compile an individual development plan road map and also find the X, Y, Z generations in the company who want involvement and recognition to achieve job satisfaction through a value proposition that is arranged. Meanwhile, for fair remuneration the researcher makes a job evaluation strategy using the Compasible factor with a composition of 35% Know How, 30% problem solving, and 35% responsibility, so the researchers got 7 grades in the preparation of the wage scale structure, besides that in the salary survey on the labor market the results of the calculation strategy can be said to be competitive so that the remuneration results are fair and attractive so that it is attractive to both internal and external talent.

Abstract

Tourism development is an effort to improve, advance, and improve tourist facilities and services needed by the community. This research aims to analyze and explain the Strategy of the Watesnegoro Village Government in Developing Gadung Source Tourism. The basic concept used in this research is the theory of strategy according to James Brian Quinn including goals, policies, and programs. This qualitative research uses a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results show that the objectives of tourism development in Watesnegoro Village are to increase the number of tourist visits, improve the community's economy, overcome unemployment, and preserve the environment. Policies in the development carried out by the village government are by making improvements and providing infrastructure, car free day activities, and gymnastics with tourists and including the role of youth organizations as tourism managers. The tourism potential development program is the utilization of promotional platforms including the creation of mass media, websites, and social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) in disseminating Gadung sources and carrying out cooperation with the Sidoarjo Regency Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Office

Abstract

The creative economy is a sector that will be strengthened as an economic pillar in the future. In Sukabumi city itself, with limited natural resources, the creative economy is another alternative as an attraction as well as a large economic potential and is one of the priority areas of development. to realise this, the Sukabumi city government formed Sukabumi Creative Hub (SCH) as a committee to accelerate the creative economy in Sukabumi city. this research aims to find out how the governance practices of collaboration between SCH and the sectors of Academia, Government, Business, Community and Media. Community and media. In measuring the governance practices of collaboration, this study uses the theory of Ansell and Gash (2008) which has 4 dimensions namely Starting conditions, Facilitative Leadership, Institutional Design and Collaborative Process. The research method used in this research is leatherative with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration governance run by Sukabumi Creative Hub with stakeholders has fulfilled the criteria of the 4 dimensions of Ansell & Gash (2008) but have not been optimal.

Abstract

The present study is to identify and analyze the social dynamics of the Kalipepe Village community in Yosowilangun Subdistrict in the implementation of PMK Number 222 / PMK.07 / 2020 regarding Village Fund Management. This study employs a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Based on the results, it was found that the community's social response did not meet one of the eight dimensions or criteria as seen from Lassawell's grand theory. These dimensions include sender, encoding, message, media, decoding, response, feedback, and noise. Specifically, the response dimension was found to be either inappropriate or not fully met. To enhance the community's social response, it is essential for the village government to prioritize transparency in both communication and mechanisms in the field. This approach will help prevent potential issues that could undermine equity and justice.
