Abstract

Whether in the organization’s manufacturing companies in Indonesia, implementation of the applied information technology has an impact, either directly or indirectly, to the performance. The population of this research were companies listed at the Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Wilayah Jawa Timur, and implementing information and communication technology on a local area network. Units analysis were 117 manufacturing companies that employs 500 employees or more, implementing information and communication technology on a local area network, and represented by leader or information technology manager as respondent. All data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SPSS AMOS 16. The insignificant hypotheses suggests that the higher level of the ICT system completeness, the higher performance achievement of the corporate organization. The other two indirect influence hypothesis that suggest significant relationships through conduciveness organizational environment and personnel competences are proven strictly. The result of this research shows that the ICT system completeness may only influence the performance of corporate organization when the system is able to improve the conduciveness organizational environment and increase the personnel competences on the decision making process.Keywords: Information Technology, Organizational Environment, Competence, IT Scorecard, Balanced Scorecard, dan Organization Performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship CAMEL ratios with stock returns on the banking company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data used in this research is secondary data in the form of 21 financial reports of 29 banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses multiple regression analysis method to analyze the data. The results found that the presence of a strong correlation between independent variabel CAR, NPL, PPAP, FBI, ROA, ROE, LDR, BOPO, and NIM with the dependent variable stock return that is equal to 70.6. These findings indicate that 70.6% stock return variation returs explaining about the relationship with stock return. Research has found that all variables simultaneously associated with stock return, but partially this research found that these variables have a significance level of diverse, ROE and NIM and only one variable with significance level of 5% ie LDR variables. This means that all four variables are partially related significantly to stock returns. Based upon the findings of this study indicate that investors in investing in banking stocks in particular to pay attention to the CAR, ROE, NIM and LDR company compared with other variables.Keywords: Analysis, CAMEL, Indonesian Stock Exchange

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out student’s response index and the influences of the individual extern environment and education services quality toward graduate choice decision on the Makassar. The categorical of research methodology is explanatory survey and data collected technique by using questionnaires to prediction student’s response on justification research variables, observation technique to have the use of student’s contact on the graduate and the sample size for the research criteria are 116 students.The result of this research to answer the hypothesis conceptual paradigm research with path analysis showed the individual extern environment and services education quality influenced and significant both partial or simultaneously toward graduate choice decision on the Makassar.Keywords: external enviroment, education services quality, garaduate choise

Abstract

The aim of this study is to study the relationship between Banjarese culture, Islamic entrepreneurship and strategy, performance, and competitive advantage on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which produce gem and jewelry stones. The design of this research is mixed methods, where the primary approach is quantitative one and supported by qualitative approach to improve the study. Target population of this research is SME’s Gem and Jewelry Stone products in Martapura. Sample was taken during the quantitative phase using stratified random sampling. Meanwhile, the data were collected by distributing questionnaires which involving 112 respondents. Qualitative approach from Miles-Huberman Model was applied by involving 5 key informants. Whereas quantitative data were processed using structural equation modeling. The research findings show that Banjarese cultures have not yet significantly influenced to the both performance and competitive advantage of the SMEs. On the other hand, the Banjarese culture has improved the SEMs’ performance and competitive advantage through Islamic entrepreneurship and strategy. It means that the implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship in business activities which have done by owner and manager in SME’s Gem and Jewelry Stone product can improve the performance and competitive advantage.Keywords: Banjarese culture, Islamic Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Performance, Competitive advantage, SME’s.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship of Business Development Service (BDS) and manager performance of SME in Aceh Utara and Lhokseumawe. The scope of the study is limited to the BDS program that including the relationship of planning, implementation and development to the management performance of SME. The multiple regressions was used to analyze the data. The result indicates that the BDS program has positive relationship to the manager performance of BDS in Aceh Utara and Lhokseumawe.Keywords: BDS, performance of SME, planning, implementation and development.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to reveal and interpret the mediation role of the relationship marketing between satisfaction and loyalty, as well as to test the moderator role of individual characteristics in relation with the influence of satisfaction on loyalty. The samples determinan in this study was accidental sampling. Of 160 questionnaires, the returned ones were 112. This number of samples has been eligible for conducting SEM technique analysis. The analysis showed that customers who are satisfied will be loyal to Islamic banks if the customer have adequate educational background and knowledge about Islamic banking. The satisfied customers will enhance long-term relationship with the Islamic banks in form of mutual trust, good communication, and trust that the bank will provide good services. The satisfied customers will enhance the mutual trust and good communication, which eventually create customers loyalty.Keywords: satisfaction, individual characteristics, relationship marketing, loyalty, Islamic bank

