The study observs various law regulations about evaluations and refide former evaluation models weaknesses. As the results, the study recommends that the strategic management evaluation should be done in evaluation types, that is SKPD local government task force evaluation on its capacity in implementing the middle term development plan and SKPD capacity evaluation in implementation. Evaluation realization is condised by measuring the consistence and achievement the target indicator from: (i)activities (output), (ii) program (outcome), and (iii) objectives (impacts): While, the SKPD capacity evaluation is done by (i) using 24 key indicators (ii) based on AHP method to determine indicator weight (iii) evaluators consist of superiors, SKPD partner, subordinate UPT and themselves, and (iv) FGD utilization aims to determine each evaluator weight. To reach high efficiency, evaluation process should be done since the beginning when city mayor/regent starts their official position.

The research goal is to find out the influence size of the practical aspect of marketing with market orientation which consists of sub-variables such as relationship oriented, fragmented oriented, and consumer oriented toward non stars hotel performance in Badung Regency. The type of this research is explanatory research. By using multiple regression analysis, the practical aspect of marketing with market orientation has significance influence towards non star hotel performance in Badung Regecy not only partially but also simultaneously. The strengths and weaknesses of the association is indicated by correlation coefficient of 71.3%, and the contribution of the practical aspect marketing with market orientation towards the industry performance is indicated by R square of 50.8%. Abstract

In a tight competition climate among organizations, it is expected that each institution is able to provide excellent service to its customers. In a context of education institution, educators have important roles in developing students' competencies either academically through delivering teaching learning process or through other non-academic activities. In this research, hypothetically, principal leadership is examined as an antecedent variable to organizational learning and its impact to extra-role behavior. Survey was conducted to economic education students who were taking field internship program at schools. Structural equation modeling was employed to analyze casual relationship among variables investigated. The results showed that the model might be described as following: Y = 5,041 - 0,733X1 + 0,327X2 - 0,015X3. The study concluded that career and job satisfaction had negative effects on lectors' learning performance. Relationship between independent variable (organizational culture, career promotion and job satisfaction) with independent variable was shown by correlational coefficient (R) of 51,9%.

The dependent variable of this research is teaching and learning process in Pontianak State Polytechnic. The findings show that (a) the upgrading skills and knowledge has little influence on teaching and learning process. It can be seen from regression value 0.0471 and its correlation value 0.051, (b) working ability has significant impact toward teaching and learning process in business administration department. It can be seen from regression value 0.511 and correlation value 0.455. The achievement indicator is due to teaching experience and education background of most lecturers (master degree) (c) behavior and attitude changing has insignificant toward teaching and learning process. It can be seen from regression value 0.266 and correlation value 0.277. therefore, conductive teaching and learning process between the students and the lecturers including transparent atmosphere, objectivity, and discipline.
