Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty through brand satisfaction. The sample size in this study was 69 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling for an infinite population. The analysis technique in this study uses descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the statistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study conclude that brand experience has a significant effect on brand satisfaction. Brand experience also has a significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand experience has a significant effect on brand loyalty through brand satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, Converse Armada Town Square Magelang should be able to create and improve a positive experience with the Converse brand so that it is expected that there will be satisfaction in the minds of consumers due to the similarity between the performance generated by the Converse brand and consumer expectations regarding the Converse brand. The existence of a positive brand experience and satisfaction in the minds of consumers will then trigger the birth of brand loyalty. Keywords: Brand Experience, Brand Satisfaction, Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of creativity and educational support on digital entrepreneurial intentions among Indonesian students. Data was collected through an online survey involving 303 respondents, using a 5-point Likert scale to measure relevant variables. The analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that creativity and educational support significantly influence digital entrepreneurial intentions. Creativity plays a key role in identifying business opportunities, while educational support enhances entrepreneurial skills. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating entrepreneurship education into academic curricula to address the high unemployment rates among university graduates in Indonesia. Adequate support from educational institutions in the form of incubation centers and seed funding is strongly recommended to facilitate the development of digital entrepreneurship among students. This research contributes to theoretical understanding and provides practical implications for entrepreneurship education in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif Analisis Statistik Inferensial menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja.