Abstract

An objective of this research is to identify effect of reliability factor, responsiveness, and empathy from credit service and officer either on loyalty or discipline of customer. In addition, it identifies effect of loyalty on discipline of customer. Sampling method used is purposive incidental sampling to obtain 330 respondents of customer of MCI in form of People Credit Bank (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat/BPR), Cooperative of Saving and Loan (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam/KSP) and Foundation in region of Karang Ploso Sub District, Malang RegencyThe dependent variable is customer loyalty and discipline. Result of hypothesis test indicated that factors significantly influencing on customer loyalty is credit reliability, credit empathy and officer reliability. Statistically, the most influencing factor is credit reliability followed by factor of credit empathy and the least influencing factor is officer reliability. There seems no real effect of loyalty on customer discipline.Keywords: Customer loyalty, Credit micro institution

Abstract

School productivity can be increased by improving the leadership professionalism of school principal. Principal leadership will influence other parties in school. The objective of research is (1) understanding the simultaneous effect of variables of gender, leadership style, and organizational culture on elementary school productivity, (2) acknowledging the partial effect of variables of gender, leadership style, and organizational culture on elementary school productivity, and (3) figuring out which variables with the most dominant effect on elementary school productivity. Research type is explanatory research besause it reviews about the effect of independent variable on dependent variable, and formulates the hypotheses. The sample is 83 principals of elementary school at Sidoarjo Regency. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis with dummy variable. Result of research indicated that : (1) gender, leadership style, and organizational culture can increase school productivity, especially at elementary school in Sidoarjo Regency; (2) there is no different effect between male and female principals on elementary school productivity. If a principal as school superior employs appropriate leadership style in leading the school, it will improve school productivity. Organizational culture also supports the productivity improvement because it stimulates superior and subordinate indirectly to produce a cooperation to regulate the attitude and behavior to be adjusted ti the vision and mission of school strategy; and (3) in comparing organizational culture and leadership style, organizational culture gives greater contribution for school productivity improvement. The culture also empowers principal’s competence to increase subordinate’s motivation in applying school strategy.Keywords: Gender, Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, School Productivity

Abstract

The aim of this research is that to know whether VVC plus leadership concepts are able to increase officials’ work motivation at officials Government of Education, Youth and Sport in Sanggau Regency and what the most dominant factor among those leadership concept on officials’ work motivation. The research’s population is the officials of official Government of Education, Youth and Sport in Sanggau Regency who are 32 people. All of them were being observed as sample or respondents for this research.The data is analysed by using double correlation and the finding is that there is a significant relationship among VVC plus leadership (Vision Change (X1), Value (X2), Courage (X3), Completency (X4), and strong character (X5) on work motivation (Y). it means that, the efforts to increase work motivation can be executed by increasing or applying VVC plus concept well. A competency variable (X4) is the most dominant factor on work motivation (Y) than other variables.Keywords: VVC Plus, Vision, Value, Courage, Strong Character Competency, Motivation.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to learn the influence of service quality which is consist of variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles to satisfaction of society of taxpayer of motor vehicle. This research used survey method to 100 society of taxpayer of motor vehicle.samples were taken by purposive sampling, data source uses questionnaire as primary data, and document data as secondary data. The method of data analysis used is doubled regression. The result of this research shows that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles variable have effect on satisfaction of society of taxpayer of motor vehicle, while the rest less influenced by other variable which is not packed into a model. The analysis shows that together, independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect to Satisfaction of society of taxpayer of motor vehicle at Batu. Variable responsiveness has the most dominant influence to satisfaction of society of owner of motor vehicle, this conclusion is obtained from value of beta standardized coefficients.Keywords: Taxpayer of Motor Vehicle, Service of Quality, Satisfaction
