Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate factors affecting quality performance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Those factors consist of quality goal, quality feedback, and quality incentive. The research examined 20 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange in 2007. The primary data were collected by questionnaire, and the number of respondent are 69 manager. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is path analysis model. The empirical result of this research shows that: fist, quality goal and incentive based in quality have positive relationship with quality performance. Second, quality performance has positive relationship with customer satisfaction and financial performance. Third, customer satisfaction variable has positive relationship with financial performance. Meanwhile, quality goal is affecting quality performance variable and then quality performance is affecting customer satisfaction. The other variables have no significant relationship.

Abstract

State Administration Reformation, these days becoming more focus. There are two twinning issues in government apparatus activity in most developing country. Fist, government bureaucracy supposed as a big boat able to save all society citizen entirely from political and also economic floods "disaster". Second, government bureaucracy often show unpleasant symptom. The lack of this administration will not be viewed as bad situation, id the confusion condition of this state administration does not spread to whole country. Administration reformation meant to develop a governance organization having efficient, adaptive, and responsive characters. Efficacy of failure of administration reformation very depend on change agent, support and commitment from political leader, social and economic environment and also right time.

Abstract

Organization constitutes a place for the interaction of two persons or mire involving the relationship between leader and subordinate. An organization can be success or failed due to leadership. When the leader applies favorable leadership style, work enthusiasm increases and employee's work achievement improves. The objective of research seems: (1) to understand the simultaneous effect of task-oriented leadership style and relation-oriented leadership style on work achievement of the employees in KPRI Bima Jaya Pasuruan; (2) to observe the partial effect of task-oriented leadership style and relation-oriented leadership style on work achievement of the employees in the KPRI Bima Jaya Pasuruan. Type of research classifies into explanatory research. Research population includes the employees at KPRI Bima Jaya in the 2008. Sample counts to 54 respondents. Research instrument employs questionnaire. Analysis tool has been multiple regression using F-test and t-test. Results of research indicate that simultaneous and partial task-oriented leadership style and relation-oriented leadership style affect work achievement of the employees in the KPRI Bima Jaya Pasuruan, counting 28.0% (R-square).

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of promotion, education, working time, sex, martial status, number of children, horizontal movement, and number of reward on career development of bank's staff in Makassar municipal government and the most dominant factor affecting the career development. The analysis used in the study was descriptive analysis and logistic regression. There is a positive and significant correlation between education, sex, number of reward on career development, and there is insignificant correlation between age, working time, marital status, number of children and moving horizontal on career development.

Abstract

The arising of the world crude oil's price has worsen the economic condition of Indonesia. The increasing charge of APBN because of subsidy's, increasing, has forced the government to raise the price of domestic BBM. This policy cause the number of the poor of increases. So, the government conduct the program of BLT that is dedicated to the poor families in order to maintain the purchasing ability or to arise their prosperity but in the practice, the program of BLT is full of problem and influencing the poor. This research is conducted to understand the mechanism in distributing BLT in sub province of Tulungagung, and abserve is social an economic effect to word poor people in tulungagung . this research is descriptive research by using cualitative approach, by using the method of taking note of the fact that is abserve in collecting data using the method of observation, interview, and also conducting documentation. Generally BLT create positive social and economic effect to the society, the fund(BLT) function as the capital business activity, as their health fund, etc. however, for some cases, it causes conflict and disharmonious relationship in the society. It can also causes other psychological problem (such as laziness, frustration, etc).

Abstract

The aim of the study was analyzed the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction, such as tangible, responsiveness, reability, assurance, and emphaty on the KCA at Perum Pegadaian on Makassar and the most dominant dimension affected the customers' satisfaction. The analysis used at this research used multiple linear regression. The result of the study indicated that the service quality have positive and significant to influenced on the customers' satisfaction. The most dominant affected the customers' satisfaction was tangible.

Abstract

This research rebuffed by the role of information technology that was very vital in the organization that is supporting the organization operation, decision making managerial and the strategic advantage. While the development of information technology in the organization really was determined by the involvement and participation of the executives in the management activity of information technology. The form of the involvement and participation of executives, was reflected in their behavior in his perception in the executive, the internal condition for the organization and the environment hi-tech that formed their culture. So as the situation like this will give their perception towards the increase in the achievement of the organization. The aim of this research was to analyze the explain the influence of the executive's participation, the background of the executive, towards the involvement of the executive in the management of information technology, the development of information technology. This research was explanatory research, that explained relations between the research variable with the analysis unit of the manager's individual/the executive and the staff and or the numbering information specialist 135 people. The analysis statistic that was used to test the hypothesis was the structural equality model (structural equation model/SEM) results of the research showed that from all over the number of hypotheses (five) that was proposed by all of them was accepted with 5 direct relations routes, the significant relations route positive.

Abstract

Stock split solution is one of the capital restructure forms which was executed by a company caused split effect, that is a company execution which caused the rise of stock amount which spread proportionally more than the rise of company wealth. The research purpose is to analyze finance performance and the expensive share cost in the decision of stock split. Emitten which was included sample classified to two, namely one executed stock split in the term of January 2005 - December 2006 and one did not execute share solution on the term. The number of sample emitten is 13 emitten consisted of 6 emitten which executed stock split, have net profit data, earning per share (EPS), price to book value (PBV), and price to earning ratio (PER). Analysis device was ANOVA. The research result showed that there was no significant difference finance performance between company which executed share solution and company did not execute stock split, and no significant difference expensive share price between company which executed stock split and company which did not execute stock split.

Abstract

This aims of the research is to test the impact between emotional control and spiritual activity toward performance of the teachers. Data collecting conducted by disseminating questionnaire. Respondent of the research is the fifty seven respondents in this research were the whole teacher at the Islamic boarding school SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri in Malang. Based on multiple linear regression analysis showed coefficient determination of adjusted R Square (Adjusted R2) at .755. the Ftest showed at 40.958 > from Ftable 3.4028 had effected significantly, where Ftest < 5% (.000 < .05). ttest showed emotional control variable has ttest 2.5 > from ttable 2.0369 had effected significantly, where t < .05 (.000 < .05).The research showed the following results: emotional control and spiritual activity simultaneously and partially effect significantly toward performance of the teachers. In addition, this research showed spiritual activity has dominant effect toward performance of the teachers at Islamic Boarding School SMP Ar-Rohmah Putri in Malang.

Abstract

This research to know the learnt individual condition and learning process to individual at public company as learning organization Indonesia. The finding from factor analysis is that the learnt are performed by adaptive, active, and pro-active people. Performed by the learnt individual perspective the individual ability in aspirative, process of clarification, and situational competency.
